Summary:

This work is a place for the VocabularyClept poetry I create from Good Omens "Clues." There's a near-infinite way to put words in the collection together, so please feel free to create your own.

The rhythm of this feels very influenced by Hozier's "Take Me to Church." I might have been listening to GO Playlists too much.

Chapter 1: Word Salad 1

Crowley:

I can’t change falling. I’m broken by it

There’s snapshots that I lost, 

memories take fire, finally vanish, 

I wear disguises now

My soiled layers like the sea.

I didn’t last long , angel.

 

I’m stumbling. It’s late 

I don’t belong with you 

Love got my feelings doin’ cartwheels

I let you in when It’s better running

It’s a Catch-22 I’m gettin’ restless

It’s just who I have been

Aziraphale:

Here’s no sighing, my love

It’s rainy rain falling, gorgeous.

The dank earth getting the raindrops 

Look, you, you’re my everything

Let’s make love. every yes a give, a take 

Come now , everything’s happiness

 

Even one no, that’s the call 

get set, I’ll just hold you

we’ll spoon giving listen

Let’s keep waking up together

Birds singing a symphony
