Notes:

GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS FOR GETTING AO3 BACK UP AND RUNNING.

I’m literally blaming the religious attack on my late posting schedule. Next time AO3 goes down they’ll have to deal with ME. Directly.

Enjoy the last lovely chapter of Sebastian being a dilf and a simp. (This was supposed to have smut and I might add some later ;))

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Sebastian wasn’t kidding when he promised to put a kid or two in Kathryn. Talk about a man of his word. Although sometimes he might regret his lustful words, not really though.

“You two are going to be in big trouble when mom gets home,” the brunette man said, sternness feigning his voice. He truly couldn’t help it, and was usually walked over by his miniature carbon copy’s almost daily. Why in Merlin’s name did they have to act exactly like he did at this age.

Sometimes Sebastian believed in karmic payback for how he behaved around his parents, and he was truly, eternally sorry.

A whirlwind of brown hair shot across the living room using a now torn pillow case and simple levitation charm to practically fly across the floor. It hovered a few inches above solid ground which made Sebastian think he had a chance of catching her. However, he was wrong, and ended up with a massive purple bruise now etched across his forehead.

“Why’d you have to inherit your mothers powers as well? You look like me and act like me so cut me some slack will ya,” Sebastian said out of breath while running half hunched over.

“No, you always let Sam do whatever he wants, so I will too,” the girl said, rearing up in her make-shift magic carpet. The bright yellow blue of satin went flying upwards along the kitchen countertops before veering straight down making a lap around the island. Her father took out his checkered wand before throwing out a harmless levitation spell to remove his daughter from the contraption. However, a bright shield appeared around her right before it struck.

That shield was the same red crimson color that always protected Kathryn in times of need. And had created two super powered wizarding children which Sebastian had trouble watching on his own, now due to the difference in magical capabilities. Sure, he was an extremely capable wizard himself, but this strange ancient magic mixed with Isadora's boatload of power was something almost incomprehensible. Also, probably illegal if the ministry ever found out the extent of it.

“Sam is younger than you he gets a pass,” Sebastian pleaded, “please stop Sophia I’m getting winded.” To which she replied by sticking her tongue out, just like him.

In one fell swoop Sophia had the bright idea, like kids usually do , to drop down onto the floor almost giving her father a heart attack in the process. Her small bare feet clashed against the ground unharmed, Sebastian leaping in an attempt to catch her, but her magic instinctively threw her an inch out of his reach levitating safely onto the floor.

Busting his head for the second time today as he crashed onto the cold hard ground, the man groaned in pain at the new bruise forming. It was a wonderful addition to the purple smack his foot had received earlier chasing after his daughter.

The brunette whirlwind giggled at the fact that she remained uncaught and decided to take off in the living room once again, running around like a wild banshee. Her tangled bird's nest of extremely dirty blonde hair that bordered brunette could be seen bouncing in the distance.

For such a small thing she sure was fast.

The pitter patter of miniature footsteps echoing in Sebastian’s aching head came to an abrupt halt as the front flew open, letting in a strong gust of coastal air grabbing the kids, and Sebastian’s, attention.

“Mommy's home,” Kathryn gleaned, opening her arms and crouching down close to the wooden floors.

“Mommy,” Sophia yelled, running over into her mothers arms. She wrapped her small arms around her mothers neck and nestled her head into her shoulder.

“Thank Merlin your home sweetheart, they’ve been giving me a hard time all day.” Sebastian sighed, thankfully feeling half the load release off his shoulder. He always tried his best to wrestle the kids into behaving, but for some reason Kathryn always seemed to do it better. The two were still competitive at their age, and would most likely be for the rest of their lives.

The tall brunette man got up and dusted himself off before walking over to his wife who was now standing holding Sophia by the butt. He leaned over and gave her a peck on the lips, grinning at the feeling before going in for a greedy second kiss.

“Missed me much?” Kathryn retorted smartly, shimmying Sophia farther up onto her chest for a better grip.

“Maybe a little,” Sebastian replied with a smirk. His freckled face practically lit up everytime Kathryn would return home, his heart always soared with joy having her presence near him. It was a thoughtful kind of love that the two had.

Kat patted Sophia on the back while walking over to the ornate sofa in the living room before plopping down with her. Sebastian followed in her stead and began telling her about his dreadful day dealing with the two. For some reason Kat could never believe it, because they always acted like “little angels” around her.

The two talked for a while by the glowing fireplace as the toddler slowly drifted off to sleep in Kathryn’s loving arms.

Thankfully Sam was also still peacefully asleep in his crib in the room next door. Unlike Sophia he sure enjoyed his beauty rest. Sebastian would make sure and check up on the little guy from time to time but he was always in the same spot snoring like the growing boy he was.

Peace and quiet was hard to find these days, but they couldn’t have been happier.

Not to mention tomorrow they were headed to meet their good friends Poppy and Ominis at Hogsmeade with their litter of children. Sebastian didn’t know why anyone would want two children, much less five of the damn things.

But every-time Sophia or Sam would tell him that they loved him, or for Sam it was more like gibberish, it kinda made him hope for another one, somewhere deep down inside of him.

The duo would continue their days fighting dark wizards, having a third child, and finally being able to send their own off to Hogwarts. It was the family both Kat and Sebastian had always dreamed of since they were little.

And they finally made it, together.
