Chapter Text
“It’s fine even if you don’t tell me. We have a lot of time, enough for me to 'find out’ slowly.”
Oh how Shen QingQiu had wished that Luo BingHe, the proper one, the non-original, his Luo BingHe had entered the scene at this time. He could’ve said something cool like:
“Then why don’t you turn around and look?”
And had wiped that horribly disgusting grin off of this “Luo BingHe”’s face.
But nothing was ever that convenient.
This wasn’t a novel for god’s sake.
In this situation, with the original hovering over him, in this position of all things, and with those words, Shen QingQiu could feel his stomach drop 20x over. He could feel his fears rise in the back of his mind. The fears he held when he was first brought here as “Shen QingQiu”. The fears that haunted his worst nightmares. And the fears that caused him to push away Luo BingHe and misunderstand him over and over and over again.
Yet despite that, he couldn’t help be concerned for Luo BingHe’s situation.
That seemed to be more important to him than right now.
And “Luo BingHe” had already picked up on that.
Even though less than a moment had passed since those words were spoken and these thoughts ran through his mind, the grin on “his” face widened in direct proportion to the paleness that Shen QingQiu’s face became.
And with the experience of bedding 600 wives, each following movement was swift, smooth, and clearly planned out ahead of time.
“Luo BingHe” gripped down hard on the wrist he held pressed against the bed with enough force to feel as if it would fracture or break, but never reaching that point.
Shen QingQiu yelped despite himself. His free arm immediately reached for “Luo BingHe”’s, his leg tried to kick yet was held back by his ankle, and his other leg couldn’t move with “his” weight pressing down on his thigh.
“He” released his hold on Shen QingQiu’s wrist just enough so that he could snatch the wrist of the other hand that had willingly been offered to him. Then the iron-tight grip crushed the two wrists together, causing Shen QingQiu to flinch in pain yet again as they were hoisted over his head and pressed firmly into the bed.
Shen QingQiu could feel “his” weight shift. It became heavy on the limbs he pinned down, and he felt his ankle being set free, but it was for less than a moment as it swiftly was pulled underneath “him” and met the same fate as his other leg.
Shen QingQiu: 0
“Luo BingHe”: 1
Just as his mind started to catch up with what was happening, he felt “his” weight shift again. Leaning forward. Over him. His arms being stretched as far above his head as possible, and then something wrapping around his wrists. And then a familiar numbness. Or should he say powerlessness.
Fuck!
It didn’t take a genius to figure out what exactly had just happened. Nor that this was probably planned before. How else would deity-binding ropes be here? In this situation? Conveniently within reach?
“Shizun,” “Luo BingHe” started, using the same sort of sweet voice he would use, “We can’t have you doing that again. I hope it doesn’t hurt.”
You fucking liar.
Shen QingQiu didn’t respond, but merely glared up at the original, trying to channel as much hatred into his eyes as possible. Maybe if he was lucky lasers would shoot right through “him”.
But of course that didn’t happen.
“Luo BingHe” rested on his laurels (quite literally!) and leaned back, admiring the powerless Shen QingQiu beneath him, who struggled against the ropes even though it was futile.
Even with all this done, “he” was not.
Effortlessly, “he” got off of Shen QingQiu and the bed. With limbs to move, Shen QingQiu at least hoped he could kick the bastard in the face, but his ankle was grabbed, and his leg pulled to the side. Then, as smoothly as before, rope was wrapped around his thigh and tied tight in place.
And moments later the same was said for his other.
That pit in Shen QingQiu’s stomach dropped faster and faster until he felt like cold sweat poured down his neck.
And “Luo BingHe” enjoyed this view. He seemed… proud of himself. It was a different sort of human stick, perhaps, but it was certainly a familiar sight, having Shen QingQiu powerless before him again.
He leaned back onto the bed, in between Shen QingQiu’s legs which were spread just enough to give ample access, but not enough to split the man in half.
”Now,” he continued, “where were we? Oh! Yes,” He grinned, tracing his index finger across Shen QingQiu’s bloodied lips, “how did you know?”
He firmly shut his mouth. Whether he responded truthfully or otherwise, that finger would be looking for a way in, and he would not give this demon any sort of easy victory. He would stall for time. Until Luo BingHe returned.
Because his Luo BingHe had to be fine.
There was no way he would lose to this.
He had raised him after all.
But it seemed like answer or not, “he” was still amused with the glare and the futile resistance Shen QingQiu could muster.
“So Shizun won’t say?” “He” seemed dejected, almost upset.
I don’t need your god damn crocodile tears either!
“He” leaned in closer, his breath lightly grazing Shen QingQiu’s neck, blowing past the cold sweat that was most definitely not an illusion.
“That’s ok.”
His voice lowered.
The hand that was tracing his face moved away.
“You’ll tell me eventually.”
And ended up brushing against his crotch!
Shen QingQiu’s restraints tightened, as he unconsciously tried to reach down and slap away his hand.
The grin returned to “his” face, as he watched Shen QingQiu’s reactions.
He lightly touched the area tracing the hem of his pants, and the shape underneath. Never putting enough pressure to provide any sort of solid stimulus, but enough to tease.
Enough to make Shen QingQiu try to pull away. To slam his eyes shut. To want to cover his face in embarrassment. To have a shade of pink slowly appear on the tips of his ears. To bite his lip to not make a sound. To have his breathing become ever so slightly uneven.
And to make the pit in his stomach swell.
Every movement “he” made, made him feel disgust. Disgust at “Luo BingHe” but also disgust at himself. He wanted with all his might to fight back, but he couldn’t. Even his attempts to fight back only seemed to encourage the demon. He could feel his fears mixing and blurring together. He wanted to cry. He wanted to throw up. And he hated how much his body was betraying him with each passing moment.
BingHe!
“Shizun!!!”
Pause.
Everything froze.
The door burst open, and a black-robed Luo BingHe dashed in.
“Shizun! Are you-“
But the words stopped.
Shen QingQiu only just barely opened his eyes to see two BingHes, one white, one black, staring at each other. The one above him no longer held his lofty shit-faced grin, and the one by the door had such a rage within his eyes that if not Shen QingQiu, Luo BingHe could definitely summon some lasers.
And yet no more than a moment had passed since this meeting, did the two immediately start to fight.
Both men sent out an energy wave towards the other, and both waves slammed into each other, causing a loud noise as they were cancelled out.
“Get off!” Luo BingHe cursed himself. If only he came back sooner Shizun wouldn’t have- Shizun wouldn’t have-
He couldn’t help but feel hatred rise in his chest.
“BingHe…” Shen QingQiu finally spoke. No, it was closer to a whisper. A whisper of relief. His disciple was fine. And with him here- with him here everything would finally be fine.
But “Luo BingHe” seemed annoyed. “How romantic…” His words were dripping with sarcasm.
“Luo BingHe” stood up and moved away from the bed. “If only you had come later…” He smirked, “We were just getting started.”
Luo BingHe’s face darkened. It had lighted for only a moment when his Shizun had called out to him, but seeing for himself the state he was in, the hatred rushed back.
“Look,” The demon encouraged, “just with a couple light touches and he’s already like this.” He shook his head. “Just how have you been treating Shizun?”
“Don’t-“
“Call him Shizun?” “His” grin expanded. “Make me.”
