A dark-clad figure was sitting on a rooftop of a highrise building somewhere in the center of Tokyo, unnoticed by the stream of people and cars down below. The moon barely showing through the thick smog that covers the city. The figure got up and turned to leave, poisonous green eyes faintly glowing in the dark. He carded his hands through his curly dark green hair and sighed.
