The night came faster than she'd expected. They'd travelled the mountain pass, but it had quickly become dark once they made it to the ruined monastery dedicated to the god of dawn, Lathander.
Obviously, she hadn't known that. It was Shadowheart that had told Scales, and then he had told her over a bowl of gruel they'd gotten from the lady at the emerald grove. Really, it didn't matter what god it was dedicated to—None of them were coming to save her. So she just shrugged, content to keep slurping on her dishwater tasting soup like it was the best meal she'd ever had. It beat rotten food, that was for sure.
In other words, a Baldur's Gate story, with my Tav and my partners. (We are currently playing together.) With our romance options!

Gale, however— the project partner in question, and the smartest man in the Astronomy Department— had a secret. He was doing his Bachelor’s Degree all over again, in his 30’s, just because of one mistake he made in his past; a mistake he doesn’t even remember making.

This story is a solid mix of smut and fluff, sex in most chapters including the first. If you're tired of slow burns where the characters never hook up, this story is basically the opposite, the only slow burn is the feelings. Part 2 is now in progress!
