It had been quite a lonesome time for Hannibal, he had just moved away from his family in Lithuania to make a life for himself. He had luckily gotten into Brown university, he made friends in his first couple of months, ended up joining a fraternity, and even joined the tennis team. Alana was one of his very first friends; they shared a psyche class and quickly became close, Alana lived at her girlfriend Margot’s home. Hannibal found himself spending most of his days spending time with the couple. Speaking of Alana she was on her way to his fraternity home right now. Hannibal didn’t like many people in the frat home, they were always rude and drunk, He liked his roomate Randall but that was because they were both kind of weird. But they only became acquaintances. There was currently a party going on in the home right now, Hannibal was staying in his room studying, if he was to make it in America he needed to work for it. Hannibal turned around from his desk when he heard his door opening, that’s when he say him, the most hypnotizing man he had ever seen, he had long curly hair down to his shoulders, he was wearing cutoff black jean shorts, 2 bracelets on each wrist, wearing a wife beater tank top showing off his beautiful body, he has scabs and road burns covering his body, from what Hannibal assumed was from skating. “Hey i’m Alana’s friend she said she wants you downstairs, i’ll see ya down there.” and as soon as the beautiful man was there, he was gone. Hannibal quickly followed him down into the party. Hoping to just get one look at him, maybe even to say something to him. When Hannibal went into the party he quickly lost the beautiful man but found Alana. Alana was found sitting on a couch drinking a beer, Hannibal quickly moved to sit next her “Alana the man you sent to find me, he is the most bewitching man i have ever seen, who is he? Please tell me.” Alana gave a chuckle at Hannibal’s greeting, “Hello to you to, his name is Will, he’s the drummer of the band about to perform, he skates, and boxes, he’s pretty good at it to you should go watch him with me one time, he’s never lost.” Alana said, “Heavenly” Hannibal thought.
The band starts playing Hannibal is at a perfect view to see Will’s arms and muscles while playing the drums. The song Hybrid Moments by the Misfits started playing. Hannibal never cared for rock or punk; he did have to admit Will looked tasty playing the drums. Once the band was finished performing, Will made his way to Alana. “Hey Will! The show was great tonight!” Alana said. “Thanks Alana.” Will looked over to Hannibal, who was admittedly staring at Will. “Hey good lookin’, I’m Will, Will Graham.” Will said while offering a hand to Hannibal. “H-Hi! I’m Hannibal, Uh Hannibal Lecter,” Hannibal said. “Great to meet you Hannibal, I do have to admit I play here pretty often and I never realized you were a part of the frat. It's great to see you come down.” Will said smiling. Hannibal wanted nothing more than to kiss Will’s stupid face. Hannibal grabbed Will’s hand to shake it, Will brought the hand up to his lips and gave the hand a chaste kiss. Hannibal turned bright red and felt his ears burning. Will pulled out a sharpie from his back pocket and wrote a phone number on the back of Hannibal’s hand. “Gimme a call sometime sug’ i’d like to see where this goes” Will said before leaving, Hannibal was smiling ear to ear, typically he wouldn’t fall for such tacky courting methods but the way Will did it was special, it didn’t seem as if Will’s was using Hannibal to get a load of and bragging rights. He genuinely seemed like he wanted a relationship with the man. “Hey look at you! Will never gives his number out that easily, it took me a week of breaking him down to even get him to look me in the eye.” Alana said. Hannibal couldn’t really hear her though he was staring at the phone number, tracing it with his hands to make sure it was real.
Maybe university could be fun after all.
