“Uwaa Ace?!” Luffy’s over exaggerated voice makes the older boy smile as he jumps up from his small craft to get on the Going Merry.
“You know it!” He safely lands on the railing as Luffy falls forward and his crew gives a confused look, “ah is this your crew? Introduce me!”
Luffy excitedly stands back up and leans into Ace clearly happy to have his brother on the ship after so many years of never seeing him. “The Redhead Nami is our Navigator! Blond Chef is Sanji! Reindeer doctor is Chopper! Green haired swordsman is Zoro, and the long nose is Usopp.” Usopp gives a loud complaint about getting nothing good said about him while some of the others wave as a greeting.
Ace lowers himself from the railing and gives a curt bow, “thank you for taking care of my precious little brother.”
“No. Not at all…” they all say in unison, soon turning to one another bewildered on how such a polite man would be Luffy’s sibling.
“Luffy’s adopted I’m sure of it…” Zoro whispers to which the others quietly agree, getting some protest from Luffy who heard them. Luffy pouts to which Ace laughs at him and pulls on his cheek endearingly.
“It’s so good to see you again Ace!” Luffy’s happy tone never failed to put him in a good mood that’s for sure. How he longed to see his stretchy little face throughout his travels.
“Likewise it’s been a while, I can’t wait to tell you so many stories and of course hear what my lil bro has been up to!”
The others on the ship watched them and let them enjoy each other’s company before Usopp shouted from the edge of the deck since they were trying to escape. “Baroque Works ships ahead! There’s around five on their way to land.”
“It must be the Billions…” Vivi says biting her lip, she should’ve known to try and get out faster.
“Ah don’t worry I got this.” Ace coolly says as he jumps on to his canoe starting a fire at the soles of his feet propelling the thing forward at a decent speed. They all run to the edge of the ship to watch the man take care of the five ships. He was vertical to all of them and hopped off the canoe, shooting a large fireball from his body. It must’ve been powerful seeing as it ripped through all five ships in a matter of seconds, leaving broken and burnt ship pieces scattered in the ocean with men littered about.
“Yeah Ace!!” Luffy cheered loudly from the ship as Ace landed back into the canoe and sped back over to the Going Merry.
“He’s so strong.” Nami quietly said appalled a single man held that much power. Sanji and Zoro stood silently amazed by their captains brother. When he makes it back to the ship Luffy quickly attaches himself to Ace, stars in his eyes as he joyfully talks to him about what just transpired.

Once Ace settled in with Luffy’s crew Usopp decided they should drink to the occasion which Luffy supported wanting Sanji to make delicious food (meat) to accompany it. After a few good hours of drinking and laughing everyone had gotten sufficiently drunk enough to need sleep, even Luffy looked buzzed when he rarely ever got drunk. Everyone made their way to their own rooms, while Luffy guided Ace to another guest room.
