Chapter 1: Episode 1A
Chapter Text
"You're going to be late for school if you don't hurry up and get dressed, Aki~" You teased him as you rolled around his bed naked, watching him try and get dressed at the speed of light.
"What about you!? You're going to be even more late! And it's your first day at my school! And you still have to go back to your apartment!" Akira was more worried about you, than himself. Classic. But he really didn't have anything to worry about. After all, you were a devil, with devil speed. You wouldn't be late.
"You're just rushing so you can walk to school with your precious Miki, huh?" You sighed as you asked. Of course Akira liked you. He found you incredibly attractive, which is why you two were in a relationship. But he loved-- no, worshiped, Miki, the girl he had spent the last decade or so living with.
But before that, he had lived with you and your big brother Ryo. And now that Ryo's work was done in other countries, he was returning to Japan to reunite with his best friend. You just happened to beat him back by a few weeks.
You didn't take anytime in getting to know Akira again. In fact, you both fit together again like two peas in a pod. You loved his heart, how he cried for other people, how he cared so much about humans. So you dedicated yourself to him and in no time, virgin Akira became your well satisfied boyfriend Akira. And that was how you liked him.
Jealousy still coursed through your veins as those words left your mouth. You knew what you were getting into.
"Yes, I want to walk to school with my precious Miki. I wouldn't want anything to happen to her." He responded as he finished pulling on his socks and grabbing his tie.
"Well," You stood up in your naked glory and walked over to help him tie his tie. "What about me? Couldn't something happen to me?"
In an instant, Akira's eyes filled with tears that spilled down his cheeks.
"Yes." He didn't like thinking about that. He just didn't know how to protect both of you without either making it clear to Miki that he was dating you, or without ignoring you entirely.
"Oh, don't cry, Aki. I'll be okay. I came here without Onii-san, didn't I?"
"Y-Yeah, I guess so." Akira sniffed as you finished up tying his tie.
Pulling him by his tie, you connected his lips to yours. He allowed it for a moment before he once again felt the time constraints.
"I-I've got to go. I promise I'll hang out with you again tonight! See you!" He ran out the door, slightly flushed.
You giggled. Of course you would see him tonight. Your big brother was coming home tonight and all three of you would go out together. You weren't sure where, but you were excited to be reunited again and maybe kill some demons. As you got dressed you decided to leave the same way you came: out the window. After all, if you didn't hurry then you really would be late for the first day of school.
Chapter 2: Episode 1B
Chapter Text
"Hello everyone" You introduced yourself by name, "I just moved here. Luckily, I already know Akira Fudo from my childhood, but I hope to make friends with everyone!" You smiled sweetly as you stood in front of the room and introduced yourself to your new class. Ryo had made sure to put you in Akira's class, that way you would know someone, as well as be able to watch over him.
You were so excited to be in regular school. Ryo has mostly kept you away from it, but you were no professor like him. He called it "homeschooled" and just generally taught you about life. You weren't dumb, however. You had learned a lot of math and science in your time away from formal schooling. So much so that as the teacher began the lesson, you realized this was going to be a very easy class. Which in turn, gave you more time to watch and daydream about Akira. It was painfully obvious that you were into him, to the surprise of the class. They didn't know that you two were actually dating and you weren't sure that he would tell anyone. But that didn't mean you wouldn't.
"Hey, you're the new student, right?" Some guy from your class asked you as the bell rang.
"Well I'm new and I'm a student so I guess so." You responded slightly annoyed that Akira was leaving without you.
"Cool! Cool! So do you, uh, have a boyfriend?" He asked as he leaned on your desk.
"Yeah, Akira and I are dating!"
Suddenly the entire class froze and went quiet. "A-Akira? That Akira?" He pointed to your boyfriend.
You smiled and looked Akira, who was a little bit stunned, in the eyes. "Yes!"
"C-Come on, w-we're going to be late for our n-next class." Akira stuttered as he grabbed your hand to drag you out of the situation. Clearly, Akira was embarrassed. It was evident by his red cheeks "Why did you say that?" Akira asked you quietly as he pulled you gently to your next class.
"Well it's true, isn't it?" You countered. "If you want to do it with me and you tell me I'm your girlfriend, then I should be able to say it out loud."
"Yeah, but what if Miki heard about it?"
"So what? If she wanted to date you, then she would have already. And if she wants to all of a sudden then you have full position to leave me. I'm not dumb. I know I come second."
Akira looked at you and his lip quivered. "I didn't mean to make you feel that way. You're very important to me."
You pulled back at Akira, causing him to stop in the hallway, just before you both entered the room. Reaching up, you wiped the tears out his eyes, practically a fixed action pattern for you now. "I know that. You don't really rank people. But I know how much you love Miki. I only hope you can learn to love me that much."
"I'll try." Akira smiled at you as his sniffed up his last tears, looked around to see if any teachers were watching and kissed your forehead quickly. "Alright let's go in!"
Chapter 3: Episode 1C
Chapter Text
"How did you get so smart?" Miko asked you as you waited for Akira and Miki to join you both.
"I don't know, my big brother taught me and he's a genius. It must've rubbed off on me." You replied carefully.
"Wow! Really!? What's it like to be a younger sibling?" Miki plopped down her tray and took a seat across from you and next to Miko. Akira quickly took a seat next to you as well.
"Yeah, none of us have an older brother. In fact, only Miki has another sibling out of all of us." Miko added.
"Well I like being a little sister, I guess." You scooped some food into your mouth as you paused. "Except my Onii-san isn't around very much. And when we were younger, Aki was like a big brother to me too!"
Akira blushed. He was certainly not that now. "Oh yeah, did I hear that you and Akira are dating? Rumors spread pretty fast in this school." Miko mentioned with her mouth full of food. This caused Akira to choke on the food he was swallowing, resulting in a hearty slap on the back from you.
"Well..." You said as you looked at Akira.
He stuttered, "Uh, well, so about that..."
Miki cheered, "Oh, Akira I think it's wonderful that you're dating someone!"
"R-Really? Well y-yeah! She and I started dating just recently." Akira smiled, but you felt the dread consume his body. He had not-so-secretly wished that Miki would become jealous and realize her feelings for him. But it was not to be.
Luckily he had you, who patted and rubbed his thigh under the table. Unfortunately, this also made him get just a little bit aroused and made the rest of lunch pretty uncomfortable for him. "So, are you going to come to our track practice after school?" Miko asked you, with another mouthful of food.
"Miko! You've got to chew and swallow before you talk, otherwise you'll choke!" Miki complained while Miko rolled her eyes.
"Oh, if I can come, that would be great! I love spending time with Aki." You gushed.
"I-I'm the worst at track, if you didn't already know that..." Akira looked down at his food. He desperately wanted to be good at track so that Miki would like him more, but he was just so slow. Most of the time he didn't even know why he stuck with the sport for any reason but being around Miki.
"You're not that bad, Akira! You have to be confident in yourself!" Miki cheered as she stood up to throw away her trash.
"So what class do you have next?" Miko inquired directly to you.
"I have Japanese class with Akira!" You smiled, happy to have your boyfriend near you.
"Are all of your classes with him?" Miko scrunched her brows together in confusion. It was really uncommon for two people to have the exact same schedule. Especially two people who happened to be dating.
"Yep. I'm so lucky." Lucky to have such an influential big brother. You added on in your head. As you heard the bell begin to chime, you removed your hand from Akira's thigh, and ate the rest of your food before beginning to clean up. "Are you coming, Aki?" You asked as you noticed he wasn't moving from the table.
"Y-Yeah... I just need a minute." He murmured as you giggled, understanding his problem exactly.
"Well don't be too long! I don't want to be late!"
Chapter 4: Episode 1D
Chapter Text
"Go Aki, Go!" You cheered loudly as the practice run began. You were just hanging out in the bleachers, watching your boyfriend and his friends do what they loved.
"Look at Miko's boobs, they're bouncing like crazy." Some boy commented down the bleachers from you. It was true, but it still didn't seem like a very appropriate thing to say out loud.
"You're such a pervert dude." He friend corrected him, thankfully.
As you listened in you heard them call Miki was indeed "a witch of track and field". To you, it didn't make any sense. Why would she be a witch? Why not a prodigy or a super student? Whatever the reason, it was clear that she was very fast and unfortunately, Akira was very... not. He lagged behind all of the runners, making you, and the boys near you, ask why he even bothered. But you were quickly reminded by his actions after the run was finished. He loves her and wants to spend time with her. That's why he keeps running even though he sucks. You thought as you sighed.
As Akira hopped up onto the bleachers, to ask you how you liked the race, but he was quickly distracted by the boys near you. They were talking about a track star and his track star friend that got murdered. "Oh, Aki, no." You sighed as you watched him go stand in front of the two boys.
You watched the tears stream down his face as the two talked about signing a deal with the devil to be the fastest around. "Oh man," one started. "What's wrong with him? Why's he crying?"
Because he's a sensitive soul. You thought defensively while you stood a respectful distance away. "That guy is crying." He stated vaguely. But you knew what he meant. You always knew what he meant.
"Akira's crying again. Was there another person who was sad?" Miki showed up at the scene, to your dismay. Akira pointed at the track star on the boy's phone, as one of the strangers face went red. "Well, I would cry too if my friend died."
"But why is this guy crying?"
"Yeah! No one else is crying! What's the deal?" They egged each other on.
"I know! Let's do a relay!" Miki decided quickly, as you walked over to Akira and held his hand while he dried his eyes. "A 4 by 100. There's a meet coming up, right?"
"Seriously?" They started up again.
"Isn't it a memorial service related event? Wonder if this new case will cancel it." The other one added.
"I guess we have to wait and see!" Miki said cheerfully. "But you would still want to do the relay, right?"
For as much as she rubbed you the wrong way, Miki really was an incredibly nice person. You had nothing against her personally, you were just unhappy with Akira's passion for her. Suddenly, Miko called out for Miki, whose phone had been ringing. "It's Mister Nagasaki!" She yelled.
"Sorry, gotta go." Miki said sheepishly. She walked off to answer the phone, with you and Akira trailing behind her, hand-in-hand.
Chapter 5: Episode 1E
Chapter Text
"We're going to get changed and rinse off! Meet us by the front of the school." Miko looked at you sympathetically, wondering if you would start to hate Miki like she did. At least you could bond over that. She'd have to ask you.
"O-Okay!" A little bit bummed that Akira didn't have anything to say to you as he let go of your hand and left, you sulked to the front of the school building and waited there. Luckily, Akira was purposefully very quick and came out to have a moment alone with you. As you leaned against the big stone column that marked the school property entrance, he placed he hand over you and leaned in close. "Did you enjoy your first day of school?" He asked as he closed the space in between you both.
"Great because I had you." You leaned forwards as you touched your lips to his.
The kiss deepened, with Akira wrapping his arms around your waist and you resting your hands on his thin chest. His tongue danced against your lips, begging for entrance, which you would have happily given. Except an annoyed Miko cleared her throat behind Akira, causing both of you to nearly jump out of your skins. "Oh, there you are!, Save it for home, you two. Miki's on her way out." Miko scolded you both, but without a seriously annoyed look on her face. Miki showed up here and everyone began walking."
"My parents would buy you a cell phone, you know." Miki said to Akira, while you walked next to Miko, feeling left out. "Don't always be so nervous around them!"
"I won't use it much anyways." He sighed. You sighed even louder. It would have been really nice for you if Akira got a cell phone. Then you wouldn't have to tap on his window.
"You could join the group chat for our class and for our track club." Miki pushed. Yeah and you could text your girlfriend. "Oh, and clear the history when you watch porn on my dad's computer." She added in.
"What?! You're watching stuff like that in the living room?" Miko looked surprised, while you blushed for Akira.
Suddenly, Miki dropped back. "I gotta do something. I'll go through the back roads." She said as she walked in a different direction.
"I know you'll probably take a car, but it's dangerous downtown! So be careful!" Miko shouted. Even if she was jealous of Miki, she still cared about her.
"I won't be home late!" She called out. "See ya!"
"Okay, bye!" Miko yelled back "Fudo, we should try and--" But you were already talking to him.
"Do you want to come home wi-- Oh, fine, just go after her. I'll see you later, I guess." You began but quickly changed your line as you noticed Akira worrying about Miki.
"Thanks!" He smiled at you, turned and ran off after her, leaving you and Miko in the dust.
"Do you want to come home with me?" Miko asked you, hoping you'd say yes.
"Well actually, I'm meeting my brother really soon. Maybe tomorrow?" You asked nicely.
"Oh fine. I guess I'll just head home." Miko rolled her eyes, smiled and took off.
You looked down at your phone, which had just received a text.
Onii-san: I'll be picking you up within the next few minutes. Just stay where you are.
You texted him back swiftly.
Imōto: Of course, big brother! So excited to see you! <3 :)
Chapter 6: Episode 1F
Chapter Text
"You came so quickly, big brother!!" You cheered as you and Ryo raced full speed to where Akira and Miki were.
"Well of course. I missed my baby sister and my dear friend. I simply couldn't stand to be apart from you any longer." He said this with such a lack of emotion that you almost doubted its truthfulness. Almost. "Hold on, I'm about to make a quick stop. I have a feeling that Akira's in trouble."
Suddenly the car slammed to a stop, leaving you very little time to brace yourself. As Ryo ran out of the car you also got out of the car, that way Akira could sit next to Ryo. "Akira!" You heard him call out.
"Aki!" You added in, hoping to entice him, even though you couldn't really hear anything that was going on.
"Akira, come on, let's go!" Ryo called out again.
But that is when you saw Ryo go for the gun in his coat. You sighed, knowing how much he loved his tools of death. What other purpose did a gun serve, after all, but to kill? It wasn't like you cuddled guns or raised guns to be good. And that was what Ryo liked about them. "Hey fool! We're in the middle of something!" You finally heard the strangers in this situation yell back.
"I suggest you stay quiet." Ryo commanded as he aimed his cold, black machine gun at what you assumed were their faces. Then, in a slow flash, Akira ran and embraced Ryo. He had missed him so much after all of these years. Akira had been without his best friend for so long that it was heart warming to see their reunion.
"Ryo! Is your sister here too?"
"Hey! Quit messin' around!" Some strange boy yelled out.
Grat-atat-tat-tat-tat.
You heard Ryo's gun fire at the dock. "Yeah. Akira, let's go. Now." Ryo kept his arm around his best friend. He was feeling a bit... possessive. As much as Ryo told you that love was an illusion, you couldn't help but feel a little jealous when Ryo held Akira close. It certainly felt like Ryo loved Akira, but who were you to say? At least your big brother would probably be nice enough to share.
"Akira, who is that guy?" You heard Miki asked loudly. You rolled your eyes and sat in the back of the car.
"Ryo Asuka. We're the same age, but he's a professor back in the States!" You watched as Akira's hand snaked its way around Ryo's waist and sighed out of a little bit more misplaced jealousy. You were really going to want to spend the night with Akira after this.
"Let's go!" Ryo yelled as he pulled Akira away from the offending female.
"No, don't go Akira! Don't follow a guy like that!" You heard Miki yell out as the boys got in the car and Ryo floored it.
"Aki! I missed you so much!" You leaned forwards and wrapped your arms around Akira and his seat.
"Hey! I just saw you less than fifteen minutes ago!" He grabbed your hands and proceeded to kiss them.
"Yeah, but I still missed you." You said sweetly as you traced his lips with your fingers.
"I think you chose the wrong seat, Akira. It seems my baby sister wants your attention even more than I do. And I haven't seen you in years." Ryo chuckled.
You giggled in response. Yeah, you though, this'll be okay.
Chapter 7: Episode 1G
Chapter Text
Akira looked over at Ryo, remembering the events that had just transpired. "Ryo, is that..."
"A machine gun." Your big brother mentioned off-handedly.
"Not that."
"You can't survive by obeying laws." Ryo set off into one of his classic monologues. "You can't drive in Japan with an American license."
"You're driving without a license?" Akira looked worried, especially since it was dark out now.
Ryo abruptly switched topics. "Get a phone."
"Yeah, get a phone Aki! I want to text you!"
"Oh?" He turned around to look at you. "Why didn't you say so earlier? I would have asked Miki's parents if I knew that you wanted to talk to me more."
"Baby sister, I can't believe I have to say this, but you need to speak your opinion more. I'm sure both Aki and I would love to take care of you." Ryo added in. "Anyway, I couldn't track your GPS, so I tracked my sister's, and then I tracked the girl's when I saw you left my defenseless baby sister behind."
Akira looked at Ryo sheepishly, having been admonished for abandoning you. "You know Miki?" Akira asked, realizing what had also been said. "How'd you find--"
"Why do you run?" Ryo interrupted, not caring to answer Akira.
"Actually, I get that question a lot."
"Even the strongest and fastest humans can never reach the potential of dogs, cats or birds. Weapons and vehicles are what bring out the abilities of humans."
Akira sighed as you stroked his hair, pulling it back from his forehead and running your fingers through it. He closed his eyes and leaned back, loving your touch, getting almost just a bit turned on by it. It was another level of relaxing. And just before he fell asleep, Ryo spoke.
"Fikira died last month. He was a Russian scholar. I was asked to research the ancient people, and in order to learn an old language of the Amazon, I went deep into the jungle..."
The story, which you had already hear, continued on as you sat back and closed your eyes. After such an exhausting day, it wasn't long before you fell asleep.
"Hey, wake up." Akira looked back at you, sleeping curled up.
"That won't wake her up." Ryo showed him how it was done. He exited his car, opened up the door across from you and ducked inside.
You were jolted away when Ryo's body hit your own and it was only through sheer willpower that you didn't kick him through the car roof. "Good morning, baby sister. We have arrived at our destination."
"Ugh, well you could have woken me up much nicer. Aki is much better at it."
"Yeah, I don't body slam her. I kiss her." Akira smiled slightly, reminiscing on the taste and feel of your lips.
"I can kiss my baby sister too." Ryo pecked your forehead and got off of you, offering his hand to help you out of the car.
"And you know, that machine gun of yours, big brother, is not very comfortable squished in between us."
"Oh, really? I would think you would be used to a big, hard thing being pressed against you after--"
"RYO!" Both you and Akira yelled simultaneously as you both blushed. It was unlike Ryo to make such a joke, but he was in an uncharacteristically good mood anyway. And only he knew why.
Chapter 8: Episode 1H
Chapter Text
As you and the two men followed brightly lit arrows towards whatever it was, you grappled for Akira's hand. "Scared?" He asked you as he rubbed the back of your hand with his thumb.
"No. More like excited. Something about this place feels familiar. Like the energy..." You mused.
"Sorry for dragging you into this." Ryo said to Akira.
"Dragging me into what?"
"If possible, I wanted to find out the truth with you. But there's a big risk that comes with it. You might get eaten by a devil--"
"Devil? Ryo, did you bring us to a demon den?! You said we were just going to--" You looked at him panicked and held on tightly to Akira. You weren't scared for yourself after all; you were scared for your boyfriend.
"Maybe if you didn't fall asleep, you would have heard the plan." Ryo rolled his eyes at you. "Anyway, you might get eaten by a devil or end up pouring gasoline over your head, just like Fikira."
"Ryo, why me?"
"I'm scared. I'm so terrified. This is a horrific legacy that Fikira left me. I must find out the truth. And I wanted to tell this to you before anyone else, excusing my baby sister of course, as soon as I could." Ryo placed his hands on Akira's shoulders. "You two are the only ones I can trust." He looked Akira deep in the eyes, as if searching for any signs of true hesitation. "I need your help. We're going to tell everyone the truth. When we go back alive, everyone will thank us."
It took less than a second for Akira's surprised face to become one big smile. "Thanks. Okay, Ryo. I trust you!"
"Thank you, Akira." Ryo pulled Akira in closely, pulling his head onto his shoulder and wrapping his other arm around Akira's shoulders. You thought Akira would let go of your hand to embrace him back, but it never happened. It seemed that Akira was going to help you stay strong. He was so brave and you loved it. You loved him.
You sniffled a little bit as Ryo declared the adventure before them, cell phone in hand. "There's no going back." And the doors opened.
Immediately, you were struck by the lights, the energy, the music. It was amazing, in a truly free way. You felt your demon form pushing through, just enough for Ryo to wrap his arm around your waist and pull you close, attempting to smother it. "Shh, shh. Don't worry, baby sister, he'll be okay. I promise. You don't need to cry over a human." He wiped your eye as he whispered in your ear. But as you breathed out, Akira squeezed your hand. You squeezed back. This could be the very last time that you would ever see Akira. He might die. He might be ripped to shreds in front of you. He might become a devil. He might become something in between. You didn't want to lose your Aki. He was perfect to you. Caring so much about other humans was what made Akira who he was. And here you and Ryo were, forcing him to lose his humanity at any cost.
Chapter 9: Episode 1I
Chapter Text
"Here you go!" A nice looking girl in only frilly panties and a bow served all three of you a drug. "Do you prefer Devidevi?" You watched as Akira's eyes bounced back and forth from the woman's face to her breasts. It was fine. You knew that there was no way he'd be able to resist, or any reason to seeing that nearly everyone was partially naked. In fact, it was almost weird for you and the boys to have clothes on.
But then, she stuck a pill in her mouth and shoved her tongue down Akira's throat. Instantly, your body began to shift, but once again, Ryo covered your body with his own, physically forcing you to regain power. "So feisty, baby sister. Relax. It's all a part of the process." He stroked your hair and rubbed his cheek against your head, getting pumped for the evening.
You growled but retreated back to your human form. The girl laughed as Akira looked mortified. "Is he a first-timer?" She giggled as Akira looked at you, practically begging for forgiveness.
You walked into his arms, to reassure him that you weren't mad at him. Maybe you were a little bit jealous, but he was the victim in this. "I-I-I didn't kiss her! I didn't want her to kiss me! Or shove that pill down my throat! P-P-Please don't be mad!" Akira begged you.
You rolled your eyes at how much he cared about you, but instead of saying anything, you decided to cover up what that girl had done. You pushed your lips against his and began roaming his mouth with your tongue. The energy of the club was pushing you to go further, but before your hand could drift lower than his stomach, you heard Ryo say something weird. "Yeah, he just got dumped by his girl. We're out here trying to help him forget about it."
"He's cute!" She blushed at Akira, who was now in a very confused state of mind. "Hope to bump into you later!"
Ryo waved you both on to follow him. "Would it make you more comfortable if I got undressed, Akira?" You shouted in his ear.
"N-No! Please wait until we get home!" He yelled back.
As you looked around, you soaked in the sights. Dancers on poles that went from the high ceiling all the way down. Couples of all sorts of mixes were getting down and getting off on the dance floor. "It's Sabbath, the latest popular party." Ryo began explaining as he plopped down on the couch, next to a man who was getting a blow job. He flung his arms around the tops of the couch, pulling both you and Akira close to him.
"What? Are we going to summon the devil?" Akira asked as he desperately tried to suppress his lower body's excitement.
"I know the Sabbath party is where people get possessed by devils. But the devil won't come to a fake scene like this." Ryo practically had Akira's ear in his mouth. He wasn't immune to the energy around him either, but he definitely had more control over himself than Akira.
Ryo grabbed a champagne bottle, took a swig, cracked it on the table and walked away. "Aki~ Do you think, maybe you would want to..." You leaned closer into the boy who had his hands crammed between his legs. There were two girls going at it next to him and another slew of naked people gyrating in front of you both. But Akira was worried about your big brother.
"Ryo!" He called out as his vision began to swim.
"Demons love blood!" Ryo yelled out as he began slashing party-goers.
This was not going to end well.
Chapter 10: Episode 1J
Chapter Text
Akira looked shocked as Ryo wildly slashed and stabbed party-goers. "Blood!" He screamed out. "Blood! Blood!"
"I've got to stop him!" Akira turned to you. "Stay here!" You nodded solemnly, sad that this was how Ryo wanted to do this. You very obviously preferred humans and now you were going to have to sit here and see if your favorite human would live or die.
Akira grabbed a hold of Ryo by his arms. "Ryo! Ryo stop it!" He screamed out.
"They're all scum anyway. There's no need to be sad." Ryo growled. He had gotten a taste of blood and it was driving him crazy. He wanted to see more and invite his favorite demon beside you, down to Earth and into his best friend.
"RYO!" You screamed as a human swung a blunt object and bashed Ryo's face.
"You're scum too!" The male yelled out.
"Ryo!" Akira held onto the now unconscious boy, who was being tugged by that stranger.
"You, too!" The stranger yelled at Akira as he pushed him back.
Then, all hell broke loose in front of you. Akira was getting beaten down by people left and right. Having covered your eyes, all you could do was hear what was being said. "You want to touch my boobs? Look behind you."
There was a sickening crunch sound as you assumed Akira was knocked out as well. The laughing around you become... demonic. And you decided to look up and see who had come to visit. "Oh golly. This one." You mumbled as you watched the girl from earlier turn into a demon. "At least it happened to her."
Pulling your knees close, you rested your head on your knees. Neither you or Ryo were truly in danger, but that did't mean this would be fun. "It's started!" Ryo screamed in delight.
Blood was pooling on the floor as more an more demons emerged. It was going to be a slaughter. How boring for you. You didn't understand why Ryo liked this kind of stuff so much. Sure, the humans were pretty replaceable-- excluding your Aki-- but it wasn't like the demons needed to eat them or anything. It seemed like a waste to you. As well as a mess. "Come, Amon!" Ryo had whipped out his video camera; something he had said would help you and him later. "Come possess Akira!"
Amon? Ugh, it's always Amon. And Ryo doesn't even remember anything yet. Why can't a more civilized demon possess Aki? You thought to yourself.
As people tried to escape, more and more demons flooded the dance floor. "Sister! Camera!" He slid it over towards you, hoping you could film while he did a little cleaning up for Amon.
Grata-tata-tat-ata-tat-ata-tat
He fired off round after round, thinning out the demonic crowd. But they weren't going to just take it. You filmed while he was tackled to the ground. And then, Akira snapped. Oh my... I take it back. Amon was the perfect demon to possess Aki. He is so... hot. You eyes widened as you took in the new appearance of your lover. How did you ever put up with human Akira? Demon Akira was so... glorious.
You watched him begin ripping demons into shreds, fully transformed. The other demons called out his name as he attacked them mercilessly. It was raining demon blood now. He was so strong. So amazing. You could barely stop yourself from running over to him.
So you didn't.
Chapter 11: Episode 2A
Chapter Text
"Aki! Look at you!" You yelled as the demon uproar gradually calmed down from the dominant and deadly Amon's arrival. In full demon form, Akira looked at you and breathed heavily. He stuttered your name as a question and you noticed that even his voice had even changed. It was deeper and darker. "Aki!" You shined at him and felt your heart race. What was this? Why were you so... hot and bothered by him all of a sudden?
"Sister!" Ryo called out to you, but you could barely rip your eyes away from Akira. "You're the same species now, so you've got to be careful. You know what I mean?"
Your brain wasn't really functioning. Was this what he meant? It was like you had to have him now. And the way he was eyeing you, it seemed like he felt that way too. And boy, did he. Remembering that Ryo was trapped underneath a dead demon was the only thing that stopped him from attacking you right then and there. "Ryo!" He yelled out as he finally tore himself away from your gaze and went to rescue his best friend.
"What happened to me? Why do I feel like this?" He asked as he freed his friend from the dead demon.
"You've done it! You've fully accepted Amon! But I didn't think you'd still retain your human heart. This is amazing!" He stood up and smiled while he was covered in blood.
"No..." Akira looked at him sternly. "Why do I feel like this about her?" He gestured towards you.
"Ah, well, surprise. My baby sister is actually a demon. And now that you're a demon, you smell her pheromones. Incredibly interesting actually, I might have to learn more about it, in fact."
"A-A demon? What happened to her?"
"She was possessed just like you." Ryo was going to keep it short and sweet. Partially because he didn't remember much, partially because he didn't really care.
"You said I was possessed by Amon... Who is she possessed by?"
"Demon Persephone. Anyway, let's get going, I want to get home before cops show up here."
"I don't understand." Akira's eyes began leaking as he reverted partially back to human form. "All these humans. They didn't have to die. I didn't want this."
"Are you kidding? You saved everyone. You're a demon-killer. I don't know how to explain it, but demons are taking over the world. The humans are in danger."
Akira swiped at his eyes and you decided it was time to try and get closer to him. But when you got within just a few feet of him, your boyfriend tensed up. "I don't know if I'm going to be able to resist much longer, Ryo. If I look at her again, it's going to happen." He had to use his absolute total power to resist the seemingly overpowering scent.
"Well, no one is stopping you. You did this before, did you not?"
"Yeah but... I'm different."
"Mhm. And judging by the dilation of my baby sister's eyes, that's probably a good thing. I'll go wait in the car. I'd rather it happen here than in my car. Just be quick."

Chapter Text
As soon as Ryo left the blood soaked room, Akira turned and looked at you. It was amazing how small you looked now. He was now much, much taller and bigger than you and with that came the worry that he would hurt you. He hadn't been sure what else had grown along with his body. "Please, Aki?" You were so desperate to be near to him at this moment.
With a roar, Akira attacked you. It was less than a second before he had your clothes ripped off and was practically shaking on top of you. "I don't want to hurt you." He growled as he looked down to confirm that indeed, all of him had grown.
"You won't." Your body squirmed, highly anticipating what was coming next. "Please, Aki~"
"You don't have to beg me." As Akira made eye contact with you and guided his hand down the front of your body, admiring your beautiful skin. At this point, your own demon form had broken through. For you, this just meant that green plants began sprouting from your skin and flowers bloomed in your hair. It was almost unnaturally pretty for a demon. And absolutely enticing for a particular new demon. So enticing that there, on the bloody dance floor, he plunged himself inside of you. Instantly, both your world and his went black. Akira's eyes rolled back in his head as his body instinctively thrust into you. Had this always felt so good? He felt as though each contraction of your body, each clenching of your muscles, brought him some kind of unprecedented ecstasy that he had never felt before in his life. Your hands tore through his hair and helped you brace yourself for his demon-powered thrusts, which would have sent a normal human flying but meant absolute pleasure for you. If you loved having sex with Akira before, you didn't know what you could even call it now. Everything just felt so right, so natural. Akira gripped onto the floor so hard that he crushed the concrete below him between his hands. "Oh, God. I love this. I love you! You feel so good!" He called out as he neared his edge.
You moaned in return, unable to form words with the pleasure of Akira's newfound manhood plunging in and out of you. You felt like you had been on the very edge of a wave of pleasure that was just waiting for something to push you over. And that was Akira's own orgasm. As he was overcome by his own pleasure, violently releasing his seed inside of you, you too finally had that wave crash over you. Akira collapsed on top of you, causing you to instinctively push him off to prevent your lungs from being crushed by the heavy demon. "I...I don't have any clothes." You panted as you looked over at Akira, who was practically asleep already.
"Me neither." He sighed. He had no idea what to do next, but just for the moment, none of that mattered.
Chapter 13: Episode 2C
Chapter Text
The next morning as you and Akira walked to school together, you heard the whispers around you.
"Did you see him?"
"Yeah, I saw him. Fudo, right?"
"Did he have plastic surgery?"
"He changed way too much overnight."
"His whole body is different."
"Even his personality changed."
"Well, his girlfriend still likes him! Look at the way she's hanging off of his arm. Lucky her, right?"
"Seriously! Who knew he was going to change into that!"
"He's done a total 180."
"That's seriously Fudo?"
"Fudo probably did drugs or something."
"That totally creeps me out."
"I guess he wanted to change."
"I'd want to change too if it got a girl like his to hang off of me like that!"
"He's so distant it's weird."
"He's definitely a virgin."
You smirked and Akira furtively pinched your butt. He was definitely not a virgin and he wasn't going to be anywhere close now that he could smell your pheromones. In fact, it was still a struggle for him to even stop himself from constantly attacking you. You and Akira walked up the stairs to find a young girl trying to open a door with a key and her friend teasing her about her butt. Akira stopped behind them and looked down with an unintended glare. "We were just..." And the cowered as they moved out of his way.
"Aki~ Stop being so... intimidating." You whispered playfully. Honestly, you preferred Akira this way. Other than being super sexy, more confident and a demon, people tended to leave him alone; giving him all to you. He glanced at you, noticing a sparkle in your eyes and he smirked, relishing the opportunity to show off in front of you.
WHAM!
"It's open now." He said nonchalantly.
"That's amazing Fudo!" A clan of girls had shown up at the door.
"Thanks." He said, relinquishing you to run ahead of him and take your seat. Then, the girls pounced.
"Do you want to have lunch together?"
"My image of him changed."
"I've always wanted to talk to you."
You looked back at him, pouting in a cute sort of way. He was practically drooling over the sight of you, so this prompted him to address the situation. "I don't do kids." He said with a crooked smile.
But instead of dissuading the horde around it, it encouraged them. A bunch of high school girls thinking that they were anything but kids. You were so old now, you could hardly believe it. But at the same time, you understood how they felt. You were, after all, practically a baby in the demon world. And that made Akira an infant. But that wasn't what you wanted to think about. "What's with him?" More masculine voices suddenly sounded off their discontent.
"You guys," referring to the girls, "are way different, too."
"Well, Aki, I guess we're going to have a difficult time being alone from now on!" You joked with him. He smiled at you in his own sort of way. Maybe he'd steal you away for the first half of lunch and get a little special alone time with you.
Yeah, he smirked, damn, I'm getting hard just thinking about it. She's gonna have to start wearing some serious perfume or something or I'll never get any learning done.
Chapter 14: Episode 2D
Chapter Text
But it wasn't to be. Before Akira could even get close enough to steal you away, at least five girls were offering him lunch, and his stomach did not allow him to reject the offer.
"Fudo, you can eat so much!" He was on his seventeenth bowl of rice and curry. Although the girls didn't dare join you both at your table, they constantly added more and more food for him. You sighed, unhappy at the lack of privacy.
"I'm falling for you!"
"Eat mine!"
"Mine too!"
"Eat mine, too!"
He didn't really need to eat this much, but you were sure that he couldn't resist the demonic drive to stockpile this energy. You picked at your homemade meal as the girls finally ran out of food. You didn't feel so hungry today, especially after noticing the lack of attention. Akira noticed. "Come with me, babe. I've always wanted to do something in the audiovisual room." He stood up and grabbed you by the hand, dragging you along. "Close your eyes." He requested sternly as he began fussing with the equipment, causing you to giggle.
"This is crazy!"
"Crap!"
"Open your eyes," Akira commanded. In front of him was a fifty foot tall woman with absolutely no clothes on.
"You're so bad!" You squealed, "First you watch this stuff in your living room and now on this screen? What a pervert!" You shoved his shoulder playfully as the boys around you freaked out.
"This is bad, Fudo!"
"You can hear everything outside!"
Akira rolled his eyes, not paying any heed to their warnings. "Let me do you in here." He held out his arms to you, requesting such a lewd thing. "I wanted to do it before lunch, but I was starving."
"As much as my body says yes, Aki, the bell is about to ring and I'd rather not get in trouble for skipping class!" You accepted his embrace, allowing his hands to roam freely over your form.
"I promise I won't be very long, babe. Pretty please? I mean, can't you smell me? How can you resist?" He nuzzled into your neck and took a massive inhale in. It almost felt like a hit of cocaine, it was so intoxicating. His massive bulge stuck out from his pants as he worked himself up.
But you weren't quite so much in the mood for such public sex, regardless of how wonderful Akira smelled. You had a little bit more control of yourself, having been acclimated to demon senses for much longer than him. "Trust me, Aki, unless you want to mop up afterwards, you are not going to want to do it here!" You laughed, knowing what a mess had transpired after the last time.
"But you're so good!" He rubbed his body against yours, but allowed you to stand.
"Maybe tonight? I could text you on your new cell phone." You mentioned.
"You better promise," He grumbled, standing up and not trying to hide his obvious hard-on. Holding out your hand to him, you promised. Of course you loved Akira, but you also weren't a fan of being scolded, or worse, suspended. Ryo had always told you how important school was and you definitely believed him. Besides, Akira could wait a few hours. It definitely didn't seem like his problem was going away any time soon.
Chapter 15: Episode 2E
Chapter Text
And that problem remained ready throughout track practice.
"He has a huge bulge!"
"Fudo has a boner!"
"He's so cool!"
"Run!"
"He must be good!"
"Go, go!"
Everyone cheered on your boyfriend, but you sat front row. You had been a little bit worried that he would go after Miki, especially after your denial, but it seemed that he hadn't even noticed her yet. Instead he kept winking at you and showing off his manhood through his tight clothes.
"What happened to Fudo? He's changed."
"It's not normal for a person to change that much in a day" The boys from last track practice bantered.
"He's the slowest runner on the team."
"He can't be better all of a sudden just because his looks changed."
Akira glanced at you and began stretching in a way that showed off his muscles. With his arms over his head, he leaned back to show you how fit he was. You giggled. It was probably unconsciously that he was even doing that; something coming out of his 'reptile brain' so to say. He wanted to prove he was a good mate for you, by showing off his many strengths. Then the thought occurred to you. Oh darn. He's going to be super fast now. That'll be suspicious. I'll have to tell Ryo and ask him about it.
"Ready, set... Go!" The clap sounded to let the runners know to start.
SHOOM! Akira took off as fast as lightning. He looked animalistic as he ran, almost running on all fours.
Wow, what is this body? He thought to himself. My legs are free from gravity. My arms sail in the wind. Oh crap. He knew he had revealed himself by accident, but hoped everyone would overlook it.
"Ten!"
"Ten seconds?" The boys on the bleachers asked together.
Then, the uproar began.
"That was super fast, wasn't that fast?"
"That was amazing!"
"What happened, Akira?" Miki ran up to him after the run was over, while he marched over towards you. You wondered if he was going to ignore her. If he would lose all interest in her because she wasn't a demon like him.
No.
"It was dumb luck." He scratched his head and smiled at her as he paused and turned to face her. "Maybe I had the wind at my back."
"No way." She said as she bounced on the balls of her feet.
"Here, use my towel, Fudo!"
"No, use mine!"
You noticed Miko looking over at the scene. "Let's do a 4-by-100 relay." Miki requested while Akira wiped himself off with all of the towels he was handed. "We might win the Koshien event."
"Sounds good." Akira stated matter-of-factly as he lifted his shirt to continue toweling off. "But that was genuinely dumb luck." He lifted his shirt obscenely high and that's when you noticed it. He was flirting with her. You couldn't believe your eyes. As he threw the towels to the crowd, Miko called out to Miki.
"Miki, you have a text from Mr. Nagasaki!"
"Ignore it!" She called back as she returned to talking with Akira.
Seeing that you wouldn't be missed, you stood up and left. Miko ran up to you. "Are you mad about that back there?" She asked nicely.
"Furious."
Chapter 16: Episode 2F
Chapter Text
"Are you mad at me? It's later, you know." Akira whined just a bit. While he had been more than happy enough to have time alone with Miki, his demon body not only got hungry for food, but for your body as well.
"I'm furious with you, Akira." You stated plainly as you snuggled closer to your big brother. He had comforted you all afternoon. Normally not a touchy person, he didn't like to see his baby sister upset.
"Why?" Akira was getting close to his house. He was worried now. It was rare that you called him Akira during conversation.
"Why? You don't even know why?!" You got frustrated and Ryo plucked the phone from you.
"Don't flirt with other people in front of her. It's rude. I left you a present outside your house. Come over." And he hung up the phone.
"Wait, wha--" He groaned as he realized that he was hung up on. Now where was he going to get sex? His testicles were sore from being so hard all day.
"There's a present for you that some guy left!" Taro, Miki's younger brother yelled out the window at him. "Are you going to take it for a ride?"
But Akira was already off. "Ryo!" He growled. Am I... is my body... What happened to it? He thought as he rode his new bike. "RYO!" He screamed out.
And within no time at all, he was walking into Ryo's room. You laid in bed with him, snuggling close. He had decided to play it cool. "What a luxurious room. It's not like a hospital at all. How are you?" He walked up to Ryo and you with open arms and gave him a big hug. "Happy to see you, Ryo. And extremely happy to see you." He reached over to kiss you, but you burrowed closer to Ryo and further under the blankets.
"Just leave her alone for now." Ryo commanded. "Apparently, I have amazing resilience. My legs will heal soon."
"I'm glad you're alive." Akira was reluctant about leaving you alone, but you even smelled angry. So he let up. "That bike is amazing."
"My sister picked it out. You can use it. I dragged you into this, and now you're in trouble." He bowed his head down to Akira, a Japanese custom of apology. "I'm so sorry."
"Stop it." Akira held his hand out. "I don't remember. I tried to save you and next thing I knew my body changed into this."
"I survived because you brought convinced me to go to the hospital right away. I know I said I was going to wait in the car, but I collapsed right outside the door."
"What about the others at the Sabbath?"
"You defeated the devils and saved them. You don't remember?"
Of course he doesn't. That isn't true. You thought bitterly. But you wouldn't say anything. Not now. There was a long pause and you decided to watch what was on Ryo's hidden screen. It was the actual events of the party. "I unconsciously saved everyone by using this body. So, it wasn't a waste that I turned into this, right?"
"Of course not. You gained the power to battle devils as equals, even without any weapons or tools. And to please my precious sister beyond what a human is capable of." You blushed. "But you still have a heart, which devils don't. You're a man who has the body of a devil and the heart of a human." You felt his excitement. "Devilman."
Chapter 17: Episode 2G
Chapter Text
"Devilman..." Akira put his hand in his face. "The fact that I can still contain a human heart might be a coincidence. If I start hurting people like a devil, kill me right away. If I start to hurt other people, just like Fikira, I'll choose death."
Suddenly, dinner was served by Jenny, Ryo's secretary. Akira looked confused and smelled turned on. "She's my secretary, Jenny. It's okay."
You glared at him from behind Ryo. Quickly, he shoved his hands onto his crotch. "She's way too erotic." Akira complained. But then, he smelled the food deeply.
"It's for you." Ryo confirmed. "You need a lot of energy to fuel that body of yours. Especially if you want to properly apologize to our little Persephone here."
"Don't call me that." You mumbled. You never liked to be called by your demon name. You chose a new name every time you started again.
"Are you sure?!" Akira licked his lips as Ryo nodded.
"Honestly, it's mostly veggies at Makimura's place, so it hasn't been enough. This body is amazing." I know. You grumped as you hugged Ryo tightly. "It might have more speed and power than the bike." Akira continued.
"You should refuel at my place as much as possible from now on." Ryo smiled. This was for both his and your profit, seeing as he had moved you into his apartment. Both of you wanted to see Akira more. "There's something I want you to do with that body of yours." Akira looked at Ryo oddly for just a moment before being absorbed back into his meat. Once he finished, he looked at his cellphone to see what time it was. "Damn it. I have to get back to Makimura's for dinner. Can I come back after?" He stood up abruptly.
"Depends if my precious Imōto forgives you by then."
"And don't count on it." You snapped at him.
He frowned and decided just to leave things where they were. He definitely didn't want to be late for dinner. As he left the room, Ryo laid back down with you on the bed. "So he was as fast as a demon, eh?" He asked as he stroked your hair, comfortingly.
"Yeah. I'm surprised people weren't more astounded."
"Hmm. Interesting. Anything else you notice that I haven't seen?"
The thought popped into your head almost randomly. "Why does he have so much... you know... stuff when he finishes now?"
Ryo laughed out loud at this. "From the research I've done so far, it's because demons actually have an incredibly difficult time reproducing. Which is why I'm not concerned about it. That's just one of the methods that try to compensate for that fact."
"Oh. Weird, I guess. Hey, big brother?" You laid your head against his chest. "Do you think he'll come back tonight?"
"I don't know, little sister."
"Hey, big brother?"
"Yes?"
"Do you remember anything yet?"
"No. But I'm trying."
"Alright."
"Big brother?"
Ryo breathed out a tired sigh. This could go on for ages. "Yes, little sister?"
"I love you. But not like Akira. Can I have him this time?"
"He's Amon now. And you know how I feel about Amon."
Chapter 18: Episode 2H
Chapter Text
"Hi, Miko!" You cheered as your brother dropped you off at her apartment. He was going to pick up the dreaded Akira for a night of demon slaughter. Not your favorite thing to do. So you decided to take her up on her earlier offer.
"Hi! How are you doing?" She smiled back at you as she invited you up to her room.
"Not that great!" You both began walking up the flights of stairs together, "Akira and I had a fight."
She frowned at that. She really did like you two together. "Because of Miki? At track?"
"Yes. He totally ignored me and he didn't even call until he was practically home! I'm just not happy with him." You explained with wild hand motions. Miko laughed at this a little bit as you both reached the door of her apartment and entered it.
"Are you... mad at Miki?" She pushed. Miko had a lot on her mind to talk to you about, but this was spot number one; did you hate her?
"I don't really care about Miki. I thought I'd like her because Akira loves her, but instead she's just causing issues. But she isn't trying to do anything. It's all Akira." You followed her into her bedroom.
Wow, smells like someone had a lot of sex in here recently. You noted mentally. "Yeah and she's kind of dating that Nakimura, or whatever his name is, so I feel like Fudo should know better."
"They're dating? She never talks about them."
"Well, they meet up occasionally, so whatever that is. Want a cookie?" Miko remembered to have some hospitality. "You can just sit wherever."
Well the bed is a little strong for me... You picked a point furthest from the offending scent. You didn't want to think about that right now. After all, you weren't on good terms with your partner and Ryo didn't give him to you either. They were off on some mission being best friends, while you stayed with this nice human girl. You nodded to Miko who handed you the plate. As you ate, you continued to speak. "I take it that you hate Miki." You blurted out. Mixed with the smell of sex, Miko had begun to reek of anger when she had started talking.
She looked at you in surprise and embarrassment. "Well... I-I don't--"
"It's okay. I won't tell her. Promise." You threw another cookie into your mouth. "I can see why you wouldn't like her."
"It's probably not for the reason you think..." Miko mumbled.
"Oh? Well I'll listen to you, if you want to talk to me about it."
"She stole my name."
"Really!? But then, why are you called Miko? Who gave you that name?" You interpreted her Japanese extremely literally.
"My name is actually Miki. And people used to call me Miki more than her. But then, without the hard studying and trying that I always have to do, she suddenly got better than me. At everything. And everyone liked her more. So before I even realized what was happening, people were calling me Miko..." You reclined against the wall and listened to Miko's rant. At the very least, it got your mind off of your own problems.
Chapter 19: Episode 3A
Chapter Text
It was dark out when you got a text from Ryo.
Big Brother<3: Meet us downstairs. Something's happened.
"Miko!" You said suddenly.
"Yes?" She looked at you with wide eyes.
"My Onii-san is going to be downstairs soon. I had a lot of fun! We should hang out again." You smiled at her and she smiled back. She had enjoyed being around you as well.
"Okay. Do you need me to show you out?"
"Nope. I can find it. Thank you!" And with that, you ran down the stairs.
Almost as soon as you exited the building, Akira pulled up with Ryo tightly clutching his chest and stomach. Jealousy rumbled deep in your belly.
"Hop on, babe." Akira smirked at you, hoping you'd be in a better mood.
"Don't call me that." You gave him pointed side eyes, causing a look of shock to appear on his face. Quickly, you hurried to sit behind Ryo and wrap your arms around his waist.
"You sit in the middle, little sister. I don't want you to go flying off the bike." Ryo scooted you off the bike and made room for you in the middle.
"I just thought you'd want to keep snuggling Amon." You remarked snidely. Ryo swung his hand out and knocked your head forward. "OW!" You hated when he did that. But it certainly snapped you out of your anger at Akira and you quickly turned to him for comfort. Jumping on the bike you wrapped your arm tightly around him and rubbed your face on his muscular back. "Aki, he hit me." You whined.
"I know, babe. I'll hold you when we get back to your apartment." He rubbed your hand, comfortingly.
"Alright, Akira. Let's get going." Ryo still held onto Akira, smashing you in between the men.
"Alright, Ryo, hold on!" Akira revved the bike and you took off in a flash. It was mere minutes before you all arrived back at your and Ryo's apartment.
As each person got off the bike, you looked up towards the tall building in front of you. And then you were whisked off the ground. "You know... I really am sorry. I shouldn't have ignored you." Akira's deep voice rumbled in your ears as he nuzzled your head.
"Yeah, you shouldn't have. But I forgive you, this time." Your hand found their way around his neck as he followed Ryo. Thank God. I wasn't sure she would. Akira thought in relief.
Once you had all made it upstairs, you figured Akira would set you down. You wiggled a bit, as a sign that you were ready to disconnect. But instead of feeling the ground on your feet, your whole body was jarred when Akira sat down on the couch, gripping you tightly. "Someone videotaped Akira in Devilman form." Ryo joined you both on the couch.
"Oh?" You asked, relaxing into your boyfriend as his hands roamed your body, re-familiarizing himself with it.
"Not good. If this gets out, then people will come to kill him." Ryo stated plainly.
"Well why didn't you stop him?" You asked both Akira and Ryo.
"Well I'm on crutches and Akira was busy. But we know who he is, so it won't be long until we find him. Until then, Akira's going to stay with us."
"All night?" You confirmed, hopefully.
"Yeah, baby. All night long." Akira growled in your ear as he stood back up, causing you to emit a playful yelp.
"Good luck, baby sister. I think you'll need it." Ryo smiled at you. Perhaps he wouldn't let you have Amon to yourself, but he had no qualms about sharing him.
Chapter 20: Episode 3B 🍋
Chapter Text
"Oh, shit!" Akira's sharp demon teeth sank into your shoulder as he fucked you against the door of your bedroom. The pain was so intense, that the pleasure almost didn't run through your body. But it did. It definitely did.
Akira roared in pleasure as he felt his throbbing, deprived manhood be squeezed by your receptive body. It had only been a second between when Akira closed the door behind him to when both your and his clothes were torn to shreds and he was inside of you. This was only the second time he had experienced such Nirvana that was sex with you, and he definitely wasn't able to control himself enough to actually speak coherently. "Aki!~ AKI~!" Your hands and legs had erupted in thorny vines, which you used to impale yourself onto Akira as he violently pumped into you. It was the only thing keeping you from being thrusted into the ceiling.
But to him, the thorns added an extra sensation that caused his vision to swim and his body drifted to another place to accept the pleasure he was receiving. He had never been strong enough to try this position with you before. He had also not been adventurous enough for it. Now he was both. He only needed one hand to support you against the door, the other was free to do what it wanted. And right now, it was drifting towards your face. Taking what you thought was the queue, you turned your head and took his fingers into your mouth, sucking and licking on them. This was completely unexpected for Akira and ended up being exactly what would push him over the edge. As he exploded into you, your own pleasure came like a tsunami. But that wasn't where it ended. As Akira sunk to his knees still twitching inside you, you pushed him onto his back and mounted him on the floor, roses blooming from the thorny vines that had covered your body. Slowly, but with strength, you thrust your own body down on Akira. "I... I don't know if I have anymore left..." Akira panted out a he closed his eye and arched his back in pleasure.
"But you told me all night long, Aki~" You grazed your thorny hands down his chest, as you continued riding him, vision swimming.
Akira moaned and his hands made their way to your thighs. "Then I guess I'll just have to make some more for you." He looked at you, smirking and winked. You kept your pace slow, giving him just a bit of time for recovery. Not just for him, however. You also needed a bit of rest and recovery. And everything was getting pretty messy as well. You took in the moment and Akira's face with a smile. Amon is mine. Not Ryo's. Not Miki's. Only I get to do this. My Akira. You thought possessively.
"Tell me that I'm the only one for you." You lifted your body so that only the Akira's tip was still within you. Holding Akira down, you waited for his response.
"Mmm..." Akira tried to thrust up into you, but you kept your distance. He didn't really want to say it, but right now it was quite a pervasive thought.
"Say it." You looked into his tortured eyes.
"Only you. You're the only one for me." His body shook in anticipation. Smiling, you finally obliged him as you smirked. I like the sound of that.

tl;dr Akira is pressured into saying that you are the only one for him
Chapter 21: Episode 3C
Chapter Text
"Let's go get some food for you, Aki. There's a convenience store not far from here." You pushed him out of bed.
"AH!" He hit the floor with a thunk and looked up at you in surprise. "Why do you say that?"
"Because your tummy growling woke me up!" You laughed as you sat up.
"Ha, sorry babe." He grinned at you sheepishly as he rubbed the back of his head. "Let's get dressed and go."
Smiling, you quickly dressed yourself in one of your favorite casual outfits and headed out the door with your boyfriend. Walking hand-in-hand, it only took about five minutes total to get to the store, but you could tell that something was troubling him. "What's on your mind, Aki?" You squeezed him hand, reassuringly.
"About last night..." He refused to look at you. "What I said... about you being my only one?"
Your face dropped. "Yeah?"
"I can still be friends with Miki, right? Even if I like her?"
"I can't tell you who to be friends with."
"Well, I just want you to know that I meant what I said. You're the only one for me. As much as I want Miki to love me, I just don't think it's ever going to happen. But that doesn't mean I can't be friends with her. Right?"
A giant smile broke out on your face. This is much more unexpected. You had one hundred percent expected him to take it back. To say that he loved Miki so deeply and purely that he simply couldn't agree to you. "So you won't pursue her any more?"
"I'll protect her, like I do, but as for romance, I guess I'll throw the towel in for now." He wrapped his arm around your shoulders and pulled you close as you both walked into the store. "Besides, I think I have my time full with you and your needs."
"My needs?!" You looked at him in fake shock. "We're here to buy you tons of food so you can keep your massive energy stores that you're supposed to be using on something other than pleasing me throughout the night!"
"Eh." He looked at you devilishly and swept a bunch of food off of the rack into the basket he had picked up. As you both walked to the check out, you noticed his demeanor change. He dropped the basket onto the counter and leaned over on one hand, with the other hand on his hip. "That's it." he growled, giving the store clerk a small fright.
"Yes, sir. Welcome to the shop." She recouped quickly.
Akira leaned over and got in her face, as if inspecting her suspiciously. The clerk however, simply began scanning your items. "Knock it off, Aki! You're giving her the creeps." Pulled back to reality, Akira whipped out his phone and began googling his own name. "Nervous about that man? I think Ryo will take care of it." You reassured him.
"That'll be $22.11."
"Jeez, you're expensive!" You laughed at Akira as he proceeded to get back in the clerk's person bubble.
"Is something wrong?" The clerk asked you both.
"No, no, he's just being a weirdo. Here's the money. Thank you!" You hurried Akira out of the store, wondering why he was being so odd. "What's with you?" You asked as he glared at all the people walking past you, scaring business men and couples alike.
"Eh. Smelled weird. Gotta know I'm on top."
"Well I don't think people like being smelled like that. And you don't need to prove your dominance to these people either. You're lucky she was nice."
"Know who else is nice? My girlfriend." He gave you a toothy grinned, kissed your head and proceeded to walk you back to the apartment.
Chapter 22: Episode 3D
Chapter Text
Akira worried about your brother Ryo as you both returned to the apartment. "Here you go, Ryo. Are you sure only having Calorie Buddy will be enough?"
"The form of nourishment doesn't matter." Ryo stated, matter-of-factly.
"It can't feel like you ate at all." Akira offered you a bite from his sandwich, which you gratefully took, before he laid into it himself. "Do you even have teeth with a tiny mouth like yours?" You laughed at Akira's joke and reached in the bag to pull out some candy. "Eat this." Akira declared as he scooted closer to Ryo and shoved the bun in his face. "Open up."
Ryo wasn't particularly interested in a sandwich that both you and Akira had bitten off of, and made this clear. "Stop it." But Akira wasn't taking no for an answer. Instead, he opened Ryo's mouth, shoved the food in and forced him to take a bite. Ryo ignored him and ate the bite. "Did you figure out how to use your phone? Is my baby sister showing you?"
"No, not yet. But she's really helping me."
"Well, don't worry. Luckily, there are no rumors about you online."
Akira wrapped his arm around you and pulled you close as he looked around. "It's amazing that you both live in such a huge apartment. How are you earning money?" He asked.
"I don't mind explaining but you probably wouldn't understand." Ryo explained condescendingly.
"It's not that hard to understand, Ryo." You scolded him as Akira got up and wandered around.
"Not for you or I, perhaps. But Akira isn't like us." He retorted.
"You have a great pool. Do you ever swim?" Akira asked you both.
"Ryo's always busy and you and I are always doing... something else." You mentioned.
"Fucking." Ryo said blandly.
"Shut up!" You shoved him while you sat closer to him on the couch. "I think we should swim."
Ryo refused to remove his eyes from his laptop, "Not interested."
Akira leapt over to him in surprise. "What a waste. We should swim." He requested.
Ryo wasn't having it, "Stop it."
Akira yanked Ryo up and motioned for you to follow him. "It's a crime not to use a pool in a place like this."
Ryo still wasn't in the mood, "Hey, stop it."
"It's nice out, weakling. Get some exercise."
"Oh, because I'm not having strenuous demon sex, I'm weak?"
"You're just not a demon." Akira stated as he shoved Ryo into the massive pool.
You laughed loudly at this, finding it hilarious to see your serious big brother be forced to play. "Don't laugh, it's your turn next!" Akira looked at you with devilish eyes as he reached out for you, grabbing you and tossing you over his shoulder.
"No, no, no!" You laughed as Akira leapt into the glistening, blue, chlorinated water.
Suddenly, water filled all your cavities as you and your boyfriend submerged and then emerged. Having a wonderful time, you, your brother and your boyfriend swam around each other. Splashing, racing and floating together was a wonderful escape the stress that had laid over each of you. You didn't swim for very long, perhaps an hour or two, before all three of you sat on the edge of the pool together. You sat next to Akira, who sat next to Ryo. Feeling the moment, you wrapped your arms around him and hugged him tightly. Akira, also feeling the moment, wrapped one arm around you and one around Ryo. And Ryo, who wouldn't admit to feeling the moment, was still feeling the moment and went for it. He kissed Akira's head as he wrapped his arm around him as well.
Everyone was happy for the moment.
Chapter 23: Episode 3E
Chapter Text
Everyone was toweling off on the couch and Ryo was back on his laptop. "What is that?" Akira asked, digging into a second sandwich now.
"A montage image." Ryo was back to his normal self. "I reconstructed the guy who filmed you."
Akira grimaced, "This guy."
"You know him?" Ryo asked.
"The photographer who's pursuing Miki."
"That's his house." Ryo showed you and Akira the reconnaissance that he had been focused on. "That's where we're headed. The sun's setting, so we've got to head out soon. Eat something and then we'll go."
And Ryo's words were final. You all shared a hearty meal and then you found yourself in one of Ryo's cars. Technically, it was your car. A cute little yellow car, with fun fins on the back. "His home is in a place like this? He was driving a pretty good car." Akira held you closer, looking at the iffy surroundings for danger.
But finding the exact house was a little harder. Ryo had to bribe a man with a light for his cigarette and a roll of money in order to get directions. When you all had finally made it there, Ryo rung the buzzer. Over and over and over. "Yes. Who is it?" A voice called out.
"Is Koji Nagasaki home?" Ryo asked politely. "We're coworkers of his."
"My son is at work. He only comes back at night." An elderly woman peeked out from the crack in the door.
Ryo ripped the door from her, "Excuse us." Now was not the time for pleasantries.
"Hey, you!" She yelled as he walked in.
Akira held you tighter as he followed after your big brother, "Hey, Ryo."
Ryo really wasn't in the mood for this, "Close the door."
"You can't just waltz in here." The old lady wasn't in the mood for this either. Who would be, for a home invasion?
Akira felt uneasy, "Come on, babe, stay close to me. Take your shoes off."
You smiled a small smile, "Like I even have a choice."
"My son said never to go in his room!" Nagasaki's mother yelled out. "There's lots of top-secret documents in there."
Akira hastily removed his shoes, made sure yours were off, and followed Ryo, "I'm sorry. Excuse us."
Ryo was clearing shelves of books. As you and Akira walked in, he threw a book at the camera near the entrance, "Hey, Ryo. Don't you think that was too forceful?" Akira wasn't really comfortable with this. He might have been a demon, but he wasn't a monster.
"Is our enemy so simple that we can fight while still obeying laws and etiquette?" He logged on to the room's computer as you slipped your hands under Akira's shirt. You could smell his anxiety for breaking the laws. The gentle touch brought him back to you, and allowed him to bury his nose into your hair.
"You're right." Akira admitted. But soon, the smell of anxiety turned to the smell of lust. You turned to see what had triggered such a rapid change, only to see a load of pornographic images on Nagasaki's computer. And in the middle of that, was Akira's video. Ryo downloaded a program onto the computer, one you knew was particularly deadly, and then you all exited the room.
Chapter 24: Episode 3F
Chapter Text
"This is the photo studio." Ryo's phone light brightly lit his face in the dark stairwell. "It's 30 minutes by car." Ryo took this opportunity to throw some money at the old woman. "We'll keep this case quiet. But don't use the computer upstairs." He warned as Akira hurried you back out to the car.
"I won't go up there." The elderly lady assured him. "My son would get angry."
Why aren't you angry about us breaking in? You thought to yourself as you were rushed out of the scene. "Good." Ryo offered as parting words. "It's for the best. Sorry for the intrusion. You should fix this house with that money."
You watched Akira's face melt a little, adoring how "nice" Ryo was being. You pouted immediately, unhappy that you weren't in his attention space right now. So you decided to demand it. "Can I blow you in the car, Aki?~" You asked as you dragged your finger tip across his chest.
"Hell ye--"
"No." Ryo interrupted. "We're on a mission, little sister. No time for that."
"There is too! Aki can be qui--"
"I said no and that's final." Ryo was in such a downer mood today that all you did for the rest of the car ride was scowl. Akira mirrored your expression. He had really wanted that type of affection. But when they arrived at the photo studio, he took the lead and went to ring the doorbell, before Ryo had even left the car. You chased after him, but as you were a few feet away, the door opened to reveal Miki in a bathrobe.
"Miki?" He gazed down her body and narrowed his eyes, but refrained from getting too turned on or looking too happy to see her. He had promised you, after all.
"Come in." She said as she turned and walked back in.
Something's not right... You thought as Akira jumped into the room and looked around. "How come? What about that guy?" Akira looked everywhere, but couldn't find him. You decided to wait for Ryo. The place gave you a terrible feeling.
"He's not here." Miki said. "I kicked him out. Maybe it was my fault, too. I gave him the wrong idea." She slowly began taking her robe off.
"HEY!" You screamed from the safety of the doorway, jolting Akira back to reality.
"What about you, AKira? Will you get the wrong idea?"
"Miki."
"You wanted to see this, right?" She walked towards him with her arms open, hugging him tightly. "It's okay. That's normal for a guy"
"DON'T YOU DARE, AKIRA FUDO" You screamed at him, happy at least that he was trying his best to not react to her. "ESPECIALLY IF IT'S NOT MIKI!"
Not Miki?... He thought to himself as he took steady breaths in and out, to try and control himself. But it was getting really hard. And so was resisting Miki. "Akira, you can do whatever you like." The not-Miki said as Ryo appeared behind you, gun a-blazing.
The demon that had reared up behind Akira had it's head blown to bits. "I heard you two talking." Ryo whipped out his phone. He had bugged Nagasaki's phone and heard a plot between the two demons being formed. Then, naked demon-Miki sprinted off.
Chapter 25: Episode 3G
Chapter Text
"Wait!" Akira called after her.
You hung off of Ryo. You knew he was simply trying to protect her, as he said he would do, but it still made you a little jealous. You smelled Akira's demon form break through and a shiver of pleasure ran through you. Perhaps you were able to resist human-form Akira's constant advances, but demon Akira's smell was much stronger and much more irresistible. Ryo held you close as your own demon form threatened to come out. "Not yet, baby sister. Just come with me."
As you assumed Akira took care of the demon problem, you followed Ryo to take care of the important problem. Ryo dragged the body of Nagasaki over to a wall and propped it into a sitting position. Yanking the man up the hair and placing a gun against his head, Ryo began the intimidation. "Is the backup of the video on your computer at home the only one?"
"Yeah..." The man answered groggily. "Please believe me."
Ryo responded, "I do."
"I do too!" You cheered, feeling a bit left out. "Blow his brains out, big brother." You whispered that part, sensing a now-human Akira approaching.
Shirtless Akira came forward with a naked Miki in his arm, but his attitude completely serious, "Ryo."
BAM. Nagasaki's brains smeared against the wall. "Why?" He asked.
"He knew your secret."
Akira stood a reasonable distance back. "Still... he's a human."
Ryo responded callously. "So what?"
"Ryo! You know how Aki feels about humans." You stated harshly as you smelled Akira's emotions rise.
"No one can know your secret." Ryo continued heartlessly. "We can't let anyone see us."
"No way." His eyes filled with tears. "Ryo..."
"This isn't just your problem. We all share each other's fate." Ryo aimed the gun at Miki. "And you know what? That girl is getting in the way of my baby sister's happiness. Why can't you see that, Akira? And now she knows your secret. She will be the downfall of us all.
"Put it down!" Akira shouted. He looked at you desperately, but you stood against the wall, scared of your own big brother's feelings. He was saying all this stuff about you, but you knew he was talking about himself. And that was upsetting. But at the same time, you had to admit that Miki was super annoying. But, you also knew that Akira had a deep connection to that human and taking her away from him would be cruel. You just sat down, upset.
"Akira!" Your brother shouted. Akira responded by running at Ryo, and Ryo ran back at him. You couldn't help but look at the fight that was about to ensue. "There's a chance she knows out secret!"
Their foreheads were bleeding now from the pressure. Akira held Miki away from Ryo and Ryo reached his gun close to Miki's head. "Choose, Akira. Either live with us... or die with her." Ryo gave the final ultimatum, leaving you to wonder which Akira would choose. Did he really love you enough to pick you over Miki? Did he have to pick one of you? You weren't sure if you were ready to hear the answer.
Chapter 26: Episode 4A
Chapter Text
Suddenly, Akira's phone rang, breaking just a bit of the tension. "It's your phone. It's your mother's ringtone. I set it as that."
You stood up strongly, with weepy eyes. "Just stop it, you two. Seriously, you're making me upset." But they didn't stop.
"Akira, it's your mother. Have you heard from your father? I arrive in Tokyo at 2:00 p.m. on the 27th. I'll tell you more then."
Akira glanced down at his phone as you walked over to physically break up the fight. "Dad?"
"You should worry about your mom." Ryo commented. "Anyone could turn into a demon now. Don't. Trust. Humans. Or your parents. Or that girl." He was really laying it on thick. You knew he just wanted Amon to come out and join him in the ultimate battle. It was so maddening to you that Ryo couldn't even remember his past but he was wholeheartedly dedicated to this plan. "The only one you should trust is me!" Ryo screamed.
"Enough." You yanked Ryo back with enough strength to throw him into the wall behind you. "Take me home. Now."
You walked out of the building, followed by the two boys and Miki, did not enjoy the quiet ride to Miki's house and then to your own, marched up to your bedroom and shut the door. The decision never had to be made, thank evilness, but you were still upset. Upset about your brother and boyfriend fighting. Upset that your big brother was using you as an excuse to kill your boyfriend's close friend. Upset that you were sleeping alone tonight. That next morning, Ryo came into your room and crawled into your bed. "I'm sorry, baby sister. It was too far." He held you close as he inhaled your sleepy smell. He had always enjoyed sharing a bed with you, but here in modern society, it wasn't quite so acceptable. Not that the laws and norms stopped him.
You turned to face him, accepting his embrace. "Way too far. You know how important that human is to him. You were just trying to upset him."
"No, I was trying to protect us. As long as she's still alive, he will always choose her over us. Maybe we didn't make him choose last night, but the time will come where he will have to. And I really couldn't stand to see your heart broken." He stroked your face and looked at you lovingly. "You are such a good little sister."
"Can we go see Aki today?" You asked as you yawned and stretched.
"Precisely why I came to get you. We're picking him up in about fifteen minutes. It's going to be a difficult day for him, so be prepared."
"But it's so warm in bed!" You whined, realizing that Ryo had slowly been pushing you to the edge of your resting place.
"What if we take the Porsche today?"
"It only has two seats." You looked at him, confused.
"Guess you'll have to sit on him."
"That's not legal."
"When did I ever start abiding by the law?" He smiled at you. "Take it as an apology for last night."
You smiled back at him. "Now tell your big brother that you love him and give him a kiss." Ryo was in an oddly jovial mood this morning, but you weren't going to spoil it.
"I love you, big brother!" You reached forward and kissed his nose. He was cute in his human form. Nothing like Akira though.
Chapter 27: Episode 4B🍋
Chapter Text
"O-On my l-lap???" Akira looked at Ryo skeptically. "What if... I mean what happens if I..."
"Don't make it weird. Just ignore me for now. Get in the car so we can get going." Ryo rolled his eyes. Akira and his need for privacy... it was getting a little bit troublesome. It would save everyone a lot of time if he would just please you when they didn't have things to do.
"Please, Aki~ I'm so stressed out from last night." Your demon form crept out and plants began emerging from the hand that you reached out to stroke his face with. "Can't you smell it? How much I want you? How my body is ready for you?" Now you were laying it on thick. But you were feeling insecure and wanted to make sure that Akira remembered his promise. His nostrils flared and his pupil dilated. Akira was rapidly losing control. He looked over quickly at Ryo, weighing the advantages and disadvantages quickly, but there was only one thing on his mind as you grabbed his package.
Sex.
"Let's go." He growled as he transformed just partially. Grabbing your hand and yanking you into the vehicle, straddling him, Ryo was able to start the car to begin the trip to the airport. But that didn't matter to you or Akira. Instead, he was fumbling with his own pants, trying to both preserve his dignity in front of Ryo and get his dick out of his pants. You on the other hand, had come prepared. A dress was the outfit of the day with no underwear beneath it-- something Akira quickly found out.
As he worked himself out of his pants and positioned himself near your entrance, he took another look at Ryo. He was acting calm and looking at the road. "He doesn't mind Aki~ In fact, I think he likes it~" You purred in his ear as you sheathed him within your body. "He likes it when his baby sister gets off, especially with his absolute best friend." You looked over pointedly at Ryo, who frowned slightly at this. No, he didn't like it, but it was one of the only ways to keep Akira focused when you went with them. And he wanted you with them because that was the only way to ensure you were safe. And you were pretty damn safe with Amon's human body lodged deep inside you. Nothing could come between a demon and their mate-- something you and Akira hadn't quite discovered yet. Pumping up into you, moaning, as the sports car zoomed along the highway, Akira had forgotten where he was and who was around him. All he saw was your face, contorted in pleasure. "Aki~ Did you... Did you get even bigger?" You asked him as your chest bounced in front of his face.
Because he was more restrained than usual, having little room in the passenger seat, Akira was actually able to respond this time. "Just for you, babe." He mumbled, in a strained voice "C-Can I cum in you?" He asked politely. Even in your fog of lust, you appreciated your demon lover's consideration for your brother's car.
"Please, Aki~" The words barely escaped your mouth before Akira's arms engulfed you, holding you close as he exploded inside of you. Moans were the only thing to leave your mouths for the next minute, and then everything became quiet.
Until Ryo spoke. "We're here."
Chapter 28: Episode 4C
Chapter Text
"Well, not quite. But we need to talk before then." Ryo admitted as you laid on Akira's heaving chest. "The girl."
"Miki's fine. She thinks yesterday was a dream." Akira held you tightly and kicked one leg up onto the dashboard of the car. "Thanks to you manipulating the GPS, we have a perfect alibi."
"Did she see the demon?"
"No, she didn't. She doesn't remember anything." Akira stated surely.
But Ryo knew he was lying. He pulled out his phone and played a voice recording.
"I have a feeling you saved me." Miki's irritating voice rang through the car and you grumbled in response. Akira gave a face of utter shock, and he let out a garbled, "What?!" but quickly tried to recoup by kissing your hair and rubbing your back. He felt a little bit guilty.
Ryo relented. "I'll let it slide this time." He knew that he wasn't particularly in the clear either, having been scolded by you earlier.
"Thanks big brother..." You mumbled as you drifted into a deep sleep.
Eventually, you really did arrive at your destination. Not wanting to disturb you, Akira stopped Ryo from violently waking you up and decided to carry you into the airport on his back. It was another few minutes before you began to stir and hear your boyfriend begin to speak. "I was lonely..." He seemed to be in the middle of a conversation with Ryo, "...but I was proud to think my mom had a job helping everyone. It's rare for her to call."
You stroked Akira's face gently, alerting him to your consciousness as well as comforting him. He smelled incredibly tense. "You must miss her." You whispered in his ear as Ryo callously looked at his phone. You swatted at him to listen.
Akira continued talking, "I only heard my mom's voice twice when I was in junior high."
"That's not a lot?" Ryo asked cluelessly. "I don't know anything about parents."
Akira apologized, prompting an immediate response from you. "You don't have to apologize to us, Aki. We had you!" You kissed his neck.
Ryo went back to his phone. "And it's just a fact." Around you, people were beginning to get anxious at the delay in plane landings. "That's odd." Ryo mentioned.
Suddenly, Akira's phone rang. "Mom?" He kneeled down and let you off of his back. "Where are you?"
Ryo searched his phone until he found the answer. "It's at the maintenance center." Ryo found Akira's mother on his GPS.
"Well, let's go!" You stated as all three of you ran together.
It was only minutes before you were at the maintenance hanger. You had a terrible, sinking feeling about what was about to be found inside this hanger. You grabbed onto Ryo's hand and looked at him. This is what he meant by having a hard day. But instead of allowing you to hold his hand and otherwise ignoring you, Ryo pulled you close, into a comforting embrace. "Be ready for him." He whispered as Akira moved to open the door. "He is really going to need you. So I understand if you need to stay with him for the next few day."
"Don't you need me too?" You asked quietly as you broke the embrace, following Akira inside.
Ryo exhaled. "Yes. But not like he will." Something big was going to happen.
Chapter 29: Episode 4D
Chapter Text
"Don't come, Akira." A familiar voice rang out in the airplane hangar. Each of your trio stood stock still.
"Shoot." You whispered. This is what Ryo meant. Akira wouldn't take this well. And he did not.
Immediately he ran towards his mother, screaming her name. "I'm already dead!" She tried desperately to stop Akira from coming any closer.
It worked. He stopped dead in his tracks. "What do you mean?"
Ryo ran towards Akira and grabbed his arm. "Stay here, baby sister." he shouted back to you.
"I'm sorry, Akira. For neglecting you all this time." She continued, with only her face visible in the dark. "I wanted to hug you. To wipe away your tears. But I'm dead now."
Akira shoved Ryo off of him harshly, sending him to the ground. "MOM!" He screamed at her, not taking this well.
"Akira!" She continued to warn him. "Don't come, Akira!" Akira stopped once again as Ryo stood back up. The demon came into focus.
"Help us."
"I'm cold. It's cold here."
"Why do I have to die?"
"Let me go. I still have work to do."
Tons of voices began speaking up. And then came the killer.
"Akira..."
"Dad?" Akira's eyes were so unsure, so worried that you wanted to take him out of here immediately. But that wasn't the purpose of the day. "Dad!"
He spoke again briefly, "I'm not a human," while his mother cooed a "darling..." at him.
"A demon?..." Akira didn't know what to think. His parents were... dead? Part of a demon? His brain was faltering.
The demon spoke using his father's voice. "I wanted to... I wanted to eat your mother."
"Dad... Dad. How dare you? How dare you!?" Akira lost control and began morphing into his devilman form.
You ran over to Ryo, worried about your own interference. "Are you sure I should be here? Won't I be more distracting? I can already smell him." You asked with concern.
"I'm actually counting on that. I'm afraid that we could lose him today, so I am depending on you to bring him back if he gets carried away." Ryo spoke to you as he watched his creation.
"Akira... You, too?" His mother asked.
Hell yes, you thought as you gripped tightly onto Ryo, who was holding tightly onto you as well. "No. I'm not a demon. I'm Devilman."
She looked surprised by Akira's admittance. "Devil?" The demon asked.
"My heart is still human. I won against the demon."
"So you can, too, Dad. Win! Beat the demon!"
You looked up at Ryo, who shook his head no. A bloodcurdling roar shook you from your haze of pheromones, allowing Ryo to whip out his video camera and begin recording. "Darling!" Akira's mother spoke to the demon again.
"Get out! Get out!" It roared.
"Stop!"
"I'm scared!"
"It's agonizing!"
"Let's give up!"
The voices cried out. "Don't lose, Dad!" Akira shouted as tears fell down his face. "Don't lose to the demon that killed Mom!"
"Reijiro!" His mother screamed as the demon swung around in inner turmoil.
"Dad!" Akira was full on crying at this point and your mood quickly changed to one of wanting to comfort him.
"Damn demon!" The demon screamed as it sliced its own head off. Everything was happening so quickly, it was hard to follow.
"Reijiro!" Akira's face fell in disbelief as Ryo pushed you behind him and pulled out a massive gun from his jacket.
"Here it comes! Watch out, little sister!"
Chapter 30: Episode 4E
Chapter Text
The deadly tail shot out at high speed, right at you. Without any hesitation, Ryo shoved you out of the way and took the brunt of the hit. Akira screamed your name and Ryo's
"A human winning against a demon?" The creature gurgled through it's open hole in its body. "There's no way that could happen. I cannot be killed by a weak human heart." It began punching the faces on its body. "Cry! There! There!"
"Akira! We're already dead!" Akira's mother was trying her best to get Akira to react.
"Please don't kill me! Not until I see my mommy!" A little girl's face cried out before it was shot. Akira cringed; this was mentally disturbing to a point where he could barely move.
You looked over at your brother, who was still holding the smoking gun. "Ryo..." Akira looked on in shock.
"What a horrible human. How dare he shoot a child's face?" It was sick to try and turn them against one another, but what else did demons do? Ryo was prepared for this.
"Akira! Those are not humans! Those are death masks! Just do it, Akira. She's not your mother anymore." You begged him to listen, to put his trust in Ryo rather than the lying demon in front of him. "I'll do it if you won't. Do you hear me?" Cocking his gun, Ryo took the initiative.
Akira was frozen in place. These were his parents; what else was he to do? For a pure heart like him, murdering his own parents-- regardless of whether they were even truly alive anymore-- was a decision he couldn't make lightly. And yet, he needed to make this decision and fast.
"You know that I'm already dead. You need to end this now!" Even his mother was asking to be finished. Nothing else could leave Akira's mouth but his mother's name. He was begging for her to take it back, to be alive.
"Shut up, human!" The demon roared in defiance.
"Akira! You can do it." She smiled at him.
The creature sneered. "It's something a crybaby like you could never do."
"Come here and end this, Akira." She was begging for release, pushing her son to do what she knew he needed to do.
Then, he ran. He did what he practiced for so long to do. He ran, screaming, crying, for his parents. Calling the memories of his parents forward in his mind as he made his choice. "I'm Devilman." He began as he met the creature, "I won't tolerate those who take human's lives!" A hole was bore through the demon, allowing it's fluids to spew outward. As it fell backwards, you were surprised at how anti-climactic this was. There wasn't even a fight... just a death. Gently, Akira closed his mother's eyes and just stood there. Ryo on the other hand, was ensuring that Akira would have something from his mother. Perhaps both you and he hadn't had parents, and would never understand this feeling, but he could at least assume that he'd want all the pictures stored on his mother's phone. Memories were important to everyone... If only he had them. "Sorry..." Akira cried as he looked down at the mess. Gently, you walked towards him. "I'm sorry." You wrapped your arms around him as he turned to face you. Akira lifted you up, in order to fully embrace you in his demon form. In solidarity, your own form peaked through, with white lilies blooming in your hair. The empathy flower. As his demon hands held you closely, you felt him begin heaving as his tears poured from his eyes. "Y-Yo-You smell so good..." He sobbed as your vines pulled him closer still.
"Akira..." Ryo began gently, "There's a few more demons outside. Let's finish them off and then you can take her home with you."
Chapter 31: Episode 5A
Chapter Text
Akira was in full demon form for the next hour or so, demolishing all the demons in his path. You clung to Ryo as he recorded it all on tape. "He's really taking out his anger..." You whispered.
"Probably better here than on you." Ryo mentioned off-handedly.
"Eh..." You weren't scared of Akira. Not at all. And you wouldn't have minded having some of that frustration taken out on you... sexually.
Ryo rolled his eye at you, but rotated to kiss your head. "Are you sure you'll be okay if I stay with him for the night?" You asked. "You've been kind of clingy lately."
"Well, I love you." He turned back to the camera. "Additionally, you are the demon clinging on to me."
"We could've been husband and wife this time, you know. Instead of siblings." You mentioned.
He scrunched his forehead at you, having no clue what he was talking about. "What?"
"Nothing. You'll get it later." You rolled your eyes back but kept hugging him. It was so irritating, Ryo's amnesia. No one understood what you were going through and it was a bit isolating. Especially since you thought you knew what the outcome would be this time.
Once he was finished, Akira let out a roar and turned towards you. Giving you a large smile, he opened his arms to you and morphed back to a more humanoid form. Happily, you ran into his arms and he flung you onto this back. "Got any plans tonight, cutie?" He joked, trying to keep a positive attitude.
"Going home with my best lover." You kissed his hair as you all went back to Ryo's car.
"Your only lover." He set you down as he entered the car first: you were going to have to ride on his lap again.
You smirked mischievously as he whipped his head around with a worried look. "Eh."
"Why, you-- Come here!" He saw your face and understood that you were teasing, quickly wrangling you into the car, onto his lap.
"Alright you two, please don't make me suffer through the same thing twice in one day. Pants on, if you will." Ryo got into the car and quickly drove to Akira's house.
Once you arrived, both you and Akira exited the car. You waved goodbye to Ryo and as your brother drove off, Akira picked you up and jumped up to his room's balcony. "Stay in here for a second." He mentioned to you as he heard Miki's door open.
You sat at the doorway, listening to his conversation. "Miki!" He hung upside down. "You're awake."
"Akira, are you a ninja now?"
You giggled at her question. He was kind of like that. "Using the door would wake everyone up." He blurted out an excuse.
Normally, it would have been whatever that he was talking to Miki. You weren't that possessive. Akira could talk to whoever he wanted to. But because he was was only kneeling to hang off the balcony, you noticed a very obnoxious bulge growing. One that wasn't from you. And his pheromones were so strong, they almost knocked you over. Why bother bringing you home if he was just going to lust over Miki? You were bitter, even though he couldn't control it. "Akira," She continued, unknowingly. "You've changed since that guy Ryo came. Going out late is okay, but my parents will worry if it's this late. Just let me know if you need anything." Out of spite, you shoved him off the balcony.

Chapter Text
He gracefully landed onto her balcony. "We're family, Akira." Miki continued.
You could hardly contain your laughter at the amount of rejection that Akira was getting. But what wasn't funny was the fact that Akira was so horny he was about to attack Miki. At the last second however, he remembered his promise. "I'm sorry, Miki."
"Akira?" She called out as he hopped back up to his own balcony. To you.
Before you could even pout, he had torn your clothes off and pushed you down onto the floor of his room. "Ahhg!" He roared as he released his pulsating member. He felt like he was about to finish right here on top of you before anything had even started.
"Aki~" You whispered. "You're such a good man. Remembering your promise to me. Let me show you how pleased I am with you."
Using your own demonic strength, you flipped him over and plunged yourself onto his member. He once again let out a roar that you knew Miki would hear. It turned you on to know that your boyfriend's crush was being forced to listen to his moans that you solicited. Grabbing your hips, Akira helped you slam down onto him, quickly forcing him to release his seed inside you. "Already done, Aki~?" You purred.
"Not even fucking close." Flying up, he slammed you against his desk, clearing everything off in one fell swoop. So much for not waking everyone up.He thought briefly as he sunk himself deeper into you. Growling again, you took it upon yourself to bite down on him, as punishment for getting so turned on by a woman that wasn't you. Blood ran down his chest and you licked it up demonically.
"Damn it!" Akira cried out as he then moved you to the wall, trying to find any possible way to get deeper inside of you.
Again, you bit down, closer to his neck this time. "FUCK!" He wasn't going to last much longer like this, so instead of relishing in the pleasure, he bit you back as he covered your mouth with his hand. Maybe he was being loud, but he didn't want anyone to know that you were here.
"MMM" You yelled, muffled by his demon hand.
"Like that?" He asked, knowing you couldn't respond. But instead of indulging you again, he attacked your neck and began fondling your breast. He slammed you down onto the bed; the final resting place.
He pumped faster and faster, yelling more and more. Your body was practically vibrating with pleasure and the speed of your boyfriend. Then, he came again. Falling to his knees, he looked at the mess he made inside you, dissatisfied with his inability to get you to finish. So he kept going. With his mouth. "Oh, Aki~ Do you like your own taste?" You cooed.
"Not as much as I like yours!" He was like a monster, pushing his face and his tongue as deeply as he could within you, forcing your legs as wide as they would go. Then suddenly, he sucked. Sitting up abruptly, you let out a deep demon roar of your own as you came onto his face. Panting, you looked down at your boyfriend who had a massive grin on. "So glad I could be of service madam." He joked as he crawled into bed with you. Of course he wanted to have even more sex, but he was going to have to get up early tomorrow. You on the other hand, collapsed in exhaustion and quickly fell asleep.
Chapter 33: Episode 5C
Chapter Text
You didn't stay asleep for long however. Akira began thrusting and contorting in his sleep, which promptly woke you. And before your very eyes was a twitching piece of your boyfriend. Ah, I'll help out. You thought as you captured him between your lips. I better not keep it here when he finishes. I don't think my throat could take it. Quickly, you moved your mouth up and down, causing him to break out into a sweat as he gyrated even more. Grasping him with both hands, you swirled your tongue around him, hoping to bring him to a climax sooner rather than later. And sooner it was. Immediately when you felt his body clench up, you released him from your mouth and watched as he ejaculated at a high velocity onto the ceiling.
He sat up in a sweaty frenzy, looking wildly around. Then he saw you. Quickly he grabbed you and brought you close. "Yuck." He said as he covered his nose and moved away from the dripping me. "I like it better inside of you."
You scrunched your nose up as well. "Yeah me too, but I wasn't going to swallow that. I'd probably drown."
Akira cracked up and released you to get dressed. You were going to have to leave before he went downstairs, as to not raise suspicion. You quickly realized you had no clothes. "Uh... Aki? Can I borrow a shirt or something?" You asked as you looked at the shredded remains of your clothes.
"Yeah, babe. Just pick one out." He was already pulling on his pants, eager to eat breakfast. But then it hit him and his eyes filled with tears.
As you pulled a plain white tee-shirt over your body, you noticed his sadness. "Oh, Aki." You held him from behind, wiping his tears away. You grew another white lily from your finger tip and presented it to him.
He sniffed and held your hand, gently plucking it off of you. You twitched in return. "Oh, no! Does that hurt?" Akira looked at you.
"Just like a small pinch. But I wanted you to have it. It won't ever die, you know." You smiled at him and handed him a tissue.
"You know," he blew his nose, "I think you're dressed a little provocatively to be out in public. Especially without me." He found you especially attractive in his own clothes.
"I'm going straight home to Ryo." You assured him.
He grumbled. Despite him being your brother he still wasn't that comfortable with it. He chalked it up to just being possessive. "Just change when you get home." He growled as he kissed your hand and released you.
"Aye-aye, captain!" You saluted him as you hopped towards the balcony and quickly flew off of it, running across the building tops at a high speed.
"What's that phrase again?..." Akira mumbled as he headed downstairs for breakfast. "Hate to see her leave, but love to watch her go?" You on the other hand, were curious about what Ryo was up to. You hadn't asked him what he would be doing today. But the answer was, as you found out when you walked into your home, speaking with a bunch of men.
Chapter 34: Episode 5D
Chapter Text
Oh my... "Come here." Ryo commanded as he saw you walk in the door with bed head hair and a tee shirt that just barely covered you. "Please, everyone, pay no attention to her."
"Is that your... your girlfriend?" One of the men asked courageously.
"No. Again, please ignore her." He yanked you into he lap and held you close, keeping your most delicate parts hidden as he pulled his coat off and laid it over you. "Keep watching this."
You felt Ryo's heart pound against his chest, most likely out of sheer embarrassment. You frowned, sorry that you had disappointed him. "How did he improve his time so much?" Ryo cleared his throat and continued speaking about the boy on the screen.
"It seemed like he was mentally weak in some ways, but..." the man in a blue shirt spoke
"He changed suddenly?"
"Yes, in his personality. Even his appearance changed." He continued speaking, trying to avoid looking at you or Jenny, who stood dutifully behind you.
Ryo, hoping to take their eyes off of you, directed them to Jenny. "She hasn't had any plastic surgery."
He was alarmed by Ryo's acuteness. "I didn't mean... I-I wasn't thinking that at all!"
Highly unlikely. You chuckled. "She's been helping us both since early childhood. She's a talented secretary." Yeah, I like Jenny. She's pretty nice. You thought as you smiled at her.
"Oh, of course..." The man continued.
Then, the man in the white shirt spoke, getting everyone back on track. This conversation was taking such a long time. In fact, it seemed like hours had already gone by. "Mr. Koda's interview is scheduled before the Koshien track event. I'm excited to see you two geniuses face off, Mr. Asuka."
You laughed at this and Ryo shoved you off his lap and onto the couch beside him. "I'm not a genius. This is just..." Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.
"RYO! What should I do!?" Akira yelled out.
"Excuse me, please. Stay here..." He was reluctant to use your name, but he didn't want the men to know that you were his sister.
But it didn't matter. Jenny carried a blood soaked Akira inside. "AKI!" You screamed as you ran over.
"You... You said you'd change..." He gave you a weak smile.
"Akira. Let's take you to the bedroom." Ryo helped Jenny carry him up the stairs.
"Oh, Akira." You frowned and laid next to him on the bed.
"You used my list without asking." Ryo deduced. "I didn't think you'd act alone."
Akira sat up and you rubbed with back with a small towel. "I wanted to kill them. Beat the shit out of them." He held his head in his hands. "But I feel sad at the same time. I feel like crying. It's like I'm a baby."
Ryo thought about what to say next. "Humans are mentally weak. Thinking with emotions won't yield rational answers, and exceeds our capabilities. At times like that, humans simply forget.Humans also have the ability to not think." He stood up and went to a drawer. "Alcohol, gambling," He glanced at you, "girls. They use vices to try and forget. It's a human habit." He threw money onto the bed. It looked like a lot. "Learn from it." Ryo walked towards the door, having lost all empathy for him when he saw how you doted on him. "Phase two of our plan will begin at Koshien next week. If you truly hate the demons, get back to your normal self by then. And little sister?"
"Yes?" You looked up.
"Get dressed. You're an embarrassment."
Chapter 35: Episode 5E
Chapter Text
Your eyes burned as you looked downward, shoulders shaking. "Are you okay?" Akira scooted closer to you. Your lips quivered and your breaths came out in short bursts. "You can cry..." He was getting upset too. Ryo went too far. "It's okay, my love." Slowly, you lowered your defenses and began letting out small sobs. "Let's take a bath together. That wasn't nice of him, but I'm sure he didn't mean it." You stood up, sniffed and wiped at your eyes. He did mean it, and you knew it. But at least you had Akira. Holding your hand out, you assisted him over to the bathroom. Still crying, you drew the bath and undressed. Akira followed suit and rinsed his body off. Of course he found you attractive and his body wanted yours, but you were so sad. So incredibly sad. "I don't think I've ever seen you really cry before." He stepped into the warm bath and felt his muscles relax. He reached out to you as you stepped into the bathtub.
"I feel so sad." You wiped at your face again. Pulling you into his chest, Akira laid his cheek against your head and gently stroked your head. "It's been so long since I've felt this sad." You were feeling despondent. You hadn't expected Ryo to say such a thing. Maybe a light scolding, maybe being shooed away, but to call you an embarrassment? You stayed in Akira's arms and sulked.
Ryo on the other hand was also sad. Not as sad as you. Maybe not even sad. Perhaps jealous was a better word. But he wasn't sure of what. First off, he wanted Amon. He wanted Amon to love him and join him in his mission. But Amon wasn't really here. Akira had fought him off. But he wanted him still. And you had him. So he was jealous of you, getting to have the body that Amon inhabited. But at the same exact time he had these... other feelings. What did she mean, that we could have been husband and wife instead of siblings. Weren't we made that way? Siblings? He thought as he stayed up on his computer. Ryo knew what was appropriate for siblings in this culture. And he had... feelings for you as well. He didn't want Akira to have you either. He groaned. Why couldn't he remember anything? Anything before meeting Akira. It was all so frustrating. And he was sure that you were upstairs being consoled by him. Desperately, he wanted to kick Akira out. Well, no. Maybe force him to stay in his room. "UGH!" He groaned louder. He didn't know what he wanted from either of you. So he was just going to have to focus on phase two of his plan.
"Hey." A quiet voice came from the staircase. It was Akira, in a towel, holding your sleeping, towel-clad body, in his arms. "That was too far. She's really upset about it."
"So what? She'll get over it. She always does."
Akira frowned at Ryo. That wasn't the reaction he wanted. "...Alright. We're going to go to bed. Is it okay that I sleep here?"
"If it prevents you from going out and doing something stupid." Ryo sighed and continued his work.
"...You should probably apologize to her tomorrow."
"Just go to bed, Akira. You need the sleep."
Akira turned and returned to the bedroom. Holding you tightly, he slipped your towels off and burrowed deeply in the blankets. If Ryo wouldn't be there for you, he definitely would. I will not be apologizing. Ryo thought as he continued his work. Not in front of him.
Chapter 36: Episode 5F
Chapter Text
The next day, you awoke in Akira's arms. You felt better. Like you were more than able to get over your big brother's comments because you knew that he didn't mean to be so harsh. Even if it was the truth. After getting dressed, you walked downstairs, leaving Akira asleep and you noticed Ryo still typing away on his computer. "Big brother..." You whispered.
Immediately he lifted his head up and stared at you. After what felt like an eternity he opened his arms to you. Trepidatiously, you moved into his arms. "I offer my apologies, Persephone. Please allow me to explain." He mumbled into your hair. He must have been serious, having used your demon name.
"Go ahead." You relaxed into his body, sensing the sincerity.
"I always thought that Amon would possess Akira in his entirety. I thought that you would have Akira for now, and then I would get Amon and you would be my little sister." He sighed lightly. "But of course, that didn't go to plan. I feel that I need time with just Akira and me."
"As friends, instead of as my 'big brother' who's tagging along?"
"Exactly." Ryo was amazed at your understanding.
"Alright. Then I'll stay behind for today and you can just text me if you need me. Does that sound okay?" You looked up at him as he smiled gently.
"That sounds wonderful, Persephone. Go wake up our favorite Devilman so we can at least all share breakfast today."
"Okay!" You jumped away from him and ran back up the stairs.
Akira was starfish-ed on the bed, with the sheets barely covering his naked body. Hmm. If I'm not going to spend the day with him... maybe I should give him a little extra attention now! You smiled as you jumped onto him. "Good morning, Aki, my love! Are you ready to have a wonderful, spectacular day without me!?"
"Wha-what huh?" Akira looked around in alarm, but quickly noticed you on his stomach. "Without you? I don't want that." He smiled brightly.
"No, no, you've got to spend a day with just Ryo. He misses you a lot. I talked to him this morning." You inhaled his scent and planted light kisses on his bare chest, relishing the feeling of his body reacting to your own.
"Did he apologize to you?"
"Yes. But we struck a deal. Today is for you two and not me. But we can have breakfast all together."
He smirked at you. "Is there any time to do it?"
"Nooo! I promised Ryo I'd just come up to get you."
"But you're so enticing! You smell so good!"
"Well you better get used to my big brother's smell! Because that's what you've got for the rest of the day."
"Fine, fine, fine. I get it. Alright, let me get dressed and I'll come down. What's for breakfast?" Akira's stomach growled in agreement.
You were in such a better mood now. "Everything and anything you want!"
"Well then that includes.... MY GIRLFRIEND! OM NOM NOM NOM!" He tackled you to the bed, leaving you to wiggle out of his grasp and run out of the room, screaming out of fun. Akira smiled. Today would be good. He knew it.
Chapter 37: Episode 5G
Chapter Text
Big brother <3: I lost Akira.
You: WHAT
Big brother <3: We're in the red-light district.
You: WHATTTT
Big brother <3: I'll pick you up in five. Be outside.
You were so angry! Ryo took Akira out for one day, one afternoon, and he lost him. Who loses their own demon? As you stomped downstairs to wait for your brother you wondered exactly how this could have happened. It wasn't even five minutes by the time that Ryo rode up on Akira's motorcycle. "Get on." He demanded as you rode to the red-light distance.
It was dark out now and you were getting worried. As you and Ryo split up, you went from shop to shop, looking for him. But you couldn't see anything. So next, you tried your smell. Faintly, you could smell your boyfriend. Using your demon senses, you sniffed the air and wandered in the direction in which the scent got stronger. Suddenly, the scent overpowered you. "Ryo! This way!" You rushed towards what looked like a regular shop hoping he would be in there. As you slammed open the door, you heard screaming.
"Say your name!" A familiar feminine voice called out. "SAY IT!"
"Aki, no!" Your eyes showed you the truth of what was happening, just as you lost the power to stop it. "Sirene, get away from him!"
Quickly, Sirene, Amon's lover from the demon world, transformed fully and flew off into the sky with Akira in her talons. "That's not Amon!" You screamed after him. "Ryo! RYO!"
Your big brother quickly rushed into the shop, observing what was happening. "Wake up Amon! It's me! Sirene!" The demon screeched as she tumbled through the air. Akira could only scream. "I was lonely. I waited so long for you to come to the human realm!"
The moon was out now. A full blood moon, appropriately. "Akira, come back to me!" You screamed out, just barely getting his attention. As he saw you, he snapped back to reality.
"You came at a good time. I didn't want to screw a random woman. I'm dying to slam a demon!" His body morphed into that of Amon's, but reassuring you that he would fight Sirene, yet worrying you about how hard she would fight back for that familiar body.
"YES! That form! YOU ARE AMON!"
"NO!" Akira screamed. "My name is..." With his brute force, he broke from her grasp. "DEVILMAN!"
But Akira hadn't quite gotten the grasp of flying. So he plummeted to the ground, with Sirene in hot pursuit. You watched from a distance, but Ryo held you back. "Don't. She needs to understand for herself or she'll never leave him alone."
"She needs to die." You growled. "That was my human. And now he is my devilman. It's enough to share with you. I will not share with her."
"Shh, shhh. I will make sure that we get our devilman." Ryo was pleased to hear that you would share with him. He held you close, laying his cheek in your hair. Such a familiar smell. Like I've known it for eons.
"Beautiful moon. If you don't wish to be stained with unsightly blood, don't look at the demon about to be ripped to shreds!" And by the looks of it, Akira was going to be.
Chapter 38: Episode 5H
Chapter Text
"Wake up, Amon!" Sirene screeched. "Embrace me. Make love to me! Strong... and hard!!"
"Make love?... The only person I'll make love with is my darling YN. The demon Persephone." Akira's eyes were glowing white, and his arm was torn off. It was quite the disturbing sight. "No more selfish talk." Sirene's disembodied leg flew towards him. "You kill the people who embraced me."
Her leg was right behind him and you couldn't help but scream out to warn him, however futile that was. But Akira had Amon's skills. He knew exactly what was coming and he jumped. "You!" Akira roared out as he watched Sirene's own talons penetrate her body. Blood exploded from her mouth.
She shrieked. "How dare you!?"
"I won't make love with you... but if you want to get fucked that badly..." Akira granted that wish via fucking up her body. With his own claws he ripped her face and arms from her body. And then he actually fucked her. "I'll fuck you."
"Don't look, baby sister." Ryo tried to step in front of you, he tried to help out his best friend. But you had seen. And you were seething.
"Take me the fuck home, Ryo."
Ryo wanted to see how this ended. "We should really wa-"
"TAKE ME THE FUCK HOME, LU-RYO" You pulled back at the last second, knowing that now was not the time to dredge up Ryo's memories.
"Fine. Let's get in the car that Akira and I left here. He's probably going to die anyway." Ryo mentioned blandly. But you didn't care. You didn't care at all. So you and Ryo got in the car and you began the drive home. Ryo however, wasn't dumb. He was definitely going to pick up his demon. That meant he drove slowly and straight towards Akira, who at this point had been shot out of the sky with what appeared to be lightning. He hoped that you wouldn't notice, and in your blind rage, it didn't seem like you did. Simply being in the car was enough for the moment.
As Ryo drove towards what now looked like an absolute nightmare, he wondered how he should explain it to you, or if he should just get out, grab the demon and go. Clearly, you wouldn't be too happy either way since he was going to have to put Akira in the car. "Just go get him. I know what you're thinking; 'if he fucked Sirene, maybe he'll fuck me too.' It doesn't matter anymore. You can have him. I don't want him after this." You read his mind.
"Don't say that, baby sister. I'm sure he had his reasons. Perhaps if you just--"
"Stop. Not tonight. At the very least, he is all yours tonight."
As Ryo pulled up to the scene of the epic fight, it looked as if perhaps Akira would die. But that didn't put Ryo in any kind of rush. Calmly, he walked over to the sprawled out, half torn apart demon. "Akira? Get a hold of yourself." He held him closely in his arms. "Akira."
"Am I alive?" Akira asked, dumbly.
"Barely. And definitely not if my little sister had her way. I'm not too happy either." But Ryo was forgiving. He raised a drink of some sort up to Akira's lips. "Drink this."
"Ryo," Akira began after finishing his drink. "Why are you both here?"
Chapter 39: Episode 5I
Chapter Text
"I had a gut feeling that you had gotten into trouble. And my little sister's nose helped to find you. Even with demon powers, you suffered that wound." Ryo looked at the mangled arm that hung off of his friend.
"That's right... Sirene." He suddenly remembered everything. "I was fighting a demon named Sirene. Fuck. And I fucked her too, didn't I? Right in front of her... Damn it. I am surprised that I'm not dead. Why didn't either one of them finish me off? Either one could have killed me easily."
Ryo looked over at it as he helped Akira up. "I see. Well as for my sister, you have me and her good nature to thank. As for Sirene, that demon is over there. Take a look."
However, instead of getting Akira into the car, as you thought he would, Ryo walked him over to the very demon that had tried to kill him. You rested your head against the door of the car as they left your earshot. That demon was dead on her feet and you knew it. You could smell it. Akira however, asked a very important question while out of your earshot. "Ryo, do demons know how to love?"
"It's unlikely." He carefully formulated his response. "In all likelihood love is an illusion. Demons are pure creatures in a way. The hunt and their destructive urge are everything to them. But sometimes, especially with my little sister, I find reasons to believe otherwise. Her feelings for you, for example, might best be described by love. Or were, at least."
"...I see. To me... it was love as well." As Ryo helped Akira into the car, it was silent. And for most of the ride home it was silent. Akira was afraid to speak, but he had a question for you that wouldn't wait until tomorrow.
When you all arrived home, you immediately stomped up to your room. You weren't in the mood to talk, or even look at Akira. "I don't think you're welcome in her room tonight, Akira." Ryo mentioned. "You're welcome to stay with me."
"I... I have something I need to ask her." Akira limped towards the stairs.
"I really don't think you should, Akira. Come with me to bed."
"Maybe we can have a sleep over like we used to, after I talk to her." He continued up the stairs.
"She doesn't want to talk to you!" He screamed at Akira. "She doesn't want you anymore! What don't you understand?"
"I guess I... I need some kind of closure." And with that, he walked to your door, leaving Ryo behind.
Ryo was livid. He practically flew to his room and screamed in rage. "I hate him! I hate that Akira! I want Amon back!" Ryo punched his desk. "FUCK! I'm going to do it. I'm going to kill all the humans! I HATE THE HUMANS!" Tears rolled down his face. "And I want my Persephone back." Things were starting to get a little bit clearer for him. But there was still just enough ambiguity that he was frustrated. And the sounds coming from your room weren't making it any better.
Chapter 40: Episode 6A
Chapter Text
"Get out." You growled dangerously as Akira entered your room without permission.
"I have to ask you something." He stated assertively, yet with a voice that rang with exhaustion.
You roared as you fully morphed into your demon form. "GET OUT!"
"No!" Akira roared back as he partially transformed. "I have to ask you a question."
You snarled as your vines threateningly snapped at him. "I hate you, Akira Fudo. I don't have any business with you."
"Were you ever a human?"
Your nose twitched and your vines froze, as you were caught off-guard by the direct question. "What?"
"Were. You. Ever. A human?" Akira asked shortly.
You looked at him suspiciously. "Why do you even care?"
"Are you a devilman like me? Is that why you can love me?" Akira pushed. You remained silent, glaring at him, prompting him to scream again. "ARE YOU A DEVILMAN OR NOT?!"
"I AM! Are you happy? I am. Yes. I was a human, an inconceivably long time ago. But it doesn't matter."
"It matters to me. What happened to you? How did you get this way?"
"I thought that I could love a demon. But that demon wasn't what I thought he was. He took my life from me. He took my everything. I never got the chance to even live into being a real adult." Your body shook as you got upset, tears threatening to spill out. "But it doesn't matter, Akira Fudo. What matters is that I thought I had found someone that would understand how I felt." You grew angrier and angrier with each word. "I took a chance with you. But you're not half devil and half human. You're too devil to love me honestly. And for that, I'm going to kill you."
Immediately you launched yourself at the unsuspecting devilman, slamming your vines into his face over and over. You screamed cathartically, sobbing while you beat this piece of shit boyfriend you had. And Akira just took it. Hit after hit, cut after cut and curse after curse, he let you beat him within a millimeter of his life and he wondered if Ryo could hear you. But then, just as Sirene had, you stopped. You, fortunately, hadn't died but your anger at Akira had. You sat on top of him, crying as your vines fell flat. "H-He took my life from me. I n-never g-got a ch-chance to l-l-l-live like a human. M-My family d-died without me, without knowing wh-where I went..." You took a deep inhale, trying to calm yourself down. Carefully, Akira sat up, holding you closely and getting pierced by all your thorns.
"I am so sorry. I was a demon. My body... it recognized her and it acted without me." He mumbled apologetically.
"Amon was Sirene's lover." You sighed and your body shook with the after effects of crying so violently. "I understand how you feel. Persephone had a demon lover as well and unfortunately... I still feel that way around him sometimes a well. I just... You really betrayed me. I thought you hated demons."
"I do. They killed my parents. They hurt humans. But if there's any possible way that I protect demons that are like me... like us... then I will. Promise me that you'll help." Akira begged.
It was a long moment of silence. This would be betraying Ryo at his most desperate time. "I promise."
Chapter 41: Episode 6B
Chapter Text
The next few days were calm. It was as if everyone had decided exactly what they wanted to do. And currently, that was be completely reclusive and not leave the apartment. However, tonight Ryo had sat you both down to watch a show he had airing on the television Professor Ryo's Science Lab. "Are you excited to see yourself, big brother?" You asked him while you laid on your stomach next to Akira. He shushed you as the program began. It was, of course, very boring and it wasn't long before you decided to talk again. "So, what are you trying to do, big brother?" You clarified as you watched a super high school student's face appear on screen.
"Koda is a demon. I'm going to unmask him. The world will see that demons exist and an age of fearing that your neighbors are demons will begin."
Oh shit. Damn it, I knew we'd get to this point. It's too soon. I like these humans so much. You frowned deeply and Akira held you close as you both sat up. Ryo pointed at a serum on the coffee table, which Akira promptly took. He's so trusting of Ryo... I wouldn't put it past him to poison him...
Akira however, still had more questions. "Do demons really not have hearts?"
"They do. But... they have no conscience to care about others." Ryo answered quickly.
"Conscience?" Akira repeated for clarification as a scene from the Sabbath party showed up on the screen.
"Things like consideration, mercy, empathy and love."
"But those two were..." Akira was referencing Sirene and the demon that had apparently merged together. His head hurt to think about it. And then he got angry. Within a flash, he had fully transformed into Amon's form and began punching the glass near him.
You quickly ran over to your brother, scared about what was happening. "Akira!"
"Make him drink the liquid and I'll get the footage out." He reported.
"So this was just an experiment on Akira? That's not very nice. Do you have a conscience? Are you a demon?" You asked pointedly.
Ryo stopped briefly to consider it. But he quickly shook his head and continued on with the plan. "When he turns into a demon and escapes outside, get rid of him. The footage will spread around the world."
Ryo grabbed your hand and guided you away from the rampaging demon. Experimenting his plan on Akira hadn't been his only reason to have the devilman drink that concoction. He wanted time alone with you. At least you would give him attention, unlike Akira. "Where are we going, big brother?"
"My room. You're sleeping with me tonight. Akira can go home or stay in your room." He wasn't going to share you. Not tonight. Especially since you obviously hadn't continued your hatred towards Akira, like you said you would.
"What do you want to do?" You asked curiously, yet with hesitation. You weren't sure what Ryo remembered, but you didn't want to trigger anything right now. Not while Akira was still in crazy demon form.
"Just sleep. I want you to stay close to me. I'm unsure about how safe Akira will be for the next few hours. I can protect you." He said as he walked into his bedroom and stripped off his jacket and shirt.
You giggled, seeing as you were the only one who remembered how to be a demon. "More like I can protect you."
"Perhaps. Now come to bed."

Chapter Text
"In my clothes?" You asked, confused.
Ryo was already in bed. "What? No. Of course not, how unsanitary. Just use one of my shirts."
You scowled at him as you scrounged through his drawers, finding a wrinkled button-up that would work. "I thought you said I was embarrassing..."
He scowled back at you, not intimidated. "Well... There were other people involved."
"Say you're sorry again," You puffed out your lower lip. "Then, I'll get dressed."
Ryo eyeballed you curiously. It wasn't like you to bargain with him, but the face you were making caused his heart to beat a little bit faster. "I'm sorry, again, for saying such a thing." He averted his eyes, but only until you turned around. First, you stepped out of your jeans. Not a huge deal, seeing as you were wearing an oversized sweater. But it immediately caught Ryo's attention. He had thought you would change in the bathroom. Instead, you were giving him a show. How un-sisterly. Next, came the sweater. This was the best part, revealing panties and a bra that Ryo definitely thought were too scandalous for you: black lace. Gulping, he decided to simply continue watching. Finally, came the bra. Quickly, you put on the shirt that you had found and jumped into bed.
"Big brother, your nose is bleeding!" You looked worried and grabbed a tissue from the bedside table.
Graciously, he took the thin, soft paper and pressed his to his nose. Carefully and lovingly, you wrapped your arms around his chest and laid your head on his shoulder. Ryo leaned over and turned the light off, discarding the bloody tissue. Then, the feelings inside you started rumbling. Perhaps they weren't your own, but it didn't make them any less real. "I'm going to kill all the humans." Ryo whispered in your ear as he held you close.
And the feeling disappeared as quickly as it had come on, and the blood drained from your face. "Can you not?" You whispered back, annoyed.
His lips brushed against your forehead. "No. I want it to be just us. Just the demons. It's... well... I'm... Humans are so pathetic. Really, I just think that the world would be much better if we got rid of them."
"I... I like the humans..." Unfortunately, although having just recently promised Akira to help the humans, the crushing reality came that this is what your brother wanted to do. And he was Satan. And there was no stopping Satan.
"I do not. They are barbaric monsters and yet they pretend as if they are so perfect and civil. So I will show them that they are not. Please, stand beside me." Ryo asked as he pulled your body closer to him, "but for now, just relax and sleep next to me. We have a very busy day tomorrow." It took Ryo less than ten minutes to fall into a deep slumber, but the night was going to be a long one for you. Trapped in his embrace, you thought about how you wanted to go comfort Akira. You wanted to tell him about Ryo's plans. You wanted to save him.
Chapter 43: Episode 6D
Chapter Text
Later that night, after he had calmed down, Akira looked around for you, only to find you awake in Ryo's bed. "Do you want to come home with me?" He asked you quietly, while he crouched down to your eye level.
You frowned. "Yeah, but I probably shouldn't leave. Ryo... Ryo is planning something big with the humans. I feel like I should try and talk him down." Spending the night with Akira was much more fun at this point. Especially since Ryo didn't even have his memories back yet.
"Fine... I guess I'll go home. But you'll come to my meet, right? I need you there for good luck." He smirked at you.
You scrunched your nose at him playfully, indicating that there were no hard feelings. Or at least, not too hard. "And to remind you to stay faithful."
And so with that, Akira left and you stayed in bed. "Per... Per-son-ee..." Ryo called out your demon name in his sleep. Normally, this would have been insignificant. But suddenly, thing got a lot more real. Ryo's breaths became sharper and your eyes widened as your thigh felt something very stiff rub against it. Oh shit... Same thing that Akira had recently... But I can't... Can I?... You considered your options and decided to take less drastic measures. What you had wanted to do was take no measures at all, but the demon inside you called out for her mate. The human of you however, knew better than to do something so brazen. And so the compromise was made in your head. Slowly, your hand reached out and gripped your "big brother's" package, causing his whole body to stiffen. Fuck... I remember when we weren't stupid siblings. I remember when we were lovers... Ugh... Why can't you remember?... You were frustrated as you rubbed it up and down gently through his clothes. "Ahhh... Per-son-ee..." Ryo was having an epic dream, where he was getting head from the demon that inhabited you. But it wasn't you. Through his lust, he thought what was she doing before this? Where's my precious sister...
But sooner rather than later, you felt Ryo press into you and the cloth that covered him become damp. You smiled involuntarily, as you felt you had done your duty. Your duty as a wife. But at the same time, you felt like a massive hypocrite. You just told Akira not to cheat on you... but here you were. Or was being with Akira cheating on Ryo? "Ugh... My head hurts... I really need to go to sleep." You said out loud as you scooted a bit further away from Ryo. "He'll remember eventually... Then perhaps everything will get more clear." And although it took at least another half-hour, you did eventually drift off to sleep. It was dreamless, as well as short. It wasn't long until Ryo had woken up. He rolled over on his side to examine you. The sight of you sleeping next to him was so breathtaking that he almost didn't recognize the sensation under his clothes. Am I... stuck to myself? He thought as he opened his pajama pants. His eyes widened. I guess I had a good dream. Best not to tell her... that would be very odd. And so he got up to take a shower. Today was an important day, after all.
Chapter 44: Episode 6E
Chapter Text
"You seem so calm today, big brother." You noticed as you both stepped out of the car. Wonder why that could be. Sarcasm rang in your head.
"Mm. I'm just so excited that I'm calm." He replied back. "Thank yo u for driving today, Jenny."
"Yeah, thanks Jenny!" You smiled at her as you followed Ryo.
"Wow, Ryo, it's a huge turn-out!" He smiled at you as a greeting. "It's not just Mr. Koda. There's a lot of others being talked about, like Yamashiro Jr. and Miki Makimura."
"Let's leave the big picture to the TV broadcast and keep our focus on Mr. Koda." He turned to you. "Go say hello to Akira, little sister, and make sure he has the drink."
You nodded, but you had absolutely no idea how to find him. So you wandered and wandered around, trying to find your boyfriend. Following your nose was only getting you so far. But then, you heard the familiar sound of his sniffles and tears. As you narrowed in on his location, you appeared in front of the boy's locker room. You hesitated to go in however, wanting to let Akira do his thing. So instead, you just listened in. "You were crying at the airport." Akira walked up to the stuffy guy with weird sunglasses from the news and had begun speaking with him.
"What the..."
"This is bad."
"Why would he bring that up!?"
"And he wasn't crying, either."
Voices sprung up around you.
"What did you just say?!" The super high schooler screamed in Akira's sobbing face, causing your anger to flare.
"Stop it, Koda!" A teammate of his ran over to intervene. "Don't talk to him before a race. He's nervous."
Akira's nose was running and you desperately wanted to run over and comfort him. "You... were sad, weren't you? And you're still crying now."
"What the hell is he saying?!"
"I don't get it!"
Even Akira's teammates were worried. "Aren't you going to stop him?" They turned to you.
"Nu-huh... this looks a little too scary for me." You responded quietly.
Koda looked like he was going to explode. He roared and slammed Akira into a locker, breaking the door instantly with his demon strength. "SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!" He screamed.
"Hey!"
"Pardon me." A familiar voice came from behind you as your big brother guided you into the room with him. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Koda. I'm Asuka, Ryo. This is my little sister."
Akira picked up the designated water bottle, took your hand and walked out of the room. As he paused in the hallway, he sniffled and allowed you to wipe the tears from his face. "That was nice of you to talk to him, Aki." You laid your head on his chest. "Good luck running. Stay safe."
"You stay safer." And with one final kiss, you left to go to the stands. But before you could get there, Ryo stopped you.
"He didn't do it, did he?" He mumbled in your ear.
You shook your head in response. Ryo's face twisted up, just slightly. "I'll fix it. Just stay in the stands. I'll come get you when it's time."
Chapter 45: Episode 6F
Chapter Text
You watched as the fireworks exploded against the dark sky. It had been a long wait, but it was time for the race to begin. "It has finally started! The pinnacle of high-school athletics: Kohien Track and Field! All theories aside, today's star is the super high-schooler with five youth records: Moyuru Koda!"
Powerfully, he recited the anthem as you waited patiently in your seat. Being specially related to both one of the participants and the announcer, you had a front row seat. But Akira was missing. Annoyed, you squirmed in your eat. You had wait literally all day for this silly running contest, which was going to end poorly no matter what and now you didn't even get to observe your favorite devilman as he stretched. It was race after race before the even finally came. "As an exhibition, we have a special 4-person race." The announcer began. "A mixed 4-by-100 meter relay. What's special is that Koda, in the first lane, will run the whole race by himself. Let's see how four normal high-schoolers fare against a super high-schoolers. To start the firing pistol, please welcome the star of the upcoming drama Drug Lady, Ayumi!"
"Get set!" She called out.
Pow! The gun went off. "Wow! Koda exploded off the block!" The announcer seemed surprised.
No duh, he's a demon. Of course he'd beat most of these people. But not Aki! You smiled to yourself as you watched the race in front of you. "An amazing opening sprint!"
"That's typical Koda, he doesn't hold anything back." Ryo finally spoke up and you looked at him. He looked pretty bored and not nearly as excited as he had been the car ride over. "Even in an exhibition."
Then, Miko took off. Damn, how many demons are there? You thought as you were surprised by Miko's display.
"The only one close on Koda's heels, in the green, the heroine of the tack, Miki Makimura." The announcer said confidently.
Nah, that's not her, right? You looked closer for no reason. It wasn't Miki. Someone ran over to correct the announcer, but you knew it was Miko. Miko Kuroda. Miki Kuroda. Just as she was about to hand the baton off to Miki Makimura, your boyfriend snatched it. "Go, Aki, go!" You cheered, happy to see that your boyfriend was the superior demon.
"Fudo from Kamioka Academy has caught up. But... he's supposed to the anchor." You saw Akira's mouth move but the sounds from the stadium blocked out his voice.
And then, the video from the Sabbath party lit up the whole arena. "Abort mission!" Akira shouted out. "I didn't switch the drink!"
"Akira... It's already started." Ryo looked at him devilishly.
It was hard to tell what was going on, and now felt like a good time for safety. Then, things went another step further. "Koda!" Akira cried out as the young man transformed into a full bull-like demon. Then, Akira turned to Ryo. "Stop! Ryo!"
The blood began to spill as the demon rampaged, killing indiscriminately. "He's just trying to run away. Ryo, get him out of here like we planned! Open the gate!"
Ah, so he and Akira made a plan as well... You thought. Too bad it was only the A plan.
Chapter 46: Episode 6G
Chapter Text
Ryo's co-announcer made the statement, "We'll stop the broadcast."
Ryo grabbed his hand. "Don't."
"But--"
"Don't you get it? With the TV broadcast stopped, we're the only ones showing this footage. We'll get a lot of hits. This is my program. If omething happens, I'll take responsibility" Ryo's face turned sociopathic.
"Look at this." The announcer resumed his work. "It looks as if Koda has turned into some kind of beast."
"He actually transformed. Mr. Koda... is a demon." The grin grew larger on your brother's face and you decided it was time to seek shelter. But before you had even made it out of the stadium, trusty brother Ryo was next to you.
"I'm going to announce that demons are real. You better stay close to me and Akira. Things are going to get messy."
"Big brother, you look so happy."
"I am, Persephone. I am so very happy." He took you to watch him give his big announcement. It was long and boring, but you were happy to see Ryo finally express some type of emotion. Even if it was sick, twisted pleasure from beginning yet another human extinction. Later, as he held you closely, he decided to call Akira and see how the plan was progressing. "Hey." Akira answered.
Ryo put him on speaker phone. "Hey, Akira."
You smiled at the phone. "Hi, Aki!!! Miss you! Love you!"
"Hey, babe. Miss you and love you too! I killed the demon."
Ryo encouraged Akira. "Good job. We'll be busy starting tomorrow. Get some rest." Something didn't quite feel right however. But you let it go. You were going to let Akira do his part and you would do yours. "Let's go home, baby sister. I've got some recordings that I've got to make and I want to make sure you're safe." He held your hand tightly. "Maybe Amon will come over tonight."
"You know, I don't think you should call him Amon." You mentioned off-handedly as he guided you to the car. "Just like you shouldn't call me Persephone."
"And why not?" He glanced at you as he opened the door for you to sit down.
"Akira and I aren't the demons in us. We might be using their powers but like, my mind is still mine and his is still Akira. I don't know. I just don't like it." You scowled as he shut the door on you and sat himself in the seat in front of you. Jenny was already in the car.
"What good is a human name when the world is about to be taken over by demons?" Ryo remarked, making you huff.
"Jenny, can we put his memories back or what?" You asked grumpily. She held her face still as she shook her head no. "Ryo can we put them back yet or what? I'm tired of playing this game."
"No. I think I'm almost ready. That thought isn't so alarming anymore. But let us resist just a bit longer."
Stupid. This is going to be so annoying. You thought as you scowled to yourself. The drive back was short and quiet. As everyone returned inside the apartment, each person went their own way. You were so fed up, so frustrated with the day's events that you called the only person you could.
"Hello?"
"Aki? Can you come over? I'd really like to hang out."
He sounded tired. "I need a shower... Do you want me to take it before I come over?"
"No... I want to take it with you. Just... hurry over." You hung up and decided to draw a bath. You needed this. You needed to break the tension and Akira was the best person for that.
Chapter 47: Episode 7A 🍋
Chapter Text
"Sorry I'm a little dirty, cutie. But someone insisted I come over before I clean up." He smirked at you, but his hands were already roaming your body.
"That's why I wore black. I figured you were going to get me dirty." You purred as you pushed down the silken black robe that covered your body. "I mean... if that's what you want to do."
"I want to stick my fucking demon cock inside you." He growled as he partially morphed back into his devilman form. "Why else would you call me over here so late at night dressed in that little thing?"
You laughed as your vines shot from your body and hooked onto your lover, pulling him closer. "Damn, you want it, huh?" He lifted you into the air and carried you towards the bathroom. "I want it even more. What a day, huh? Would've loved to dress you up like a little cheerleader."
You giggled and kissed at his neck as you pushed what remained of his pants off of him. "Enough small talk. Turn the shower on and let's have sex."
As he stepped into the shower and the warm water ran over you both, you felt your bodies relax together. Except, of course, the most vital part of all. "One last thing, love..." Akira began. "Do you think... Could we maybe 'make love' this time? Maybe I could be more gentle. Would you like that? Hmm?" He nuzzled your face and his tip prodded at your entrance while he waited for your response.
You smiled at him as you let your body drop onto his. "Are you... saying you love me?"
"Oh yes. Yes, I love you." He moaned as he braced you against the shower wall. "Tell me. Promise me, you love me too."
"Ahhh~ Yes, I love you too, Aki. I love you so much!" You had missed this fullness that Akira's dick brought to you.
And he held true to his word. He slid in and out of you easily at an gentle but passionate pace. His lips met yours and he quickly begged for entrance into your mouth. Graciously, you allowed him in and your tongues danced within your mouth. You caressed his face with your hands as you let out breathy moans and gasped for breaths when you could. And Akira was ready to blow at any minute. His hands rubbed along the outline of your body, as if further familiarizing himself with it. He felt passionate love for you. Like this was fate. You were meant for him and he was meant for you. "Tell me that you love me. Tell me I'm the only one who could satisfy you!" He roared out as his pace suddenly got much more frantic.
"T-Touch me, Aki, please!" You cried out as you approached your edge. Gently his placed his hand right over your clitoris and held it still, causing you to whine.
"Say it and I'll touch you." He desperately wanted to know that you felt the same way. But you resisted. Of course you loved Akira and of course you loved doing this with him. So what was stopping you?
Nothing! You thought as you moaned loudly. "I love you, Akira! You're the only one! You make the best love with me!"
"Ah, yes, fuck, yesss!" He cried out as he came inside of you. His hand worked your body and it wasn't long until your juices coated his fingers, even with the water running over you both. "I'm not gonna stop. I can't stop. Please, let me have you all night long."
And through your shallow breaths you let him know what you wanted. "Take me, Aki~"
Chapter 48: Episode 7B
Chapter Text
Weeks passed and Ryo was right, the world had changed. The world had come to a stand still and militant groups were taking over. In fact, Ryo didn't even let you out of the apartment without him or Akira. It felt like you couldn't even escape your big brother however. Over the city broadcast, his voice rang out. "Make no mistake, demons are stronger than humans. However, humans have survived many times before in the face of physically superior enemies. I have no doubt the war against demonkind will see humanity triumph again."
His lies ate their way into your brain and you tried to cling to Akira as he drove you around on his motorcycle. He slowed down after this message concluded. "No... It wasn't supposed to be like this." He rubbed your hands and his senses shot up. He had felt so protective of you lately and even he hesitated bringing you out from Ryo's apartment.
You rubbed his back with your face. "I know. I'm... I'm a little scared."
"Mm. I think I'm gonna FaceTime Ryo. Be on the look out." He quickly dialed Ryo's number and waited for him to pick up.
"Ryo, I just saw someone get killed." He began.
He didn't see you in the immediate frame and a small spark of panic ignited within him. "I see. Is my baby sister safe?"
You popped up behind Akira. "Right here, Ryo!"
"Anyways. He was a human. He was crazy, but he wasn't a demon."
"I see. Did he hurt her?"
"No! Ryo, why don't you care? Tons of people who aren't demons are dying right."
Ryo is not going to be upset by this. You resisted rolling your eyes. "Some demons have died as well. Akira." He sighed. "This is a war between demons and humans. And every war has casualties."
"You knew this would happen?!" Akira turned his anger on Ryo and luckily not you, even though you were complicit in this downfall.
"This amount of sacrifice is unavoidable. It takes time and effort to prove someone isn't a demon. What's going to change by you going around and saving one or two people?" Ryo set his laptop down and began walking around the living room. "The big picture stays the same. Leave it to the government."
"Are you saying just stand by and do nothing!?" Akira was fuming and you tried to rub his chest to calm him down, but this had the opposite effect. He was reminded that you were now in danger and protecting you was much harder now. Oops.
"It's a necessary evil."
"RYO! You can't say that if there's human blood in your veins." Akira unknowingly hit the nail on the head. You were a little bummed that you couldn't correct him right then and there, but you figured that he'd find out soon enough.
"It just means humans are more vulnerable than I thought they were. Some sacrifice is inevitable."
"No, it's not!" Akira hung up on him and bristled. "We've got to go see Koda. Stay away from him."
"Why?" You asked as you kept a tight hold on him.
"You're my girl. I'm sure he'll smell you too." Akira growled as his motorcycle roared to life.
Chapter 49: Episode 7C
Chapter Text
And Koda did smell you, Akira specifically watched for it. Koda however, ignored it after that small acknowledgement. I wonder why he doesn't like her... He thought to himself as he opened his mouth to speak. "I told you to stay put." He tossed a large bag at Koda. "Here."
"How long do I have to hide out in a tiny place like this?"
Akira pulled you down to sit with him on the roof. "It's a mess down there. Everyone knows your face. You'd get hunted down right away."
He ate the food on his skewer. "It's your fault everyone knows who I am right now."
"There must be other Devilmen besides ourselves."
"Kill me if it's just the two of us. If I bring more, think we can live here?" He finished his bite and stared over at the arena. "That place looks bigger than here."
While it certainly did, you really didn't think there was going to be a lot more devilman, especially just out in the open. But nevertheless, you and Akira said your goodbyes and decided to go back home and then go out for a quick walk. However, your plans were thwarted by your big brother. "Where are you going?" Ryo didn't even bother to look up from his computer.
You stopped and answered him. "Just for a walk."
Akira pulled you along. "I'm going with her, we'll be back soon."
"No. My baby sister can just stay here for the rest of the day. It looks pretty bad out there."
"I can protect her."
You rolled your eyes and stood in the living room with your arms crossed. "I can protect myself, thanks boys."
"Regardless, I want you to stay home." Ryo looked up briefly. "Come sit with me."
You huffed but decided it wasn't worth the fight, so you kissed Akira goodbye for the moment. Then, you sat next to him and waited for Akira to leave. "Are you ready yet? For your memories?" You laid your head on his shoulder.
"I think... soon. Within the next few weeks...?" He paused, but didn't look at you.
"You think, Ryo?"
He looked down at his lap. "Will you still act the same around me? Am I completely different?"
"Hmm. You'll probably want me to act differently, but I wouldn't have to. You are however, quite different. But I miss that too." Ryo sat in silence and contemplated the answer. It want to know what she's talking about, but I don't want anything to come unnaturally. Soon, I shall ask Jenny for these memories back.
You on the other hand, had found yourself wondering if things would be better or worse with the memories. I probably wouldn't care too much. I have Akira now, after all. And he's so strong, I don't think he'll be... too hurt. Your thoughts drifted off until your eye drifted closed. You dreamed of a world without humans. It was hot and everything was broken. Demons never cared what their environment looked like, which was hard on you. You hadn't grown up sleeping on rock floors and lava dripping all around you. Instead, you had to cope with it however you could and you were thankful that humans had such wonderful beds nowadays.
Chapter 50: Episode 7D
Chapter Text
But before you could go to your room to sleep, Akira burst back in. "We need to talk." He demanded of Ryo, causing you to take a seat so you could watch the drama unfold.
"Akira." Ryo stood up and began walking around. "The world has changed. An age of horror has begun. Humans are being made to dance the dance of deadly hell. We exposed the existence of demons, but we've opened Pandora's box at the same time. Humans get scared. Humans are scared." Ryo turned around and faced Akira with a psychotic look on his face. "Don't you see? Humans are weak. What do you think will come of a humanity terrified by the discovery of demons' existence?" He rotated back to the windows of your luxury apartment as you yawned at his boring monologue. "Demons are strong and cunning. They will bide their time patiently." Again he turned around, an even bigger evil smile on his face. "They are calmly watching as humans doubt and kill each other."
Finally, Akira responded back courageously. "Humans have the courage to conquer fear and fight. They have intelligence. Powerful armies." He threw his hands out in front of him to try and emphasize his point. "They can fight the demons."
"Let's hope so." Ryo looked absolutely sadistic. "But millions of humans are being sacrificed to kill just a few hundred demons. The weapons that are supposed to protect the humans are helping to destroy them."
"Big brother, I think that's enough. We get it." You lightly scolded Ryo.
"No! Humans that get lost in their suspicions will start doing terrible things."
"I'm sure Akira--"
"There's nothing he can do with his own power alone. You should keep quiet, little sister. Things would be better if only his enemies were demons, but the Devilman himself is a demon from a human point of view."
"You're going too far, Ryo." You warned him as you watched your boyfriend's face.
"This is the biggest show in history! The war is starting! A war against a form of life unknown to human experience!!" Ryo pointed at Akira. "What can you accomplish fighting alone? Don't get overconfident." He sneered saying this. "You should keep yourself hidden and observe the future of humanity. Killing one or two demons means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Humanity will self-destruct. Every single one of them will die."
You yelled at him as your stood up. "Ryo!" You couldn't believe he was being so confrontational with Amon.
"Humans won't self-destruct." Akira begin, causing you to sigh. They had done so before and would do so again; you were sure of it. But Ryo still didn't need to bring it up. In fact, you wondered why he had done so. If he had kept quiet, then perhaps Akira would have stayed in hiding and watched the downfall more peacefully. Now, Ryo had turned this into Akira's purpose in life. You didn't think that this would end well.
"I'm not the only Devilman. There are others with human hearts who defeated their demons. We shouldn't be apart." Akira looked down and slumped his shoulders. "I'm going to gather the Devilmen. Including you. Together we'll fight the demons."
Chapter 51: Episode 7E
Chapter Text
"No. And definitely not my little sister. That's not why I made you a Devilman." Ryo suddenly realized his misstep, despite your continued warnings.
"It's over Ryo." He turned to leave and looked at you, "Just text me if you want to come hang out with me. Don't let this guy ruin what we have."
Ryo ran over to him and blocked the doorway. "Wait, Akira."
"GET OUT OF MY WAY, RYO!" Akira had a frightening face on and Ryo backed away.
"It backfired, little sister." He looked at you as you stood up. "Akira... please stay alive."
You walked around and gathered a few things as Ryo opened the conveniently placed bible next to him. "The Book of Revelations. The god of demons, Satan, lost his body in the war with the Lord. After an eternity, he rose from nothing and led a demon army that brought hell from the sky." Sounds familiar... Like the last two times it happened. You scowled as he read aloud. "Yet the army of God defeated them once more... The army of God?... Satan?..." You paused your collection of items to see if this would be it. Would he remember now? It didn't look like it, so you walked towards the door.
"Where do you think that you are going?" He asked you.
"Aki's. See ya." You scowled at him. You'd have eternity to spend with Ryo. You weren't so sure about Akira.
You: I'm coming over, okay Aki?~ Love you <3
Aki<3<3: I'll wait for you on my bike. You can just come in with me.
You smiled, glad you wouldn't have to sneak in. Oncoming apocalypses tended to break down social norms. As you ran down your stairs, you saw that Akira was true to his word and was waiting on his bike. "You better hold onto me tight, babe. You know how I ride." He smirked at you, shamelessly flirting.
"Hard and fast." You winked at him as you sat behind him, wrapping your arms around him, placing your hands underneath his shirt and your fingertips in his pants. He growled in response and began driving.
"You're making it hard to concentrate on driving."
"I think just hard." You laughed as you snuggled into his back.
The ride was pretty short, albeit pretty sexy as well. By the time you arrived at Akira's home, he was more than ready to pounce on you. "Let's just get inside and get up to my room if we can." He mumbled as he pulled you closely to him by your shoulder. He felt like he couldn't keep his eyes off of you. "I'm here!" He called out as he walked in.
"Akira, look at this!" Miki came running up. "Oh, hi! I haven't seen you in a while."
"Hi Miki!" You were cheerful and polite.
As you read the phone note in front of Akira, you realized that it was from Miki's mother explaining that she was taking the little boy and leaving. "Your mom left?" Akira confirmed.
"Taro is with her, too." Miki reminded him.
Suddenly an older, non-Japanese man appeared. "I'll go look for them." He mumbled.
"Me, too." Miki offered, although you knew neither man would let her go.
"No, stay. Someone needs to be here for her in case she comes back. Akira," Miki's father, apparently, turned towards him. "Take care of Miki." You internally groaned. You knew her fate and you didn't want Akira to risk his life for hers. You needed him much more than Miki did. You probably needed him even more than you realized. But instead of turning the man down, which you knew he would have never done, Akira gave him his word.
Chapter 52: Episode 7F
Chapter Text
"You've changed." The man remarked. "You're not the old Akira."
Akira warned him. "Uncle. Be careful."
"I'll be alright. God will watch over me." You were a little stunned to hear that. All this time in the human realm and no one had really mentioned that kind of belief to you. You almost wanted to cry. You wished God watched over you, even if you hadn't believed in a single god during your human life. Instead, you got Satan. Just your luck. Akira smelled this feeling of despair and pulled you into his chest. Rubbing your back, he just held you closely, vowing to protect you at any cost.
Meanwhile, Ryo was at home looking at baby pictures and watching the news. Everyone had the news on. Another token of a society teetering into collapse. "Breaking news. The president of the United States just declared a state of national emergency. The Department of National Defense closed borders in the wake of suspicions that the demons are a Russian bioweapon."
You laughed as Akira held you in his lap on the couch next to the group of guys who were taking shelter at Miki's house. Everyone looked at you like you had just declared your demon-ship. "I, uh, I laugh when I'm nervous." You made-up sheepishly as Akira kissed your neck. He was really trying to get you in the mood, but at the same time the news seemed pretty important.
"The Seventh Fleet has been dispatched and orders are underway to deploy all NATO forces."
Your phone buzzed.
Onii-san </3: It's starting. Stay safe.
You ignored him and went back to cuddling Akira. Little did you know, he was serious. "Look at this. It's an image taken from the satellite track." The reported showed an image of one quarter of the Earth engulfed in a divine, white light on the opposite side of the Earth from you. "The light's diameter is more than 10,000 kilometers and at present..."
He droned on, but you had lost your interest. Instead, something very peculiar was happening in Akira's mind. If this is it... If God's wiping out all the demons... I want to spend my last moments with her. But I made a promise... I promised to protect Miki... And Miki's just a human, so she needs me more. Fuck... What do I do?
"We'll be back Miki, I just want to get her set up in my room." Akira abruptly stood up, holding you closely. He was going to get in some time alone with you before he devoted himself to protecting the human most dear to him. Maybe he wouldn't pursue Miki, but he had always loved her. He loved you too, of course, but in his mind you were more capable of protecting yourself. And he was right. You were probably one of the last organisms that would perish in a war between Satan and God. Ryo, "Onii-san", Satan, Lucifer, Beelzebub, Belial, the Devil, Iblis, Hades... He was coming for you, whether or not you were ready for him. In the meantime, you were going to "get set up" in Akira's room. And you would definitely make the most out of it.
Chapter 53: Episode 8A 🍋
Chapter Text
"For crying out loud, it's been going smoothly up until now!" Ryo yelled to himself in the empty apartment. "Smoothly?" He kept talking to himself. "Then why did I... I must know myself." He was going to ask Jenny for his memories back.
In the meantime, you were making memories of your own. "Wrap your vines around my neck! Fuck!" Akira had you up against the wall, with one of your legs held by his arm.
Instantly, you shot them out and wrapped them around his neck. You felt like he was fucking you like he would never get to again. Your whole body rocked with Akira's rhythm and your juices literally ran down your bodies. As you tightened the grip of your vines, Akira roared.
"I'm going to rip your body in two!" He cried out as he kept pounding into you. The fact that he could still talk meant you could further tighten your vines. And you did. And it definitely felt like you were being ripped in half. Almost immediately, Akira came into you as a response, and you released his neck. He gasped for breath as he fell to his knees. His hands ran over your stomach and his head leaned against your stomach. "I want this feeling to last forever." He mumbled.
"Stay with me." You ran your hands through his long hair, combing it back. "Can you... Maybe..."
His tongue ran up your folds and his eyes glittered with mischievousness. "Hell yes." He responded as he held your hips against the wall as he buried his face into your body. Your hands knotted themselves in his hair and tugged on it as his tongue dashed in and out of your opening.
"Ah, AH!" You moaned out, as he continued to pleasure you.
"Let everyone know downstairs what I'm doing to you, babe. Scream my name for me." Akira paused, adding in his fingers, which slid in and out of you easily.
"AKI! AKI! AKIRA!!!!" You screamed out loud as he sucked on your clitoris.
He groaned as he jacked himself off while his mouth and fingers worked your delicate womanhood. "Oh, yes, keep going!"
"Oh, God! Oh my God! Akira, you're so good!" You growled as you came all over his face.
He stood up and threw you onto the bed. "MMM Fuck you're too delicious, I gotta have more of you."
"It's been five minutes and I already miss your cock, Aki! Put it in me!" You begged him.
"Yes, ma'am." And once again, you were filled to the brim with your lover. Downstairs, everyone was was sitting in an uncomfortable silence. No only could they all hear what was going on up there, but the world was falling apart on the television in front of them. For Miki and the other boys in the house, they were stuck between a rock and a hard place. But little did they know that the sex sounds from upstairs were going to be the least of their problems. The two Devilmen upstairs were their only hope, as long as they stayed close.
Chapter 54: Episode 8B
Chapter Text
Onii-san</3: Come outside, I've come to pick you up.
You: Aki too?
Onii-san</3: Just you. I'll return you later.
You relayed the message to Akira. "Ryo is outside, he says he's got to spend some time with me but that I'll be back later."
"Just you? Hmm." He looked hesitant, but ultimately kissed your forehead as you got up to leave from bed.
This better be worth it... You thought bitterly as you walked out to the street. He had brought his Porsche with him today, which you quickly jumped into. The ride was long and mostly quiet, except for a radio broadcast being played quietly as background noise. You weren't quite sure what to say to him. "We're going to get my memories back, little sister." Ryo finally broke the silence. "I need to jumpstart my memory before Jenny can give me the full extent, otherwise I might not be able to withstand it. We're going to start from the beginning and work backwards. This place we're going to is what I think was one of the first Sabbath parties, even though it's run down now."
"I would really like you to get your memories back." You responded blandly. "It wouldn't be so difficult to talk to you then."
"Well, my thanks for not rushing the process." He nodded as he stopped the car. "Follow me and hold my hand."
"I better not die in here..." You mumbled as he dragged you down to what looked like an old coliseum that they had when you were a human. "What, is there some kind of gladiator battle going on later?"
"Gladiators? Why would that be your first though?" Suddenly, he whipped out his pistol. "Stop. Who's there?"
"Wait!" A disembodied voice sounded. "Don't shoot, we're humans!"
As if that had ever stopped him before. You rolled your eyes.
"What are you doing here?" Ryo asked the two men who emerged.
"What do you mean?" They asked. "We've been living here for more than 10 years."
As you and Ryo looked around, you noticed all of the home-like items laying around. Suddenly, Ryo fired off his gun, frightening you and causing you to hide in his jacket. As you looked at the victim, a wall, you noticed giant gashes that looked like a demon had slashed through it. You didn't remember this place. But you had a feeling it had something to do with Ryo's memory. As he aimed the gun forward, he began backing out of this place, with you behind him. Once you both had left the building, you took his hand as you went back to the car. "So... Any revelations?" You inquired.
"Yes. And I've got a call to make too."
"Were there demons in that place once?"
"Yes, I believe so." He stuck his phone in the hands-free phone holder and scrolled through his contacts and called some unknown number
"You didn't go there with me, though."
"Yes, that's right. Professor Fikira, the one who studied ancient people. But the memories are still fuzzy." He looked back. Someone was tailing his car.
"Any memories?" You asked, looking behind you as well.
"No. We'll have to go way back."
Chapter 55: Episode 8C
Chapter Text
"Good bye Ryo! You'll be back soon, right?" You asked as you kissed his cheek.
"I'll come back when I know who I am. I've got to go to Peru." He squeezed your hand. "Be safe."
"I will." You gave him one last look, just in case, and then you walked back in to Miki's house.
"Oh, hi. Did you have fun with your brother?" She asked from the couch.
"Did I hear my girl?" Akira ran down the stairs and enveloped you in a hug. "Missed you."
"I missed you too, Aki. And no, Miki, it wasn't much fun but it's just something he has to do."
"Well I don't know why he had to take you with him..." Akira was grouchy as he walked with you over towards the couch. "Has your dad called?"
Miki shook her head. "Did you find anything?" She asked.
Akira sighed. "I'll ask him."
"Onii-san?" You clarified at the same time Miki spoke.
"You mean Ryo?"
"He can probably help."
"He's busy, Aki, I don't know if he has time."
Miki asked, "Seriously? What kind of person is he?"
"He tries his best I think. I don't know... I guess I'm bias because I grew up with him. What do you think, Aki?"
"I met Ryo at a pier. He was all wet and rolled up with her in his arms. He was there just like an abandoned kitten."
"So, you became his friend, huh?" Miki asked as she sat up to let the cat inside.
"I guess I was lonely too." He mentioned as he looked at his phone and hugged you tightly. "He replied already!"
"Oh good. That's nice of him." You remarked as you inhaled deeply. You loved how Akira smelled; it smelled like reassurance.
"He found them! Your mom is at the park in Ebisu. Tell that to your dad. Tell him we'll meet at the park." Akira smiled. "Mm. Maybe you should stay home, YN. I have a weird feeling that you should just stay safe and stay here."
"No fair!" You pouted. "I want to come."
Miki cheered as she texted her dad. "That's amazing!"
He ran outside. "You know what? I'll just go there alone. You two stay here."
"I'm going after him. Miki, you should stay here and watch your house... Good luck." You sprinted off after him.
"Go back inside." Akira growled to you as he changed form.
"No. You'll take me with you if I have to impale you with all my thorns to stick on to you. Or, I'll fly myself."
He hesitated and looked back at you. "Can you even?" If you could fly, he wouldn't mind the company. You could stay out of the battles and just follow him.
"Let me try!" You focused hard. Normally, your plants were flowers and vines, but you thought that maybe, just maybe, if you could make leaf wings it would work.
"Damn. Cute. Let's get going before I can't resist you anymore." Akira's low voice rumbled as he took off.
Looking at your body, you noticed that you had sprung four-leaf clovers all over, including one giant one on your back. "This works." You shrugged and took off after him.
Chapter 56: Episode 8D
Chapter Text
You didn't want to remember the day. Nothing had gone as planned and now you ended in front of three newly dug and filled graves. Gently, you held Akira, each of you still in full demon form, as he cried. "I couldn't save them." His head was lowered and his hands loosely draped around your body. "Yet again, I..."
Then it happened. A horde of demons came up in front of you both. You huffed, upset that you couldn't share this moment of sorrow with your boyfriend alone. "AMON. PERSEPHONE." A tall demon blocked the sun in front of you. Damn. This annoying kid. You thought to yourself.
"I'm Zennon. Do you not know me?" It growled out loud. "Who is the human that subdued the valiant Amon and defeated Sirene?" You felt Akira's anger grow, but all you could do was shake your head no at the demon Xenon before Akira leapt into action. Although you never doubted Akira you did see the obvious size difference. He might get a little roughed up, but all of the other demons knew not to touch you. Slammed into the ground and thrown into the air. "Awaken Amon!" Zennon screamed futilely.
"That's so annoying. Obviously Amon isn't going to 'awaken' if he's already been defeated. He's not sleeping in there, idiot." You huffed, irritated still. Then, even more minor demons tried to attack while Akira was hurled through the air.
"Die!"
"He's mine!"
They chattered away as you sat on the ground, drawing circles in the dirt. "I had been wanting to fight you. I really wanted to." And Zennon did.
He kept beating on Akira, without letting up, for hours. Eventually it was dark and you wanted to go home. But it seemed to you that Akira was punishing himself; allowing himself to be hurt for penance. This last hit was so hard that Akira could no longer keep his demon form. "That's enough Zennon." You commanded.
"Kill him, Zennon!"
"He's already a human. This is Sirene's and Kaim's revenge."
"Zennon, if you're not going to do it, I will."
You stood up and screamed. "JENNYYYYY!" You always could call Jenny for back up if the demons didn't listen to you. And it was only a second before she appeared in her own full demon form.
"Wait."
"Psycho Jenny."
"Jenny, they're not listening to me." You complained as you stood up. "This is my Akira."
Nodding, she spoke. "You cannot kill Akira Fudo."
"What?"
"He's our enemy, who killed many of our kind."
Jenny's face remained the same. She spoke for him after all. Behind you however, Miko came up. "I will take him away. Trust me. I will take care of him." She whispered as she transformed into her spider form.
"It is his wish as well. And you would do well to remember that her wish is his as well."
"Him? Who?"
"Who is it!?"
"It's HIM!"
"No! Stop! Kill him!"
Miko had swiped Akira and was swiftly carrying him away. The demons were rioting. They were not okay with this decision; they wanted blood. "It is fine." Jenny spoke once again. "You, there, the one hiding over there."
As Zennon smashed the wall next to you, you noticed the boy named Koda. He looked nervous; rightfully so. "Wait. I'm on your side." He muttered, looking at you for reassurance. You, at least, were familiar.
She remarked, "You have a human heart."
He begged everyone around. "But my body is a demon. I decided after seeing you all! I'm on the demons' side."
"Don't be ridiculous."
"You're a human."
"Switching sides now?"
"Us Devilmen won't be accepted by humans anyway. I'll just become a demon."
"That is also something a human would do." Jenny remarked.
You frowned and let out a deep sigh. He was lost. "Accept him." You mumbled. "I've got to get my Aki back." And with that, you left.
Chapter 57: Episode 8E
Chapter Text
You asked her as she transformed back into human form. "Is he going to be okay, Miko?"
"Yeah, he's fine. Where's Koda?" She asked you curiously as she finished wrapping up Akira's wounds.
"He stayed behind." Miko scoffed at hearing this. Koda had always seemed weak.
"Figures."
Suddenly, Akira's head shot up. "Unfortunately, this isn't Heaven." Miko remarked. "It's Hell."
"Miko... And my girl..."
"So you're a demon too, Akira. I thought you might be after you got a better record at track. You've changed, Akira."
But there was a weird look in his eyes as you sat in front of him. It was one that was as if he couldn't see anything. "Did Miki notice, too?" He looked down at his feet.
"She's naive, so I doubt she'd think you're a bad guy." Miko was comforting Akira, whereas you had no idea what to do. It was hard to read him right now. "So, what now?"
Akira mumbled. "Back to the Makimura's house."
"But why?" You whined. You didn't want to go back. You didn't want to lose Akira to anyone else.
"Are you going to tell her about her family?" Miko inquired and pointed at you. "Aren't you going to watch over her? She looks like she needs you too..."
"Miki's dad asked me to look after her." Akira looked at you "...You're a demon, and you have Ryo. Miki... doesn't have anyone anymore. Please, take me back to her house." You frowned, but stood up with Miko, who was helping Akira walk. Luckily, the house wasn't too far away.
Onii-chan</3: Watch the news tonight.
Onii-chan</3: I remember everything.
Onii-chan</3: I will be coming for you soon, Persephone.
Onii-chan</3: Be ready to come with me.
Onii-chan</3: Stop ignoring me.
Onii-chan</3: I've missed you.
Onii-chan</3: Accept me for who I am. You have before.
But you couldn't bring yourself to respond to him. As happy as you were that Ryo, or rather Satan, had gotten his memories back, you didn't want to leave Akira. Not again. "Akira, what happened!?" Miki ran forward as you three came in the door.
"He tried to save me, and..." Miko remarked.
"Miko, glad to see you. I've been worried. You haven't been at school." Miki ignored you completely. "We've had a lot going on too. Come in."
The boys from before approached you, Miko and Akira. "Sup, bro?" One of them greeted Akira, who looked tired and confused. "Where's her dad?"
"Miki... Your family..." Miko began. Akira was trying to hold back tears. You reached out to hold his hand, but he held it out to stop Miko.
"Did you find Taro and my mom?" Miki asked concerned.
Akira bowed his head down. "Everyone is dead. Your mom, your dad and Taro." Miki walked away. No tears. No words.
As the door shut behind her upstairs, Akira burst into tears and grabbed you close. He did love you, but this amount of pain was unreal. These people had raised him. They had cared for him. And he failed them. And then, Akira's wails were joined by Miki's. And finally, joined by yours. You knew what it was like to lose everyone. And you couldn't help but empathize with the pain that both Akira and Miki were feeling. As tears streamed down his face, Akira sniffled and looked down at you. "Why are you crying?" He stroked your face, upset by you being upset.
"I miss my family too, Aki... It's been so long..."
Burying his face into your hair, he mumbled into your ear. "I will be your family, I love you." He held you closely, kissing you over and over.
"I love you too, Aki."
Chapter 58: Episode 8F
Chapter Text
You muttered to Akira as you sat together on the couch. "Ryo said we should watch the news. I'm sure he's going to be on it again."
As you clicked the television on, you sighed. There he was; Satan. Sitting next to some of the most power people in the human world as if he belonged there. As if he wasn't trying to eliminate the human race. Again. "Everyone, we have discovered an important fact about the demons." The old man next to Ryo spoke. "It's about how demons are born. In other words, if we can hunt the demon before birth, we can win this battle."
"What?" Akira looked at you and whispered in your ear. "I thought Ryo said it was almost impossible for demons to reproduce. That's why we weren't careful."
You shrugged. Ryo lied a lot, so you didn't know what to expect. "Whoa, that's awesome!" One of the boys next to you cheered as the man on the television spoke again.
"Professor Asuka will explain the details about how demons are born."
This perked Akira up. "That's right, Ryo! Remove the suspicion from this world that's full of anxiety."
You grimaced. Akira had his hopes about two hundred levels too high. "What I am about to tell you may be troubling to many of you. It's just... In order for man to survive in this battle against demons, we must understand the enemy. You should know, I was traveling with a Russian professor who was studying a very unusual tribe of ancient people in South America."
"And by ancient people, you mean demons; right?" Another man spoke to Ryo.
"Correct. Ogres, spirits, vampires; there has been numerous accounts of monsters throughout history. And as professor Fikira studied these demons; the ancient people of Earth, he began to change. His appearance, behavior, and even his personality. And one day, he attacked me. And somewhere along the line he had become a demon himself."
"What the heck..."
"What's going on..."
Voices mumbled around you as Akira held you tightly. This was obviously not going how he wanted it to. "So to cut to the chase, the demons we are battling here are, in fact, humans."
Damn it. I knew he'd find a way to get the humans to kill each other. You thought to yourself. And I know he's going to come for me now.
"Professor Fikira was deeply dissatisfied about not being accepted by the world. That dissatisfaction transformed him at the cellular level." Akira growled at Ryo's statements.
"So you're saying anyone who is dissatisfied could potentially turn into a demon?" The old man clarified.
"That's correct."
"So it's too late for us to defeat the demons?"
"Therefore we must eradicate them; before they become demons. Allow me to present my evidence. I'll show you the moment my good friend Akira Fudo transformed into a demon"
Oh, Satan. Him and that damn camera. You gripped Akira's chest tightly, trying to prevent him from changing into his demon form. That sly fucker. That's how he's going to separate us. By turning the world against Akira.
"With his parents working overseas, he was left to live with friends for the last ten years. Can you imagine how insignificant he must have felt? He had no friends at school and did poorly in both studies and sports,"
Fucking hell, Lucifer, I knew you were evil but this is... Your mind searched for a word worse than evil. Heinous and despicable.
"This is the moment his frustration explodes and ultimately turns him into a demon."
Akira watched in disbelief as the footage from the night at the Sabbath party replayed, highly edited to his disadvantage. "Don't do this Ryo..." He screamed. "STOP!"
"This is the truth about demons. So we must find those who harbor dissatisfaction with the world, and eradicate them before they have the chance to become demons!"
Chapter 59: Episode 9A
Chapter Text
"It's a lie!" Akira stood up, angry beyond belief. "He's lying!"
"Have you seen anyone around you who has suddenly changed?" Ryo pointed his finger at the screen. "Someone who seems like a different person? If so, be aware!" He stood up on top of the table he was seated behind and pointed crazily. "Demons are coming. If you notice anyone who is even slightly different than usual, be highly suspicious. Once the demon reveals itself it will be too late." He jumped off the table. "The only way that you will survive will be if you kill that person before they have a chance to kill you."
The program ended and you heard a dangerous click behind you. You and Akira turned around to see a gun pointed right at him. "No. I'm not a demon." Akira tried to convince them, But it was no use. Another one fired the gun.
"Hie?" One of the boys stated the other's name in question of what to do.
"I'm not a demon. I'm a human. Akira Fudo." And then, Miki arrived. "Miki!"
"Stay back, Makimura." The boys warned her.
"Trust me, Miki." Akira pleaded. "I've been fighting against the demons this whole time. To protect the humans I've been using my body that merged with a demon." Akira admitted.
"See? He's a devil." Another boy called out.
"Trust me. I still have the heart of a human."
"Bullshit."
"There's no way I'd kill a human. There's no way that was me. I'd never kill a human."
"I can second that." You spoke up. "He didn't kill any humans. That footage... my brother fabricated it."
"But you're not sure. That's why you and her kept it from Makimura, right?" The boys continued.
Akira placed his head in his hands. Now you were involved. Miki walked towards him. "Don't go near him, Makimura. He's a devil."
"You were the same back then, too." She spoke to Akira gently. "Akira, you were crying for my family earlier, weren't you?" Carefully, she pulled him into a hug. "You haven't changed, Akira."
You stood by helplessly. There was nothing you could, or wanted to do. It felt like you were out of place. Maybe you had lost your humanity. Maybe you knew that you were watching the world crash down around you from the most privileged spot on Earth and you felt guilty. Maybe you realized that a piece of Akira's heart would always belong to Miki. "Thanks, Miki."
"We are family, after all." She added on, making you feel a little bit better and giving Akira a small shot to his heart.
Soon everyone relaxed. The feeling lasted about thirty seconds. Then, the mob arrived. "They're here."
"That was quick."
"You." The gun was aimed at Akira again. "Get out."
Akira looked at him knowingly. "I'm counting on you." he said, earning a nod. "We have got to go meet Ryo. But I'll come back to you, Miki."
She hesitated, but smiled. "That's a promise. You are the anchor, after all."
"Yup!" And with a smile, he grabbed your hand.
Chapter 60: Episode 9B
Chapter Text
You and Akira flew from the top of the house, over the mob and quasi-police that were swarming. But then, you received yet another text from Ryo. But it wasn't safe to fly and text, you assumed, so you ignored it. Akira, on the other hand, was mumbling to himself. "Why, Ryo... I don't understand..."
Below, you heard shouts from angry humans. It looked to be another mob, this time throwing objects at other humans. "Stay up here. Let me handle this." Akira called back to you. Unwilling to get involved in these type of affairs, you followed his orders.
You watched as Akira got pummeled with more objects. Sticks, stones, bricks, rotted food. It was upsetting to just hover in the air and watch him take it. You assumed he was trying to stop the killings; but it wasn't worth it. Not anymore. Then, you say him cry and offer himself up. Trying to sacrifice himself for what he believed was right. Tears fell from your own eyes as your heart swelled with pride. That was your partner. He was strong, he was brave. When he cried, he cried for other people and never for himself. He cared so deeply about humanity that the very fact that humanity couldn't bring themselves to care for him was heartbreaking. You would always love Akira. You would continue to love him, even if he wanted to kill all of the demons. He stood up for what he thought was right, and that in itself was a redeeming quality. No matter what others did to him, no matter what they said to him, threw at him, threatened him with... Akira was going to stand up for what he thought was right.
Slowly, the mob lost heart. One by one, children began approaching him, hugging him deeply. This was your Akira. He was not a demon. He was not a human. He was just good. No labels could really be stuck on him and for that, you accepted him. You accepted everyone, because deep down, you were good too. And you realized this, but you could never have compared to Akira. You were complicit, regardless of the reasons, regardless of your circumstances, you weren't brave enough to do what Akira was doing. But you were brave enough to support him.
As you watched below, the mob fell apart. Some people going to hug Akira, others freeing the tied up humans. Everything seemed as though it was going to be resolved. Gently, you began to float down to the top of the coliseum like place where Akira was being held. "Look, Mommy! A fairy!" You heard a little child call out. Carefully, you fell back into the shadows, but not before providing them a tiny smile.
I'm not scary. Out of all the demons and devilmen, I think I'm the least frightening. You thought to yourself. Oh wait... is that who I think it is? You watched as the man you knew as Koda, the man who had abandoned Akira in his time of need, approached. And you watched as his demon horns penetrated your lover's body.
Chapter 61: Episode 9C
Chapter Text
"The world belongs to the demons." Koda declared as Akira roared in pain. You sat back, fearing for his life.
"Good job, Koda. Move, we'll finish it off!" Two more demons appeared, Pain and Panic, you thought.
As a burst of energy lit up the world around you, many humans fled or fell victim to it. Unable to bring himself to fight where humans could be hurt, Akira took off. But not before he gave you instructions.
"Go to your brother. He will protect you." He whispered as he took off in a flash. Gobsmacked by his suggestion, you decided to simply... listen to him. You pulled out your phone and texted Ryo.
You: Can you come get me? Track my location or whatever.
It only took seconds for Ryo to text you back.
Lucifer: Stay put, my love.
You gave a sad smile, feeling just the slightest bit guilty for not loving him as much as Akira. But how could you? He was just a perfect human being. Or at least, he was something close. As if the universe was ready to prove your wrong, you received a text message from Akira.
Aki<3: I've got to go save Miki. Stay with Ryo.
Your heart sank. A nasty feeling overcame you as you sat on the top of the pillars around you. You didn't want him to save her. You wanted him to come with you. But that wouldn't happen. Akira's life was protecting those who couldn't protect themselves; crying for those who couldn't. Your life, on the other hand, had been preserved solely out of greed and lust. What purpose did you serve otherwise? Tears came out of your eyes as you cried for yourself, upset once again. After only a few minutes, you heard a car approach. Turning your head to see the luxury car, you hopped down. It could only be Lucifer himself. As he approached you, a frown crossed his face. "Don't do that." He commanded softly.
You sniffed as you wiped your face. "Do what?"
"Don't cry. You're not him. You don't need to cry." He pulled you close, into his body, "I'm here for you." His hands stroked down your body comfortingly, eventually pushing you to join him in the car. Transforming back into a human, he eyed you curiously as you both got in the car.
Starting up the vehicle and proceeding on route, he kept looking over at you. "Yes, Lucifer?" You asked him politely, as you curled up on the seat.
His hand shot out to your stomach and his eyes widened for just a moment. "I just can't believe it..." He mumbled to himself as he pushed even harder on the gas pedal.
You looked at him, worried. "What?"
"Give me your phone. We're going to go to where it all started. That's where Akira will know to find us." Hesitantly, you handed over your phone.
You looked at his face, which portrayed no emotion. "Is there something wrong with my stomach?"
He stayed quiet for a long time. Eventually he began to speak, hedging his words. "No, nothing wrong. Definitely not with your stomach." His nose twitched, a sign only you knew meant he was upset. "Do you think he'll become Amon? Perhaps something will send him over the edge in these trying times."
"You're being kind of peculiar about it. What's different with my abdomen then?"
"Well..."
Chapter 62: Episode 10A
Chapter Text
You scrunched your face at him. "Say it, Lucifer."
"You're pregnant." He frowned as he admitted this. "Not with my child, of course."
"You're not serious." You stated very seriously.
"I'm Hades, the god of the underworld, do I have a reason to lie to you?"
You scowled as you placed a hand over your stomach. "Because you're Satan, source of all evil."
"I don't like when you call me that." He admitted. "But if that is what you think. Besides, it doesn't matter. It will be my child regardless. Either Amon will join us, or it shall be just us. I do hope it will be the former."
"That's... That's not going to happen. It's Akira and I's baby. You can't just have it!" You began to get worked up.
"My wife cannot simply have a baby-- a rarity, I might add-- and not expect me to take claim over it. Besides, do you really think that Akira will care? There's no more humans. Just look around at the world. This neighborhood was one of the last hold-outs of the human species. That includes his precious Miki. I figure that he will resent me and in return, you as well."
"He would never resent me. I didn't do anything." You were unhappy with his attitude, especially since you were just battered with some big news that you weren't ready to hear.
He smiled deviously. "Exactly. You didn't do anything. Of which I thank you for."
It was your turn to stay quiet, but instead of a few minutes, it was for a few hours. There was a lot to take in. "What do you think it means to be good?" You finally asked.
Ryo looked over at you and his lips tugged downward. "I think doing what you think is right, is being good. I believe that humans are an evil and flawed species and so I eliminated them. I think I'm good." He explained as he pulled the car into what looked like an abandoned airport. "Come with me."
You hesitated, but there was nothing else for you to do. "Can I call Akira and tell him the news?" You asked as you followed him to what looked like a private jet.
"Not at all. In fact," He took your cell phone out and crushed it. "Sorry, not sorry. You can wait for him to come find us on his own. Besides, I'm telling you, he won't care at all."
Your face scrunched up again, this time in anger. "Well you don't have to be such an asshole about it."
He looked at you like you were crazy. "A what?"
"I don't know... That's just what people say." You took a seat on one of the comfy looking chairs.
"You know I'm actually happy about it. I wanted more kids with you; it was unfortunate I forgot about everything. And now I'm in such a young looking body-- no wonder you preferred Akira over me." He was right; his body wasn't in as prime of a condition as it had been when you first met him. But you knew it would return in time. What you didn't know, however, was if he was telling the truth about Akira. And now you would just have to wait to find out.
Chapter 63: Episode 10B
Chapter Text
It took Akira much more time to show up. Weeks. And during those weeks, you were stuck with your husband. Good ol' Hades and Persephone back at it again. It made you sick. You didn't want to be with him. He wasn't the love of your long, long life. That was Akira. Akira, however, had long forgotten about you. He was overcome with grief. The humans were done. Gone. All of them. His parents, his friends, his Miki. His heart was gone. He wished he would be overtaken by Amon, just to get away from this pain.
He walked. He walked all over the Earth looking for Ryo. Carrying Miki's head.
No one ate. No one drank. No one talked.
No one, except for Satan.
"Persephone, my love, please talk with me." He laid near you as you curled up facing away from him. The only reason you even stayed with him was for the hope that Akira would come to you. "Persephone, my treasure, allow me to lay with you. I have suffered for years without you." His fingers reached out to touch you, but instead of allowing it you flinched away. "Persephone, my wife, we should go tend to the pom-er-granates in the underworld. Can you promise to do that with me once we've finished?" He frowned at you, almost begging for your attention.
"Pom-e-granate. Get it right for once." You growled at him, too frustrated to be any hint of nice. Ryo recoiled and walked away from you, deciding to look over the stone quarry that stretched out in front of you both. You missed your beds. You missed the luxurious apartment that you had. You missed the humans and their hope. You desperately needed Akira and his hope, his goodness.
But unfortunately, that was all gone. Akira wandered around, more like a demon than ever before. Consumed by revenge and sadness, he searched for the man who had started it all; Ryo Asuka. His heart burned for him. Burned to hurt him, to kill him and to make him atone for his wrongdoings. Ryo's heart also burned for Akira. But for an entirely different reason. He knew now that he was in love with him. Despite his insistance for the almost two decades that love was an illusion, his feelings for you had finally resurfaced entirely. With that, he recognized these same feelings for his "childhood friend". He wanted to confess to him now, tell him why did he all that he did. Couldn't they be a family now? You, him and Akira? And the baby? Why not?
More hours went by. Then days. It was all one big, long waiting game. Ryo worried about you, You worried about Akira and Akira didn't worry at all. But eventually, Akira did come to the right place. The area where it had all begun: where Akira had first found Ryo, curled up holding you in his arms. His black hair showed above the horizon, immediately piquing both your and Ryo's interest. "Akira?" You called out to him. "AKIRA!" Standing up, you began to run towards him. And then, you saw what he was carrying.
Chapter 64: Episode 10C
Chapter Text
You reeled as you realized he was holding Miki's decapitated head in his arms, like a precious treasure. Your feet stopped without you telling them to; you knew in your heart that this wasn't Akira anymore. He was too angry; too betrayed. But he could come back. You knew it in your heart. If only you were given a chance that you knew wouldn't come. And then then the tears began. At first, you simply tried to blink them away, but this quickly evolved into sniffles. Sniffles led to trembling lips and trembling lips led to a leaking nose. A leaking nose quickly became hyperventilation and finally hyperventilation broke into true, heartfelt sobs. "Don't cry, Persephone. Please, let me comfort you in his place." Satan looked over at you and frowned once again, unhappy with your emotions.
"DON'T FUCKING TOUCH ME!" You screamed out at him as Akira approached. "Aki... Aki, please! Talk to me! Hold me! We're going to have a baby, Aki! I have to know what you want to name them. I need you to tell me how happy you are about it!"
You stumbled towards him, holding your arms out to him. But he ignored you. He couldn't bring himself to even look at you. "I thought you would come here." Ryo mentioned casually.
"Why did you betray the humans?" Akira asked as you fell to your knees beside him. "You drove them mad by making them scared."
"Humans are weak. Their extinction is inevitable. That's why I saved you and my precious 'little sister' who is, by the way, not that."
"Don't be ridiculous! You're human, too!" He squeezed Miki's disembodied head as he crouched over, still avoiding your eyes.
"I'm not, Akira." Suddenly, with a burst of light, all of Ryo's humanity flew away. He was indeed a fallen angel. Looking at him at least began to remind you of why you had ever even liked him in the first place. "I am Satan." His beautiful white wings expanded meters from his body and his eyes became so blue, they rivaled the sky. His clothes were lost and his body, a mix of male and female, was put on display. He had lost all muscle definition that he had had prior to this... situation... but he was still lean and svelte. You collapsed onto yourself and resigned to sitting on the rock until you could get a word in. "I challenged the icy cold God some time ago." Lucifer began to tell his story. "I was cast from Heaven, wandered the dark universe and came to Earth. Long before humans existed, this world was dominated by demons. Weakness meant death. Only the strong survived. It is the history of power. In order to survive this world of battle, demons gained a special ability. They gained the characteristics of other organisms by merging with them. Just as humans developed weapons, demons changed their own bodies into powerful weapons by this merging."
You laid on the ground now, tired and defeated. You realized that this story was going to take much longer than you expected. But maybe, just maybe, it would help Akira come back to himself. Maybe he would understand why.
Chapter 65: Episode 10D
Chapter Text
"I liked the demons' simple and straightforward hearts, and settled down here. But merciful God did not allow us to exist, even on this outpost of a planet. Meters fell from the Heavens and we retreated to our own realm, beneath the surface." He sighed here, still upset about that annihilation. "We were not dead. We remained as pure will. Eventually, when humans appeared on Earth, we substantialized ourselves by merging with the humans and began to regain existence on Earth. The very first of which is the beautiful woman prostrated on the ground next to you. She was intentionally left more human than demon; for my own desires. You see, I was lonely, although I hadn't the word for it then. Humans always despised me. But then, I met YN and I had to have her. So I sent my favorite demon, Persephone, to merge with her."
You sat up quickly and gave him the most hurt look you ever had. "You told me it was an act of defiance against you." You stood up and walked towards the glowing being. "You said, no, you promised me that you had nothing to do with it. You stole me from my family. From my life. Intentionally." You were in his face now as much as you could be as he looked down at you concerned. He had boasted too much and now he was in even hotter water. "I consoled myself with the very fact that I could at least trust you. And you allowed me to believe that. For thousands of years, Satan, I believed you were apologetic; that you didn't mean for me to turn into this monster." You looked back at Akira, who was looking at Satan still unable to look at you. "I'm not going to indulge your fantasy anymore. I will wait until Akira is ready to leave with me. I shall not be your wife for a moment more of my immortal time." With hurt wreaking havoc on your face, you walked back to the edge of the quarry, using all the hope that you had left in your heart to believe that Akira would hear Satan out and rescue you.
Satan remained quiet for a long time after that, trying to absorb what you had said. But he didn't really have to capability to understand the feeling of betrayal that you and Akira both felt now. So eventually, he just continued talking. "The... The legends... of werewolves, vampires and ogres are all forms of demons merged with humans. Further back in antiquity were people who learned of us from our many strange remains. For a very long time, Persephone and I locked ourselves away within the demon's realm. We were in love. We had two children,Macaria and Melinoe. Delightful really. We, of course, did not allow them to come up with us when my plan began. The memory of Satan was locked away in my mind when I came back into existence on Earth. However, I instinctively eliminated those who tried to kill me." Satan paused for a flashback of when he had first met Akira. He remember that he had just told him not to be scared, and that it would be okay. "Even when Jenny came to get Persephone and I, I didn't recover any memory of being Satan, but subconsciously, I was putting a plan to revive demons into action."
Chapter 66: Episode 10E
Chapter Text
"But God was very unmerciful." Fuck, how long is he going to go on for? You thought to yourself angrily. And why is Akira just sitting there with that poor girl's head? The smell is just rancid... She' gone, doesn't he know that? And here I am, with his baby. Why won't he look at me? Why won't he talk to me? "I guess God hates me." You rolled your eyes, knowing you were safely out of Satan's line of sight. Obviously God hates you. You're evil. "God found out that the demons were revived and he began to attack again. He didn't kill humans, but aimed to destroy only us. Akira, humans will perish." Most of them did anyway. Not once did I see a human on the way here. You thought to yourself with a tinge of sadness. "You must live with us."
Finally, Akira spoke again. "You want me to be a demon?"
"You are a demon, not a human." Satan's expression never changed. He thought he was winning. He felt like Akira was going to say yes.
"I'm a human!" He screamed back in defiance, "You made my body into a demon, just like you did with YN."
"It is the strongest vessel."
"Our family, our friends and the person that I loved... We lost everyone."
Your heart cracked in half as you realized what he had said. Akira didn't love you. He could never have loved you like he loved Miki. You were important to him, yes, but you were not a human. You were not his human. "All because of demons." Akira still refused to look up. Your name finally left his mouth, but only to make a point.
"Akira. Let's live in the new world together. All three of us and your unborn offspring. I made you merge with the champion, Amon, for that reason. Come, Akira!" Satan had the audacity to smile at him. And it broke Akira.
"YOU'RE FULL OF SHIT!" He screamed as he fully transformed. The scream so powerful that the cliff cracked in half. "You robbed me of my most important thing. I would like to cry for you... but my tears have all dried up."
Your hand flew to your mouth. "Aki... no..." You whispered. The end was laid out in front of you, and you wished you had never spoken to Satan... Lucifer... Hades... The evil being with many names, each as worse as the last. You wished you had never given him your name, your pomegranates or your time. Everything was a mistake. In fact, you came to a realization. God must hate me too. As the words tumbled through your mind, you couldn't help but look up at the scene in front of you, so horrible that you simply couldn't tear your eyes away from it. It was like a murder, or a fatal accident; your mind was far too invested to walk away. But you knew it wouldn't always be like that. You knew that as soon as you physically could, you were going to get up and leave-- with or without Akira and definitely without Satan.
Chapter 67: Episode 10F
Chapter Text
"I do not intend to fight you. Not only would that defeat my own purposes, but intentionally hurt my wife as well." Satan frowned, also knowing what was going to transpire. The only difference was, that he knew the ending as well.
"I'm dying to beat the hell out of you." Akira growled as a swarm of demons, including Jenny, rose up behind you and Satan. "Humans won't lose to demons like you. I swear, I'm going to destroy you all."
Satan stated in a deadly manner, "If you make me your enemy, you'll die."
"Lucifer, no!" You screamed from your spot. "Please! I'm begging you! Don't kill him!"
Your body shook in confusion and anger. You weren't sure how to feel. Perhaps Akira had given up on you, but you couldn't leave him. You didn't want to watch him die. "Do not make me put Persephone through this." Satan reaffirmed.
"Even if that's the case, if I am going to die, I will definitely drag you down to hell with me."
"You will regret this." Satan tried to give him as many chances as he could. He didn't want to kill Akira; he loved him.
"The next time I see you, I'm going to kill you."
Is he leaving? You stared intently at the dark demon. Will he take me with him? Akira looked at you, and jerked his head forward. God... must not hate me. He's telling me to go with him. He still loves me! You shot up and sprinted across the rocky surface, flying past Satan without a second look.
"Is all well?" Jenny asked Satan politely.
"It is." Satan had little emotion in his voice, as usual, but even you could tell that he wasn't pleased. "Who was it that destroyed my apartment? Persephone enjoyed it so much."
"It was Zennon's men." She recounted. "They have already been annihilated. My apologies for not detecting their frustrations."
"No. The fault is mine."
Meanwhile, you were walking quietly behind Akira, as he held Miki Makimura's head in his arms. You knew he wouldn't want to talk, but the very fact that he hadn't even looked at you again was disconcerting. Your heart was already broken, but you couldn't leave him behind. Even if he couldn't love you like he loved Miki, even if you had lived several lifetimes over with another being before him, you knew he was your everything. Perhaps he would be able to move past this; maybe the baby could help him. You held your stomach protectively as you marched on through this world of destruction. Everything was in ruins, and still you saw no humans. Where were they? If Akira was so sure that they would triumph, then why were they no where in sight? You marched on for hours, maybe a day or so, maybe a week. You could no longer tell now that the sun was blotted out by the dust and debris in the sky. All you knew was that you were where you wanted to be: with Akira. And for the next section of time, whatever it was, you enjoyed it.
Chapter 68: Episode 10G
Chapter Text
Eventually your travels landed you in one of the mass graveyards that were everywhere. Akira fell to his knees in front of one of the many crosses and gently laid down Miki's head. As he examined it one last time, he noticed a small clip on earring. For perhaps a memento, he removed it and placed it on his own ear. She looked beautiful, you had to admit. Her head lying peacefully in a ring of flowers. You once again found yourself surrounded by demons. But this time, the mood was different.
"Akira, everyone is here. They're all Devilmen who gathered because of Miki's appeal." One of them spoke.
"I don't intend to quietly watch human being destroyed by demons. I'll destroy the demons with my own hands. I want my child," He looked up at you strongly, "Our child, to grow up in a safe world."
You gave a tiny, hopeful smile. Maybe it would work. "We will fight, too." The Devilmen spoke up.
Maybe if everyone joined together, they could actually defeat Satan. "All Devilmen around the world will join this battle."
Akira stepped forward and grabbed your hands. You were a part of this. You were also a Devilman. "Foolish demons, the Devilmen won't let you have your way!" One cheered out loud.
Akira pulled you close. He had lost Miki. He wouldn't lose you or your baby as well. His lips met yours in reassurance. "I have always loved you. I will always love you. But I may very easily not make it out alive. I want you to stay safe and stay strong and... I forgive you."
"Forgive me?"
"For everything and anything. For standing by and watching this all transpire. For not helping me in this final battle. And eventually, for returning to Satan. I know there is nothing more that you can do."
Tears pricked your eyes. "I believe in you." You stated confidently. "I will always love you."
Meanwhile, Satan was preparing for this final battle as well. "Foolish humans. They have begun to finally annihilate themselves entirely. Just as I had expected. Jenny, have you located Persephone?"
"Not yet. Satan, you have lived with humans and are familiar with their weaknesses. Bravo. Since you were wounded in battle, I feared you would not return." She and Ryo spoke as they rode the Hydra demon.
"I have not given up. We will battle God again for our existence. We are just as worthy as the humans. Especially my dearest Persephone. We must hurry. Eat all the humans before God gets here." The end was nigh, and things were getting scary back on land. Or perhaps that wasn't the correct way to phrase it. Things that were once out of hand were now out of universe. Things had gone from bad to worse to despicable. But at the very least, you had Akira. Bombs were landing all over the Earth. He held you even tighter as the ground shook around you.
"We must go." He rushed you onto the back of a very large, dragon-like Devilman. "Please, tell me about Satan. Tell me all that you know."
Chapter 69: Episode 10H
Chapter Text
"Satan is an angel who challenged God to fight in the past. In fact, he's done it many times over. And we restart each and every time. Never is there a winner. Never does the Earth's species not recover." You explained while you rode with fully transformed Akira. "It is said he came to Earth because he lost his original battle. He is..." You stumbled. It didn't feel right to discredit him entirely. "He is noble, beautiful and benign. He has six sets of soft, white feathers. He has the body parts of a male and female. Satan loves pomegranates, but he forgets the name of many human objects, even that of his favorite food. He isn't the type to get jealous, but he demands what he believes he is owed. He stands up for what he believes in, no matter if it's right or wrong. That is why he will kill you, even though he loves you."
"He lov--" Akira abruptly stopped speaking as the world practically vibrated around you all.
"Jenny is attacking. We have to hurry or she really will kill the last remaining humans." You held Akira tightly. He looked at you sadly. "Yes, Aki?" You looked up at him gently.
"If it's a girl, would you name her Miki? And if it's a boy... I always wanted to name my son after me... I know that's a pretty selfish request."
"Whatever you want, Aki. You'll be here to choose anyway."
You weren't so sure about that, but saying it out loud made you feel a bit better. The dragon took a sudden dive, and Akira held onto you even more tightly. "You're going to be flown to safety after this. Promise me that you'll stay there." He kissed your head.
"I promise." It was the very least you could do.
"RYO!" Akira screamed as the assault began.
"You fool!" It was demon Koda again. "The weak die and the strong survive. That's the way of the world."
"Then you're on the wrong side!" Akira screamed as he ripped Koda in half.
Down further below, Jenny and Satan spoke. "Leave this to me, Satan." She requested.
"You should join the main war. And ensure Persephone's safety." He noted as he looked up at the stars.
"It would be better if you ignored Akira Fudo." Jenny warned.
"Go." He commanded.
"Yes, sir."
Ryo sighed as he spoke to himself now. "Akira. Are you sure you want to fight me? We could all live together. We could be a family. You could see your child grow up." His face however, never wavered.
You watched from the safety of the dragon-like demon as Akira's fist punched first through Satan's barrier and then into his face. You'd be lying if you didn't like it just a little bit. No one had ever hurt Satan. Physically at least. You, on the other hand, had hurt whatever was left of Satan's heart. Crushed it. And now, he didn't care about anything else; he wanted the world to be safe for you. He was going to redeem himself to you and win you back. But first, he had to deal with Akira.
Chapter 70: Episode 10I
Chapter Text
"You can see the stars clearly. It's because all the humans are gone. The rabbit is probably dead. You know, the one you said lived on the moon. You said that you would save them." You followed the sound of Satan's voice. Unsure of what exactly the outcome was, everything had finally quieted down and you were ready to find out. "Akira. There's no rabbit in the sky. I saw it with my own eyes."
Eventually you stumbled onto the scene, seeing both Akira and Satan's heads as they laid on the ground. They must have come to a truce! They must be friends again! Did Lucifer convince him?! What happened!? There's no more humans or devilmen or even that many devils. Why did either of them come get me??
As you walked closer to them, you stopped again while Satan spoke. "Back then, I didn't know what you meant. Love doesn't exist. There's no such thing as love. Therefore, there's no sorrow. That's what I thought. Akira. Why am I the only one talking?" He sat up and you took this as a cue to walk forward. Akira must have just been ignoring him, right? Or sleeping?
Wrong. As you approached the pair, you noticed that something substantial was missing from Akira. His entire lower half. Stumbling backwards and falling to the ground, you promptly vomited. Alerting Satan to your presence. "Akira?" He looked at you and back down at the body, gently caressing the head. "Akira... Persephone... Right now... I'm feeling something. What is this? Tell me. What is this, Akira?" Tears fell from his eyes; something you had never seen before. It was so jarring that you almost forgot the dead body of your lover. Almost.
"Feel what I'm feeling right now." He commanded. And you did. You felt the sorrow and the pain. You felt the longing and the emptiness. But most of all, you felt the anger. "Listen to me. Akira. Look at me. Respond to me. Don't forget that you've been with me till now. Say something." He cradled the body close to him as anger welled up in your chest. "No, Akira... don't leave me alone. Don't leave me. Please, be somewhere. Say something! Akira!"
"How dare you!" You cried. "You killed him, you monster! Of course he's not going to say something! He's dead! He's with God now! You will NEVER get him back! And you know what? You will never get his child either."
Suddenly, you looked up at the stars. Heaven was about to rain down on you. "Lucifer, take me back to the demon realm." You demanded. But he was too busy crying over Akira's lifeless body. The Heavens approached quickly and you knew that if you didn't leave now, you, Satan and the baby would perish. "LUCIFER!"
And then the Heavens hit the Earth.
