What is there to say? I'm a slash writer, for the most part, & when I'm not writing fanfic, I'm (theoretically) writing an original novel & hanging out with my dog. After some major upheavals in my life, I'm in the midst of changing gears with the intent of pursuing my childhood dream: train engineer actual published author.

I've been a Ringer for most of my life, I'm a sucker for British actors & I have an unhealthy obsession with...er, no, make that I am "narrowly focussed" on Sean Bean.

Despite that narrow focus, I do dabble in a number of fandoms, & hearing from readers makes me very happy. ♥ (Are you an internet friend from the LJ days? Please reach out. I miss you & I am hopeless at email.)

In fact, while The Lord of the Rings & Tolkien will always be my home base, of late I have found myself in the iron grip of a renewed obsession: Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. The AMC adaptation has fully taken me, body & soul. So while I will always be a hobbit masquerading as an elf, my brain is currently 80% thoughts about my pup & 20% vampires. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
