Victory gave him a name
"Deku"
Deku….that is his name.
And the boy he loved is named ▇▇▇▇
Victory is amazing. He's loud and rude and can be mean but despite that he works hard for his dreams, he's arrogant because he knows he works hard. Victory is smart, Victory is strong.
He will always be a shining star in Deku's eyes.
A star shining so bright in his sheer amazingness that could blind Deku.
Victory is amazing
Victory is mean.
Victory is strong
Victory is loud
Victory is smart
Victory is ▇▇▇▇
▇▇▇▇ is hurt .
Victory is not here
Deku would follow his Victory to the ends of earth, he will always chase after Victory, wherever Victory is, Deku wants to be by his side.
Victory is nice
He had been by Deku's side alot lately, he haven't been using the name he gave Deku.
"Izuku"
That's what Victory has been calling him. It made De-Izuku? heart flutters whenever Victory says that, filling his heart with warmth that burns as much as Victory's beautiful explosions that oh shines so bright.
Deku accepts the name Izuku
Izuku accepts the name Deku
Only Victory calls him Izuku now, besides his mother, and Izuku would accept what Victory has given him.
Victory helps him. Whenever he's about to overthink, Victory distracts him with his loud and beautiful voice, it's hard to focus when there's Victory shining so brightly.
Izuku cherishes Victory
After all…
…A world without Victory is no world at all.
But Victory is gone
Victory is lost
Victory has lost
The star shining so brightly has exploded causing a supernova to Izuku's world.
Victory is covered in blood
Victory is still
Victory's eyes are not blinking
Victory isn't looking
Victory is not here
Because Izuku was also not here
Here for his Victory
Victory is the boy who Izuku had loved, whose name Izuku cannot say anymore. Because Victory isn't here to hear it. No matter how many times Izuku says his name, no matter how loud he screamed it. Victory isn't here to say Izuku's name.
And Izuku couldn't say Victory's name. The name that Deku had given ▇▇▇▇
He visits Victory everyday, he had bought enough flowers for Victory that his grave might as well be a garden. Izuku would gladly turn it into a garden. He would do anything to bring Victory back.
Izuku wants people to remember Victory's name and yet, he himself could not say Victory's name without the feeling of nausea.
But Victory had to be remembered, if that's the last thing Izuku would do. He will honor Victory, for the reason why Victory isn't here is because of Izuku.
So Izuku had to be strong.
Izuku had to say Victory's name.
Even if it hurts.
Even if it makes him puke.
Even if his throat closes up.
Even if it feels like he's choking.
Even if it feels like he could no longer breathe.
Even if it feels like he doesn't deserve to say that name anymore because all of this is Deku's fault.
Izuku had to say this name so that everyone will remember him
"Kacchan."
Izuku wants to put his own hands around his throat because he doesn't have the right to say Victory's name again. Izuku had failed Victory and the name feels vile in his mouth.
But…
It felt like he had freed something deep within. Izuku wants to never say that name again but at the same time repeat it until he has no more voice left. Kacchan.
Kacchan Kacchan Kacchan Kacchan
His name is Kacchan.
