Don’t Jump!

Chapter 1: The Jump

Willow walked to the door of the tallest building in town with a mission

She looked to her right and, to her surprise, saw an open drug store

She began to walk toward it, fishing a thief’s mask out her pocket and pulling it across her eyes

When she entered the store she pulled out a pocket knife

“Nobody fucking move our I’ll slit your throats” she barked pointing the knife at the two women at the front

Willow made her way towards the alcohol section and took a bottle of straight liquor off the shelf

Before she left the store, she opened her wallet and dropped €20 at the girls

“Take care you two” Willow said, smiling at the cashier

She walked out the store and to the building, Willow opened the door and there was only one person working there

“Hello ma’am how may I assist you?” The deer asked

“I need to get to the roof ASAP” Willow mused

After the deer typed on a computer for a moment she looked up at Willow, “that’ll be €30, but €40 if you don’t want me to ask why your going up”

Willow rolled her eyes and handed the girl two 20’s

The deer put the money in the register and handed her a card for the elevator

Willow walked towards the elevator and scanned the card, pressing a button that would allow her roof access

She exited the elevator and opened the bottle of liquor she stole and took multiple gulps of it

Once she decided she was drunk enough, she pulled out her cellular device

All the people she had to talk to were in one chat, this would be easy

“I’m done” she sent

“Done with what?” Tigry asked

“Pan, are you drunk?” Baren asked

“Are you okay? Do I need to come pick you up darlin’?” Felix asked fatherly

“Life, yes and there’s no need, you won’t have to deal with me after tonight” Willow sent

“Where the hell are you Willow?” Pony asked

When she didn’t respond, someone else sent her a message

“Willow.” Katie warned

“Don’t do something you’ll regret” Pandy mentioned

“I won’t regret anything after tonight”

That was planned to be the last text message she’d send to her friends

Willow grabbed her notebook and pen out her pocket, set down her drink and began to write

“I’m sorry for everything. Tell William I’m sorry, Rash I love him and tell my children (TSP) I love them so much and it pains me to leave them. Let Pony know I’m sorry I won’t be at his wedding and Tigry that I hope that relationship with that boy goes well. In this note I apologize to all those I hurt, Player, Doggy, my love, my children and William. ~Willow”

Signing her name was probably the hardest part…

Willow took off her jacket and let the note and pen lay atop it

With her drink in hand she took another large gulp of it, but she heard her phone go off

She picked it up and read it, it was from Rash, “Don’t do anything stupid. Pony, Tigry and I are on the way”

Willow laughed and took another swig of the liquor

By now the world was spinning and the edge never looked so close

She put her hand on the rail and swung one of her legs over it and then the other

Now the only thing gluing her to the world was her hands and the small part of her that wanted to live

Soon, tears broke from the corners of her eyes, but she wiped them away quickly

She was Willow, there was no room for emotions when her brain should be filled with more important things

“Just let go” a man said, Willow looked around her and saw him

“Dude i thought you died” Willow mentioned

“Oh my goodness yasss, but I got bored so no” Tio said

“Don’t jump!” A familiar voice yelled

“Now or never Willow” she thought, but before she could remove her second hand, another hand grabbed her wrist and flung her to the other side of the railing

“What the actual hell were you thinking?!” Rash yelled, a few yards away from her

Willow looked above her to see who flung her, and, of course, unsurprisingly, it was Tigry

“Fuck you” Willow said to Tigry, angrily

“You’re welcome” Tigry smiled, almost crying

Willow got up and before she could grab anything, Pony had already grabbed it all

When did he get there?

“C’mon, I told Z I’d get Willow to the house before 3am and it’s already 12:00 and we still have to bring her to the hospital and Pan only knows how long that’ll take” Pony said, obviously disappointed in Willow

“You will not be taking me to a hospital!” Willow yelled

Tigry looked between Rash and Pony, not knowing what to do

Rash sighed, “I was really hoping not to have to do this” he said, pulling a needle out his pocket

“Rash…don’t you dare” Willow whispered, barely loud enough for her to hear herself

Tigry grabbed her shoulders, forcing her to stay in one position whilst Rash inserted the needle in her shoulder

Then she blacked out

“Well shit, how we gonna carry her to the car” Pony said, his hands on his hips

“Not it!” Rash called out

“Not it!” Pony called

“Oh come on” Tigry grunted and picked up Willow

They brought her to the car and put her in the backseat with Rash

There was a question hanging in the air

How were they going to get Willow awake when they got to the hospital without her panicking?

Chapter 2: The Hospital

Summary:

When Willow arrives at the hospital will she freak out or will the gang be able to keep her calm?

Let’s find out!

Everyone in the car was silent, you could hear the tires running against the late December snow

In the silence you could hear Willow groan as she slowly woke up

“Where are we” she asked, slurring her words

Rash rubbed her arm and explained where she is, who’s there with them and where they are going

When he finally got to the part about the hospital her eyes flung open

“Absolutely not!” Willow exclaimed

Tigry turned around in his seat and looked at her dead in the eyes, glaring at her with a scowl

“We need to make sure you’re okay” he growled, trying to have a soft tone but failing miserably

Pony slammed on the break and Tigry flung forward in his seat

He turned to him and yelled “dude what the actual fu-“, but he didn’t get to finish his sentence due to Pony covering his morning mouth with his hand

Pony turned towards him, “shut up, we’re here”

“I am not going in there and there is nothing you can do to make me” Willow yelled “they’re going to put me in a mental hospital like last time!”

The car went silent

Pony inhaled quickly and exhaled slowly, parking the car

He turned around to look at her, “we won’t let that happen, don’t worry”

Rash grabbed her hand and squeezed in lightly, offering her a smile before they got out the car

“Oh” Tigry said “here’s your jacket, it’s -19.44 Celsius outside, you’ll need it.”

Willow grabbed the jacket from Tigry and shrugged it on

Pony turned off the car and everyone got out

When everybody got out they realized how chilly it was outside and they booked it for the door

As soon as Willow got in she inhaled the scent of hand sanitizer and germs

Rash offered Willow his hand and she took it, Tigry walked up to the receptionist

The receptionist was Bunny, she looked up

“Ah hello, how may I assist you today?” Bunny inquired, spinning around in her chair

“We need to see a doctor, our friend had a little…” Tigry said, gesturing with his hands what almost happened

“Ah I see” she whispered “I’ll send her to Dr.Beary”

Bunny handed him a clipboard and Tigry walked away

Pony, Willow and Rash sat down with Tigry

Tigry handed the clipboard to Willow

She filled out her information and stood up to bring it to the desk

“Sweetheart, whats wrong?” Bunny asked, Willow looked up and almost started crying again, refraining as she was in public

“I don’t know” Willow explained, moving her hands in circles, “well why don’t you go and sit down and I’ll call you when the doctor is ready to see you” Bunny said

Willow walked back to her seat and sat down

About 30 minutes later Bunny came out “Willow Wolf!” She called causing Willow to tense up in her seat

Pony put his hand on her shoulder “we won’t let anything happen”

Rash stood up with Willow and they walked into the doctors office

Willow sat down on the table and Rash sat down on the seat close to the door

Beary walked into the room and before saying anything else he said “I’ve heard we’ve had a little accident tonight Miss Wolf”

Willow gulped and looked down to her hands, “yes sir”

The doctor sighed and wrote down something on his clipboard

Beary clicked his tongue onto the roof of his mouth whilst clicking his pen vigorously

“Now we have two options” Beary said, facing Rash

“Put her in a mental facility for maybe a month or two, which should improve her mental health” Beary explained, before looking a Willow who’s eyes were widened in shock, tears forming at the corners

“Or- or” he reassured “we can put you on medication that will probably work just as well”

“We’ll take the medicine sir” Rash said, reaching into his pocket to grab his cash

“Okay and Miss Wolf it seems like your insurance covers it” Beary said “you can pick it up from the pharmacist tomorrow morning”

Beary gave Willow one more smile before exiting the room

“Like I said” Rash said with a smile “nothing happened”

Willow smiled at him and they walked out of the office and into the waiting room where only Tigry was

He looked up and explained where Pony was before they even asked

“He went to go get the car” Tigry explained

The three of them walked out of the hospital and into the freezing cold where Pony’s car was waiting for them

They all stepped inside the warm car and Pony sped off towards his home
