ATHENA GRANT-NASH
There were a field sergeant named Sargent Athena Grant. When she is off duty she is known for Athena Grant-Nash. She is married to Captain Bobby Nash of LAFD of the 118. They have been first responder for 30+ years. They have been married for 5years. Athena has 2 kids from her 1st marriage. Her first marriage was a bad one. When she meet Bobby she felt loved, safe and protected.
FLASHBACK (MICHAEL AND ATHENA RELATIONSHIP AFTER KIDS)
Athena just got home from her shift. Michael was very drunk. When he saw all he saw was rage. He send her flying through the window. She was knocked unconscious. The neighbor called 9-1-1. Bobby and his team answered the called. The police arrested Michael for domestic violence's and Bobby and Hen took care of Athena. Athena woke up in the hospital and she saw Bobby sitting beside her.
"Bobby. What happened?"
"The neighbor called and told them that Michael threw you the window and he got arrested for it. I just got a called from Hen saying that he's sorry."
"Please don't let him near me. Can I stay with you please?" Athena said while crying.
"You can stay as long as you want. I know this is the worst time to ask you this but...?" Bobby was nervous.
"What? You can tell me anything."
"I have feeling for you every since I met you. I was wondering. Will you be my girlfriend. I promise I won't hit you, belittle you, or hurt you in any way."
"I..." Athena swallowed hard. "I love to be your girlfriend but I'm holding you to your promise."

BOBBY NASH
He's a fire Captain of the 118 of the LAFD. He is happily married to a field sergeant named Athena Grant. He is from St. Paul, Minnesota. He's move to Los Aageles. He is a recovering acholic and a recovery addict. He's been sober for 5 years and clean for 10 years. When he meet Athena he was over the moon in love with her and will do anything for her. He was married and had 2 kids of his own but they died in apartment fire. He thought about how he was going to live on without his family, but then Athena came along changed everything. They went out on their 1st date and haven't stop seeing each other since till Michael came along.
FLASHBACK (MICHAEL CAUSES TROUBLE AND DIES)
Bobby and Athena was at Athena's house having dinner with kids. The door flew wide open by Michael.
"What the heck Michael? We are having dinner right now?"
"What? Dinner with this joke of a man. He's am acholic an addict. I don't him anywhere near my kids. Kids, let's go."
May stood up and told her Dad, "No Daddy we're staying. We love Bobby. He make mom happy. You can go."
"Yeah, Dad. I'm staying too. Bobby's cool."
"I SAID LET'S GO!!"
"They are going no where with you. Your drunk again. Kids go to your room and locked the door. We're come and get you when he's gone."
May and Harry did what their mom asked. Bobby was about to move toward Athena, but Michael pulled out a gun. Athena still has hers on her and pulled it out on Michael.
"Michael put the gun away."
"No he thinks he can take away my kids."
"I'm not taking anything away from you Michael."
Michael fired the gun toward Bobby but missed. Athena fired and hit Michael in the shoulder and stomach.
Athena moved toward Bobby, "Are you alright."
"Yes are you." Bobby said while hugging her. Athena nodded.
The cops came and announced him dead on the scene. Athena and Bobby went to the kids room and check on them. They told them what happened.
"I'm sad that Dad died but I didn't want to be around him anymore anyway. He always hit us for no reason."
"Yeah, me too."
The family just cuddled and hang out together.

BOBBY AND ATHENA
When the first met it was like first in love sight. It was a call they took together. Maurice the rooster was been chased by the 118.
"I'm Sgt. Grant. I'm here about a stabbing."
"Here you go. Sergeant. The prep is disarmed and read to be charged for his crime."
Athena took the rooster and put it in the back of her patrol car.
"I'm sorry Sergeant. I forgot to introduced myself. I'm Captain Robert Nash. I go by Bobby. I'm new to L.A. I haven't made a lot of friends yet."
"Well, I'll be your friend."
Couple months later, "Hey Athena. I got a question for you." Bobby ask her nervously.
"You ask me anything."
"I'm going to take a chance on this. Will you go out on a date with me?"
"Sure. I would love too."
They went out on the date and been together every since. They were married for 2 years and Athena's mom didn't like Bobby at all. Samuel was happy that his baby girl was happy.
There was a knock on the door.
"Momma, Daddy what are you doing here?"
"We came to see you?"
Everybody came in and went down the stairs.
"Beatrice, Samuel. What a nice surprise?"
"I hope you don't mind."
"Not at all. We are just relaxing."
"Well, I like to spend some time with my daughter alone. I need to speak to her privately."
"No momma. He's family too. I'm just going to tell him anyways."
"Fine Athena, I want you to divorce Bobby and married this man." Beatrice said while showing her a picture of a black man.
"Momma. no i won't love Bobby. He's the love of my life, my soulmate."
"Bee, What are you doing?" Samuel said angrily.
"What? I think Athena will be better off with this guy not some acholic and a addict."
"No I won"t momma. You know what?"
"I'm 1302 days."
What?"
"I'm 1302 days sober and clean. I go to my meeting and church. Me and Athena talks about along with May and Harry. We are truthfully with each other and the kids. So don't come into out house and ask for a divorce."
"Daddy you'll always welcome here, but Momma until you accept Bobby as my husband, you're not welcome here anymore."
"But Athena I'm just looking out for you and your kids."
"I know the man I married, and if he relapse. I still be there to support him and help him through it. So you can go."
Beatrice and Samuel left. Bobby and Athena stood there holding to each other comfort themselves.
