Chapter Text

Ahsoka breathed in and out. Slowly the headache cleared up and the Togruta managed to open one eye, then the other. What happened? The last thing she remembered was….yeah what was it? A crash…right? She was looking for clues to find Ezra but got into a meteorshower. Now it all came back. She crashed the ship but the moment she should have died…she didn’t.

With careful movements the woman sat up and looked around when her breath got stuck in her lungs. This room…this simple, brownish room…looked quite similar to the one she had when she was a Padawan. Was it a dream? A Vision? Or was the force just messing with her? Careful, the former Jedi stood up and walked a few steps, just to see her face in a Mirror. She gasped in shock and stumbled back just to slide down the wall behind her. It took her a few seconds, which felt like hours though, to get her thoughts back in place. With a confused glare she examined herself. Yes, that was her…but different. She looked around twenty, maybe twenty three so around half the age she actually was.

“Good to see you’ve arrived safely. I was worried you would show up injured to be honest…” an Angelic voice laughed behind her. One hand moving to where her Lightsaber should be, Ahsoka swung around just to notice two things: First, her lightsabers were gone. Second, a woman with a blinding glow floated in her old room. The Daughter.

Ahsoka relaxed a bit seeing her old friend in her Humanoid form. “Morai…it’s good to see you…Do you know where we are?” she asked, voice more calm than she actually was.

Morai floated to the Window, signaling to the young Woman to follow her. There Ahsoka yelped a bit, knowing this location too well. “Is…Is this a Dream? The Temple…it got destroyed…we can’t be-” “It’s real.” Morai cut in, knowing how painful it was for her friend to be here. This is Coruscant, Twenty Years before the battle of Yavin. Congratulations Ahsoka. You traveled back in time.” the goddess explained calmly.

“Might as well happen…”  the Togruta mumbled, shaking her Head. “Still doesn’t explain my Age. If I were fifteen again and you told me my ghost flew into my old body or some bantha poo like that I would just say ‘okay great Whatever!’ but…I left the order WAY before I was this age. Actually, the order didn’t even EXIST when I was that Age.” she almost yelled. Morai sighed and shook her Head. “ The force gave you your Optimal body for this Mission. Apparently you were in your best shape with this one” the green haired lady theorized. Ahsoka sighed and let her shoulders hang down while she bit her lip. Sure, she was in her Prime in her twenties, but she hated seeing herself like this. It was at this age when she hid away from the Empire. When she was alone, depressed and just miserable. This mission gotta be Important if-...wait…

“A Mission? Who gave me a mission in the PAST!? Who gave me ANY mission!? I need to help Ezra, I don’t have time for this!” she now screamed at Morai, who just stared at her expressionless.

“The force gave you this mission or rather, this Chance.” now she lost Ahsoka, who tilted her head with a groan. “When your ship crashed, you Died. The force had pity on you though. A Woman who survived two wars, a purge and who outlived everyone she loved. It was just so unfair that you had to die like this. You have the chance to change fate, Ahsoka Tano. Not just yours but the whole galaxies.”
