Chapter 1: Pilote

Chapter Text

Wind blew through the desert as Spy sat at the edge of a cliff, pondering away.

Pulling off Soldier? Truly an energy-consuming task, however a simple one. The man was a brute. Not the brightest one too, yet he somehow made it work. Firm muscle and strong jaw, a voice to match. He wasn't the slightest bit unattractive when it came down to it. Especially to those preferring the rugged side.

That much could be said for his other choice. Now yes, while the latter did exhibit the rugged characteristics much the same, there was a certain Southern sweetness there to balance all that out. Not to mention the brilliant brains behind it.

And whilst Spy may not need an energy drink after his impersonation, he just might have to put some more thought when it came to delivery.

All this had started after he began paying some more attention to the enemy team’s interactions. He was often catching the two men gazing at each other, (yet neither of them had shown any sign of considering confrontation) for far too long now. It was interesting at first, fun to keep track of at second, and now it got to the point of being borderline ridiculous.

He found them both attractive in their own, perhaps silly ways. Why should he bear the burden of choice when it wasn't even there to begin with? Dots smoothly connected here and there, and he could certainly see the benefit he had from this situation.

What a perfect opportunity indeed. A chance to play matchmaker and get these poor helpless souls together, and yet most importantly, have some fun himself while he's at it.
