bang bang (he shot me down)

Summary:

Porsche is absolutely not jealous that Tawan showed up out of nowhere to cause trouble.

Notes:

Hi! This was a long time coming. I was planning another fic since episode seven came out, but i couldn't really find a plot? or at least finish a plot. Anyway, this is a bit more angsty than i planned, but just as porny and fluffly. I hope you enjoy!

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Work Text:

Porsche wasn't jealous. He had absolutely no reason to be jealous. So what if Kinn's presumed dead ex is apparently alive? So what if he showed up and passed out dramatically? So what if Kinn had screamed his name and ran to him? He had just been surprised. It was a surprising situation.

So no, he wasn't jealous. At all .

Now Tawan was sitting in a cell in the compound, still looking half dead, while Porsche, Kinn, and Ken stood around. Pete had been there too, but after Tankhun heard that Tawan was there, they needed his help to calm him down, otherwise, he would have already stormed the cell and killed the man with his bare hands.

(Porsche personally saw no problem with that. The only probable downside is that it might ruin Tankhun's nails, and he'd whine until everyone agreed to get manicures together, but hell, if it got Tawan out of his sight, Porsche would even let Tankhun pick a nail polish for him.

Again. Not jealous.)

Honestly, the man looked terrible. He had only seen one picture of him, but this Tawan looked like he had been through some shit since then. He was pale and drawn, dark circles under his eyes. His hair looked dirty and messy, and the clothes he was wearing were unkempt . The Tawan in the photo was beautiful, glowing in the way young, rich people do. This Tawan was barely more than the ghost Porsche initially thought he was.

If it were anyone else, Porsche would feel bad, he might even insist they at least feed the person. But he still remembered the feeling of being stalked and the conversation he had had with Kinn, how his eyes had looked far away and sad. He used to be kind , Pete had said once. Tawan had broken Kinn's heart and trust. Porsche wanted him dead for that.

(He also wanted him dead for petty, personal reasons. Sue him.)

Tawan looked at Kinn with wide, pleading eyes, and, hey, maybe Vegas had the right idea with his little torture kit.

The worst part was the look on Kinn's face. It was the same mafia boss façade he put up, but now it was paper-thin, stretched over an unguarded look of surprise like he didn't quite believe what he was seeing. Porsche tried to ignore the twinge in his heart whenever he noticed Kinn's look. He had to be a bodyguard now, not an insecure lover.

(Okay, so maybe he was a little jealous. Just a little.)

"Kinn… I'm so glad I found you."

"Tawan?" and, oh, Porsche hated how insecure Kinn sounded.

"It's me, Kinn." Tawan's lower lip wobbled theatrically. "I need your help. The Italians had kidnapped me, but now that they're gone, there are people trying to kill me."

"And why should I help you?" Kinn's jaw was set and his voice was hard. The mafia boss persona was finally setting in properly, no doubt with a healthy dose of the bitterness Tawan's betrayal left. "After you betrayed me, surely you don't think I don't want you dead."

Tawan hesitates. He looks so small on the floor, Porsche notices. Vulnerable. He hates it, hates the instinctual pity that wants to grow on his heart, so he squashes it mercilessly. He betrayed Kinn, he reminds himself. He broke his trust so deeply, Kinn still has trouble trusting anyone.

"I have information about who was helping the Italians. They're still out there, and they're still planning on moving against you. Help me, protect me, and I'll give you the information."

That makes Kinn hesitate. Information is good. They need proof of who their enemies are, so they can eliminate them swiftly. But that's family business, so he needs to confer with his family first. He nods sharply, coming to a decision.

"You can guarantee you have this information?" Tawan nods. "Fine. I'll have to talk to my family about this situation then. We're going to my father's office, keep him in the waiting room." Kinn turns and leaves, fishing his phone out of his pants, probably texting his brothers and father about everything.

Kinn hasn't properly looked at Porsche once. He's trying not to think about it as they drag him out of the cell.

So, Tawan is staying. Great. That's fine. Porsche can keep an eye on him, make sure he's staying in line and keeping his word.

According to Pete, Tankhun hadn't been happy, he didn't trust Tawan and voted to kill the man on sight, but Korn and Kinn thought the information he promised might be too valuable to pass up. This, in Porsche's opinion, was bullshit. There's nothing Tawan can give them that they can't discover themselves. But, unfortunately, he had to follow the orders given to him, so he and Pete escorted Tawan to the guest room with orders to make sure he was kept alive and well. For now, at least. Porsche took it upon himself to be stationed outside the room, this way he could try to keep an eye on the guy during his shift. Which was ending in, like, an hour, but in that hour, Tawan wouldn't even breathe without him knowing. Hopefully.

“He’s using you, you know.”

Porsche knew his words were harsh, but bitter jealousy still burned in his chest. He knew Kinn didn’t do it on purpose, but the way he talked to Tawan, reminiscing about their past, the easy playful banter coming naturally - it hurt. A lot. So Porsche was going to be a little mean about it.

They were in Kinn’s office. Porsche had waited for him in there after his shift, and each moment Kinn wasn’t there, something disgustingly insecure curled around his stomach. He found himself itching for a cigarette, fixing himself a glass of Kinn’s expensive bourbon so he’d have something to do other than letting his mind run wild with images of Tawan next to Kinn, their skin touching, their nostalgic smiles. If he thought about it too much, he’d be sick.

He’d barely taken a sip of the drink when Kinn came in, raised an impressive eyebrow, and approached Porsche in all his kingly fashion, snagging his glass and taking a sip without breaking eye contact.

“I know.” The declaration stunned Porsche.

“If you know, then what’s he still doing here?”

“We need to know his moves. He’s working with the enemy, we need to know who they are for sure, and this is the fastest way to do it. He’ll slip up, and try to do something reckless. I know him, eventually, he’ll get too cocky about his position.” Kinn cupped Porsche’s cheek in a gentle hand. “I know it’s bad. I hate it too. I hate him looking at you. But I need you to trust me on this. It’ll be over soon.”

Against his better judgment, Porsche felt himself relaxing in Kinn’s hold, his head dipping to touch his collarbones. It was terrible, yes, but at least Kinn didn’t trust Tawan over him. He opened his mouth to say something when someone knocked at the door.

“Khun Kinn,” came Big’s voice from the outside, “Tawan is here. He says he has to talk to you. Alone.”

Porsche’s expression soured. He didn’t want Tawan alone with Kinn, but before he could say it, Kinn held his face again, locking eyes.

"Porsche, please."

He hated it, but he hid before Tawan came in. Porsche knew they were figuring out the best way to dispose of him now, but it wouldn't be easy, since they'd offered him protection. Maybe sending him out of the country would be the best way, though killing Tawan was ideal for a number of reasons. But, in the meantime, he'd stay confined in the guest room. Hopefully, he couldn't do much damage from there.

Porsche knew, though, exactly how much Tawan could mess up without even leaving his room, so he kept one hand on his gun and his eyes sharp.

Tawan walked in, his sleeveless shirt barely hanging onto his body, short shorts showing off his legs. He wasn't dainty like the other men Porsche had seen Kinn with, but he wasn't nearly as solid as Porsche. He had his little dimpled smile and confident slouch about him.

Kinn was leaning against his table, holding a glass of bourbon, face closed off, almost hostile in contrast to Tawan's.

This didn’t discourage the man at all. They were so close their toes were almost touching. Tawan’s smile never fell.

“What do you want?” Kinn asked in monotone, face betraying nothing unless you knew him enough to notice the anger in his eyes, the quiet rage in his lips. Porsche saw it all. He wondered if Tawan did too.

“I just want to talk. It’s been so long. I missed you so much, Kinn. All the time I was away, I thought of you every day. I’m so sorry I hurt you, but I had no choice. They made me do it.” Tawan’s voice wobbled together with his lower lip, eyes wide and shiny with unshed tears. Really, Porsche wasn’t sure what Tawan did for a living, but he should have been an actor. “Forgive me, please?” He whispered, trying to hold Kinn’s hands, but he just batted them away. Tawan frowned, a small flash of irritation breaking through his pitiful façade.

“I will never forgive you. You are still alive only because you have information, and this grants you protection. But I never want you by my side again.” Kinn turned his head away, facing the curtains that hid Porsche. He looked so uncomfortable, it was almost pained.

Tawan’s face contorted in anger, his pretty dimples melting in a fast look of pure contempt, which he recovered from quickly. In a fast move, he grabbed Kinn’s chin, turning him until they faced each other, surprising Kinn so much he couldn’t even react.

“How about I make it up to you some other way, then?” He whispered and brought their faces even closer.

Bile rose in Porsche’s throat, but a glimpse of a movement caught his eye - there, thin and sharp, a small blade in Tawan’s hand.

Before he could second guess himself, Porsche came out from his hiding spot and drew his gun. Tawan barely had time to turn to him with a shocked look on his face before Porsche put a bullet between his eyes.

Tawan was dead before he hit the floor. Kinn's eyes were wide and confused when he looked at Porsche like he couldn't quite follow the events of the last few seconds. Porsche shuffled his feet. Maybe Kinn would be angry now. Maybe he wanted to kiss Tawan.

"He had a knife," Porsche said, pointing out the small blade in Tawan's cold hand. It was a tiny thing, really, Kinn probably wouldn't even feel it as it cut him and made his insides bleed.

Kinn still didn't take his eyes from Porsche, not even when he moved, large steps covering the space between them until they were chest to chest. For a second, Porsche thought Kinn would yell at him, but he didn't. Instead, he sunk his fingers into his hair and pressed their lips together hungrily, walking them backwards until they hit a wall. This extra support made Kinn lean more heavily into the kiss, caging Porsche and pressing into him like he wanted to meld them together. Porsche's hands found their way to Kinn's neck and sunk his nails into his skin. The sound Kinn let out was barely human.

They broke apart, gasping desperately for air. There was blood sprayed on Kinn's face, mixing in with the high flush on his cheeks. His mouth was wet and swollen, kiss-bitten. Porsche thought he probably looked the same, he could feel his mouth and scalp throbbing with how intensely Kinn was kissing him and pulling his hair. He wanted more.

An awkward cough made Kinn turn his head, both of them looking over his shoulder. Big was there, looking very uncomfortable, gaze locked to the wall next to them. Tawan's body wasn't there anymore, only a pool of blood remained. The guards probably came in after they heard the shots, and they had been so caught up in each other that they hadn't even heard the door open. This was embarrassing, Porsche was a better bodyguard than this.

"What?" Kinn demanded.

"The cleaning crew has been called to deal with the remains. How should we dispose of Tawan?"

Kinn huffed.

"I'm busy now. Just put his body away, I'll confer with my father and Tankhun about how to best dispose of him. Is that all?"

Big hesitated, but shook his head, leaving the room in a rush. Porsche gave it 20 minutes until the whole compound heard about Khun Kinn fucking Porsche over the dead body of his ex-lover. Oh, well.

The door had barely shut when Kinn's lips were back on his, insistent and hungry. He hooked his hands under Porsche's thighs, lifting him into his arms. Kinn stumbled back a couple of steps, then he laid Porsche down on the couch, climbing on top of him to press their bodies more firmly together.

Porsche was tugging desperately at Kinn's clothes. His mouth felt wet and sensitive with Kinn's tongue dragging through every inch, making his skin break out in goosebumps, his knees shake, and his eyes roll back with how good it felt to be the center of Kinn's focus.

Kinn let out a frustrated noise and broke their kiss. Before Porsche could whine and complain, he ripped his sweater off his body and kicked off his pants, then proceeded to rid Porsche of his clothes like the garment offended him. After they were both naked (safe for the blood on Kinn's face, and god, that made him look dangerous and that was so fucking sexy Porsche could barely breathe), Kinn pressed himself over Porsche again, lining their bodies up perfectly with a lewd moan.

"Porsche, Porsche," he repeated like a mantra, "you are so good for me, baby, aren't you?" Kinn pressed their foreheads together, framing Porsche's face with his large hands and swiping his thumbs over his lips. Porsche moaned softly under the attention, occasionally catching Kinn's thumbs with his tongue and fingers. "My brave fighter, you are so good at keeping me safe. You are so strong, my love, you are perfect ."

Porsche arched into Kinn, whining high on his throat. His hands traveled over Kinn's back, his arms, his hair. Kinn was all around him, but it wasn't enough, he wanted more , he wanted-

"Inside," Porsche begged, running his nails from the small of Kinn's back all the way to his front, under his belly button, feeling his stomach quiver under his fingertips. "Kinn, I need you inside."

"Fuck, yes, yes. Fuck, I think the lube is in my bedroom, come on, let's go, now, now," Kinn rambled, to Porsche's surprise. He must be just as needy, Porsche thought, only mildly complaining when Kinn picked him up again and dragged him down the hall.

They stumbled into walls, their lips only leaving each other to be dragged over feverish skin. Porsche sucked Kinn's earlobe, and he retaliated by biting a path of large, purple hickies all the way down Porsche's neck. When they got to the windows, Kinn finally let him down, just to press him face-first against the glass. Then he dragged a hot tongue down his back until he was on his knees. Before Porsche could ask what he was doing, Kinn spread his ass cheeks, revealing everything to his hungry eyes and licking a hot stripe from his balls all the way to his tailbone, then returning to his hole, planting a filthy kiss. Porsche moaned loudly, fingers scrambling over the glass for purchase. Liquid heat was pouring down his back with every swipe of Kinn's tongue, the dirty sounds of him fucking into Porsche, playing with his rim until he was relaxed. Porsche's knees were shaking, he was starting to slide down the glass. A finger pressed alongside Kinn's hot tongue, and his knees gave out.

Kinn scooped him up with a teasing laugh and took him to the bedroom, throwing Porsche unceremoniously on the bed. Before he could kick Kinn, the man snagged the lube from the bedside table and crawled over Porsche, letting his lips drag over his abs, teeth pressing marks onto his neck, until his mouth slid against Porsche's, tongues sliding against each other hungrily. Kinn ran his hands possessively over his sides, grabbing at his waist and letting his nails travel down his thighs, leaving pink lines in their wake, dragging shivers and whimpers out of Porsche.

Kinn's fingers were slick when they found Porsche's hole, he hadn't even noticed him opening the lube, too lost in Kinn's hungry, perfect kisses. He circled his rim, getting him wet, then pressed two fingers inside at once. Porsche broke the kiss with a gasp, the sense of fullness sudden and delicious.

Kinn moved his fingers mercilessly, first in and out, twisting inside him, then scissoring him open until he could fit another finger and curl them against his prostate, making Porsche's back bow. Suddenly, it wasn't enough, he needed more, needed Kinn. He tangled his fingers into Kinn's hair and pressed their foreheads together.

"Please, please, I need you in me," he whispered against Kinn's lips.

Kinn wasted no time pulling his fingers out and bending him almost in half, legs pressed against Kinn's front, knees almost to his ears. Since Kinn realized how flexible he was, he had made it his mission to test the limits of his body. Not that Porsche is complaining, Kinn's large cock can always reach that much deeper when he's twisted in half, all spread open and relaxed.

Kinn pressed into Porsche, cock sliding slowly inside. Porsche couldn't help the little wounded sounds he made, Kinn was big and long, making his hole strain to contain him, his insides contracting against his girth until Kinn's hips pressed against him. Eyes locked where they were connected together, Kinn licked his lips and moved his hips in a slow, filthy grind, the head of his cock an insistent presence against Porsche's prostate, making him let out little wounded and horny sounds.

"Fuck, Porsche, you look so good around my cock. So tight and wet, your perfect little hole getting all hungry for me like you were made for me." And wasn't that a thought, being made for Kinn, pliant and fucked out only for him? It made something stir in his belly, not that he'd ever admit it. Can't make things too easy for Kinn.

Kinn adjusted his position and pulled out unt only the head was inside. Then, he drove down in a long, continuous slide until he bottomed out. His movements became harsher, hitting Porsche's prostate hard and repeatedly. Electric pleasure was running through him, pooling in his lower belly, running down his spine, and shivering in his thighs. His back arched into a bow, head falling back, mouth open in a moan shaped like Kinn's name. Kinn responded with moans of his own, a string of Porsche's name spilling from his lips. His hands were restless against Porsche's skin like he wanted to touch every inch of his body before the night was over, covering him in his fingerprints, his scent, until they found purchase on his thighs, pressing him down until he could barely move, his own hands sinking into Kinn's hair and fingers pressing into his neck, pulling Kinn even closer, so they could press their lips together in an almost kiss, too sloppy to be much more than breathing each other's air.

The constant pressure against his prostate was making Porsche feel dizzy, Kinn's name spilling from his lips in a string of moans. He was getting closer by the second, and he knew Kinn was too, his thrusts were turning erratic, almost frantic, and every single breath came out in the shape of Porsche's name. Kinn's hand moved to his cock, making his stomach tense in pleasure, twisting his wrist, rubbing the head viciously, and that was it. Porsche felt harsh, almost painful pleasure spark from his toes all the way to his head, a wail ripped from his throat. He could feel his insides clenching down Kinn's cock, his shape deliciously intense while he thrust once, twice, and then he could feel Kinn pulsing, coming inside him, adding that much heat to the aftershocks.

They were panting while the aftershocks faded, their bodies slowly unwinding from each other. Kinn pulled out slowly with a grunt, flopping down beside Porsche's body, both panting and shivering. Porsche turned to Kinn, looking at his profile for a moment. His eyes were closed, mouth open and panting, a small smile gracing his lips. Fondness rushed through Porsche, and he felt his heart soften.

"Kinn," he whispered, making the other man open his eyes and turn to him, still smiling softly. "I love you."

Kinn's smile widened. "I love you too."

They kept looking at each other. Porsche felt a little silly and a lot in love, he could almost feel little hearts swirling around him when he looked at Kinn, their bodies still tangled and hot, sheets messy around them, the Bangkok skyline shimmering in the distance. Porsche ran his hands over Kinn's hair, fixing the strands he messed up. Kinn pulled him close, pressing small pecks over Porsche's lips, cheeks, and jaw. When Kinn pulled back, Porsche noticed that there were still small specks of blood over his face and he giggled lightly, making Kinn raise an eyebrow in confusion.

"We need a shower," he said, rubbing a thumb over Kinn's cheekbone.

"How about a bath?"

"Oh, that sounds amazing. You'll have to carry me, though. I can't feel my legs." Porsche pouted playfully and Kinn laughed.

“What are you thinking?” Porsche asked, half turning to look at him. They were in the bathtub, covered in bubbles, expensive bath bombs swirling in the water, making the whole place smell like jasmines. Kinn kept running his fingers over his arms, absentmindedly. He did that a lot now that they were together, Porsche noticed. Kinn seemed to always be touching Porsche one way or another, be it a soft brush of skin or a possessive hand on his hip. He hoped it never stopped.

“My father told me he used to have a lucky knife. It was very sharp, but he used it to cut apples for my mother. Eventually, the knife got rusted and lost its sharpness.” Kinn pressed a kiss against Porsche’s hair. “I think he meant to say that loving you would make me soft, and I’d lose my edge.”

“Did it?” Porsche’s voice was small. There were little insecurities that still clung to him sometimes, pesky thoughts of isolation and not being enough. He was good at ignoring them, mostly, but sometimes they’d show their ugly little faces. Kinn tightened his hold on Porsche’s waist.

“My mother liked cooking for me and my brothers. She used to have this beautiful knife set she’d use, there were so many knives, I’m pretty sure some of them weren’t meant to be used in the kitchen.” Kinn chuckled a little sadly, like he always did when thinking about his mother. They were close, he had told Porsche. He had learned a lot from her. “She was really good with them too, sometimes she’d do small tricks for us, nothing too dangerous, just enough that it would make us smile. She kept her collection in perfect shape, all of them were so polished you could see your reflection on the metal, so sharp they could cut through everything – fruit, wood, bone – in a heartbeat.

“When my father told me about his knife, all I could think about was my mom’s collection, and how, if my father had given her his knife, it would still be as sharp as it had been from day one. But he never did, and he never took care of it himself. So it rusted.”

Porsche had completely turned around, straddling Kinn, running his fingers through his hair. He pressed a kiss against Kinn’s forehead, pretending not to see his eyes shiny with tears when he hid his face in his chest and took a deep breath before continuing:

“Do you get it, Porsche? The only way to make sure everything is in its best version is to trust other people. I trusted you with my gun, and you kept it clean and charged; even the grip and the trigger felt better in my hands after you gave it back.” Kinn leaned back a little, pulling one of Porsche’s hands out of the water. “Everything that passes through your hands is better for it.” He said, kissing his knuckles.

Porsche let out a wounded noise. It was too much, Kinn was too much. In a split second, he had Kinn’s lips in a kiss, desperately trying to pour everything he was feeling into Kinn, make him feel as full of love as Porsche was feeling.

There , he seemed to say, take it, my heart, my soul, it’s yours .

Kinn matched the feeling exactly until they were both breathless.

The kiss slowed down in increments until it was a lazy drag of lips, more a way to feel each other’s skin through their sensitive, kiss-bitten mouths than a devouring kiss.

Quietly, they got out of the bathtub, now filled with lukewarm water. They toweled each other off, constantly touching just to feel each other, like they couldn’t bear to be apart for longer than a second, even an inch being too much distance between them.

They fell into bed in a tangle of limbs, warm bodies melting into each other.

“Kinn?” Porsche asked, voice no more than a whisper. Kinn hummed in response. “Do you know what happened to your mom’s collection?”

At that, Kinn opened his eyes, peering down at where Porsche’s face was propped against his chest.

“I have it in storage with the rest of her things, but I’m pretty sure Kim has the butterfly knife. Why?”

Porsche bit his lips, hesitating, Maybe it was something too personal, something Kinn wouldn’t want to share, but it was better to make the offer in case… Just in case.

“Well, if you want to, I could maybe help you polish them? If you do that, of course.”

Kinn’s face was shocked, then a smile brightened up the night.

“I would love that.”

Notes:

The last scene has been haunting me since episode seven and the conversation about knives and apples, i just couldn't figure out a fic where it fic, but i think it goes pretty well here. Did i make an entire headcanon about a character whose name i don't even know? Absolutely. Until they tell us more about their mom, i'll keep my belief that she was a badass mafia wife who liked to play with knives.
Thank you so much for reading!
