Chapter Text
"Young man, again, you don't have the Top ramen I love to have for dinner, and now, again, I have to buy the Wai Wai ramen which lacks in taste in my honest opinion." the gray, old lady whines for the nth time this month and Jimin has the cutest little smile on his face.
"We're sorry for the inconvenience, our Top suppliers don't have any ramen in stock now, so these are your options. Have you tried these, Knorr noodles?"
His mind on the other hand wasn't as nice: "Knorr noodles that I hope you'll eat raw and choke on the disgusting taste, cause once in your pathetic life you could eat some proper food than cook only instant ramen for dinner!"
"I don't like those. They don't taste spicy and are just too thick." the lady sighs deeply, like one of her family members just died in front of her eyes.
"Thick like your fat ass you whiny, sad, old lady..."
"Well, I'll just leave you to decide. You have plenty of options here, I'm sure you will find the best one for you." again, Jimin decides to show her the biggest smile, and be as polite as he always is, as he was raised to be.
"Jiminah, we have to do something about Jihyo's fake nails!" his co-worker bothers him again, with something he really doesn't wanna be smothered with this early in the morning.
"You didn't seem to be bothered with her fake nails the other day when she was scratching your back in the pantry, when I caught you having sex!"
"What about her fake nails?" he decides to ask politely rather than speak his mind.
"Well she takes forever to scan the items, and while opening the cash register she needs double the time that Sujin needs cause she needs to take care of her too long fake nails, and customers are getting annoyed about it every day. I don't mean to sound rude, but as one of the biggest super markets here, we can't have the cashier who looks more like a stripper than an actual worker here."
"Again, you didn't seem to mind her looking like the stripper and stripping her clothes down the other day..."
"I'll talk to her. Thank you for coming to me first." As polite as he is always, Jimin finishes yet another of his stupid daily talks, that he knew he would have. Working as a manager at one of the biggest malls in Seoul, he is used to it by now. Taking care of everything and anything here. If you need someone to get the new supplies, Jimin is your man, if you need someone to talk to the customers, Jimin is your man, if you need someone to talk to the workers, Jimin is again, the one to do it. He does everything for his boss, and what's more important, he does it with a smile on his face.
He was taught that way.
"Always be polite. Whatever you do in life, don't get people's rudeness to get the best of you. You should find your inner peace in every life’s situations that you're trying to solve, only that way you could be the best at what you do, and be one appreciative human being to this society."
The words that were imprinted in his mind ever since his parents told him so, at young age, and he tries to live with that advice ever since then.
His subconscious had other plans.
With every word he would say out loud, his mind had another that was ringing loud in his head. He would say one thing, and think another, and that way he would channel his inner anger and unease feelings without bothering people around him.
Did it work well for him?
Nope.
Luckily for his sanity, he had his dance classes 4 times a week, and could easily relax and feel himself letting go of all the frustration he felt, and unhealthy accumulated stress he was living with every day.
*
"Hey Jiminah, you did well today! Was the choreo good?" the choreographer and his best friend Hoseok asks after two hours long class, so Jimin nods, still unable to talk cause of his ragged breathing.
He is sweaty, panting heavily, but loving every minute of loosing that stress through overworking his already exhausted body.
"Amazing. Thank you. I feel better already..." he says before drinking some water he was badly craving for.
"Not the best choreo though... Not even the toughest, but It'll have to do..." his subconsciousness has a mind of its own.
"Should we go to the gaming night Namjoon hyung and Jin hyung is having?" Hoseok asks, while both of them were changing their clothes in the locker room, so Jimin thought about it for a second.
"I don't know... I'm a bit tired to be honest." he comes to a conclusion that it's better for him to just skip their gathering cause he isn't such a big fan of those anyways.
"Ah come on, just for an hour. Two tops. I heard Lia is gonna be there. Don't you wanna see her again. She asked about you last week when you decided to ditch us the last minute." Hoseok is persistent when he wants something.
"I had a meeting. You know how hard I'm working to impress my boss. Maybe he could keep me, or even promote me as soon as I finish my master degree. I said I was sorry, what else could I do..." he says with a small pout, being the nicest little cutie his friend is used to by now.
"Though the meeting lasted for half an hour and I really didn't wanna see Lia again, and at the end... I wasn't really sorry to be quite honest..."
"Aghhh I know, I know. It's just that I feel sorry for you sometimes. You really work too much, and you always study hard on weekends, I want you to have fun too. Get laid from time to time would be good too. I don't know how you manage to do everything for others and so little for yourself." Hoseok is the kind of friend that always makes sure everyone around him is happy and taken good care of, even if Jimin is always assuring him that he's fine, the older can just see through him from time to time.
"Next time, ok? I really can't tonight. I'm too tired."
"And I would rather sleep alone than have those claw like fingernails digging into my skin..."
"Ok. So I'll tell Lia you'll come next time? She really is into you, you know."
"Sure. Tell her I said hi." Jimin says and shrugs awkwardly, not being any kind of natural flirt when it comes to these kinds of things.
"Or don't, I couldn't really care less..."
"Ok Jiminah, see you in two days. Keep practicing and you'll soon be better than me." Hoseok teases him before they split they ways, Jimin just waves cutely at him.
"As if I'm not better already... Your contemporary skills suck..."
So he got to his building, and while walking up the stairs, saw a young lady that lives right above him, with a baby walking up and down, humming softly.
"Hi Jiminah, it's the only way I can calm him, and make him to sleep more." she whispers like Jimin has any interest in hearing that information so he just smiles.
"I'm happy you find a way. Have a nice evening." he says with the smile that automatically appears on his face.
"I hope he's not bothering you at night..." the lady continues with some worry on her exhausted face.
"It's worse in the morning, around 3 AM, when he seems too hyped to sleep and way more into jumping around my head..."
"It's fine. As long as he's happy..." he says with a little bow, and goes to his apartment, making a mental note to use the elevator more often.
So that is it. His daily routine. Getting up, being pretty grumpy at first, and then doing some of his studies for the master degree he was doing on Seoul's National University for Management, and then he would grab a shower, put on some of his boring, oversized clothes, that he likes to call comfortable, and go to a Starfield Coex Mall where he works five days a week, doing his internship for almost six months now.
Does he love his job?
Not really.
Did he enjoy being nice to people, stepping in whenever some of the workers didn't came to work for whatever reason?
Of course not.
But one of his bosses appreciates his effort, and keeps praising him for his impeccable working skills and always talks highly of him to their investors, suppliers, people who came to the mall, so he feels some kind of satisfaction with the way his career is heading.
So this morning, just like the others, after cursing on the inside, cause God forbid, the Sun was shining too bright for May, and he didn't catch enough sleep cause the baby from the apartment from above had some kind of existential crisis, at least that's what it sounded like, he finally finishes with his morning routine, and gets dressed in one of his oversized, white button up shirt and some black slacks.
Off to work!
"Good morning Jiminshi." he hears the lady that always walks her dog this time in the morning, and greets her with a smile.
"Did you sleep well?"
"Why do you care?"
"I did. Thank you for asking. How's Chou?" again, he asks something he actually didn't wanna know, but yeah...
"He's amazing. I really love to take him out as much as I can. He enjoys this weather." she keeps talking and walking next to Jimin who is trying to speed his walk. Not cause he is late.
"I would prefer if you walk with him at any other hour of the day to be honest...."
"Well he is an animal. They love to be in their natural environment. I really have to go now. Thank you for keeping me company." he waves before crossing the street, hoping to walk in peace for the rest of his walk to the mall.
*
Luckily for him, the day isn't too busy.
He signed some papers, meet a few new suppliers, went to check on workers in almost every store on the second floor, and just in time when he was about to have his lunch break, he hears Mingyu, one of the workers from the food market on the second floor, calling his name loudly.
"What now???!!!"
"I'm in here." he calls from his office, so Mingyu enters there like he is chased by the FBI or zombies.
"We have a situation down there..." he says without breathing.
"What is it?" Jimin asks, looking worried, well actually he is more worried that his lunch will get cold.
"Jihyo tried to take off one of the tags from some shampoo bottle and her nail fell off!"
"And..."
"And her nail fell off!!!!!"
"So..."
"So she has no nail!!!"
"Your point is..."
"Jiminshi, her finger is bleeding cause her God damn fake nail torn off her whole real nail, and she's in immense pain and needs to go to the hospital to check it, get some band-aid or something. I don't know I'm not a doctor."
"It's totally obvious you're not."
"Oh, so it's that bad. Ok. I'll come there in a minute and I'll see what I can do." Jimin says and tries to eat his lunch, but Mingyu kept staring at him.
"What?"
"I need to take her to the hospital now, so we don't have anyone at the cash register for about 10 minutes already, and the line is only getting longer."
"Shit. Shit. Shit!"
"Then I guess I'll replace her until Sujinshi comes. Please call him and let him know that we need him as soon as possible in here." Jimin finally gets up, and storms to the cashier register, where a line of at least 20 people had formed.
"Fuck my life."
"Dear customers, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. One of our workers had a minor injury so I'll replace her for the time being. I hope you can be patient and wait for your turn. I'll try to be as fast as I can." he decides that it's for the best if he apologizes first, and tries to calm down those sulky faces assholes.
He did good.
He finishes half of the customers in no time, but the line kept getting longer and longer.
He tries to solve every problem the customers have, but the moment he saw the old, gray lady, the one that always had something to complain, he knew... he is doomed.
"Good afternoon Jiminshi. How are you today?" she asks like she always does, all smiley and cute, but Jimin could always see right through her.
"A bit busy dear Chaeyoung as you can see. I hope you're doing well."
"I'm not that good. See, I have this little problem with one of yours shaving products..."
And Jimin takes a deep sigh.
"Are you fucking serious! Are you kidding me! Am I gonna discuss a shaving products with 80 year old saggy lady..."
"What can I do to help you." Jimin again, uses one of his nicest smile while talking to her.
"Well there's this particular razor that I like the most. Venus gillette pink one, and for some reason, I saw that it isn't pink anymore. It's violet now, and I noticed that it's not so good like it used to be."
"I hope you'll use it for a good cause, like slit..."
"And, there's this other thing. I hate to point this out right here and right now, but maybe it's even better for all the customers to hear it. All the man razors are cheaper than the ones that are made for woman!" the lady says as loud as she can, so Jimin looks at the line of people and seas dead panned looks, frustrated looks, tired faces, annoyed people, and knows that he has no time to deal with her now.
"Ms. Chaeyoung, can I please talk to you about all those problems in private, maybe later, I could get you even an appointment with the suppliers who made those razors so they can explain why the color is violet and not pink now, and why the one that man uses are cheaper than the one you use." he says with the same smile like he usually has.
"But then all of these nice people won't know what's going on here. See, they have no idea about the razors being so expensive..."
And just as Jimin is about to have another nice comeback to her annoying remarks, he hears annoyed voice behind the lady speak.
"Just buy the blue one then!"
The ladies face turns into shock, and all of the people turn around, trying to see the face of the man's voice who decides to say something.
Jimin did too.
The moment the lady turns around, Jimin moves a bit to side, and sees a young man, looking a bit messy, with his hair not combed in what it looks like a month, black wide hoodie covering his upper body, and the biggest doe eyes that shows no emotion while looking at the old lady dead panned.
"Excuse me!?!!?" Chaeyoung puts both of her arms to her chest, like she can't believe what she is hearing.
"Buy the blue razor lady. Why do you care about the color? Is the color important for you? Does that make the razor better?" the dark haired man keeps asking questions and Jimin gulps. Feeling a bit distracted by his boldness and the way he is looking at the poor woman.
"But...but... that's not t-the point... I like my pink razor better..." she says kind of shyly, squirming in place, not able to contain the eye contact with the obviously annoyed man.
"Then buy another razor. Try something new. Or don't. What do you have to shave anyways?" he says while raising his voice, sounding rude and impolite.
"I...I..." the lady stutters and turns around, looking at Jimin with worried eyes, obviously trying to find some comfort and help.
Jimin clears his throat, not even noticing it got super dry, and decides to speak up.
"I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Ms. Chaeyoung can you please buy what you came for, and we'll finish with this conversation in private." he says politely and looks at the man's eyes, then continues.
"And you, you can't talk to the customers like that." he says and tries to stand tall, look proud and at least show some confidence, although he didn't have any at this point.
"I can, and I just did." the man says smugly, so Jimin's face burns red.
"No. You can't." Jimin says again, feeling his legs a bit wobbly underneath him.
"Why are you so rude young man? What did I ever do to you..." Chaeyoung's eyes suddenly filled with tears. All of it is a bit too much for her old soul.
"I just said the thing all of us here are obviously thinking. Get your stuff, pay for them, and let us do the same. We are waiting in this line for almost an hour and you want to discuss about the razor that you are using? Not to mention the mental images my brain will have to erase after only hearing that. So please, I'm asking you nicely, get your shit together and let the rest of us buy what we came for."
Jimin's jaw drops.
Chaeyong's face froze.
The people around stayed still, and the man just stood there, face showing no fear, no emotion, nothing.
He is totally unconcerned.
Then he snaps his fingers in front of the gray lady's face, and Chaeyong just turns around, putting those few things she had taken from the store, and after paying for them with shaky hands, she leaves without a word.
Now is the rude man's time to buy what he came for, and Jimin got nervous.
"Hi." the man says and puts one lollipop on the register.
Jimin's eyes went from the man's face to lollipop, then back up.
"This is what you've been waiting for for almost an hour?" he can't help it, but has to ask, cause what the fuck!!!
Luckily for other customers, the super fast and nice cashier Sujinshi comes, and starts working on another register so all of the other customers went to his line, happy to finish with all of this mess.
On the other hand, Jimin was stuck with the rude young man.
"Yes. I'm craving sweets. Do you have a problem with that?" he asks while tilting his head, looking a bit scary.
"I..I don't... It's just weird... " Jimin's voice is super low, he hardly hears himself.
"Are you saying that I'm weird?" the man asks and comes a step closer to the register, Jimin just snaps his gaze at him.
"I didn't say that. I just said that your action was weird." without hesitation he tries to explain himself.
"Hm... " The young man hums while looking at Jimin's face questionably.
"Do you need something else?" he asks like he always does at the end of customers purchase.
"I'm still thinking about it." the young man says with a nod, and looks around.
"I'll take these gums too." he says after putting a pack of gums on the register.
"Sure." Jimin scans the item, and looks at the man again.
"Anything else?" he says as politely as always.
"Hm..." again the hum.
"Actually I don't like these. Can I have some others?" he says after looking the pack of gums he took at first.
"Yes you can. Which do you prefer?" Jimin says nicely, and type in the register that he'll return the item, and right after, put it back on the shelf.
"These ones." the man says while picking some other flavor he actually hadn't even looked at.
"Ok. Is that all?"
"Yes."
"That'll be 2,80$ in total." Jimin says, somehow feeling like a weight has fallen off his chest, thinking how the rude man would be out of here any minute.
The man starts searching for his wallet or money inside his pockets, and then sigh loudly.
"I forgot the money." he announces so Jimin's face got hotter again. He almost rolls his eyes, but contains himself not to.
"Just take it, and bring the money some other day." He says the thing he would usually never say. He knows the stores policy towards the customers that don't have the money to pay for their items. They should leave the things and go back to get the money and only when they pay for it, they can take it with them. He just really wants to get rid of the rude man badly.
"Really?" the man says mockingly. Cocky smirk on his face, his eyebrows high on his forehead.
"I can't believe it myself too." Jimin blurts out, and his eyes widen at his own words. He can't believe that he said the first thing that popped in his mind like that. He usually never does that.
The man smiles.
His smile is nice.
"When does your shift end?" he asks all of a sudden, and Jimin feels the same unease feeling like minutes before.
"So that I can bring the money..." looks like the man figures Jimin's discomfort.
"In two hours." he simply says, unable to lie at this point.
"Ok. I'll bring the money then." the young man says with a smile, took his stuff and left the place without goodbye.
Jimin just stood there and watch him leave, unable to think too much about it, cause the next customer was already there, putting their stuff on the cashier counter.
After finishing his shift, he goes to his office, takes off the black blazer he had on, and finishes some of the tasks he didn't get to do since it was a pretty busy day.
While splashing some water on his face, a thought crosses his mind.
"Did that young man bring the money?"
He thinks about it, and kind of was sure that he didn't. The man looked like he doesn't give a damn about anything, so why would he bother with bringing those few bucks to the store?
Still, he decides to check with Sujinshi, who was the only cashier at the moment, before judging the dark haired man.
"Hi Sujinshi, sorry to bother you, but did some guy came to leave around 3$ maybe?"
The cashier looks at him with frown, trying to remember if someone really did, but it is obvious he had no clue about it.
"No one actually came..."
"Ok. I thought so. Have a nice evening." Jimin greets the man politely, and walks to the exit door.
The moment he opened the door, a light, warm wind hit his face, and messed with his long, blond strands. The night hadn't still settled down, even though it is past 8PM.
Then he turns around, ready to have a nice, calming walk home, but the sight he saw, froze the blood in his body.
"Hi Jimin."
The rude, dark haired man says, sounding nonchalant, and pushes himself off the wall that he was leaning on, coming closer to Jimin.
He freezes, and just stares at the young man, unable to say anything.
"How do you know my name?" suddenly he realizes that he never introduced himself, and now he feels even more nervous.
"That old sack of bones called you Jiminshi, and you had a tag on your blazer." the man says while standing in front of Jimin, his hands buried inside his pockets.
"Right. And you are?" Jimin can't hide his curiosity.
"Jungkook."
The taller man says, and extends his hand, covered in tattoos.
"Nice to meet you." he says after Jimin takes his hand and shakes it couple of times.
"I can't say the same thing about meeting you. Sorry but you were mean, impatient and rude today." Jimin says in all honesty so Jungkook chuckles.
He fucking chuckles so Jimin frowns.
"What's so funny?"
"You." Jungkook says so Jimin crosses his arms on his chest.
"And why is that?" he was eager to know.
"Cause I never met someone more delusional than you. You say I'm rude, maybe I am, but at least I was telling the truth while you were out there suffering like the rest of us while that boring lady was acting like she's the only person on this planet. And on top of all of that, you had a fucking smile on your face while talking to her annoying ass. I was seconds away from knocking her down. "
With every new word that came out of his mouth Jimin's jaw falls a little.
"It's called manners! But clearly you wouldn't know anything about that."
It is weird how offended Jimin got by hearing those words, from someone who knows nothing about him.
"Manners? Is that something edible? (he chuckles again) Come on. Who are you trying to fool? I saw your face. You were annoyed, I could only imagine the thoughts you were having right at that moment, but I don't get how you could control yourself like that. You're like some kind of robot, not showing your real emotions, that's unhealthy." Jungkook continues, the annoying smile still on his face.
"Even if I was annoyed, which is totally normal to feel in those kinds of situations, that still doesn't give me, nor you the right to treat that lady badly."
"Of'course it doesn't. That's why I controlled myself and succeeded in not smacking her face with the box of cereals I saw in the guy’s basket behind me. If there was some jar, or heavy can..." and Jimin starts walking.
Why should he listen to these things?
Jungkook had another plan.
"I was joking..." he says while walking right beside Jimin, who tries not to look at him too much.
"So, are you always like that? Ray of sunshine towards all the customers? I can't believe I never saw you before? Did you just start working there? I come there every day, sometimes even more than once."
So many questions, and Jimin didn't wanna answer any of them, but figures the black haired man will just keep following him around so it's maybe better to get rid of him nicely.
"I started working there 6 months ago. I'm actually the markets manager, not cashier. One of our employees got injured today so I stepped in. And yes. I tend to be polite to everyone."
"Wow, a manager. So young and already so successful. That's why I never saw you before. You must be hiding your pretty face in your fancy office the whole day." he says so Jimin looks at him, unable to tell if he is being serious or just mocking him.
"I'm 23, so, not so young. You look like you're 19, but acting like 8." Jimin says back and surprises even himself with his answer. It was fun to say the first thing that comes up his mind without restraining himself. That was something new. It felt liberating and good.
"Sweet. I'm 21 actually. So I should call you hyung then." he says so Jimin stops.
"How about you don't call me at all?" he says with some sassy smile, and saw a sparkle in those dark doe eyes.
"Look who's getting bolder. Nice Jiminie hyung. There's still some fierce attitude in you." Jungkook claps his hands, and soon they got to the crossroad where the street they were walking was divided in two smaller streets, so Jimin stops.
"Which way are you going?" Jungkook asks the moment they stopped, and saw Jimin looking at him with squinted eyes, like he's seeing right through him.
The older was definitely trying to get rid of him by saying he's going in the opposite direction than Jungkook was, but Jungkook figured it out.
"Just so you know, whichever street you choose, I'm gonna go that way too." the younger says with some fucked up grin on his face so Jimin rolls his eyes.
"It's this way then..." he just continues walking through the street on the right, thinking how there's probably another 10 minutes of this torture until he's home.
"Really? Me too!" Jungkook says with some overrated excitement and continue following the older.
"Can you be any more annoying?" Jimin asks when he sees the younger walking next to him, smiling while looking at his face.
"Easily." he simply answers so Jimin chuckles, finding his answer kind of funny.
"So... Why are you even walking with me?" Jimin stops again, looking at the younger with curiosity.
"Well if you remember, I have some money to give you... You know, I forgot my wallet today, and you said I can take that lollipop and..."
"Oh God I totally forgot about that... Yes... Sorry. Though, you could have given me the money the moment we met."
"I forgot. And now when I see that you live in such a dangerous neighbourhood, I think I should walk you home every day." he says with a cocky smile, so Jimin shook his head.
"This is the nicest neighbourhood in town. Nice try. Or whatever that was..." so Jimin starts walking again, Jungkook of course followed.
"To tell you the truth..." the younger casually continues.
"Please do so..." Jimin encourages him with some dead panned voice.
"I thought how pathetic you looked today and I just wanted to help you somehow." Jungkook says so Jimin stops again, his eyebrows furrowed.
"Pathetic? And you think I need your help??? With what? Learning how to be rude? Everyone can be rude Jungkook. It takes more brain cells to act polite and kind than to act irrational and like an asshole!" Jimin got mad, without even noticing.
"Actually I'm not that much of an asshole. I just learned to be a bit more rough cause of the years of bullying in high school." Jungkook says so Jimin feels a bit guilty.
"Oh. Well, I'm sorry to hear that, but still that doesn't mean you should bully others now. If anything, you should be more compassionate towards people, and understand them more."
"Well, I am. I'm trying to be better every day. But I think that being nice at any cost is not good for anyone. You got trapped in those stressful feelings, that accumulate in you, and one day everything bursts. That's why I wanted for you to just step up to that lady and say what she deserved to hear."
"I told her that I will talk to her later, and I meant that. I don't think that I could behave any better in that situation."
"Well, she was talking for another 15 minutes and you had a line of customers that kept getting longer, and all of us were getting frustrated and annoyed, but you still think you couldn't do anything better to solve that? Who's delusional now?" Jungkook says with some clarity in his voice, so Jimin thought about it...
Was there something that he could do better? Could he say something to avoid all the fuss that happened today?
"You're thinking about it aren't you?" Jungkook stops his thoughts with telling the exact ones he is thinking so Jimin gets even more confused.
"Yes... I kind of am...Um... What would you do?"
Jimin really wants to know.
"Well I wanted to smack her hard, but since I'm the nicest guy you'll ever meet, I would just tell her to move a side and wait for someone who has the time to talk to her at that moment." he says and shrugs, so Jimin chuckles.
"The nicest guy I would meet...Pffff... What am I then?" Jimin asks more rhetorically, but Jungkook still gives him an answer.
"More like the spineless man, unable to say no to rude people and speak his mind."
"Ouch. If I cared about you even a little, your words would hurt me, or mean something to me, but luckily I don't." Jimin really thought so. Why would he be bothered about what one guy he barely knew thinks?
"I think just by hanging out with me for 10 minutes you made a big progress in speaking your mind and maybe even attempting in hurting someone casually. I'm proud of you." Jungkook says with smile and Jimin hates that in some way he was right.
He really did speak exactly what's on his mind, and it kind of did feel freeing and good.
"I'm just sad that none of my kindness transferred to you, but what can we do." Jimin teases while shrugging, and comes closer to the front door of the building he is living in.
"Thank you for walking me home." he says while holding the door knob.
"It was nice to get to know you better. I hope I'll see you again." Jungkook says while putting his hands in the pockets of his cargo pants, that little smile never abandoning his face.
Jimin opens his mouth to say something, then closes them, then opens them again, but still is unable to say anything. His mind kind of gives him a hard time to concentrate on anything right now.
"You don't have to say anything. I know what you're thinking."
"Oh really?"
"Yes. You hope you'll never see me again, but unfortunately for you, I live nearby the mall so there's a good chance you'll see me again." the younger says and starts walking backwards, still looking at the older with that annoyingly cocky smile.
"You got that right." Jimin says before entering the building, waving Jungkook goodbye before getting inside.
The moment he stepped inside his apartment, he thinks, 'What the actual fuck?'.
How did any of those things just happen and what did that annoying man want in the first place?
"Aghhh the money... I forgot to take his money again... Now he's gonna come again to return the money..."
He remembers the thing the man was here for, and scolds himself mentally for not even once thinking about it through the whole walk.
The leftovers from his yesterday's lunch look pretty good in the fridge, so he decides to eat some, and while looking at his phone, he sees 8 missed calls from his father.
"Shit! I didn't hear my phone."
He decides to call his dad immediately, feeling worried that something bad could have happened.
"Jiminah, you haven't answered my calls. Where are you?" his father answers the call after the first beep.
"Appa, is everything ok? I was at the mall. I just came home. Sorry."
"Well you tell me? What happened today Jiminah?" his father asks, and Jimin knew what he is talking about.
"Well news travel fast..."
"Do you mean the incident with the old lady at the register? Did Kangdae say something to you?" he got mad.
"It's not important who told me. I want to hear it from you. You are my son. I put my trust in you to work as hard as you can in our mall. You know I can't be there all the time. I'm in charge of the Lotte mall in Busan, and even if Kangdae is my right hand there in Seoul, I still want you to be in charge of more things, and I want you to be the director one day, not him. You need to step up your game Jiminah. You can't let one lady and a bad-mannered guy to stop you from working for almost 20 minutes and there was no other cashier at the moment. People were angry, some said that they'll never come back. You need to act faster and better in those situations."
"If you only knew how hard I'm trying..."
"You're right appa. I'll be better next time. I'm sorry."
"Ok. I believe in you. Don't let me down Jiminah."
"I won't. Say hi to eomma for me. I have to go now."
"I will. Talk to you soon son."
"Ok. Bye."
The thing is, Jimin's father is one of the owners and the biggest investors in Busan. After doing an amazing job in directing the biggest mall there, he got a bit greedy and decided to try and do the same in Seoul. Things back fired cause at one point, the mall in Busan didn't have a proper management, so he needed to come back and fix things, and luckily for him, Jimin was finishing his last year at Management University and could step in and help with the situation in Seoul. He really gave his all. He tries every day to be better, but there's only so much he can do. Kangdae, his father’s good friend, is the one who's really in charge of everything, and uses Jimin to do all the work for him, while he's only ordering around, but that's something Jimin's father couldn't see. Every mistake Jimin made, and there was only little of those, Kangdae would inform his father about it, trying to make Jimin look incapable of running things alone in the mall, and trying to make himself look better. Jimin really don't like him, but still has to work with him, and eventually has decided to just be the best that he can, like he always is.
The sleep didn't come that easily that night.
Jimin kept thinking about all the things he had to sacrifice in his young age just cause he wanted to be the best son, a role model for his younger brother, someone his parents can lean on... He thought about it for way too long, until his eyes felt too heavy and he finally fell asleep with watery eyes.
*
His early morning routine was even worse when he's sad or mad or just grumpy, and now, he is all of it.
After lazily dressing up, eating some fruits, he finishes some of his assignments for the University, and goes to do his second shift in the mall.
Today is one of the busiest days when the suppliers come with all the new items they wanted to present to their management so Kangdae and him are stuck all day, testing some things, trying on new products, and of course neither of them mentions the incident from yesterday, knowing damn well talking about it would only cause them to fight and stop talking at all.
Soon it was a lunch break, so after eating hardly anything, Jimin comes down to check upon the workers, items for sale, and everything else.
While walking in between the isle of all kinds of different cosmetics products, some customer calls for his help.
"Good evening. How can I help you?" he asks as politely as he can.
"I just don't know what to choose? There's too many soaps and they all have different prices and smells and I'm just lost here..." the woman in her forties says so after taking a deep breath, Jimin comes closer to observe the options.
"Well, these here are based on goat milk, which is very good for your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. These here are antibacterials, and are good if you have pets in your home, kids too. These ones are kind of made to smell nice, and they have mix from all kinds of flowers in it. My personal favorite is these over here, the 100% bio ones. I really like their texture and how sensitive they feel on the skin. There's enough of different smells to change them from time to time if you get bored of the same smell. And their price is reasonable." he says, and figures just how much he knows about every little item in here, but somehow he’s always lacking when it comes to managing things properly...
"Hm... Well you just make my decision harder. I haven't even seen those you spoke so highly about. Now I have to smell every soap so I could decide which I'm gonna maybe take."
"Or you could stop showering and just stick to smell bad. It's obvious you don't use soaps that often..."
"Take your time. It's totally fine. You can decide after smelling them all." he smiles nicely, and tries to leave.
"Do you think different soaps have different tastes?" the lady asks then so he stops while looking at her face, blinking dumbfounded.
"Are you kidding me right now?" he is super close from loosing it, and then hears a voice closing in behind him.
"They don't."
He didn't even have to turn around to know who is standing behind his back. The annoying voice just got stuck in his head.
"Why do you even say that with such certainty?" Jimin asks while turning around, meeting the biggest doe eyes he ever saw in his life.
"You don't want to know." Jungkook smiles cutely, and comes closer to the woman who is sniffing tons of soaps.
"I think I want these two. I'm just not sure if they have almond milk in them or coconut milk. Here it says it's bio, but which one?" she says while looking at both of them with some sad puppy eyes, and Jimin just thinks how ridiculous she is.
"Dear lady, can I show you something?" Jungkook says with some sickeningly sweet tone, so Jimin got curious.
"Yes, please." she responds while batting her lashes at him.
"Look, here, at the back of mostly every product, there's the number of the company that made them, which you can contact for every single, little detail you want to know about their product. They might even invite you to their factory so that you can see the process of making those beautiful soaps. Wouldn't that be amazing?" he says with some excitement, that Jimin knows it's fake, but the lady totally bought it.
"Thank you young man. I'll definitely do that. Have a nice day." the lady says, looking super happy with his advice.
"You're welcome."
It is funny how big of a smile Jungkook has on his face, and all Jimin can think about is, how his advice is actually amazing.
"First of all thank you, and secondly, how convenient it is to bump into you again?" Jimin says while crossing his arms on his chest.
"Convenient? I almost set the tent up here, trying to take a nap for how long I've been in here, trying to see you again." Jungkook says so Jimin smiles. For the first time today, he actually smile honestly, without having to fake anything.
"You're crazy." Jimin blurts out, without even thinking about what he should and shouldn't say. The younger had that effect on him.
"I am. How are you today?" the younger asks as if they are some old friends that bumped into each other after long time.
"I'm... I don't know..." Jimin says, so Jungkook looks at him with worried expression.
"Is everything ok?" he really looks honestly worried.
"It is, it is... I just... um... well the director of this mall didn't like the way I handled yesterday’s incident with you and that lady... and I hate criticism so... yeah..." he has no idea why he’s telling the truth, he usually always hides things that he didn't want to talk about and try to think about them when he's alone, but there is something in Jungkook's eyes that just lure him to tell him everything.
"Oh. Well that sucks. You actually did amazing." the younger says so Jimin frowns.
"You literally said how I should be more rude and that I acted as a spineless man." Jimin repeats his words.
"Wow you really did listen to me carefully."
"I did. And now I think that maybe you were right. Maybe I'm not the best at what I do. Maybe there's millions of other people who would do ten times better than me... Maybe I don't even deserve to be here..." his thoughts got the best of him, and he has no idea why he is saying all of this out loud.
While just standing there, looking at one dot on the floor, he feels a pair of strong hands squeezing his shoulders a bit roughly so he snaps his gaze from the floor to look at Jungkook's face that is a bit too close for his liking.
"Hey, what do you think you're doing? You're literally the nicest person I ever met in my life and now you're doubting yourself cause you didn't solve a problem on the spot. Come on. Do you know how hard it is to be polite and nice all the time? I don't, cause I can't do that. It's easier to be rude you know. Takes some effort to be polite and nice all the time. At least that's what someone wise told me the other day... " Jungkook smiles cutely while looking at the smaller's eyes.
"It was yesterday. I told you that yesterday. And thank you, but you still don't know me that much to say such a thing." Jimin says and moves back slightly, feeling a bit confused by their proximity.
"I saw enough yesterday, and today too. Come on, anyone would go crazy in both situations, and you had a fucking smile on your face. I seriously admire you." Jungkook says with a little bow so Jimin smiles again.
"Did you come to give the money you forgot yesterday?" Jimin decides to cut to the chase, having too much work to do, and chatting with Jungkook isn't helping.
"Oh the money. I forgot about that again." the younger says and shrugs, so Jimin chuckles.
"I'll bring it later. When do you finish with work?" and there it is.... The smooth question to see Jimin again.
"You know you don't have to. It's only 3$." Jimin says but kind of wishes the younger would bring the money.
Not because of the money. Jungkook was kind of interesting...
"I'm closing tonight at 10 since it's Saturday and tomorrow we don't work, so that's a bit late..." Jimin says, but Jungkook interrupts him.
"No it's not. I'll be here. See you later hyungie." Jungkook says with a smile on his face, and waves goodbye at the confused Jimin.
"What's the matter with this guy?"
Jimin really couldn't figure it out, since yesterday, the younger seemed like the rudest, bad mannered person he met in his life, but now he's nice and fun?
"Did I just thought about Jungkook being fun?"
He figures that he'll just take the money, maybe they could walk together and chat a bit like last night and that's it.
Except that that wasn't it.
After finishing his shift. He looks at himself in the mirror. Same old same old. White, loose, button up shirt, and some black slacks, honey blond hair styled like always, messily covering his forehead, his round glasses sitting on his nose, making him look kind of more serious.
He didn't care that much about his appearance. As long as everything is clean and smelling nice, he's fine with it.
At sharp 10 PM he walks out of the mall, and sees Jungkook on the same spot, leaning against the wall, waiting for him.
"Hi hyung." he greets him with wide smile, so Jimin returns with some awkward small smile, still not figuring the younger's behavior. At all.
"Are you feeling better?" Jungkook asks and comes closer, so Jimin thinks about it.
Is he feeling better?
He certainly had more annoying situations in his office to solve, where some customers wanted to return item that they opened so he had to explained to them why that wasn't possible for an hour, and Kangdae did definitely send him way too many papers to sign, and new suppliers numbers to contact for the upcoming tasting of new products, so while thinking about his shitty day, he realized that he gave no answer to the younger and that he is looking at him with worry again.
"That bad?" Jungkook asks while putting one hand on the older's shoulder so Jimin shudders unintentionally and starts walking. Maybe it was a bit cold at night.
"It's ok. Just... a tiring day..." he says and shrugs, Jungkook continues walking close to him.
"Well it's your lucky day cause I know exactly the thing that you need to feel better." Jungkook says so Jimin stops to look at him.
"I don't know what I need to feel better, so how could you possibly know?" Jimin asks, the younger manage to confuse him all the time.
"My friends are having a movie night, and tonight we're watching only comedies, it's gonna be so fun, you'll love it." Jungkook sounds all excited and happy, and Jimin just observes him even more confused than before.
"And you want me to go to your friend’s home, where I don't know anyone, and watch movies with you? That should make me feel better? Really?" Jimin says with 'what the fuck?' face.
"Well when you say it like that..."
"Well it's exactly like that. All I could feel is anxiety for being somewhere where I wasn't before, and with people I don't even know. You could easily kidnap me and next thing I know, I'm the victim of human trafficking, and the worst is that I don't know who and why would anyone want to buy me." Jimin says so Jungkook chuckles.
"Oh come on, you know me. It'll be fun. And it's only me and my two best friends. It's not like I'm taking you to one of our parties or something, and people would definitely want to buy you for many reasons. Don't sell yourself short."
"I can never tell whether you're insulting me or complimenting me." Jimin says dead panned, but Jungkook always has that small smile on his face.
"If it makes you feel any better, neither do I." Jimin giggles and hates the way he kind of felt like he really knows the younger.
They got to the same crossroad where they were yesterday, and now is the time for Jimin to go right, but they stopped.
"My friend lives only five minutes from here, but we should go left instead of right where your apartment is." Jungkook says so Jimin bits his lower lip, feeling slightly nervous, cause would it be so wrong if he goes for an hour or two, and just try to have some fun?
"Hey it's ok if you don't want to. I would never force you to do anything you're not comfortable with. It's just that you seemed really down today and my friends are really funny so I thought you might like some company..."
"Ok."
"Really?"
"Yeah. I mean, what's the worst that can happen?" Jimin asks kind of rhetorically as they started walking down the street.
"Well, you might not like my friends, you also might not like the movies that they choose to play, then you might feel nervous and we can sell you..." Jungkook talks so Jimin shoves him on the sides.
"Shut up. I'm seconds away from turning back and heading home." he says with a smile, so Jungkook giggles loudly.
Soon they came in front of some old looking building, and entered inside.
They went up to the last floor, and entered the unique open space apartment that has some stairs that lead to a loft that is visible from down under.
The whole place has that special industrial vibe, with bricks used as wall, dim lightning, big floor to ceiling windows, and the place is decorated with some pretty arts.
The moment they stepped closer into the open space, Jimin could smell the familiar smell.
Weed.
He had tried smoking weed back in high school with his friends, but never done it again afterwards. He knew what kind of effect it has on people, and didn't judge the ones using it, but just never had some special desire to smoke it after finishing high school.
"Guys, we're here..." Jungkook says as soon as they walk to the big dark gray L shaped sofa, where the two of his best friends are casually sitting while smoking weed.
The taller man with curly silverish hair gets up first and comes to greet them.
"Hi Kookah, and you must be Jiminie." he says while walking right pass Jungkook, coming closely in front of Jimin and looking at his face with smile.
"Hi, yes, I'm Jimin." he says with small smile, so the taller, cups his face with his pretty hands, and squeezes Jimin's cheeks a couple of times.
"Aghhh you're so cuteeeeee! Can I call you little Minnie?"
Jimin's eyes widen, but were squished between the man's palms so his expression is obviously not visible for the said man.
"Please don't." Jimin kind of says, with his lips pursed, and his face still squeezed between the silverish haired man's palms.
"Ok, then I'll call you fluffy yellow chick!"
"Little Minnie is fine." Jimin announces, figuring it's better to pick the less mortifying option.
"Stop it Tae!" Jungkook comes and tugs the man's hands away from Jimin's face, so the man pouts cutely.
"But he's so squishy!" he whines, but Jungkook just shows him with his index finger to sit on the sofa.
"Sorry for that. He gets a bit touchy whenever he drinks or smokes weed, or always." Jungkook explains so Jimin nods, feeling his cheeks getting back to its normal shape.
"That's Tae, and the one that didn't say a word is Yoongi hyung." he introduces his friends so Jimin smiles at them politely.
"I would said plenty if Tae didn't freak the poor guy already." the mint haired guy says, and gets up, extending his hand towards Jimin, which Jimin gladly excepts and shakes it with some pressure.
"I'm Yoongi, it's nice to meet you."
"It's nice to meet you too."
So they sit down and start talking about what movie they should watch.
Jungkook opens the box on the table that has wrapped joints in it, and after taking one, offers the box for Jimin to take one too.
"I'm fine." he says while shaking his head, putting his hands up, obviously not interested in having some tonight.
"You don't smoke weed? It's a really good one. I got it from the friend at our University." Tae says so Jimin only then realizes that he knows nothing about Jungkook, or his life.
"Oh, the two of you go to the same University?" he asks, being curious to find out more.
"Yeah. We go to Korean National University of Arts. I'm on my final year at Acting department, and Jungkookah is on second year of directing and filming department. Yoongi is old, he finished his studies years ago and is working as music producer with fancy idols." Tae explains, so Jimin nods.
"I'm 26 and I only started working two years ago you little tease." Yoongi says and pinches Tae, so Jimin smiles at his cute action.
They really give out some comfy and calming vibe and he feels really relaxed and good.
"Does it bother you that we smoke some more? Would you rather have something to drink?" Jungkook asks, so Jimin thinks about it. He looks at the joint between his fingers, and kind of wants to maybe try some...
"Have you ever smoked weed before?" It seems like Jungkook is very observant and kind of always know what to ask, or he is just reading Jimin's mind easily.
He has no idea at this point.
"I have. Back in high school. But I forgot how to do it to be honest. I remember that I coughed a lot and sounded as if I was choking on chicken bone at the time. It was pretty embarrassing." he admits so Jungkook smiles cutely with his nose scrunched.
"I can give you some tips if you want to try. And even if you cough so hard that your lungs end up on the living room floor, I promise we won't laugh." After a second of deliberating, he nods, thinking how a small dose of weed can only help his poor mind to relax a bit.
Jungkook extends his hand towards the box with joints at the same time as Jimin extends his hand towards the joint in Jungkook's hand.
"Oh, you wanna try mine?" Jungkook asks sounding a bit surprised.
"I mean, I don't wanna light a new one cause chances are good that I will fail after first attempt." he says with shrug. Small blush appearing on his face.
"Here. Take a hit, but take a small one, and try to inhale deeply right after. Don't hesitate to suck the smoke down into your lungs right away. The smoke will get trapped in your throat if you don't do so, and then you'll start coughing. Ok?" Jungkook explains, Jimin listen carefully and nods, but right after he takes the first hit, he starts coughing loudly.
"It's ok. You took too big of a hit. Try again."
After calming his throat, Jimin tries again and fails again too.
"You're taking too big hits. Try inhaling less smoke and then bring it deeply into your lungs. Then you can feel the maximum buzz and relaxation." Jungkook instructs again, so Jimin prepare himself to try one more time.
He inhales deeply, but again, takes too much inside his virgin lungs, and starts coughing loudly.
"Just give him the smoke yourself." Yoongi says after watching Jimin's suffering, so they both looked at him.
"What does he mean?" Jimin says between coughs, and notices Jungkook moving closer next to him.
"So, there's a way that it's simple and you could inhale smaller smoke than before."
"Ok...."
"I just have to inhale first, and then exhale the smoke right into your mouth. That way I could control how much smoke you'll take."
"Oh." that's all Jimin manages to say.
"I won't touch your lips. You don't have to worry about that. I'll just come a bit closer. Wanna try?" Jungkook says and licks his lips right after, so Jimin follows his tongue instinctively, the way the younger made his lips wet and slick, made him gulp unconsciously.
"Ok. Let's try."
He licks his lips too, not knowing the reason behind the said action, and moves closer to Jungkook. They are both sitting with their legs folded underneath them so their knees are touching now.
"Ok, ready?" Jungkook asks so Jimin nods, and soon the younger took a deep hit, and after inhaling the smoke deeply, comes closer to Jimin's face, literally inch away, so Jimin's body kind of froze unwillingly and he forgets to open his mouth. Jungkook pushes his chin lightly down with his index and middle finger, making him to open his mouth slightly, and right after starts exhaling the smoke inside his mouth. At first, Jimin just stared at Jungkook's eyes, unable to do anything, but soon he recovers and starts inhaling the smoke, as deep as he can.
Jungkook moves back, and only then Jimin notices that he didn't cough at all.
"There you go." Jungkook says so Jimin smiles contently. Feeling happy and proud that he has mastered something stupid as smoking weed.
"I did it." he says proudly so Jungkook giggles.
"You did." he nods and winks cutely. It looks more like a blink, but Jimin thought it's cute.
"Wanna try once more?" Jungkook asks with smirk.
"Yes." he thinks how one more hit won't be that bad, and he could be even better at this.
Again, the same scenario repeated itself. Jungkook comes closer, licks his lips right before inhaling the smoke, so Jimin licks his right after, and then the younger leans in and exhales the smoke into Jimin's willing mouth. This time he sucks the smoke immediately and keep it inside his lungs a bit longer before exhaling it out.
"Look at you doing it amazingly well." Jungkook praises him so he feels his cheeks burning.
Weird.
"Can you give me one more please?" Jimin says without thinking too much into it, so Jungkook nods.
"Sure. Come here."
Jungkook pats the spot next to him, so Jimin moves a bit closer, and waits for Jungkook to inhale the smoke, and this time when the younger leans in, he moves to meet him half way, and while opening his mouth to catch as much smoke as he could, he looks at Jungkook's lips instead of his eyes, like he did the previous times, and notices a small mole just below his bottom lip.
"Cute."
Again he exhales the smoke without coughing, so Jungkook gives him a high five right after.
"Are you done soon? You do realize we've started watching the movie half an hour ago?" Tae says so they move away from each other. Still sitting pretty close, but not nearly as close as a moment ago.
"Don't worry, we'll catch up. This was more important." Jungkook says and smiles fondly at Jimin, so he feels his cheeks burning again.
Weird.
Must be the weed.
The movie is super funny and they all laugh so much, their stomachs hurt, Jimin almost fell off the sofa a couple of times, but when the sex scene comes on the screen, all of them got kind of quiet. It isn't even a good sex scene, more like some hilarious attempt of sex, but still, it is obviously a bit weird to just sit there and watch some actor trying to put his way too big dick inside some way too tight pussy.
"I need to get laid so badly." Tae breaks the silence so they all laugh.
"Come on, you had sex last week. Why are you whining?" Jungkook scolds him, so Tae slaps his arm playfully.
"I like to have sex regularly. It's healthy you know. Besides, when was the last time you get laid?" Tae asks so Jimin glances at them, feeling kind of curious to know.
"I seriously don't know. It's not like I keep a track or something... Besides, just ask Yoongi nicely and I'm sure he'll step in and help you." Jungkook says with smirk so this time Yoongi throws a pillow at him. Jimin just sits there and looks at them without saying word, but his mind is as usually working on his own... Stepping in when it shouldn't...
"I had sex last month." he blurts out so all of them look at him, and again he feels his cheeks getting hotter.
"Since we're sharing those information...." he tries to not sound weird, but usually he never talks about these things. Not even with his best friend Hobi. Maybe it's the weed, this whole situation... He has no idea.
"Oh, so my little Minnie is in a relationship?" Tae says and looks at Jimin, but he shakes his head.
"Not really. It's just a girl that I see from time to time, and sometimes we have sex. I don't really like her too much." he says it so freely, and feels good right after.
Why is it that he can admit such a thing to three almost strangers and can't say it to Hobi?
"Oh. It's a girl." Tae says sounding shocked, and Yoongi clears his throat awkwardly right after, like he's trying to say 'Shut up Tae'.
"Yes. Why?" Jimin looks at them clueless, and sees some confusion mixed with disbelief on their faces.
"Um...It's nothing...just...I thought, you know... um... I didn't know if you enjoy having sex with woman or maybe man...that's all..." Tae says a bit shyly, and Yoongi rolls his eyes at him.
"You can't assume people's sexual orientation just by looking at their face. What's wrong with you? He does that all the time. Please don't get offended or weirded out." Yoongi says so Jimin shrugs.
"I didn't get offended. Why would I be? I mean, I only had sex with girls before. I was never in any type of relationship with a man before. It just didn't happen I guess." again, he says with a shrug and looks at the guys, now staring at him like he is telling them their favorite bed time story.
"I'm just curious. How did you like the sex you had with those girls?" Tae asks while squinting his eyes at him, and then, Yoongi slaps his thigh lightly.
"Stop it. Why are you being rude?" the mint haired guy say, but Tae looks way too curious.
"I'm not rude. We're just gossiping a bit..."
"Um...It was ok, I guess. Some things I liked, some I didn't, but I came every time so I guess the sex served its purpose." Jimin says honestly so all of them looked even more confused now.
"I'm sorry if I'm being a bit nosy, but what parts you did and didn't like? Since we're talking about sex this openly." Tae continues with the questions, and if Jimin isn't as high as he is, he probably wouldn't say a thing, but that's not the case.
"Well I kind of don't like the screaming. I mean, I like being vocal during sex too, but those too loud, exaggerated noises that sound more like a goat bleat, and then the groaning like drunken cat in heat... What's up with that? Sometimes my eardrums beg me to reach up and put a pillow on their faces before I go limp and deaf at the same time. (he let out a deep sigh and continued) And then there's the jiggling. I don't know if other guys like to watch tits roll and bounce with every thrust you gave them, but after long enough with any woman, I feel like I'm fucking a piece of jello. Jiggle, wiggle, jiggle, wiggle... I don't know... It's weird. And the heavy make up! How could I forget that. Once I had to wash my dick for half an hour and it still had glitters all over it afterwards. Gross." Jimin opens up like never before, so after a moment of silence, Tae, who seems to be the boldest from the three of them decides to find out more.
"Sweetie, what's the thing that you liked?"
"Well, I liked the warmth I felt around my dick." that's the only thing he can remember.
"That's it?" Taehyung says while tapping his index finger over his mouth, like his deliberating something.
"I mean...Yeah..." Jimin says a bit shyly. Looking at the boys who are just staring at him without blinking.
"I'm talking too much. Sorry." he quickly apologizes, feeling silly for being the only one talking way too much about these things. This never happened to him before...
"Actually, I'm loving this." Tae says and nods, glancing at Yoongi and then Jungkook, suppressed excitement written on his face.
"Dude, just try some dick." Yoongi says so Jungkook chokes on air, Taehyung starts laughing like crazy, and Jimin frowns.
"Eh?" Silly Minnie didn't get it.
"Babe, I don't wanna sound rude or anything, but the way you described your sexual experience doesn't sound good. You clearly didn't enjoy it fully and I think it has nothing to do with you nor the woman you have slept with. I think you need to have sex with a man and see if that would give you more pleasure and turn you on easier. Have you ever considered that?" Tae, the only bold one to continue talking about those things says, so Jimin thinks about it.
"Actually, it never crossed my mind. I'm not against that idea. I guess I never even had a chance to try it. Maybe you're right, or maybe I'm just hard to satisfy. Who would know?" Jimin says and puts his palms up in the air, motioning his defeat, but Tae comes closer to him, and hugs him tightly.
"Well if you're willing to find out, I would gladly help you with that. As a man who had sex with many men, I could help you pick a nice guy who can be gentle and patient with you while you try to find the things that you like sexually." Tae offers his help, but before Jimin can say anything, Jungkook pushes Tae a bit away from Jimin.
"Just leave him alone. What are you even talking about? He's a grownup man and can decide those things by himself." Jungkook says, but Jimin still has this kind of indecisive look on his face.
"Well I appreciate you effort, but I don't know if I'm comfortable with just jumping into bed with someone I don't know just cause I wanna try something new. I don't think I could be comfortable enough to even take my clothes off in front of strangers." Jimin says with a pout, feeling a bit lost in his thoughts with all of this.
"Fine. I'll do it." Yoongi suddenly says so all of them snapped their gaze and looked at him weirdly.
"What? No." Jungkook says with frown, so Jimin giggles.
"I don't mind. I mean you know me, I have a nice dick. You're very pretty..." Yoongi tries to continue, but got smacked in the face with pillow.
"Shut up you perv." Jungkook scolds him again, but Jimin smiles even more.
"He's not lying, just so you know. Very nice dick I'd say." Tae adds so Jimin stops smiling and looks at Tae with confused face.
"Well thank you very much." Yoongi obviously likes the compliment.
"Oh. So you two..." Jimin points his small, index finger at one, then the other, still confused with all of this interaction, but kind of having so much fun.
"Just casual hook ups. Everything's fine." Tae says and gets up, trying to get some ice cream for them to eat.
"Oh. That's fine... I guess..." Jimin says while nodding, enjoying the weird atmosphere more than he thought he would, and for some odd reason, he really wanted to stay and enjoy more...
