The April O'Neil of Fury's Rage

Summary:

"FREDDY!" The two women called out to the bear, who looked to the duo.

"What?!" The bear couldn't help but sound annoyed, the fight had irritated the male. Freddy had also felt a sense of relief now Chica and Roxanne weren't fighting... Well kind of.

"What do you think we should listen to?" The grey wolf crossed her arms, "Should we play the most rad music or some crappy shit?" Roxanne slammed her hand upon the metal surface of the table, scaring Chica in the process.

"Hold up, alright. How about we get [NAME] to just get another radio. There, no more fights. Problem solved."

Notes:

A/N:
*Glamrock Freddy but in the Fury's Rage game. SO their mutants like TMNT and junk.

Chapter Text

In the abandon part of town, a place only Urban Explorers dare to venture. An old vehicle garage held some form of life. Music played but sounded more like screeching. Both Freddy and Monty cringing at the horrible noise, two women arguing and fighting over the small radio.

"I want to listen to rock!" Yelled the wolf, her training not complete without the thunderous music to pump her up.

"Hip-Hop is better!" The hen yelled back, the need to feel fabulous whiling trying on new outfits was a must! The grey radio screamed and blarred between stations, some words coming in but not-at-all understandable.

"Why can't they go to another room to do this?" Monty just mumbled to himself with a shake of his head, Freddy's ears pressed flat against his own head. The boys just wanted some peace and quiet to play their Poker Game, they were super focused up until a few moments ago.

"ROCK!!"

"HIP-HOP!!"

Chica and Roxanne now yelling over one another. If something wouldn't be done now, the two mutants will tear this place asunder!

Problem solved." Freddy hoped that could've eased the problem just a small bit, seeing Roxanne's shoulders slump with a roll of her eyes. Chica clapped her white hands together, a smile upon her beak.

"That's a lovely idea!" The white chicken enjoyed the thought of finally listening to great music without interuptions! And the idea of her favorite gal pal coming by! Chica couldn't wait to gossip!

When you got word from The Fury Gang to bring over a stereo, admittedly, you were confused but you didn't question it. Sometimes they'll ask you for the most random of things to deliver. You took your time donning on your make-up, with practice ease, you started to appear more like a [ANIMAL TYPE]. The 'friends' you sometimes hang with hadn't figured out you're a human.

Lucky for you but sometimes not so lucky.

Like the time when Roxanne almost walked in on you trying desperately to fix the smeared face paint.

Thinking about it now.

You're pretty sure the wolf is like a 100% suspicious.

Quickly snapping from your thoughts, when you get there, you'll have to be more careful around the vicious beauty. Taking your reflection in, making sure you hadn't missed anything. The cracks in the mirror made it kind of hard for you but you were pretty sure you're okay. Before you left your small apartment, you shouldered your old school pack and picked up a dusty stereo you don't use anymore. Of course you wiped the darn thing off first, the Fury Gang are going to get a lot more use out of this then what you did. You surprisingly didn't live very far from where the group were located. Mostly abandon and bad part of the city but rent was cheap in these parts and normal citizens never dare to tread among these ruined roads. After you triple checked your windows and apartment door, you deemed them worthy of being locked. On your way out, making sure not to trip over cracked sidewalks or risen concrete. You sometimes stumbled here and there but not by much. You didn't even have to look where you're going, feet having well traversed this path, it had engraved into your brain. You passed by a few homeless people and some delinquents skipping school, they didn't really pay much attention to you. In a place like this, minding your own business is safer then interacting.

Maybe because people here were trigger happy?

The sight of the old garage soon appeared in your line of sight, climbing over some rusted cars and rotting tires. The grass overgrown and no sight of Baby's minions so far.

Now those were definitely the mutants you don't want to mess with. Especially their unnamed leader. The gang won't tell you much, fearing you'll get hurt because of this knowledge they gathered. Readjusting your hold on the the large radio, you've forgotten how heavy the thing was. A few glass bottles and cans were kicked away from your walk, cringing at the sound of glass breaking and cans bouncing off of things. You've made it to the backdoor. (The only functional one at that!) Switching the stereo to your non-dominate hand, the original getting tired but also, you wanted to use this one to open the rust covered door anyway.

You didn't really need to worry about the darn thing being locked, nobody would come inside... Well, maybe for vandals. They'll go anywhere no matter what the place is and leave tags behind. The door opened with a horrid 'screeching', you cringed, ears in pain.

Ugh, you hated that sound!

Why doesn't Freddy or Monty ever oil the thing! Outside light flood the darkness, revealing the few things within.

"[NAME]!" Came a very familiar voice. One you recognize on the daily. [EYE COLOR] eyes landed upon the form of Chica, her heels clicking against the checkered floor tiles. "You actually came!" The chicken engulfed you into a hug, one that actually had you reeling back slightly. Luckily the sudden shift of balance wasn't enough to knock you both over.

"Chica!" You happily called back, using your only free arm to try and hug the fashion babe back.

"It's been so long!" She said while pulling away, you giggled at this.

"It's only been, like, two days!" The chicken's eyes lit up at the sight of the stereo, the female immediately took it from you. She bounced with excitement, looking from the object and back to you.

"You actually brought it!" Chica hugged you again before pulling away with a never ending smile, "Let's get going!" The hen laughed, taking a hold of your wrist and tugging you along. You nearly stumbled over your own feet before correcting and following behind.

"Uh Chica. I just came to drop something off. I can't really stay." You made an attempt to reason with the white feathered woman who just simply waved it off,

"Don't be silly! We have so much to catch up on!" Her pace seemed to quicken, excitement evident in her chipper voice. "I have some clothes that I don't fit anymore and I need you to, like, try them on!" You pretended to whine, not really phased by Chica. The fashionista usually offered you some of her hand made clothes, ones the chicken no longer could fit. You don't mind receiving the offerings, it cuts down on spending but the outfits were so nice, you couldn't bring yourself to actually wear them.

Something Chica gets upset about. Your refusal to wear such nice things- even though they were hand-me-downs.

When the two of you entered the room, you stumbled forward when Chica released her hold. [EYE COLOR] eyes took in the sight of the new decorations, neon lip signs, new wallpaper, and furniture to boot.

When did she get this?

No way Chica got this stuff when you were gone for three flipping days! Or does it actually take that long?

"Like my new digs?" You heard the hen before you saw her, she flung a few shirts your way. You of course fumbled with them until you had a proper hold.

"When did you get this? How?" You asked, gesturing around the room. Chica pursed her beak, thinking.

"I think yesterday?" That didn't sound reassuring, "I was busy coming up with new designers to pay attention." The chicken perked up when she remembered something, you on the other hand, lifted a shiny purple button-up. The woman bumped into your side playfully, taking the article of clothing from your hand. "I totally like own a business now! So I make new wears for the public." Chica slipped the purple cloth over your arms and wiped away the wrinkles and non-existent dust. "I don't just love seeing my things on display. I love seeing everyone wearing it too!"

Oh! It's a shining vest!

"But how?!" You exclaimed, "Wouldn't people be scared of you?" Chica held a similar pair of pants to your waist, determining if it'll fit on your figure or not.

"Mmm, nah. I just did what you do." A brow rose upon your painted face, before you could even voice 'How?' She answered anyway. "Just went in-ca-neat-o." You couldn't help a ghost of a smile crossing your lips, the way Chica would say certain words always brought a smile to your face.

She sounded oh-so different! Like a Brooklyn person who would accidentally let their accent slip through. That's one of the many things you liked about the hen.

When you came back from your thoughts, you noticed Chica stuffing some clothing into your backpack.

Wait a minute... How's she-? When did she-?

When did you take it off?

"There we go! All nice in tight." The hen mumbled to herself, blowing her loose bangs back in place, it must've came undone when putting all that into your pack.

"Well, does the rest of the gang know?" Chica gave a quizzical look, "About your 'New Job'." You finished with crossed arms, feeling uncomfortable keeping them at your sides. Chica shook her head,

"Nah, not yet. But I'll tell them eventually... Well maybe not Roxy. I don't want that car wreck just yet." She giggled to herself, it sound light and perky, it fits Chica well. The chicken took a hold of your shoulders, pushing you towards the open door. "Since you're here and I certainly don't know when you'll come back," She spoke in a dramatic voice, wrist pressing against her forehead as if she'll faint. "let's catch up with our friends before you go!"

Okay. Now you know Chica is purposely trying to keep you from leaving.

---

The walk down the hall was filled with the sounds of your squeaking shoes and the clacks of Chica's high heels. Rock music blaring loud and proud, it might be Motley Crew or even Poison. You're not sure yourself. Chica had a grimace upon her white feathered face, cringing at the sound of a screeching guitar. You caught a quick glimpse of the room, turns out it's actually a garage. Roxy, the wolf, had her head buried within the hood of a rusty red vehicle. No doubt checking the engine from the top before looking to it from underneath, the music might be to loud, that probably explained why the grey wolf hadn't heard you two walk on by.

You kinda wished you were mechanic smart. The only thing you knew how to do was to hit your crappy air conditioner until it spluttered to life... And to get a Mechanic Degree isn't cheap either, you can barely afford rent in the first place!

The deeper you went, the more you realized how cleaner the place was becoming. Also the old furniture that once was broken seemed to be fixed and set to the side. Like that small wooden round table over there, all legs were fixed and a chair for sitting right next to it.

Maybe the guys were finally settling down here. A permanent home.

The walk that felt like forever would soon come to an end, another part of the garage, honestly it all looks the same to you. The new room looked like any other entrance a car would come in to be repaired but it looked as if it were being used as a recreational area. Probably for exercising from what you could see, there were many things destroyed. Maybe from construction?

Your heart fluttered from the sight of Monty with a towel around his thick neck and drinking from a water bottle,

"[NAME], you'll catch a fly if you keep your mouth open like that." Chica said with a giggle, she closed your mouth, wiping away any drool that escaped. "You don't want Roxy catching you eyeballing her man." You straighten with a look of confusion,

"What? I thought she was with Freddy." The last you recalled, both Freddy and Roxy were together or something along those lines. You really tried not to pry into the wolf's personal life, even if it means you had to avoid her boyfriend at times because she's a jealous bitch but you still try to get along with the bear when she's not around. Chica crossed her arms,

"You kind of figure but she seems to be leaning more towards Monty as of late." The white chicken lean towards you, whispering the next words as if someone were to catch her. "I won't lie; They've been fighting. For what? I don't even myself." You gave a small wave when the gator looked in your guys direction, he returned it with three fingers himself, his index and thumb holding the head of the plastic bottle. Chica hadn't seen it, her magenta eyes were closed at the time as she remembered the few times the couple had argued. She honestly looked like one of those anime girls, looking up with eyes closed and her hand at her chin.

Man Monty is a looker. Those muscles always getting you thirsting for the bad boy but you know there would never be a way to get a boy toy like him. Only girls like Roxy could ever get a guy like him, they don't want no softy.

"[NAME][NAME]." You snapped to attention, blinking before your eyes landed upon the muscled chest of Freddy. Glancing up to see that the bear seemed to chuckle, his own eyes locking with Chica in amusement.

"Can you, like, stare any harder." The chicken pipped up, blush coated your cheeks as the embarrassment surfaced.

"Oh! I'm sorry! Ooh, that's embarrassing." You murmured, Freddy put a hand on your shoulder.

"It's alright. I'm use to all the wondering eyes." Freddy pulled away, his arms crossing over his broad chest. "Anyway, thanks for coming by. I didn't know how long I could handle the girls fighting. A pain on the ears."

"Hey!" Chica sounded offended, she playfully punched the bear's shoulder. Freddy laughed, even if the chicken's hits were dangerous, it would have no effect on the leader. You awkwardly laughed, not wanting to appear as if it flew over your head the first time.
