a lot of my work is written in collaboration with my dear friend/brain twin facingthenorthwind (spacegandalf). for our collaborations, their blanket permission statement takes precedence over mine. for my solo work, see below.
permission statement for heated rivalry, bandom, captain america:
you do not need to ask permission to podfic, translate, or make art of my fanfics. you also do not need to comment with a link, but i do ask that you link to my original work (ideally using the "inspired by" function, if your work is posted here on ao3). i also want to give a heads up that i don't personally enjoy or listen to podfics, and most likely will not listen to any podfics made of my fics. if you do still want to podfic something of mine with that in mind, i will still make sure the podfic is linked on the story so that readers who might enjoy can find it.i prefer to be asked for permission for "fanfic of a fanfic"-type works e.g. remixes, sequels. i will most likely say yes (unless your idea makes me, like, extremely uncomfortable) but for now i still prefer to be asked. the best place to reach me for those requests is probably tumblr, but leaving a comment works too.
permission statement for harry potter (updated july 12, 2026):
i do not give permission for any transformative works of my solo harry potter fics, including but not limited to: translation, podfic, artwork, remixing, sequels.
