Chapter Text

The lightning coming from the camera dazzles Seokjin's vision. He admires this set. He really does. The colors and materials emphasize his beauty more than ever. He's wearing a light purple blouse made of silk and he's surely stunning.

But knowing that after this shoot they'll have their long awaited break he just couldn't keep himself still. He wasn't planning though. He just wants to eat, sleep and playing games. And fishing, of course.

"Nice. Okay, everyone. Last shoot" the photographer says.

Seokjin takes a deep breath and puts on one last gorgeous smile. He's resting his head on Jungkook's belly for this last shoot. The youngest has strong muscles, so it's a bit uncomfortable to lie on it but Seokjin isn't complaining. Jungkook is being weird all day, and Seokjin has learned that at times like this, it's better not to talk to him at all.

When the photographer snaps the last picture, Jungkook immediately stands up, making Seokjin's head fall to the ground. The oldest only shakes his head, feeling disappointed. Now, he is sure that the maknae is angry at him, he just can't figure out why. Knowing the younger, it can be basically anything. Maybe Jin didn't share his last gummy bear with him.

The boys start to make plans, chatting and discussing loudly while they're packing their stuffs. Seokjin's thinking about Jungkook and wants to look for him but Yoongi distracts him.

"So, when should we go fishing?" Yoongi asks.

Before Seokjin could answer, Jungkook shows up. Although, the maknae pretends, that he isn't paying much attention to them, Seokjin knows that the younger is listening.

"Anytime. Just give me one or two days to rest." Seokjin pouts.

Then they start to leave the set one by one, hugging, saying goodbye, but when Jungkook leaves without even looking at him, Seokjin starts to think, that it can be a more serious issue, than not sharing gums.

The first few days are like heaven for Seokjin. Finally, he can sleep as much as he wants. And he does sleep a lot. He doesn't even bother to wake up to eat, so he starts to lose weight. He doesn't realise though, until the 4th day of the break, when he finally looks into the mirror. A skeleton looks back at him.

Then the doorbell rings. He wonders who the hell it is, but maybe the visitor has food, so he goes to open the door. It's the one, who's been ignoring him for days, and the one, who's grown very long hair by now.

But at least, he's holding a huge pack of ramen. So, Jin lets him in.

"Are you not mad at me anymore?" he asks.

"I wasn't mad at you."

Jin rolls his eyes. "Of course, you weren't." He knows the younger too well. He always denies first, but confesses later.

Jungkook settles the food on the table, then looks at Jin from head to toe.

"Jesus, hyung. You look terrible. Have you even eaten today?" he asks with honest concern on his face.

"I was sleeping, so..." Jin feels bad. He always feels bad when he makes his dongsaengs worry.

"Let me feed you." Jungkook says. Seokjin shrugs and a gentle smile starts to form on his features.

"Thank you."

A short but messy cooking session later ("Don't put so much garlic in, Jungkook-ah! I'm allergic to them.") they manage to sit down and have a meal together. Jin is happy, because he missed Jungkook. Food always tastes better when they share. And food always tastes the best with Jungkook.

When the maknae finishes and sets his chopsticks next to his bowl, he starts to speak, avoiding Jin's gaze. "Okay, I tell you know."

'Here we are', Jin thinks. Then he looks up and waits.

"I wanted to hang out with you during the break. But you were only talking about fishing with Yoongi hyung."

'Jesus. Well, it's a bit better than not sharing the gums, I guess.' Jin thinks to himself, then starts to laugh.

"Not funny." Jungkook pouts.

"It is. Look, JK, fishing only takes one day. But you can come over anytime, and you know that. I can't see the problem."

"The problem is that you didn't even ask me to do something together."

"Okay. JK, would you like to spend the holiday with me?" Jin asks.

"You're not honest." The younger states.

"What makes you think that I'm not? What was your plan?"

Jungkook furrows his brows as he starts to think. "Eat, play, sleep?"

"Yes. And what was my plan?"

"Eat, play, sleep?"

"Correct. So, can we do that together or not?" Jin leans back on his chair with a satisfied smile.

The maknae growls with disbelief, but smiles. "So, when's fishing?"

"Tomorrow. I'll leave very early in the morning. You can stay here, if you want. I'll lend you my spare key."

"Don't need the key. I'll wait you up." Jungkook murmurs.

Jin gives him his sweetest smile. "Okay, then."

Waiting for Seokjin is bad, but waiting for Seokjin in Seokjin's place is bearable. He tosses and turns in the older's bed while smiling like crazy, and it's smells like hyung, and it's nice but he starts to miss him sooner than he thought he would.

So he texts first.

'Did you catch something?'

The reply is a picture, showing a bucket full of fishes.

'Nice.' He replies. He doesn't want to pressure him with a 'miss you'. But he misses him so much at this point. Or maybe he misses him more now, that he knows that the older is having fun.

Jungkook often wonders, why he is so possessive when it comes to Seokjin. He turns to his side, then hugs Jin's favorite pillow and breathes in Jin's scent deeply. It's relaxing and exciting at the same time. So, what was he thinking about?

Oh, yeah, being possessive. Or maybe even jealous. Maybe that's a little too much, right? They aren't a couple or anything...

He tossses himself to the other side. What is he even thinking about? Maybe coming here wasn't the best idea. They used to spend a lot of time together, but it was a long time ago. He was much younger back then. He is an adult now, and the thought that it will be just the two of them, hits different.

But he wants to be alone with Jin so badly.

And Jungkook tries to convince himself that it's only brotherly love.

Because what else could it be?

Knowing that someone is waiting for you when you get home is pleasing, however, it is different from getting back to the dorm knowing that there'll be six other guys. This time, it's just one guy, but this guy is a special one. Why? Seokjin doesn't know either. But it's a fact.

"I'm home." He says as he enters his apartment but no one replies. Maybe Jungkook changed his mind, and went home. It's surprises him how this thought makes him bitter. However, when he enters his bedroom, there's a big muscular guy in his bed, hugging his pillow tightly. Wait, what?

He steps closer and clears his throat. Jungkook looks up to the noise.

"You're back." He murmurs into the sheet.

"Jeon Jungkook" Jin starts, and it sounds like Gandalf's epic 'Bilbo Baggings'. "I really hope, that that isn't drool on my favorite pillow."

Jungkook wipes the saliva off from the corner of his mouth, then apologetically says "I'll wash it out."

"I'll go, shower first, then will tickle the shit out of you." The older does as he says, leaving a grinning maknae behind.

Jungkook is hesitating whether to wake up or not. He's anticipating the promised tickling to be more intimate while their in Jin's bed. But thinking of what he's thinking about makes him blush. He stays though.

When Jin's back, Jungkook kneels on the bed, and grabs the older's pillow with both hands. Then he starts to shake it wildly. "Look, hyung! I'm drying it." He grins, showing his cute bunny teeth.

"You're so dead." Jin responds in disbelief. He jumps onto the bed and crawls until he can reach the younger. He fights him for a while, then manages to straddle the younger, so he can tickle him as promised. Jungkook's sweet chuckle fills the room, but Jin tires out soon, so they rest arm in arm in the end. Jungkook looks at Jin with a huge grin on his face, feeling so happy. Jin stands up first.

"Let's grab something to eat."

~

"How was fishing?" Jungkook asks, while they chewing.

"Fun. How was drooling on my pillow?" Jin asks.

Jungkook only answers with a grin.

"Not funny at all." Jin answers. "Still thinking of your punishment."

"You've already tickled me!" Jungkook says, eyes growing big.

"Yeah, but you enjoyed that. I have to come up with something, so you learn the lesson, and won't drool on my precious pillow again."

"You're so mean, hyung."

"Wanna drop the honorific?"

Jungkook blinks. "Jin?"

The older bursts out laughing. "You don't even have to be told twice."

"You asked me! Seriously, hyung. You just want to make me look like a bad dongsaeng, aren't you?"

"No, you can call me Jin. I'm serious."

"Tch, don't trust you anymore."

After the bickering, Jungkook does the dishes, and Jin plays some music. Later they're singing together passionately.

"Let's go to the gym tomorrow." The maknae offers.

"There isn't even 0,1% chance that I step outside." Jin yawnes.

"Fishing is an indoor activity, since when...?" Jungkook rolls his eyes.

Jin gives a backhug to the younger and teases him. "Um, jealous again?"

It makes Jungkook shiver, but he tries to shake his hyung off of him. "Leave me alone, I'll go to the gym by myself!"

"No, you won't" Jin continues the teasing, and he hugs Jungkook tighter. "You'll stay with me. That's your punishment."

"I wanna see an old man like you stopping me." Jungkook growls, but hisses when he feels something wet and stinging on his neck. He looks down, but he only sees the top of Jin's head. "What the hell?" He says when he realizes that Jin is sucking his neck.

Then Jin lets him go, turns him around, and admires his own work. "You can go out now. Can't wait to read the newspaper about your dating news."

Jungkook taps his neck in disbelief.

"This isn't fucking fair, hyung." He whispers, his mind's already screaming for a revenge.
