Hello all!! This is the author’s note before you get into this fic and it is extremely important that you read this before you read the actual fic. I just have some disclaimers I need to get out of the way before we get into it because uhhh it’s important!
First and most importantly, this is fic that has been adapted from an original story I did over a year ago, before I got into the SKZ fandom. However, the main character of that fic’s face claim was actually Felix, and that was how I got into SKZ. I was looking for a face claim for that original character and found Felix and he was so pretty that I decided to try listening to their music haha It's all coming full circle with this.
All of that to say, this fic has been edited to become a fanfic, however this was initially an original story, which I posted on my other account under a different name. So, if you find that, oops, you found me. I do kind of want to keep my anonymity here, though, so I'm not gonna link it. If you find it, that's me, if you don't, oh well hahaha More importantly, though, although I have edited this fic to be more inline with the members personalities, there are things I am far too lazy to change for their personalities. Things like, Changbin is fujoshi in this and Hyunjin is a himejoshi. Sorry, it’s just too imbedded into the story for me to want to change it.
This fic was also initially set in Tokyo, so there’s a lot of stuff that could be thought of more as likely to be set in Tokyo. I changed the names and some of the food and some descriptions but it’s not perfect. If you’re familiar with Tokyo, you might recognize some of the places as other places in truth but know that I’m doing my best here to make it not be set in Tokyo okay hahaha This story is in Seoul and I tried my hardest.
I also want to make it clear that this fic will not have a ton of Seungmin or Jeongin, but I really love them and wish I could have incorporated them better. The original story was all about the six characters so adding in two more characters was difficult. So, instead, I made them bg characters who barely appear at all. It was really frustrating for me, too. Again, I promise that I really do love them and if I could have, they would have had a much greater impact on the story.
This fic is long as hell, but it’s also complete since I’ve written the entirety of the fic already. That also means that, while I’m editing it, it hasn’t actually been beta read and I just… I don’t wanna deal with how much work it would be to find a beta reader for this fic lol I’ll be updating twice weekly, on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The chapters will be about six thousand words each, give or take.
