We know that Wanderer, or Scaramouche, has dissapeared from everyone's sight and escaped with the gnosis, then proceeded to erase everyone's memories of him but not the situation, just him in that situation. He was the sixth right? Well, here come's Cale in.
Fatui Ranked:

The Sixth of the Eleven Harbingers current is Cale Thames, a newly raised Fatui who had rose through the ranks as in a short matter of times. The Tsaritsa holds immense trust and believes the Sixth is capable enough despite being a Teenager, or now Young Adult. He is blessed with the Electro Vision, and holds the Cryo Delusion.
His personality reeks of Mysteriousity, observance and Calmness. Although he can be Calm in situations, his true self is just a small child in a 18 year olds body with an impressive talent of Seduction and going incognito , or just hiding his true self from the world.
Mysteriousity is that of his background, nothing is known of his Origins except for the fact that he had a mother, who was now deceased. It is said he has a father, but he rather does not talk of such as he finds them 'unworthy' to talk for.
Observance; Oddly the Sixth is aware of his Observation, which is the opposite of Calm. His Observation is Observing every single thing around him, even if it is just a small detail of a scene. This ability is the main reason why he can manipulate so many things, even a mere insect or small animal. But his Observation can be very useful when required. It enables him to make a quick decision on where to go, what to do and how to react to any situation.
Cale is a ice/cryo user who is a Tank/DPS character.
On field with others, he stands behind to support the one who is fighting aside him. If we take the Traveler for example of this, whilst they fight the monsters in front, Cale stands to boost their Attacks and even gives them a shield which lasts more than ten seconds.
Alone, he is as good as with others. With his skill, he makes a shield for himself and that shield itself attacks the enemy. As well for the skill, it creates a certain area that damages the enemy, although small, it still does wonders to the one daring to become Cale's enemy. The skill deals massive Electro damage with it having affect his weapon, that is due to his delusion.
For his burst, he deals Cryo damage. As simple as it sounds, he quite literally stomps on the ground so hard, that ice starts to be visible to the ground, at the end of it revealing simple ice shards that would definitely be sharp enough to cut through you. (Reffering to Geo Traveler's burst in a way).
His burst has him spin around once before slamming his foot on the ground, as if slamming a fist into someone's face in a way.
Now that that is cleared, he is a polearm user of course.
I decided on making some voicelines for each character. Of course it wont be like in genshin, 5 voicelines or more about characters they know and thats it. It will kinda be longer.
Ill start.
Snezhnaya:
Voicelines about Childe: The eleventh, correct? Although his confidence in his skills of fighting are visible, he has great combat skills that i admit. The only thing i would change is how he holds, aims and operates with a bow. Now, i am not an expert, but i feel like he could do way better. He's talented in all weaponary, right? Shouldn't he make use of that?
Voicelines about Arlecchino: We met on several meetings, either distant of eachother or not speaking at all. She isn't bad, but i don't know her much at all.
Voicelines about Columbina: For being 3rd in the ranking of Harbingers is quite impressive, women have great power against mortals don't they? She is dangerous, she may be nice and innocent, but i assure you, do not let that facade fool you.
Voicelines about Dottore: I do not like him, nor his little clones. I am not letting him heal me, i would rather have myself bleed out till death than that. He remarks, on our first meeting, how beautiful i look and how i fit to be a doll. Due to my face and hair, he says. He is too cocky and overconfident, tone it down Doctor.
Voicelines about Pierro: An interesting person, i would say that. First of the Harbingers and one that has star looking pupils. I doubt he is even close to what we call ordinary.
Voicelines about Pantalone: A man who knows what's most important, money. We do get along, when the theme is money of course.
Voicelines about Capitano : Just now have i realized that high reputation of his. As he is the fourth, he looks down and doesn't notice others that are ranked lower than him, such as that Childe. For me, that is not the case, we exchanged a few words.
Voicelines about Sandrone: Having a ruin machine by your side is great, yet i do not like her. Even as much as we may have met, those being few times, she still acts as if nobody's around her, focusing on her research and generally has an attitude that many would dislike. Now, i do not have a place to say of that as i've acted that way for 10 years, but i'm not the person i used to be nor will i turn back.
Voicelines about Pulcinella: I do not share an opinion of him nor will i think of giving one.
Voicelines about La Signora : We did not get to meet, as she had traveled to Inazuma and has died. May she rest in peace wherever that peace may be for her. She is beautiful, there are paintings of each Harbinger in a hall, one even with me, and i've seen her painting. Well, we don't need to talk of the dead anymore, all unimportant stuff may remain like it is.

Voicelines about Chongyun : I have only once visited this Nation. It was some business stuff and i decided on accompanying Pantalone of it. I met Chongyun on a free evening of mine while eating food. I made my hands cold, as cold as the ice in Snezhnaya, to cold down the hot dish that the staff of the restourant seemed to give for free without charging and he thanked me for it. I accompanied him that evening knowing he was waiting for some friend of his. What i also seemed to see is the fact he didn't know of me being a Fatui, despite the cloak i was wearing.
Voicelines about Qiqi: I met Qiqi in Bubu Pharmasy. I accompanied Pantalone for this as well, as he had some... Business with the Owner of it, making me stay with Qiqi for awhile. I learned that she was a zombie who forgets quite everything, so she suprisingly wrote my name to remember it for next time. The child also likes coconut milk but i'm unsure of where to get that.
Voicelines about Baizhu: The said owner. Tsk, why does he look so much like Pantalone? He even has that same tone and smirk that Pantalone wears most of the time.
Voicelines about Zhongli: I got introduced to him by Childe. Without my consent, of course. For me, i daren't say it wasn't awkward when i learned he was one who gave away the gnosis to Signora that Childe was supposed to get it. Childe really holds no boundaries as to not expose a man's secret. But that Zhongli doesn't seem to know that i know, so it's alright.
I might make certain scenarios for these voicelines, maybe. But all i know is that first ill be making all of the meetings for the Harbingers then maybe proceed with the others.
So like idk don't expect everything cause i may change my mind.
But i'm back to writing on this account and i'll probably start updating the BSD x ORV one first then the others.
