Summary:

Your name is Izuku. You used to be a human. That's all you can remember.

Now, for unknown reasons, you are a pokémon, and you wake up in a world plagued by strange phenomenons. Here, you meet other pokémon. you make friends, you gain a partner, and you form a rescue team.

You don't know why you're here, but as long as you are needed, you will do your best to help.

Notes:

I was allowed to post the prologue a day early, so here it is. My contribution to the Pokémon/BNHA Big Bang!
It is, if that was not clear, a novelization of a fictional Mystery Dungeon game with the BNHA characters acting as the Pokémon.

Over the next week, I will be posting one or two chapters a day. That will most likely slow down drastically afterwards, as I can't write 4k every day, and I only have 33k already written.

Chapter 1: Prologue

Young man.

You pause in the middle of the road. Where you came from is irrelevant, where you’re going insignificant. The voice is to be listened to, so you listen.

Does this world suit you? Does this life?

You cannot answer that honestly.

There is another choice. A whole world unknown to your kind. It is a good world. It will suit you better, should you choose to do what is needed.

What is needed?

It is also a world in need of a hero. Tell me. Do you want to be a hero?

You have never wanted anything more.
