Time Alone

Summary:

Sometimes it's hard finding time to be alone.

Notes:

Jen: I sure do love going to see my father, where nothing traumatic will ever happen.
Jen, five minutes later: NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO.

Work Text:

“Alan,” he prodded the sleeping man in the stomach, despite the fact that that would probably result in him getting murdered. If Alan had to choose between Hank and sleep, he would always choose sleep. “Alan-” He hissed again, then louder: “Alan!”

One blue eye cracked open, glaring at him. “What is it? Give me one good reason not to kick you out of bed right now.”

“I was thinking-” Hank started, and the blond’s eyebrow raised further the longer that he stalled. “You seem like the kind of man who might be into morning blowjobs.”

Alan’s other eye cracked open. “Are you offering one, or are you asking me for one?”

“Offering one.”

The older man regarded him for a moment before sighing and getting comfortable again. “Well, if you put it like that... I did have to get up soon.”

The telepath hummed, shifting down the bed, mouthing at the blond’s rapidly hardening cock through his pajama pants. Alan ran his fingers through Hank’s curls, looking oddly fond. “Good boy,” he murmured.

Hank looped his fingers around the hem of the pajamas and began to pull them down, taking the head of Alan’s cock into his mouth as it sprung up to meet him. He suckled once, and the phone on the bedside table buzzed.

Alan sighed, picking it up and answering the call. “Hello Carter, I want you to know, I will be feeding you your own mace the next time I see you,” he winced, “right now? You want me there right now?”

“Something big?” Hank asked, still nestled in between the older man’s legs.

“No,” Alan informed him, “he wants help in setting up for the next meeting; I can’t blow him off because he will come here next if I do.”

“Ah.” Hank imagined Carter looming in the window and decided that he didn’t want that either. “Well, have fun. I’ll be taking your warm spot.”

Alan growled in response.

Maybe Hank should have expected what came out of that, a phone call right before getting out of work that told him that he would be coming back to Alan’s penthouse apartment that night and that Alan would come and pick him up if necessary. Over the years, Hank had learned to read Alan slightly better, so he recognized it as the “I miss you, and also I’m horny” that it was.

The very moment that he rang the bell, the door swung open, and he was dragged inside. Green Lantern slammed him up against the hallway wall, his tongue already worming its way inside Hank’s mouth. The telepath groaned, pressing himself up against the older man’s warm body.

“Okay, Old Man,” Hank breathed, when Alan finally pulled back, “what are you going to do with me now?”

“First, I’m going to spank you,” Alan growled, “because you must have known Hawkman was going to call then, and you are a little tease, then I’m going to fuck you over the kitchen counter.”

Hank shuddered; he hadn’t actually known that Carter was going to call, but still... spanking. Both of them knew that he liked nothing more than a firm hand, and it was highly likely that Green Lantern didn’t even think he was responsible for that morning anyway and just wanted an excuse to give them what they both wanted.

“Turn your phone off first; we don’t want any interruptions.”

“Good idea,” Alan moved to nip at his neck, using his free hand to hold the off button on his phone down, “I’m fully planning on taking my time.”

The doorbell rang at that exact moment as if waiting for those words, and Alan closed his eyes, taking a few deep breaths.

“Dad!” Jennie-Lynn’s voice rang out, “It’s me! And Todd! We brought you dinner!”

“Well,” Hank murmured, “at least you know they care about you.”

“You shut up,” Alan told him before yelling back at his daughter: “Just a second, honey!”

“Out the window?” The telepath asked.

“What do you think?”

“He actually went out the window.”

“What was that, Dad?”

“Nothing you need to be concerned about, honey.”

Clearly, they had a problem. They were never going to get any amount of time to themselves unless Hank was smart with this. He knew that the JSA and Alan’s kids would never bother him at work. The man himself wouldn’t stand for that, and he had been inside Alan’s office before. No one would be able to see what was going on inside from the corridor.

A plan started forming inside Hank’s head.

“Okay, send in my 2 o’clock,” it had been a good day, productive, he might have been a little bit late to lunch, but he was planning on texting Henry, asking if he had a good day, and then telling him to meet him in a secluded spot in the mountains. Most people would naturally be a little leery about Alan proposing that, but they had to have progressed past the point where Hank thought Alan was actively trying to murder him by now.

Then, his 2 o’clock stepped into the room, and Alan snapped back to actively attempting murder mode. “What are you doing here?” He hissed. Then, after a moment: “You made an appointment with my secretary?”

“It was the only way to get any time together,” Hank said, thankfully slightly sheepishly, “about half an hour together, to be exact.”

“Vacations exist, Henry,” Alan retorted, already loosening his tie, “I was going to invite you on vacation with me.” He pressed a button underneath his desk. It looped the footage on the security cameras, designed for when he needed to leave work and operate as Green Lantern.

“But then you couldn’t rail me on your desk, which you want to do.”

“So now you decide to read minds.”

“Well, you are projecting pretty hard. Ow! We don’t have enough time for you to spank me!”

“Oh Jennie-Lynn,” the secretary looked up from her screen, “your father’s in a meeting right now, did you want to wait, or-?”

“I was just bringing him lunch. He’s never minded me just stepping in for a moment before.”

Jennie-Lynn hummed, utterly oblivious to what she was about to see, and walked towards the office. She shifted the bag containing the lunch box to her off-hand and swung the door open, taking in the scene inside for just a moment before a scream escaped her lips.

“Dad, what the fuck?!”
