So like... we’ve all seen fics where Marinette ends up with one of the bats. But I want to see a fic where Adrien ends up with one of the bats. But like I mean, he is the main focus of the story and not a side plot. (You get me?)
- Marinette and Adrien are Co-Guardians of the Miraculous Box.
- I want their relationship to have gotten more equal as they got older. In and out of the mask. Like Marinette actually fills him in on shit. They work together and are equals. They get over their crushes...They eventually have a sibling dynamic. (I think platonic Adrinette is better than Romantic Adrinette. Fight me.)
- After the final Hawkmoth Battle, they don’t want to stay in Paris anymore because of bad memories, so they end up moving to Gotham. (You could make this a class salt fic if you want I guess? It could work.)
- Who Hawkmoth was was never revealed to the public, but Gabriel and Nathalie were cursed to never remember that they were villains and what the miraculous do/are. (Whatever happens to Emilie, you decide)
- I have a head cannon where in the Maribat Universe, Gotham was cursed with bad luck, which is why there’s a fuck ton of crime and people break out of Arkham regularly. So that’s why they go to Gotham. To cleanse (balance?) the area.
- Marinette makes a name for herself as MDC, while Adrien is her assistant. (He didn’t want to continue modeling- he never liked it in the first place. And he didn’t want to associate himself with the Gabriel brand, so why not work for his best friend?)
- While in Gotham, they patrol. But I think I want them to rotate the miraculous, so each Kwami gets a turn to be taken to go places with them. They would have at least two miraculous on each of them at all times. But regardless, the Kwami are allowed to roam out of the box.
- When they eventually meet the Batfam tho I kinda want them to be using the Ladybug and Black Cat. (Maybe them as Mister Bug and Lady Noire would work too? You decide.)
- Marinette eventually gets invited to the Wayne Gala as MDC and of course, she’s bringing Adrien. There, he meets one of the Waynes. (I think I like AdriDami best. I wanna see how that dynamic would be. I assume it would be similar to Daminette, since the dynamic is pretty much the dark broody one plus the sunshine child.)
- Damien goes soft for the sunshine boi. Adrien gets flustered around the ice king. (When Adrien insists that he’s “just a friend” Marinette and Plagg burst out in laughter. “Yea you keep telling yourself that, kitty.”)
- Marinette eventually gets commissioned by the Waynes. When they go to the manor, Damien spends time most of his time with them. (When he acts all friendly around them, the Batfam is like “Has hell frozen over??) They end up staying for dinner. And after, Adrien gets Damien’s number.
- Eventually when the identity reveal happens (if it’s AdriDami), I want Jason to be like “OH MY GOD DEMON SPAWN PULLED A BRUCE. THIS KID IS A MINI SELINA.” Chaos ensues.
- The Sirens pretty much adopt Adrien and Marinette. They have movie nights and stuff. (I kinda want Selina to be with them whenever one of them uses the Cat Miraculous to patrol. It feels right.)
If this is AdriDami, I want there to be platonic Daminette. I want their dynamic to be kinda like MariChat. (You know how in Maribat fics, Adrien is supportive and protective of Marinette, but eventually becomes good friends with whoever Marinette is dating? That’s how I want Marinette to be with whichever of the bats Adrien dates in this.)
