Work Text:

Kyle rolled over, groaning as he felt the aftermath of last night's nausea finally start to subside, leaving his body tired and aching. His morning sickness was never this bad when he was pregnant with Kiara, his and Alex’s first child. Kyle looked over to the digital clock on his nightstand. The green digits glowed softly in the darkness of their bedroom, reading: 6:13am.

That means Kiara will probably be awake soon. The three year old loved getting up early (Kyle has no idea how children have so much energy in the morning) and loudly babbling with her toys, and usually throwing them around. She was three years old, full of energy and light. As much as he loved her with every fibre of his being, he was not physically ready to handle her energy yet. He needs at least one more hour of sleep and a cup of tea before he’s ready to face the world.

Kyle closed his eyes, trying to find sleep again when he heard Alex groan, rolling over to press his warm chest against Kyle’s back. He gently laid his arm over his waist, careful not to press into his sore stomach. Alex’s hand, however, did cradle his belly softly, his thumb gently rubbing circles into the skin. He pressed a warm kiss to his nape, making Kyle snuggle back into him further, his scent calming him and easing the pain.

“You okay, baby?” Alex’s voice was rough with sleep, but it was laced with concern. Kyle vomited quite a bit last night. He understood his concern.

Kyle moved his hand to cover Alex’s tattooed one, lacing their fingers together. “I feel better. But still shit. My stomach hurts and I can feel a headache coming.”

Alex pressed himself closer to Kyle, upset that his husband was feeling so unwell. If he had the power, he would take all his pain away, make this as easy as he possibly could for his mate. But, the best he could do was be there for him, and do as much as he could to ease his pain and stress. If that meant holding him for several hours as he cried, he would. If it meant driving 45 minutes away to get his favourite ice cream or giving him a full body massage, he would. He’d do anything to ease his discomfort, to let his mate know that the pain will be over and they’ll have another little one before they know it.

Alex spoke softly in his ear, mindful of his growing headache. “Do you want some of those blue tablets? The ones for the nausea? I can get you some electrolytes, too. You need to stay hydrated, babe.” Alex waited until he felt Kyle nod against him, pulling away to get all those things. He wasn’t going to take a no for an answer, anyway.

Kyle felt Alex leave the bed, and he already missed his comforting warm and protective scent. He watched as his alpha grabbed his glass from the bedside table, stopping to give him a quick peck on the lips before going to the bathroom. He watched lazily as Alex opened the cabinet above their sink, fishing around for the tablets before finding the packet, turning to Kyle and mouthing a “hoorah!”
Gaz chuckled softly at his grin. Kiara definitely inherited Alex’s smile. And his beautiful blue eyes.

Alex came back over, genty sitting down on the bed beside Kyle as he lifted himself to sit upwards, gratefully taking the tablets from Alex’s hand and the cup of powdered water. The water had an orange flavour from the electrolyte powder as he swallowed, drinking the liquid slowly. He didn’t want to bring it back up in thirty minutes.

“I remembered that the strawberry one made you vomit last night, so I made sure not to grab that one.” Alex laughed, taking the glass from Kyle when he finished. Kyle started to chuckle,, but stopped when it hurt his stomach. Alex immediately noticed his discomfort, coaxing him to lay back down. He proceeded to tuck Kyle back into bed, pulling the blankets up to his chin. He leaned down, pressing gentle kisses all over Kyle’s face. His beard tickled his skin, but he enjoyed the sensation. It was grounding.

“Thank you, love. For taking care of me.”
Alex smiled, his moustache poking upwards in a way that Kyle found so endearing. His eyes were gentle and nurturing as he looked at Kyle.

“I always will, baby. Anything you need. I’m excited for you to feel better. I’m excited for this baby, Kyle.”

Suddenly, Kyle’s eyes started to mist over. It’s not that Alex said something wrong, not at all. But suddenly, all his fears that had been plaguing him arose at Alex’s words. What if something was wrong? What if he’s always sick like this? Gaz couldn’t handle the thought of his husband being so disappointed if something happened and he lost the pup, what if, what if what if-

“Hey, hey. Kyle, baby. What's up?” Alex’s voice was still gentle, but it carried a tone of worry in it again. Gaz didn’t realise that he had started to cry, warm tears flowing down his face. Alex brough both of his hands to cradle his face, fingers gently wiping the tears. He pressed his forehead against Kyle’s, not caring that it made his back uncomfortable or that the chill of the morning air set goosebumps on his skin. Something was wrong, and it made him worry. Kyle continued to cry, hands coming out of the blankets to grab Alex’s forearms, desperately needing the touch. He was shaking slightly, anxiety and fatigue weighing on him.

“Talk to me, darlin’. Are you feeling sick again?”

Kyle shook his head, closing his eyes. “I’m scared Alex.” His voice sounded so small and weak.

“What of, baby? Open your eyes for me.”

Kyle opened his eyes, brown, tear stricken ones meeting clear blue. He felt lost in his own head, yet the eye contact did something to ground him a bit. “I don’t know if this is normal. I’m scared that there’s something wrong. With me or the baby. Am I doing something wrong? It wasn’t like this with Kiara. My stomach is bigger than usual, I don’t know.”

He cried, and Alex moved them so that he was under the blankets with Kyle, bringing him close and holding him as he let the tears out. He clung to Alex, burying his head in his chest, vaguely hearing his husband's words of comfort and feeling the sensation of a hand caressing his back.

A few moments passed, and Kyle started to calm down, exhausted. Alex pulled away slightly, lifting Kyle’s head up so that he would look at him.

Kyle felt bad. He knew Alex wouldn’t have all the answers when his mind started to catastrophize. But he couldn’t help to think there was something wrong.

Alex placed a gentle kiss on Kyle’s forehead. Alex looked at him with such tenderness it made him want to cry again.

“Kyle, sweetheart, please try not to work yourself up. From what I read, this is totally normal. It’s different for all pregnancies, and for all people. You’re not doing anything wrong, baby. You’re perfect. Your body is just getting used to the pup, that’s all. Even though it sucks right now and I hate seeing you in pain, it will pass.”

Kyle sniffled, taking in Alex’s words. He was right, he was doing everything his doctor told him to do and not to do. He also deeply appreciated the amount of effort Alex was putting in to support him. When he first got pregnant, Alex read several pregnancy and baby books to understand what Kyle was going through, what to expect and how to support him. It was incredibly endearing when Alex would try to make him some food from a pregnancy recipe book, but burning it every single time.

“You’re right,” Kyle finally said. “I’m sorry, love. I’m just scared. After Kiara’s emergency caesarean, I just expect the worst sometimes.”

“I know sweetheart. You also need to consider your hormones are changing. It’s okay to not feel normal all the time.” Alex pulled Kyle closer, kissing the top of his head. “We are in this together, always.”
They were quiet for a few moments before Alex spoke gently. “Were you still up for your ultrasound today? If not, I'll ring and cancel it.”

Kyle thought for a moment, completely forgetting that he had the appointment. “What time was it?”
“2pm.”
“Hmm. I’d like to go. I just need more sleep and I should feel better by then. Besides, I want to know if we’re having a boy or a girl.” Kyle lifted his head from Alex’s chest, smiling. Despite his anxiety, he was also incredibly excited for another pup. He wanted Kiara to have a sibling, and he and Alex agreed two would be perfect for them. He didn’t want to wait more years, as Kyle knew how lonely it was being an only child for 7 years before his little sister was born.

Alex kissed him, mirroring his smile. “Me too, baby.”

Kyle rested his head back against Alex’s chest, feeling the tension ease from his shoulders as he relaxed against his mate. They laid together for a while, basking in eachothers arms and nuzzling against each other. Kyle swore he felt Alex rumble against him, immediately calming his senses and turning his muscle into glue. Gaz felt himself start to drift when Alex pulled away, whining when he slid out of bed.
“Shhh.” Alex cooed. “I need to get Kiara, baby. Go back to sleep.” Gaz realised how tired he must have been to not hear Kiara awake, yet, the heaviness of his eyelids beckoned him to sleep. The last thing he remembers was Alex pressing a kiss to his forehead before sleep pulled him under.

—-

Kyle, Alex and Kiara sat in the waiting room of the doctors clinic. Kyle was grateful it was quiet and not too busy. He still felt off, but was definitely a lot better compared to earlier that morning. Alex was watching Kiara as she ran around with one of her fairy toys, pretending to fly with it as she weaved in between chairs. It was one of those expensive ones too, with big, colourful wings. Kyle remembered how Kiara pointed at it, asking Alex ( as best as she could with her toddler words) to have it. Alex gave in, of course. Kiara was the apple of Alex’s eye. She had them both wrapped around her finger.

Alex seemed to notice Gaz’s anxiety, placing a hand on his bouncing leg. He gave a reassuring smile which Gaz tried to reciprocate.

“It’s going to be okay, trust me.”

Gaz leaned his head onto Alex’s shoulder. “I know, love. But you know me.”
“I do know you.” Alex placed a kiss on Kyle’s head. “And you’re thinking too much into it. You’ll see.”

A nurse in blue scrubs stepped out, gently calling out. “Mr Garrick- Keller?”

Alex turned to Kyle, smiling brightly. “That’s us,” Alex said, standing up. Alex placed a hand on the small of Kyle’s back, guiding him to go to the nurse. “I’ll grab Kiara.”

Kyle walked over to the nurse, smiling as she introduced herself. From her scent, Kyle could assume she was a beta.

“Hello there, I’m nurse Scofield. I’ll be doing your ultrasound today.” Scofield was bright and welcoming, and Kyle felt a bit more at ease.

“I’m Kyle. This is my husband Alex and our daughter, Kiara.” Alex came up, holding Kiara and her toy.

Nurse Scofield smiled warmly, gesturing her hand to the hallway. “Pleasure to meet you all. If you just follow me down this hall, I have a room already prepped for you.”

–

Kyle laid down on the extended chair, rolling up his shirt as Alex sat in the guest seat with Kiara in his lap.

Kiara was talking, asking what the machine was and why the lady was putting jelly on her daddy’s stomach. Everyone laughed at that, much to Kiara’s confusion. Kyle felt the tension slowly easing from his body. The room was comfortable, despite all the machinery around. Nurse Scofield was talkative, checking up on Kyle and answering all his questions.

Kyle told her everything that was going on, deciding it was better she knew just in case something was wrong.

“I’ve actually been getting pretty bad morning sickness for several weeks, at all times of the day. I’m just scared because I didn’t get this when I was pregnant with Kiara. My stomach also looks more swollen.”

Alex watched Kyle as he spoke, keeping an eye on him to see that he was okay. Kyle could feel his gaze, and appreciated his attentiveness.

Scofield nodded, setting up the imaging computer. “You’re at twelve weeks aren’t you? That’s totally normal at this stage. I had it when I was pregnant with my second and third. It should settle down as your hormones adjust.” Scofield held the transducer to Kyle’s stomach. “Let us see how your little one’s going. You want to know the gender too, correct?”

Gaz looked back to Alex, smiling. “That’s right. I think we’ll have a boy. What about you, love?”

Alex thought for a second. “Hm. I think another girl.” Alex then looked down at Kiara. “What do you think, baby girl? Brother or a sister?” Kiara tilted her head, smiling at Kyle. Kyle loved her little smile. He remembered how she’d press her ear up to Kyle’s stomach, squealing whenever his stomach would make weird sounds.
“Umm. I don’t know. Boy.”
“Why do you think of a boy, baby?” Kyle asked.

“Because your tummy told me.”

Gaz chuckled, before his attention was pulled away by nurse Scofield’s voice.

“Hmmm, interesting.” She said, moving the transducer around. Before Kyle could speak, Alex stood up, coming over with Kiara. He grabbed Kyle’s hand, smiling at him reassuringly.

“What is it, nurse?”

They both turned their attention to the monitor, looking at where Scofield was looking. Kyle could see the shapes and shadows of his womb, and could see movement. He thinks he could make out the shape of the baby. That's good, he thought. And then he saw something else move. More shadows and shapes.

Wait a second.

Kyle’s eyes widened, quickly turning to Alex who seemed to notice the same thing.

“Is that?”

“That’s right,” Scofield said, turning back to grin at them. “You’re having twins. And they appear to be happy and healthy, everything looks good.”

“Oh my God!” Kyle exclaimed, turning to look at his husband.  “Alex! Twins!”

“I know baby,” he laughed, just as surprised but overjoyed, holding his hand tightly. “You hear that, Kiara? you’ve got two siblings!”

“Two!” She exclaimed, smiling.

Kyle turned his attention back to the screen, waiting for Scofield to tell them the sex. She moved the device around, humming. “Okay, you’ve got one boy there, and let's see here. Ah. Make that two. You’ve got two identical boys.”

Alex leant down to place a kiss on Gaz’s temple as he laughed with bewilderment.
“I’m so glad they’re healthy. I just wasn’t expecting two, though.” Kyle said. As happy as he was, he was a bit nervous as well.

Scofield nodded in understanding, gently wiping the gel away from his stomach.

“I understand your concern. If they were conceived during a heat, your chances of having a multiple pregnancy increase. But, it’s like any other pregnancy. Just keep doing  what you’re doing, and you’ll be fine.”

Kyle nodded, squeezing Alex’s hand. That made sense, because they indeed were conceived during a heat. Kyle heard an old wives tale about omegas who got pregnant from heats tend to experience a smoother pregnancy and birth. There was no evidence behind this, but considering it took Kyle a while to get pregnant with Kiara (and hoping to avoid another emergency caesarean) Kyle opted to stop his birth control and heat suppressors for a bit. Kyle’s mother, Monica looked after Kiara as he rode out his heat with Alex.

Kyle pulled his shirt down as nurse Scofield finished wiping his stomach. He sat up, hooking his legs off the edge, thinking. Twins. Wow.

“Thank you, nurse.” Alex said, helping Kyle to stand up. “I’ll make sure he looks after himself.”

Scofield grinned. “Good. I’ll send you the pictures of the ultrasound to the email attached. I’ll see you for your next scan, Kyle.”

Kyle nodded, thanking her.

Kyle sat in the passenger as Alex put Kiara in her booster seat. As they drove home, Alex put a hand on Kyle’s thigh. “It’ll be okay.” Alex said, glancing over. “Nurse said everything was fine, just gotta look after yourself.”

Kyle held Alex’s hand, sighing. “I know. I’m so happy that everything is normal. I’m just nervous to have two, that's all. I’m hoping that this labour won’t be like last time.”

“I know you can handle it,” Alex reassured, squeezing his hand.. Alex knew he couldn’t guarantee Kyle a smooth pregnancy and labour, but Kyle is the strongest man he knows, and Kyle could get through anything.

“Maybe you can talk to Rudy? He had twins, I bet he could give you some advice.”
Kyle nodded, why didn’t he think of that before? .
“That’s a good idea. I’ll give him a call tonight if he can.”

—

He sent Rudy a text once he got home, saying something along the lines of hey mate, just had my ultrasound done today. I have some exciting news. Can we call? - Kyle

Kyle was doing some housework while Alex bathed Kiara when he felt his phone start to vibrate in his back pocket. He took it out to see Rudy was calling him. That was quick, he thought, answering the phone.

“Hey mate, thanks for calling.”

“Amigo, anytime. I called as soon as I could.”

Kyle started to walk around the living room as he spoke to Rudy. “That’s all good Rudy. I get it, you’re busy.”

Rudy chuckled. “The joys of being a parent. Anyways. How’d it go? Is everything okay?” His voice was light, excited. Kyle’s lips turned into a grin.

“Yes, yes everything is good. The baby, well babies are healthy.”

There was a moment of silence on the other end before Rudy cheered loudly, making Gaz pull the phone away from his ear. Rudy’s excitement warmed Kyle’s chest. His friend's joy was unmatched.

“Oyy! Congratulations, amigo. I’m so happy for you!”

“Thank you, Rudy.”

“Boys, girls? Both?”

“Two boys, identical.”

“Ayyy, that's the spirit. You’ve got a mixture of both now. Have you told anyone else?”

“No, not yet. I will soon, though.”

“Your secret is safe with me, hermano.”

“Thanks, Rudy. I just wanted to call you to get some advice.” Kyle started to pace around, going in circles. It was a habit he picked up when he felt nervous.

Rudy hummed in understanding. “I know, Kyle. I was scared too.”

He smiled. He was glad Rudy picked up on what he was feeling. “What should I expect?”

Rudy sighed, thinking back to his first pregnancy. “Well, you are going to be bigger than your last. So don’t feel bad about that. I don’t know if your doctor already told you, but twins tend to be born a bit earlier, too.”

“Yeah, he did tell me that.”

“Okay, good. Besides that, it all felt pretty much the same. Hungry, irritated, sore back. My advice? Let Alex do all the work.”

They both laughed before Rudy continued. “Seriously, though. I kept doing too much labour and I was very drained and weak. Take it easy. Everything will be fine. Labour was longer, but not really different.”

Kyle soaked up the advice, appreciating the sincerity of Rudy’s tone. It was great he had omega friends like Rudy and Soap who genuinely cared. They continued talking for a bit longer, trading and laughing at stories. Kyle heard some soft babbling on the other end as Rudy spoke.

“Hey, is that Yas I can hear? She’s already so vocal.”

“Si.” Rudy sounded like he rolled his eyes. “She gets that from Alejandro.”

Kyle laughed loudly, and so did Rudy. He continued to laugh as he spoke. “Seriously, Kyle, I have to hide in my bedroom so that I can actually hear you. They sound like wild animals downstairs.”

“I’ve got two, I can’t imagine five.”

Kyle could hear the commotion start, probably the kids barging in.

“Hey Hermano, I might have to call you later. They found me.” The last part was whispered as if Rudy had been found by enemy soldiers.
Kyle chuckled. “That's alright, Rudy. Let Alejandro know I said hello.”
“Of course. Talk later, Kyle. Take care of yourself, si?”
‘Si, bye Rudy.”
“Adiós amigo.”

—

With Kiara asleep, Kyle and Alex decided to retire to bed early. Kyle laid on his back, with Alex laying further down beside him, pressing his ear to his stomach. He was talking to the twins, as if they could hear him. Maybe they could.
Kyle bought his hand down to stroke through Alex’s hair as he placed kisses all over his stomach, squirming as his beard tickled his skin. “Double trouble, hey?” Alex murmured. “We have to think of two names now.”

Kyle hummed, nodding thoughtfully. They haven’t had a thorough talk on names yet, not wanting to decide anything until they knew the genders and health of the pups. “Do you have something in mind, love?"

Alex shook his head. “Not really, but how about…Gunner or Hunter. Even Miles?” Kyle pulled a face at that.
“Nah, they sound like frat boy names.”
Alex wheezed, scratching his head. “Okay fine. How about, um. Jacob?”
“Nah.”
“Logan?”
“Hmm. No.”
“Isaac?”
“I don’t mind that one. We’ll add it to the list.”
“We had a list?”
“Well, I do.”
“What was on your list? It’s your turn to name some.”

Kyle reached over to the bedside table, grabbing his phone as he scrolled through his list on his notes.
“You probably won’t like them.”
“Just tell me, we’ll see.”
“Well,” Kyle scrolled down. “There’s Reuben, Levi, Abel, Jesse, Mason, Luka, and Kai.”
Alex was quiet for a few moments, thinking it over.
“Can I see the list again?”
“Sure.” Kyle passed down his phone. “I really like Reuben, it sounds strong but not cocky.”
Alex nodded his head, humming in agreement. “I like that too. I also like Mason. Not super common and it's easy. It goes with Reuben, too.” He passed the phone back and Kyle put it back on his bedside.
“You’re right. Reuben and Mason.” Kyle smiled. They did go well.
“Mason and Reuben.”
“Mason Garrick-Keller, Reuben Garrick- Keller.”
Alex smiled happily, looking up at Kyle. “I think we found our names, baby. They sound like a terrible duo already. I’m stressed thinking about the mayhem they’re gonna cause.”
Kyle laughed, stroking Alex’s cheeks affectionately.
“Hah. You’re lucky. You’re not the one that has to push them out.”

Alex grinned wolfishly, hand rubbing Gaz’s thigh. “You begged me to put them there.” Alex placed another kiss, this time on Gaz’s clothed hip. “And you sounded so gorgeous doing it, baby.”
Gaz rolled his eyes. Although he was used to this banter, it still made his cheeks heat up.
“If I recall, you begged me first.”

He watched as Alex continued to place kisses on his stomach, but this time his hands were wandering around Gaz’s thighs, caressing and squeezing. Gaz felt the mood change, his heart picking up pace.
Alex pulled away, looking up at Gaz with so much adoration and love in his eyes he thought he might cry. He crawled upwards, careful not to put his weight on Gaz’s tummy as he leant in close, nose brushing Gaz’s.

“Maybe it was me. Either way, I got what I wanted.”

“And what's that?” Gaz whispered, brushing his lips against his. “A properly bred omega?”

Alex hummed against his lips, but shook his head.

“Even better. A family.”

Alex then swooped in, kissing Gaz with so much vigour he couldn’t breathe. Gaz bought his hands up to cradle Alex’s face and Alex’s hand trailed up to wrap around his throat. Not hard enough to hurt, but firm enough to hold him in place.

Oh.

He loved when Alex did that.

And Alex knows it too.

Kyle moaned into the kiss, feeling himself grow wet at the intensity of Alex’s actions. He let his mouth be devoured by Alex’s tongue, moaning as he bit his bottom lip. Alex slowed down the pace a bit, pulling away to look into Kyle’s eyes. His face was flushed, his hair a mess from where Kyle grabbed it. His pupils were blown wide, lustful and hungry.

“What do you want, baby?” Alex said breathlessly. “Because I want you. But if you’re not up to it, I’ll stop right now.”

Kyle stared at him, before pulling him down into a passionate kiss. He kissed him in between his words as his hand went downwards to palm at the tent in Alex’s pants. “I’m fine, Alex. Your knot will make me feel better.”

Alex didn’t need any more words of encouragement before they started to take eachother’s clothes off, discarding them on the floor. Alex kissed his neck, snarling. “You always smelt so fucking good.” His hand trailed downwards, gently squeezing Kyle’s nipples before dipping lower. He gasped as he felt Alex fingers start to circle his hole, before slipping one inside. Kyle’s moans were muffled by Alex’s kissing, swallowing up all his sounds as he added another finger. And then another.

Kyle was whimpering as his fingers worked him open, brushing against his walls and pushing in deeper with each moment. Kyle’s hand caressed the arm fingering him, feeling the muscles tense and relax as they moved up and down.

“Fuck, Alex. I need you baby. Please.” He started to arch his back, pushing his hips down onto Alex’s fingers to increase stimulation. Not that he needed much more, Alex was great with his hands.

“You’re so fucken wet,” Alex grunted. “Do you want my mouth baby? I wanna taste you.”

Kyle nodded desperately. “Please, Alex, I need more.”

Alex gave Kyle one last hard kiss before pulling away, leaving his fingers inside as he went downwards in between Kyle's thighs. When Alex dipped down, Kyle lost sight of most of his head because of his belly.

But, god, could he feel him.

He felt Alex place searing kisses, licks and bites all over his thighs and knees, aggressive to the point he thought Alex would consume him. Only once Alex removed his fingers, however, and swiftly pushed Kyle’s knees against his stomach, did Kyle feel consumed. Alex poked out his tongue, licking at the slick that dripped down.

Kyle cried out, quickly moving to covering his mouth. He didn’t want to wake Kiara. Alex didn’t let up though, using his tongue in unholy ways, picking and prodding it’s way inside the omega.

Kyle needed to cover his face with a pillow because of the sounds he was making. He would feel embarrassed if it didn’t feel so fucking good. Kyle rocked against Alex’s face, head going light as Alex reached a hand up to stroke his cock as he ate him out. Tears started to flood Kyle's eyes and roll down his face. He was so pent up. They hadn’t done anything in a while because of Kyle’s sickness, and it was showing in his quick hurtling towards his climax.

One of Kyle’s hands grabbed Alex’s hair, the other keeping the pillow against his face as he screamed his climax.

Kyle moved the pillow, looking at the way his slick gleamed on Alex’s mouth and beard. Alex must have been happy with Kyle’s satedness, as he rumbled proudly whilst rubbing Kyle’s thighs.

“Feeling good, baby?”

Kyle nodded fervently, using his legs to pull Alex in. “Please, get inside me, alpha.”
Alex growled, guiding himself to enter Kyle. They moaned in unison at the sensation, Alex using both his arms to prop himself so that he wouldn’t crush Kyle’s stomach.

They started slowly, rocking against each other as the sound of their skin and gentle moans filled the room. It was a controlled, burning speed that sent pleasure bolts down Kyle’s spine, making his hands grip Alex's tattooed forearms tightly for some grounding.

Alex groaned at the sight, feeling himself losing it. “You feel so fucking good, baby. You’re so beautiful as I fuck you pregnant. I was made for loving you like this.”

One of Alex’s hands went downwards, picking up Kyle's hips so that he could get a deeper angle. Combined with Alex’s praise, Kyle whimpered loudly, screwing his eyes shut as the stimulation became electric. It was amazing, but it was a lot.

Alex noticed this, slowing down his face. He learnt as far downwards as he could, whispering to the omega.

“Darlin’, you okay?”

Kyle looked up at him, breathing ragged. He was covered in sweat, and his heart raced.  “Yeah, lets just…lets maybe change positions, yeah?”

Alex nodded, stopping his movements entirely. ‘Of course, whatever you want, baby.”

Kyle reached up a hand, stroking Alex’s beard. “Let’s lay on our sides.”

Alex obeyed immediately, pulling away from Kyle and helping him reposition them so that he laid behind him. Kyle reached behind him, guiding Alex into a deep kiss before pulling away and looking into his eyes.

“I’m enjoying this, baby. This position may be a bit easier on me, though.”

Alex smiled gently at him. “It’s alright, Kyle. I’ll do whatever you want me to do.”

Kyle smiled cheekily at him. “Then fuck me.”

Alex lifted Kyle’s leg for better access, before easing himself back inside. They moaned into each other's mouths as they moved, Alex’s thrusting meeting Kyle’s downwards surging. Alex’s other arm wrapped around Kyle’s throat, holding him in place as his thrusts became erratic and sloppy. Kyle grunted at each movement, savouring the sensations.

“Alpha- Knot me. Please. Make me so full of you,” Kyle cooed sweetly, crying out at a particularly harsh thrust from Alex.

Alex snarled, hand going from Kyle’s leg to his stomach. Despite his desperation, he was gentle with his touch.

“You’re already so full of my pups. Fuck, I’ll always keep my pretty omega full.”

“Please, Alex, knot me, please!”

“Fuck-” Alex grunted. Kyle cried into his arm as he came again, going limp as Alex used him to reach his climax, his hole squeezing as Alex’s knot  popped. They panted, movements stopping as they caught their breath. Kyle slumped onto Alex, relaxing as he came down from his high, as well as from the fatigue in his muscles.

Alex held him, hand stroking his stomach as he leant to whisper in Kyle’s ear.

“Is that any way to speak in front of the children, sweetheart?”

Kyle scoffed, playfully smacking Alex’s arm as he chuckled. “Says you!”

Alex hummed, snuggling closer. “I meant it, though. You’re so beautiful, Kyle. I love you more every single day, more than I thought was possible.”

Kyle turned to look at him, heart stuttering at his words. Alex kissed him sweetly as they got comfortable, waiting for Alex’s knot to go down.

In his husband's arms, Kyle knew that no matter what, he was going to be okay. He placed his hands over Alex’s on his growing stomach, letting his eyes drift shut.

He couldn’t wait to meet them.
