Work Text:
I feel alone whenever I’m home. No one around to be around. I lived with my parents then moved, and had to get roommates to cure my loneliness. But now, I’m often alone. I complained to my friends pretty often about being alone.

“Okay Tubbo, we got to get Tommy the best dog,” I say.
“Um, I’m here too,” Ranboo speaks up.
“We still need to get Tommy, an amazing dog,” I say.
“Ya, what kind?” Tubbo asks.
“A husky? He’s active, likes to be outside, crazy,” Ranboo brings up.
“Sounds like a good dog breed. We need more, gender, colours, age,” I pace.
“I say a puppy. Tommy won’t care about the gender of the dog or colours,” Tubbo tells us.
“Okat, we just need to find a husky breeder and a shelter with a husky puppy,” I continue to pace.
Tubbo pulls out his computer. We start looking at nearby shelters to find a 3 month old, all white, blue eyed, husky puppy. We scheduled to meet up to meet her.
When we got there, the small puppy was playing around with one of the workers.
“Hello, I’m Alex and this little one is, actually, she doesn’t have a name yet,” The worker - Alex - says.
“Hi, I’m Wilbur,” I say.
Tubbo and Ranboo introduced themselves to Alex. I crouch down to the puppy, she runs over to me. I let her sniff my hand before petting her. Alex tells us about the puppy. She was very playful, pretty smart, trained a little, and perfect for Tommy.
“We’ll take her,” I say.
“Perfect, let's go fill out the paperwork,” Alex smiles.

We gather stuff for Caramel. A brown leather collar with a simple tag with her new name and Tommy’s number. A fluffy dog bed, crate with a nice dog bed, puppy food, treats, and much more dog stuff. Caramel enjoyed playing around with Tubbo. We went back to Tubbo’s house. Caramel played around outside.
“Okay, how will we surprise Tommy?” Ranboo asks.
“Bring him to a park, I will bring Caramel to him. Or we can get someone to help,” Tubbo says.
“We can plan it out more,” I say.
“Ya, but before you two go. Who will keep the pup for now?” Tubbo asks.
“I live in an apartment,” I say.
“I could take care of her if needed,” Ranboo said.
“Fine, I’ll continue to keep her here,” Tubbo sighs.

Wilbur and Ranboo left. Caramel was running around. In my backyard, I ran around, chasing Caramel. I quickly grew tired but Caramel had more energy. She was perfect for Tommy. I threw a ball for her, she always dropped it by my feet. I threw it over and over again, wondering how much energy she has.
Soon I got a good idea. I brought my bike over for her to get used to. Tommy would love to take Caramel out for bike rides. So I would love to get Caramel used to bikes. I showed her how it works. Caramel chased me around. I hooked her new leash to her new harness and put it on her. I held the leash while slowly riding it around. She seemed comfortable with the bike and being right next to it.
I bought Caramel inside, she still has energy. I try to calm her down.
~~~
I walked to the park, holding tightly onto the leash. The shelter was very right, she already knew how to walk on a leash nicely and simple tricks. Wilbur picked up all her stuff from my house and was going to secretly put it in Tommy’s house.
I got to the park and Ranboo was already there.
“Hello,” Ranboo waves.
“Hey, brought the pup,” I say.
“Knowing Tommy would bring her on a bike. So I bought this,” Ranboo holds up a bike dog leash attachment.
“Those will be good,” I agree.
“Tommy’s on his way. As soon as Wilbur drops off the stuff, he will come over here,” Ranboo informs me.
Wilbur got here before Tommy, somehow. We continued to play around with Caramel. Soon, Tommy finally got here. I hid Caramel.
“So, what did you three need?” Tommy asks, getting off his bike.
“We got something for you,” Wilbur smiled.
“What?” Tommy asked, seeming suspicious of us.
Wilbur picked up the small dog. Tommy’s jaws dropped.
“We might have gotten you a dog,” Ranboo says.
“Aww, gimmi’ gimmi’,” Tommy holds his hands out for the dog.
Wilbur hands Caramel to him. Caramel immediately loved Tommy.
“Her name is Caramel,” I say.
“I love her,” Tommy mutters.
I took Caramel home after learning she already knew how to run along a bike. When I entered my house, Caramel looked around her new house. I realised lots of dog stuff was here. At least I didn’t have to go get her stuff. Daily I took her off on a bike ride, taught her new tricks, and played around with her.
After a while, Caramel was really good at tricks and running next to a bike. So when The Dream Team came to the UK, so we (People in the UK) were all gonna meet up in a park. I hooked Caramel up to my bike, slid my bag on and left for the park. Caramel enjoyed the run. Not many people knew of her, only Wilbur, Ranboo, and Tubbo. So when we got to the park,Caramel seems to try to pull me forward.
“Calm down girl,” I mutter.
I get off the bike and park it somewhere nice where I can keep my eyes on it. I unhook Caramel and put her leash on. We walked up a little. She wanted to dash to my friends. None of them have noticed me or Caramel.
“Cara, ready girl?” I ask.
She barks. I grabbed the slip of the leash and took it off. I give Caramel the go ahead and she dashes off to them. I stand up and walk up. Everyone but Wilbur, Tubbo, and Ranboo were scared.
“Hey peeps,” I say.
“Hey, do you know where this dog is from?” Dream asks.
Caramel ran around my friends. Everyone gave her some pets.
“Actually, she is mine,” I say.
“Aww, how long and when did you get her?” Niki asks.
“I had her for a month, and I got her from them,” I point to the ones who got her for me.
“Name?” SapNap asked.
“Caramel,” I say.
For the entire meet-up, we all play with my puppy. She enjoyed being around my friends. Though only I had the kind of energy Caramel had. She was my amazing dog.
