Buggy is trying to look big! So heals, nothing to big that would give him some height and would be intimidating (also the point reminds me of a jesters shoes!!)
Most of his outfit is themed after his outfit in the show season one color wise. I wanted to feel imposeing but be lose to not extenuate his thin build. His sholder spikes and cloak makes him look like a mage or litch. It also makes it harder for attackers to reach his neck.
Also you can kinda see it peak out but I put him in a dance body suit! So when everything else gets riped off he still has cloths that are hard to get a grip on.His hair is up to avoid it being grabed, haveing long hair is hard to deal with on the battle feild but also makes him look elegant and put together.
The jewelry on the tail are what im proudest of! If his tail is a bent from not getting proper healing treatment, he wants to avoid it being noticed as a weakness. The jewelry on the spade is to sharpen his shape! He is trying to look scary and a cute heart shaped tail is doing him not favors!
