I
The fact that Hizashi even went through the portal was a surprise but somehow he did and now he is next to Izuku as all might ruins his life again. Yes, Izuku did in fact tell them all about what all might said to him that day on the roof. All hizashi could do was watch as izuku cried and clutched his and shouta’s wedding rings. What shouta did to izuku made him mad and he was kinda glad that he somehow went through the portal. So as izuku roof hopped to his mothers apartment hizashi simply floated and followed behind, he doesn't plan on leaving izuku alone even though he can't see hizashi.

Hizashi doesn’t really pay any attention to what izuku is doing as he walked a line along the edge of a building. Though when the police came and izuku hadn’t come out yet he went into the window and watched izuku in the rafters. He chuckled to himself when tsukauchi yelled izukus vigilante name. While he doesnt like that izuku went back to being a vigilante he gets what he did. If hizashi was in his shoes he would too, but because izuku was already once a vigilante and had since been trained more and is a lot more stealthy, he didn't mind. He did, however, tag along to watch izuku and try to make sure he doesn't get into too much trouble. Izuku's knack for trouble even worries him and as the man himself sneaks out of the building, hizashi follows, but not without looking back at his old friends and someone he thought of as his sister but quickly turns back around before Izuku gets too far away. He does understand why he’s doing this because izuku referred to nem as his mother and probably missed the detective himself.

This time hizashi was watching what Izuku was doing as he tied up the villains he captured. As Izuku scaled the side of the building, Hizashi froze as he saw the much younger form of his husband round the corner and scowl. He shook himself out of it and looked down to where Izuku was laying flat on the ground looking at shouta, his eyes were glossed over, hazy and looked like he was going to cry. Hizashi touched izukus shoulder and the cold from his ghostly form seemed to knock izuku out of his flashback. Hizashi was really worried now. As izuku sprung up and ran away, hizashi followed until izuku managed to get away from shouta. He gently sat down above where Izuku was hiding and was watching shouta as he was texting. He snorted as shouta picked up his favorite coffee grounds.

Hizashi was equal parts frustrated and concerned watching izuku be shot by a man after he pushed shouta out of the way. The way izuku would throw himself in the way to protect a person (even if it was the older version) that had hurt him multiple times and almost got him killed more times than hizashi cared to count. But Hizashi also understood why he did it. After all that's just the way izuku was, nothing could change that fact. When Izuku fled he followed and tried to help even though his hands kept going right through the boy/man. He also watched as izuku, tsukauchi and shouta met in an alleyway and listened to their conversation, trying not to look at shouta too much. He wanted to help as izuku protected a group of children from their kidnappers but could only stand back and watch as he masterfully took them all down. He wished he could do more than simply observe.

When izuku was attacked by stain hizashi freaked the fuck out, after all its not everyday you see someone you love be stabbed and left to bleed out, and when hawks helped izuku he watched even closer, he didnt trust hawks after what he did in their timeline. Izuku of course was never told what hawks did so he didn't know better. Hizashi stood as what people would call a watch dog after all he stayed right by izuku for the entirety of the two days izuku was asleep. Keeping a close eye on hawks. When izuku woke and freaked out when his door opened, hizashi put his cold hand over izuku's wound so the cold from it would ease the pain. And about a week later when izuku showed hawks now known as keigo his real face hizashi freaked because no, Izuku, you don’t show anyone your secret identity no matter the situation you're in!

Hizashi watched the entrance exam from on top of the front gate of the false city. Which means that he heard the zero-pointer before he saw it and when he saw the smaller bots stop moving he knew exactly what happened and smirked. He knew what izuku was capable of with only a cell phone and it was funny watching the students react to the bots stop moving randomly. He was also there when Izuku stole his acceptance letter from his terrible mother’s mailbox and heard his reaction to seeing all might welcome him to UA. hizashi gotta say the little listeners probably got no idea how scary nezdu can be.

Well, hizashi can officially say he hates when izuku gets stuck in flashbacks or nightmares. Because as he saw this morning, it has terrible results. He knows the nightmare he had this morning was about him and he hates it but there's nothing he can do about it because he is dead and can't even comfort the little one. Hawks gained some respect with him by helping Izuku when Hizashi couldn’t and he’s glad for that. But hawks isn’t here at the moment, only the younger shouta is. When he manages to shake izuku out of it he settles a bit more and accepts that only the younger shouta his younger self or the younger nem would be able to get izuku out of the flashbacks or nightmare episodes. he also finds he has a new hatred for katsuki bakugou.
VIII
Hizashi only recently found out he can make himself visible to people after accidentaly scaring the fuck out of hawks when he stayed behind when izuku went out alone. He knows the kid/man hates being alone but sometimes he really needs to be and hizashi respects that even if he is dead. Anyways hizashi was trying to push a pencil off the table in izuku's camper when hawks walked in but hizashi didn't hear nor really care that hawks stiffened and watched him. When he finally gave up and looked up he locked eyes with the other man and freaked out and went back to be insoluble and unseen. And when hawks later asked about a man with the entirety of his stomach gone and a badly mangled leg, Izuku looked at him like he was crazy and walked away. But hizashi could tell the izuku knew who hawks was talking about

The USJ was bad. worse than hizashi thought it was but it was also better because izuku managed to take down the nomu and fight shigaraki enough for him to be the target. But what hizashi did, he probably shouldn't have done. He made himself visible to the children and gently guided them to safety and helped them add pressure to shouta’s wounds. As the younger teachers came through the door he disappeared so he could watch. And damn was shouta right, he was fucking loud with his quirk and loud in general. He hopped in the ambulance with both Izuku and his younger self and kept a careful eye on the paramedics; he had heard the horror stories of how quirkless people were treated by medical staff.

When Izuku woke up in the hospital, Hizashi sighed in relief that he was okay. Though when izuku sat up and the blanket slid down he gently put his hand on his back trying and failing to help him. Izukus eyes weren't fully there and hizashi knew it was due to two things: the medicine izuku is on and the old memories of people long gone. But Hizashi saw the way the younger teachers in the room looked at Izuku's scars and had to agree there were too many. Many of said scars not even hizashi knew where they came from, izuku had them before they had even met. He knew one thing though, a few weren't battle scars; a few, and very few they were, were from Izuku when he was younger and didn't like life at all. There were scratch marks from his nails and other ones that hizashi won't even look at. Hizashi had spaced out abit until hawks came running in worried about izuku and that moment had the rest of hizashi’s doubt fade.Time knows the kid needs the support. He didn't like the way bakugou talked to izuku after the incident either but he can't do much about it because if he did it might hurt what izuku is trying to do

The movies were supposed to be safe and it was the first in a long time that hizashi lost his temper (he blames shouta for the fact that he rubbed off on him). He noticed quickly that the younger shouta was far more furious than he was and stepped beside him. He hated that woman with a passion now and wanted her dead so he could kill her again. But again he couldn't touch her or anyone without being visible so he didn't do anything. That didnt mean he wished that shouta would knock her black and blue or just fucking arrest her, but he knew he couldnt-and wouldnt-in front of the kids that are watching. But while shouta was calming down and helping izuku clean up, Hizashi watched the sad kids and listened to their responses to what just happened (he pretended not to hear the few whispers of the ghost from the USJ). He didn't go with shouta or izuku when they went to wash the sticky off of him. He just stayed with his younger self and watched the kids as he could say that he actually missed seeing them act like actual children. This time he didnt go home with Izuku, instead, he followed the younger versions of himself and shouta to stand in the meeting that was most definitely going to happen.

When the trainwreck happened hizashi was standing in front of izuku and when said train got thrown of its tracks it took hizashi with it and he was thrown to the ground as it hit the building. It was then that hizashi realized he accidentally turned visible but he didnt let it fade as he checked izukus pulse and found it still there. He also checked the other kids' pulse if he remembered correctly this kid's name is Shinsou hitoshi. A kid that izuku got to know in their time, Quip, he believed was the vigilante’s name. he returned to being insoluble after a few seconds. He waited not to long before izuku started waking up and he seemed confused? And hizashi didn't understand why we would be confused and would most likely find out later. When shouta came and rescued the kids hizashi followed not to worried about the fact that he just floated through the wall. Hizashi also was with izuku as he went to the hospital again. This kid needs to stop with all these accidents.
XIII
He stayed in the announcers booth with his younger self and shouta and just watched how they interacted. He really missed his shouta but couldn't figure out a way to go back to there time nor did he really want to. So he watched izuku and his classmates race, gather, and fight. He did follow shouta out when he went to check if izuku was alright after fighting todoroki shouto. He was honestly glad to see a few of his classmates there to see him as well. He saw shouta slip out and bakugou follow so he also did. He’s glad that izuku is having a positive effect on this time. Bakugo was a pain in their time. And he was also there when shouta found endewhore about to attack izuku and shinsou, he's glad shou is scary when his quirk is active because it scares endewhore away. He’s glad to see izuku warming up to this times shouta as well. It's absolutely adorable to see him lean into the hair ruffles. Hizashi can't wait for them to notice that playing with izukus hair will put him to sleep faster than any sleep meds.

If hizashi didn't know izuku as well as he did he would be worried about the plan he had about showing the others his identity. But that doesn’t mean he isn't worried, he is he is very worried because he doesn't know what shouta or the others reactions would be. He is very skilled in reading people but sometimes he is really bad at it too. He also is kinda having a bad day. He woke up (yes he can sleep) and was greeted by a bright ass light in his face. Turns out the others found out a way to come to the past, he doesn't know why they thought it was a good idea to shine a light in his face but they did. Shouta was also there and hizashi pouted at him when he tried to hug him. But right now he stands at izukus side as he explains why he is here and what happens in the future While all the others from the future are standing around nezdu, Tsukauchi and his living counterpart. Even though he’s still mad at shouta and wont let him stand next to him or near izuku, he’s glad he’s no longer alone.

Izuku was smart, everyone knew this, but not even he knew he was being followed by a ghost of a person he used to know. So when dabi and then the others in his group that are still alive came through the portal shigaraki made and then sent nomu through said portal, he didn't really expect to be cornered with almost the entirety of the younger UA staff. But he most definitely didn't expect to have a very ghostly and fatally injured hizashi jump in front of him and protect him from a kill strike that couldn't be blocked. He didn't know what to think because after all the first run nomu are dead the older hizashi turns to him and hugs him. After what seems like a too short time of just being held by zashi. The man disappears and isn’t seen for quite some time after.
Extra ---------
About a month after Zashi's reappearance the UA staff see him around helping Izuku with tasks. Sometimes they see him brushing izukus hair which the boy/man had never let any of them do. He also walks around with random braids and clips in his hair that no one knows where they came from. And at random times the older zashi will scare both his younger self and the younger shouta. Izuku learns that the others are there too but just don't know how to make themselves visible yet and they are working on that.
