Chapter Text
BTS is getting ready for a comeback and one of the most important aspects of every comeback is the music video. Today they are filming the video for their new single: Fake love.
Jungkook is the last one in their dressing room, just taking a moment to get mentally ready for filming the opening scene. Although people never really seemed to notice he would get really nervous for these kinds of things. He wanted to do the perfect job, anything less then that wasn’t satisfying. Not doing the best he could made him anxious, which obviously wasn’t helping. To make him calmer Jungkook had been following in Namjoon’s and Taehyung’s footsteps by trying out meditation. He wasn’t really good at it and it still felt a bit weird but he did it anyway. He sat down on the floor, the stylist would probably murder him later, slowly closed his eyes and started to focus on his breathing. Slowly inhaling, slowly exhaling.
A couple minutes pass and Jungkook can feel himself getting calmer and calmer, his heart rate slowing down. It always surprised him how helpful it was. Being very sceptical when Namjoon said he should try it, but somehow it started to make a difference. It made him feel… peaceful.
All of that changes the moment he opens his eyes and sees Taehyung standing in front of him.
Jungkook would never forget how beautiful Taehyung was but there where always moments it hit Jungkook how much of an artwork Tae was. Jungkook didn’t really like art and definitely didn’t see the point of looking at art in real life when you can just look up the picture on your phone. He would never use the word ‘art’ to describe something good… except when it came to V. Kim Taehyung loved art with all of his being and because he loved it so much Jungkook decided that ‘art’ was a thing of value. Something that only could be one thing. Something only Tae could be, and always would be.
Today the word ‘art’ was an understatement.
The concept of the video was dark and the boy standing in front of him fitted the image so well it wasn’t fair. His hair dark and longer then ever before, his skin glowing like he was the prettiest vampire, a soft rosy colour on his lips that almost gave him a soft look but the piercing on the side really finished it off. But nothing made his heart rate go up as the harness did. Jungkook couldn’t figure out why but he kept imagining Tae wearing just that, and only that. The harness claiming his waist and neck while proudly resting on his honey brown skin.
He shook his head. He knew even thinking about such a thing was so wrong but looking at the boy it was hard not to. Jungkook could feel all his effort to calm down being washed down the drain. His heart rate increasing as the boy kept staring at him.
Taehyung started laughing and tapped him on the head.
‘‘Is this what Army calls being Jungshook? Why are you looking at me like that?’’
Jungkook looked down. He could feel his face turn read. So embarrassing.
“Where you meditation? Sorry for bothering you.”
‘‘Don’t worry, just got lost in thought. Let’s go the others must be waiting.’’
Like a scared little bunny Jungkook almost ran out of the room leaving a confused Taehyung behind. Tae had really thought Jungkook was checking him out, but obviously that must have been his imagination. He was probably just shocked to see anyone. It was a little disappointing but Tae had made peace with their relationship years ago. Jungkook liked girls and the two of them were best friends.
Quietly he followed Kookie out of the room, not noticing the shaking hands of his golden maknae.
