Mondo softly inhaled a shaky breath as Chihiro's small hands slid up his muscular chest until they rested at his collarbones.
"What is it..?" The smaller blonde asked, gazing up at the taller male, the need in his eyes quickly being replaced by worry.
"Its.. it's nothin'.." Mondo stammered, cheeks red.
"You can talk to me, you know.." Chihiro bit his lip, averting his eyes now.
"Well.. it's just.." Mondo reached up and awkwardly rubbed the back of his head, also avoiding eye contact. "I've never.. y'know.." he hesitated. "I've never kissed a guy before.."
"Oh.." Chihiro couldn't help but blush too, a small smile forming on his lips. "It's no different than kissing a girl.. I assume.." he cringed, wishing he hadn't said that.
"Yeah, I'm probably overthinking it.." Mondo shifted his weight to either foot uncomfortably. They were just in the hallway.. what if someone walked in?
"Just.." Chihiro smiled gently up at him. "Close your eyes.."
"Wh-"
"Trust me."
Mondo hesitantly closed his eyes, resisting the urge to peek or bolt away. When he felt a soft pair of lips touch his own, he did allow one eye to open just a little, as if to confirm this was really happening. It was.
Face burning, he quickly closed his eyes again. Just as swiftly as Chihiro had kissed him, he was already pulling away.
"How was that..?" The smaller man's eyes were wide as he looked up at him.
With new confidence, Mondo smiled wide for just a moment before gently placing his hands on either side of Chihiro's face and pulling him back in for more.
