the ringing in his ears won't stop,he held his ears but he couldn't hear anything but the ringing in his ears,why won't the ringing just stop?! it was annoying but it was also painful for him at the same time He tried to say something,but couldn't hear the words coming out of his own mouth.
then he felt a hand grab his,he looked and saw it was gobber,one of his closest friends,he was saying something to him,but he couldn't hear.
gobber: it's ok stoick,we'll get you to gothi soon and she can figure out what's going on.
stoick:'confused and shouts out random words but they weren't words at all'
hiccup: dad,please calm down.
gobber: we have to get him to gothi so she can figure out what's going on with your dad Do you have any idea about what could have caused this to happen?
hiccup: I'm not sure,my dad was just flying on thornado when he started to panic,thornado gently flew down and helped my dad off,but he is still panicking and keeps saying random stuff that aren't even words at all.
gobber: come on,let's get stoick to gothi so she can help him and see if she can try to help your dad get better.
They helped stoick up and helped him get to gothi place,but the chief was still covering his ears like he was trying to block out a noise.
if only they knew that he was trying to block out a noise.
a ringing in his ear,but they didn't know that,so they couldn't help him stop the ringing.
stoick didn't blame them,they were just as confused as he was.
gothi:'sees stoick,hiccup and gobber as she then motions them over to come inside'
stoick:'sits down as he was covering his ears,only for gothi to smack both of his hands away from his ears.
she then examines them and thinks for a moment.
hiccup: well,what's going on with my dad?
gothi started to a few things down as gobber looks to see what she was writing down so he could tell hiccup.
gobber: she says their is sheeps in his ears.
he gets hit by gothi staff.
gobber: ow! i mean there's a ringing in his ears,that's why he can't seem to hear us,but gothi is working on something that would stop the ringing and hopefully calm stoick down.
hiccup:'hugs stoick'it's ok dad,you're going to be ok,i promise.
stoick:....'slowly smiles as he gently hugs his son'
hiccup:'smiles and leans close to his dad'
