PLEASE DETAIL THE INCIDENT TO YOUR BEST KNOWLEDGE: Agent Min Yoongi was on duty in Colombia, following a drug trafficker. Outcome of the mission was to eliminate the target and gather intel about the cartel routes. Agent was searching for intel on a laptop in a remote area, an abandoned cabin. Agent became aware of a gas leak. He informed base of this issue. The door was jammed, and the agent could not get out or pry the door open. Base tried to find a solution. Before Base could resolve the situation, and due to unknown circumstances, an explosion occurred. This was likely caused by the gas leak. Signal between Base and Agent was cut. We contacted local police, who went to investigate the same day. Local police informed us that, after inspecting the scene, they found that the Agent died immediately upon impact, no resuscitation attempts were executed given the nature of the accident. No body remains found, as most things were pulverized. What could be salvaged from the scene, which included some personal belongings and agency intel, was recovered. Agent’s personal belongings from the hotel have already been shipped back to the family.
