This is an alternate and much darker version of We’re Back, A Dinosaur’s Story!, which is a film I used to like as a kid. Instead of meeting the other dinosaurs and going to New York in the nineties, Rex finds himself a victim of a group of time-travelling Mafia agents. Ik it sounds super goofy but give the story a try, it’s a short one anyways.
P.S. this won’t make much sense unless you’ve seen the film, so yeah keep that in mind.
