Work Text:
Wednesday looked at her bedside clock: it was three-twenty-three in the morning.
She huffed, shifting her position from her left to her right side. Not finding the change comfortable enough, she tried to lay in her favorite sleeping position again: she faced the ceiling, placing her arms crossed on her chest, closing her eyes and opening them immediately after.
It was useless.
She couldn’t sleep.
She looked around, her side of the room almost disappearing in the dark night while Enid’s bright furniture was barely visible. The moon reflecting colorful hues through the window was the only thing preventing the room from being engulfed in complete darkness.
She wished it could engulf her too.
At least it would have put an end to this atrocity of a feeling.
Because now she couldn’t deny it anymore. She did feel.
A bit too much, in fact.
Her recent interactions with Tyler were all she could think about, and she didn’t know how to stop it. Her whole ‘spending time with Tyler to see my reaction to it’ had turned against her and now she was a bit too aware of the effect he had on her.
Pulse quickening, body temperature rising, mouth salivating— she counted them in her head, one by one —thoughts disappearing, coherence out the window, and an increasing will to have him close.
An insatiable need to have him.
She was doomed.
The more she thought about him the more she craved his presence and, for extension, his touch, and that was starting to become a frequent feeling, one she didn’t want to get used to. Just the thought of them together on his bed made her stomach flip, her core burning with desire.
She pulled the covers away from her body, suddenly feeling hot.
She wished she’d never met him.
Honestly, she thought, fuck him.
In every sense.
She wished she’d met him sooner.
She cursed at herself, putting this thought away and focusing on another, annoyingly big problem; someone that seemed to always want to ruin the moment. Because if that wasn’t what the Sheriff was doing, then she didn’t know what else it could be.
Oh, Wednesday really wanted to murder him. Put an end to his miserable life, which only purpose was ruining her and Tyler’s quality time.
First in the Crypt, then at the Weathervane, then in his room. And the worst part was, he didn’t even seem to do it on purpose. He was simply really bad at timing. She couldn’t blame him for it, but it annoyed her anyway.
She really needed a good plan to spend some time alone with her boy.
She stilled.
Her boy.
Could she refer to Tyler as her boyfriend?
They hadn’t discussed this.
She considered him hers, but did this make her.. his?
No, no.
She wasn’t anyone’s property.
But Tyler was definitely her property.
She didn’t think of him as her boyfriend simply because they hadn’t clarified their status yet. They certainly were not friends— that she was sure of.
But then why didn’t Tyler ask her to be his girlfriend? Did he consider them a thing already or was he waiting for her to say something about it?
Or was she simply over-reading the situation?
Her head ached.
She needed to talk this out with him.
She resumed her thoughts on her plan.
She needed a good excuse to have Enid out of their dorm for at least a night, and Tyler would not be allowed to bring his phone with him. Not even his smartwatch or any kind of other communication methods whatsoever.
And he needed a way to sneak him in without anyone noticing. She could have used the balcony if only it wasn’t so high, unless she found a way for Tyler to climb up to it, which was a possibility she needed to test out first.
Oh, and Thing needed to be gone as well. She couldn’t trust that nosy appendix to witness anything intimate about her life.
If her plan was successful, she would be spending a whole night with Tyler. Alone.
The corners of her lips curled up at the thought and that burning feeling came back at full force, almost eating her alive. She desperately needed to get it to stop.
She wished he was here with her to help her.
Wednesday huffed, annoyed at herself for becoming just like every other hormonal teenager, turning herself around on the bed until her stomach was flat on the mattress. She felt a slight pressure on her core at the contact and pressed her thighs together, trying to ease the desperate need of having him in the bed with her. She wished she could say she wasn’t a stranger to masturbation, but she was aware that the handful of times she tried —without even being able to reach orgasm— didn’t exactly leave space for doubt.
But she had to wake up early for class and she had already wasted enough time with her internal turmoil, so she tried to calm down. She shut her eyes, trying to think of anything else as she hesitantly slid her arms under the pillow, a position she never in her life slept in before. Having something soft against her cheek felt weirdly comforting, and she felt herself adjusting her position to be more comfortable.
Before she knew it, she fell asleep hugging the pillow.

She saw Tyler the next day at the Weathervane. It was Friday, a day she usually avoided because it got too busy for her liking but she decided to visit anyway, maybe she’ll get lucky and actually have time for a chat.
Unfortunately for her, the cafe was, in fact, pretty busy and Tyler barely had the time to make and deliver her quad before he was needed behind the counter again.
Wednesday sighed internally, observing him work. She had come here hoping to talk to him, maybe discuss the whole boyfriend and girlfriend thing, but it seemed she had no luck. He glanced in her direction apologetically multiple times as she sipped her drink, his gaze soft but a bit desperate, and she suspected her gaze was not that much different; she felt heat pool in her stomach once again just by looking at him work and she huffed in annoyance.
A good part of her wanted to wait for him but his shift ended in two hours, and she had no desire of waiting that long while exchanging those pathetic looks with him; it was a torture she wasn’t sure if she would enjoy.
Wednesday finished her quad in a long sip before taking her belongings and walking out the door.
When she arrived back in her dorm room she found Enid on her phone. The blonde nodded at her before returning to her silly video-scrolling application— TikTok she believed it was called.
Wednesday took her shoes off and quickly changed, then sat down in front of her typewriter, ready to enter Viper’s universe and distract herself from honey-colored curls.
“Where have you been?” Enid’s question was sudden but her tone was neutral. Good.
“Weathervane.”
“Did you see Tyler?” Enid’s tone was now curious. Bad.
“Yes but it was busy, I just drank my coffee and left.” She inserted the paper into her typewriter, hoping Enid won’t take too much of her time with questions.
“You know, every barista there dislikes the two of you.” She could sense a smirk in her roommate’s voice, but the statement itself satisfied her. She didn’t know about Tyler, but she better be despised.
“So?”
“They hate when you visit because Tyler is incapable of doing his job whenever you’re there. He keeps distracting and taking breaks.”
She felt a satisfied grin spread across her face and was thankful that she was facing away from Enid.
She knew Tyler’s attention span at work decreased drastically when she was present— that was painfully obvious —but the knowledge of his colleagues hating her for it felt a lot more satisfying than she thought it would. An amused chuckle almost escaped her lips, but she managed to keep herself from giving her roommate any sign of amusement or she was sure she wouldn’t hear the end of it.
The idea of visiting the cafe more often bubbled up in her mind and she suddenly couldn’t wait to see Tyler at work again.
“I think it’s cute, how he tries to spend time with you despite being at work.” Enid continued, excited. “How did yesterday go by the way?”
It was a sudden and stupid question and the blonde knew it. She was doing this on purpose.
Wednesday felt the warmth from before becoming hot.
An image of shirtless Tyler stamped itself in her mind, and she could feel the ghost of his body against hers. His lips on her neck, her jawline, his hands on her hips and back, her hands in his golden hair and his eyes shining in the afternoon sun—
She blinked.
She just wanted Tyler there with her. Underneath her, specifically.
She felt her core clench at the thought.
Too much.
She needed to focus.
“It went fine.” She still didn’t dare to turn around but heard Enid get up, walking over to her side of the room.
“Fine as in we made out and had our fun or we were interrupted again and I hate everyone and everything?”
How did she know the second was even an option?
“The latter.” She answered swiftly, not letting Enid speak before she continued, “I need to start writing now.”
“Oh, no you don’t.” The blonde was right beside her now, staring stoically at her. Wednesday huffed internally, turning to face her roommate.
“Wednesday, I think you need to talk about this with someone. I’ve seen how you fell asleep last night and I’ve never seen you sleep like that before.”
So she noticed. But well, of course she did. Her roommate wasn’t stupid, and despite her efforts to not share anything about herself Enid seemed to have learned how to read her nonetheless. That infuriated her.
“What does my sleeping position have to do with anything?”
“It wouldn’t matter if it wasn’t you. But you always sleep with your hands folded over your chest and waking up seeing you hugging the pillow in your sleep concerned me a little.” Enid’s voice got softer at the last part and Wednesday almost felt bad. She knew Enid just wanted to be there for her, but she wasn’t used to people genuinely wanting to help her, and she tried her best not to push her away.
“It’s really not a big deal.” She tried to dismiss her, but it didn’t work.
“Of course it is! Lately you look so, so—“ she abruptly stopped, shutting her mouth like she was about to say something she shouldn’t.
That perked Wednesday’s interest. “So, what?”
The blonde did not speak but Wednesday shot her a murderous glance, lifting her eyebrows. That seemed to do the trick.
“You seem.. touch-starved.”
That made Wednesday’s eyes widen. Enid was quick to add, “To me, at least.”
Wednesday had never even considered the idea of describing herself as touch-starved, but all things considered, she had to admit it was not too far from the truth. However, she was not about to just admit that to her overly-exaggerated friend— that spoke insufferable torture even for her.
“I am not.”
“You don’t have to acknowledge it. I know it’s true.”
Wednesday felt very much annoyed at Enid for her overly-emphatic personality.
It was true, she never felt like this before. She never craved anyone like this ever.
And if it feels weird for her, then it must be weird for Enid to witness as well.
If she was a normal girl with normal interests and a normal life, she would have liked to sit and talk about it with the blonde, tell her how she felt and let her roommate give her some advice, but she simply wasn’t made like that and her pride just said no to it all.
She wished she could erase that part of her.
Wednesday turned away from her, bringing her typewriter a bit closer to the edge of her desk so she could type more comfortably. “This conversation is over.”
She heard Enid huff behind her, and then a slightly aggressive thump that indicated her roommate had just thrown herself onto her bed.
Finally left alone, she began typing.

Wednesday was walking in the woods towards Jericho, her need for caffeine desperate as she had spent the two previous days writing. She knew Tyler wasn’t working today, but she really needed the boost and hopefully she would be able to see him soon.
She was taking yet another route in her walk, her impeccable sense of direction never failing her. She liked exploring different parts of the woods: she never knew where she could find a dead body next.
She had just walked past a large tree when she felt a strong grip on her waist from behind; Wednesday instinctively turned to elbow her attacker in the face but he was quicker, his other hand stopping her, tugging her arm behind her and covering her mouth with his big palm, pressing her back on his chest firmly.
And right at that moment, she relaxed.
Her nose picked up coffee, pines, and cinnamon.
Tyler.
His grip was strong and warm, and she wanted to bite his hand off when she felt heat pool in her lower stomach once again.
He seemed to recognize her mood change but gripped her tighter nonetheless, slowly leaning closer and whispering in her ear.
“Gotcha.”
His low tone filled her body with electricity, finally being close to him again felt like a breath of fresh air. She could feel every part of his toned body against her back, and she felt like lava was pouring between her legs when Tyler started lowering his palm from her mouth to her neck— a light, warm and torturous caress that had her biting her lower lip mindlessly while her rational self struggled not to drown in the tsunami of feelings.
His grip was now loose enough for her to move away, and she felt something tugging at her stomach when he started to softly laugh in her ear.
How could he find this funny? She almost wanted to huff, but the arm that was gripping her waist went around her completely, successfully caging her back against him as he softly snuggled his nose in her neck. She could feel the vibration of his soft laugh all over her body, and she had to rub her legs together to ease out some tension and hold herself back from wiggling against him.
She decided to turn around, still letting his arm stay around her waist, looking up at him with a stare she hoped was stoic enough. He was smiling at her brightly and her stomach tightened, her voice coming out a little airier than she intended.
“What are you doing here?”
“Um, I might be stalking my dad again.” He briefly looked behind him, where she supposed his dad had gone. His thumb started making circles around her waist as he faced her again, and she felt hyper-aware of how close their bodies were. She felt hot already, and she couldn’t look away as his eyes lowered to her lips and a small smile made his way on his face. “But I’ve now lost track of him.”
Wednesday didn’t know why she found his whispering voice so attractive, but she did and it was driving her mad.
He was already slowly leaning in, his small smile still in place when she cupped his neck with her hands, pulling him forward in a bruising kiss. Slow wasn’t what she needed, and hopefully he would pick up on that now.
He immediately tightened his hold on her waist, pulling her closer and kissing her back with equal hunger.
Her hands found home in his hair and he bit her lip when she pulled one of his curls particularly hard. She couldn’t stop a soft moan from escaping and she felt Tyler hiss against her mouth, turning them over and pressing her back against the tree behind them before kissing her again.
She slipped her tongue in his mouth, trying to press him harder against her— the way her slim body was trapped between his and the tree made her breath catch, a feeling of bliss she felt only when playing with torture devices back in the basement of her family home.
She wanted him to suffocate her.
He smiled against her hungry mouth when he felt her hands roam over his body, caressing his neck and shoulders before going down to his chest, gripping tightly at his flannel shirt as she continued to ravage his mouth.
He took it as a sign to caress her body, too, his warm hands roaming on her back, her neck, her hips.
Wednesday felt on fire.
Suddenly having Tyler in front of her without expecting to see him was already bad enough for her mental stability, but his damn charming voice had done things to her and now she couldn’t stop taking.
She wanted him to touch her everywhere, to kiss every inch of her skin.
He pressed her even harder against the tree and she felt his hardness against her, moaning again and arching her back towards him shamelessly. She experimentally rolled her hips forward and had to bite her lip to contain herself; the friction was exquisite, and when she felt the vibration of Tyler’s grunt against her lips she repeated the motion, harder.
“Wed, oh god—” She tried to move again but his grip was iron solid on her hips, keeping her still and it took all her strength to repress the desperate whine that was treating to escape.
She huffed internally at her denied friction, opting to lower her mouth on his neck instead. She couldn’t stop a small smile from forming when she felt him groan, and she started to suck on his soft skin, feeling his pulse quicken against her lips.
Her hands let go of his flannel and started roaming lower, under the soft cotton where they finally met his hot skin, caressing it almost urgently. His own hands didn’t dare to go any lower, still gripping and caressing her hips, and Wednesday wanted to stab him for how considerate he always was with her.
If he didn’t want the friction it was his problem— she had been craving for more than a few kisses for long enough now, and the woods seemed to be a perfect place at the moment.
She was still sucking on his neck when she grabbed one of his hands in hers, trying to press herself more into the tree to create enough space between them for what she wanted to do, but he immediately pressed himself closer to her. For how much she wanted him close, she had other plans and this simply won’t do.
Wednesday let go of his hand, detached her lips from his neck, and pushed both her palms on his chest, successfully hinting at him to step away.
He obviously didn’t understand what she was doing, his expression pained and his chest puffing up and down quickly as he regained his breath.
“Did I do something wrong?”
He was looking at her like a lost puppy, but she didn’t even bother to answer as she pulled up her skirt, took his hand again and lowered it down, pressing it firmly against her aching core. She saw his eyes widening with lust and she was quick to tug him closer by his shirt, muffling her moan against his mouth.
She was aware her underwear was soaked, but she couldn’t bring herself to care or be ashamed of it when his palm started applying pressure, moving slowly in a circular motion, and she kissed him harder to stop her whimper.
His groan was loud on her lips and the vibration of it made her hips buckle up against his hand, the sensation being so intense that she couldn’t even kiss him back anymore, almost whining again.
“Fuck.” Tyler’s voice was blissed out, desperate as he kept pressing his palm against her, moving a little faster as she struggled to breathe.
She threw her head back when he started using his fingers on the top of her vulva, finding her clit, and an electrocuting sensation filled her whole body with heat as she felt herself becoming wetter by the second.
Tyler took the opportunity to attack her neck, starting to suck and lick every part of it he could reach as she rocked her hips together with his hand, now panting heavily as she struggled to keep her volume down.
Somewhere in her mind, she remembered Sheriff Galpin was supposed to be in the woods, but the notion wasn’t something she considered nearly as important as what she was currently experiencing.
Her panties were now totally drenched and felt uncomfortable against her throbbing core, and as if on cue Tyler’s fingers tugged on them, his lips near her ear.
“Can I?” His whisper was strained, needy, and she was sure his face was a reflection of her own.
It took her a second to answer, her mind cloudy with arousal as she spread her legs wider apart, moaning at his request.
“Please.”
That was all it took for Tyler to push the damp material to the side, rubbing against her now-exposed skin with renewed confidence.
“God, you’re soaked for me.”
Wednesday had to shut her eyes closed as she struggled to keep quiet, trying to press herself harder against him with every movement. She felt his heavy breaths on her temple, his lips barely touching her in the ghost of a kiss.
She felt alive like never before, exposed but safe, and she had the urge to look at him, see with her own eyes if he was as affected as she felt.
She forced her eyelids half open and angled her face to observe him better, a moan stuck in her throat as she saw his eyes lost and gaze cloudy, unfocused.
He locked eyes with her and an evil smirk made his way onto his features, but Wednesday had no time to be confused as he halted his movements, successfully making her whine against her better judgment, and his smirk got bigger as she moved restlessly against his hand.
“Tyler.” Her voice was airy as she kept up her pace, desperate for him to add some pressure.
He took his sweet time observing her before speaking again, calmer than she would’ve liked. “What is it, Wen?” His smirk was still there, as evil as ever, and Wednesday felt herself drip with want at this side of him.
“Move.”
“It looks like you’re doing fine on your own.” His grin morphed into a chuckle as she shot him a cold glare, and Wednesday had to close her eyes again as she felt him finally massage his fingers against her.
What she wasn’t expecting though, was for Tyler to line them up with her entrance.
She looked up at him with renewed lust, and his gaze was intense but insecure as he slowly moved his fingers against her in a silent request. She thrust her hips against him as an answer, and had no time to prepare herself as he slid one finger inside her in a swift movement, her wetness making the move smooth.
She let out a loud moan, and Tyler pressed his warm palm on her mouth to muffle the sound. The vibration against his hand sprung him into action, and he started slowly moving his finger inside her, groaning low against her temple.
Wednesday had never felt like this before. She felt like she was going to explode, the hot feeling of his finger inside her was making her dizzy and Tyler’s palm on her mouth only served in making her more desperate. Internal stimulation wasn’t something she had tried before, and she wondered how it was possible it felt this good if done by him. Her head was spinning with desire and she looked up at Tyler, his eyes now shut closed as his thrusts inside her became more intense.
“You’re so tight, god—“
She moaned again, his palm still on her mouth and it was so warm she almost couldn’t breathe properly, she had to bite his hand.
“Wed—” He moved his palm away from her mouth, cupping her neck instead and pumping his finger restlessly inside her wet heat.
But it wasn’t enough, her movements wildly matching his in hopes for more; his hand on her neck hinting for more pressure as it caressed her skin with every movement, and the sole thought of him applying pressure made her see stars.
“Tyler—“ A loud yelp made its way out of her as he reached her g-spot, and he did it again, pulling another guttural sound out of her. “Please.”
“Please, what?” She could literally feel the smirk in his tone and had no power to hide the desperation in her voice.
“More.”
He moaned openly, adding another finger inside her and her head shot back against the tree, her mouth open like in one of her visions. She felt the press of the stretch behind her clit and struggled to breathe as he doubled the speed of his thrusts.
Tyler’s hand was still on her neck, unconsciously pressing harder and that made her whine again, aware she would probably come in an instant if only he would add more pressure. Her hand went to grab his forearm, gripping it tightly and tugging it closer harshly, in a desperate attempt to make him understand what she needed.
Enid was right— she had never felt as touch-starved as she did now.
He didn’t seem to pick up her hint, keeping his pace inside her wild and desperate as his other hand tugged at her braid harshly.
She wanted to bite his head off, but the increasing heat was making her head spin and she was so close to orgasm she didn’t care what he did anymore.
She felt like she was melting, and she yanked Tyler closer by his collar to kiss him again. That revealed itself to be the wrong thing to do, because the now uncomfortable position made Tyler’s thrusts slow down and become inconsistent, and she felt her much-needed orgasm slip away. Whining, she pushed his head away and widened her legs once again, rocking with him to keep up the pace.
“God, you look so fucking good.”
She opened her mouth to mock him, but she was interrupted by a dog barking.
And it sounded dangerously close.
“Shit.” Tyler immediately pulled his fingers out of her, the sudden emptiness making her yelp as her hips tried to chase him, but he swiftly covered her back with her skirt. “Shitshitshit.”
Wednesday was watching him in a daze, feeling like she had just been punched in the ribs. She registered another bark getting closer, Tyler’s hands adjusting her bangs, and then watched as he adjusted his own hair and wiped his shiny hand on his jeans. Her dizziness was very fast morphing into pure anger.
It had happened again.
They were interrupted again.
Her orgasm felt like miles away now, but her core was pulsing still, clenching perpetually around nothing. She felt ridiculous, angry, and embarrassed at the situation, but her murderous look slightly softened when she sensed Tyler’s soft lips against her temple.
“I’m sorry,” His soft murmur was low against her hair, and he left another kiss on her temple before stepping away, his dad’s footsteps now just around the corner.
Only by hearing the cracking sound of crushing leaves getting nearer did Wednesday realize how quiet it was, and she felt a little self-conscious of her loud noises during their encounter. Hopefully, the Sheriff was coming back because his patrol was over and not because he had heard them— that would be making her want to bury herself with shame right on the spot.
She was pulled out of her thoughts by a heavy sigh and a pair of paws on her chest.
“You two never let me have a break, do ya?” The Sheriff was in front of them, his stare accusing as he shook his head in disapproval. Elvis still had his paws on Wednesday, his tail wiggling softly and Donovan tugged at his leash. “Elvis, down.”
The dog obeyed, but his tail kept wiggling as the old man looked at them questioningly, giving up immediately after and shaking his head.
He observed them both up and down, and Wednesday could only hope her braids didn’t look too bad— Tyler looked fine. Definitely not like he was about to give her the orgasm of a lifetime.
“So, what is your excuse now?” He said, looking straight at Tyler.
“We’re just on a stroll.” His voice was convincing, but it all came out too fast and she knew his father didn’t buy it. If the Sheriff had asked her she would have done a better job, but she knew that was probably the reason why he asked Tyler.
Donovan’s stare was hard on the both of them, and Wednesday’s murderous mood intensified the more he looked at them.
He kept his stare for a second longer before dropping it, searching for his keys.
“I’m finished here. Addams, I’ll take you back to Nevermore.”
“I’ll walk.”
“You won’t,” he pointed a finger at her before handing Elvis to Tyler. “You go back home. I’ll be back in 10.”
Wednesday turned to Tyler and he shot her an apologetic smile, basically deciding for her. She was still desperate to be left alone with him, and she was imagining all the possible ways for her to kill him during the ride to Nevermore, but she had another type of torture in mind and decided to walk toward Tyler instead.
He was unprepared and his eyes widened when she placed her hands lightly on his chest, going on her tiptoes to kiss him softly as his hands automatically held her by the waist.
It was just a peck, but she couldn’t stop a small smile from forming when she heard Donovan’s loud huff behind them, and she went up again for another taste, just to annoy him.
“Addams.”
She stepped away from Tyler, her smile softening to match his own. “I’ll see you at the Weathervane.”
He nodded weakly, his eyes a bit unfocused at her spontaneous action, and she had to stop herself from going back to him as she recalled that same expression on his face just a mere four minutes before.
As soon as she was close enough Donovan stepped behind her, hiding her form from Tyler and shooting him a piercing we’ll talk later look.
As Wednesday and his dad disappeared into the trees, all Tyler could think about was the huge bulge in his pants, and he hurried to go back home with Elvis happily trotting behind him.
He only had 10 minutes after all.
