’I’m pregnant Touya….’
”you fucking with me birdie?! Fucking hell! This can’t be happening, how could you be so careless!”
‘It—it was you who didn’t wanna use condoms.’
“Well you could’ve talk me out of it! Damn it Kei, I can’t be a father!”
‘Neither can I! I’m so scared Touya!’
“Ok look…..I’ll talk to my father. We’ll get that thing outta you!”
Those words stung harder than lemons on a cut. But Keigo didn’t know any better, he was only fifteen and scared out of his mind. Without hesitation he follows Dabi to his house where Enji scolds them both. The man then proceeds to take them to an abortion clinic where Keigo is given a pill that makes him bleed. The nurse tells him he should be fine, after that Touya takes him home and doesn’t say much, barley even acknowledges him as he furiously types on his phone. It hurts Keigo how cold his boyfriend was being but he just thinks Touya is scared…..
Two days later Keigo is still bleeding, his stomach hurts like hell and he looks like he hasn’t slept in days. Dabi hasn’t answered his calls or texts. He also didn’t come to school. Keigo was beginning to get worried but had no time to think of anything but the horrendous pain he felt in his stomach……. The teachers are quick to call an ambulance where Keigo learns that he was still pregnant! The pill hadn’t worked and it was causing him internal bleeding. Luckily they’re able to save his life…..both of their lives.
His parents are furious. Demanding he tell them who the father is. Keigo, not wanting to tell on Touya, stay’s shut……that causes his parents to kick him out.
The teen immediately calls Touya who finally answers!
“The pill didn’t work Tou! I’m still pregnant and now am all alone, my parents kicked me out, I have nowhere to stay……” he mumbles sadly. At the other end of the line he hears Touya sigh heavily.
“Sorry Kei but I don’t think we should see each other anymore.”
“Are you serious? I’m pregnant with your baby! You have to help me! It’s your responsibility just as much as mine! I don’t have any money to deal with this on my own!”
“We did help you! You must've done something so it wouldn’t work! The way I see it, you deal with it now, cause I for sure ain’t playing daddy to an unwanted child! Bye birdie, it was fun while it lasted….” Is all he says before hanging up. Hawks was lest speechless and in tears.
Everyone had abandoned him. He had a lot of friends but they all ignored him as well……said he would no longer be fun to hang around with if he had a baby. Keigo didn’t want this baby…..he wanted to get rid of it. But neither the doctors or random people on the streets would help, they claimed he needed a parent and if he was old enough to be sexually active he sure as hell would be old enough to raise it.
Keigo was left with no choice but to wander alone in the streets. He was super hungry, cold and scared. The teen settles down in a tent made from a cardboard box. It wasn’t big enough but at least it protected him from the cold.
One week goes by and Kiego was getting used to life on the streets. He picked up scraps of food by the dumpsters, sometimes it wasn’t enough but at least there was a fountain nearby so he had unlimited water to drink. Blankets were hard to find so he isn’t a bit picky when he grabs a set of dirty Hello Kitty sheets.
Tonight he finds no food. The cold is unbearable. The water he drank wasn’t enough, the hunger made him throw up or maybe it was the pregnancy. Keigo decides to take a walk to try and ease his shivering body, plus he might find some food if he looks hard enough. When he doesn’t find anything he starts walking back with tears in his eyes. It had started to rain and he was getting colder…..his stomach angrily growling from the hunger he felt…….. he felt so lost, so scared, so hungry and so cold. Just as he was about to just slump down and cry himself to sleep on the side walk a fancy black car appears. Keigo quickly cleans his snot before turning around, squinting due to the bright headlights……
“You lost sweetie? Do you need some help?”
