Summary:

A long time ago the moon and the sun blessed two enemy families with a piece of their glow in hopes that that would help to make them understand that conflicts never solved anything, even after the families died the moon and the sun weren't able to actually take their glow back, so they decided to leave them to roam around humanity for a bit longer.

This fic was inspired by a movie I watched like 7 years ago but found again while going around YouTube (Jack And The Cuckoo Clock Heart, gorgeous movie in my opinion), while re-reading the prologue I kind of felt a Romeo & Juliet vibe but I swear that's not it XD

Anyways this is more like a fic for me to throw in my obsession over the moon and it's majestic beauty.

QUICK FACT: At the USJ attack the heroes got there in time so Aizawa didn't really got to bleed, the scar below his eye was made by something else.

Also, I choose the names Mune and Soleil because they are gorgeous and while Soleil means sun in French Mune reminds me of the guardian of the moon from a French movie,why French? Well the movie this fic is inspired in is also French so I thought it would be nice to sneak a piece of that fact here, plus, I'm in love with those names since I first heard them in the movie 'Mune:Guardian Of The Moon' and the TV series 'Touch' a long time ago QWQ

Chapter 1: Legend Says...

Legends say that once a long time ago the sun and the moon blessed two enemy families with a child each.

The sun's child was said to wield golden tears and a smile able to brighten an entire room

While the moon's child was said to wield silver in his blood and the moonlight in his skin.

The two families tried to raise them as enemies but of course the moon and the sun weren't born to hate each other.

They say that with each eclipse that happens the moonlight and the sunlight grow closer.

Some people call them monsters others call them Gods.

But at the end of the day they are nothing but a piece of those celestial bodies sent to the world to explore, nothing else nothing more.

Though of course they both wield their own trademark gift.

The sunlight can make everything grow around him the same way he can burn everything down to a crisp while the moonlight can heal those around him the same way the coldness of his heart can freeze.

The hourglass and the cuckoo clock's inside their chests symbolize how much they have left in the human world.

They say that if the hourglass from the sunlight is to break it will swallow the world in flames after an apocalyptic sandstorm.

And if the cuckoo clock from the moonlight is to break the world shall be subjected to an eternal snowstorm and darkness, showering the world with temperatures below zero.

Legends say that the tears of the sunlight are able to bring you fortune, good luck and prosperity.

The moonlight's blood for the other side is told to bring immortality, eternal youth and healing properties beyond comprehension.

They say that once the moonlight was chained beneath the earth, away from the night and the day, his blood drained for weeks, when the sunlight finally found him it was told that he burnt the whole town to a crisp, leaving nothing but a dead land behind him.

The moonlight and the sunlight weren't seen ever again.
