Aleksander is the son of Kol and Davina he was conceived when Kol was in Kaleb's body, but is still a Mikaelson by blood so when he dies he will become an original vampire/witch like Hope and Henrik.
Beatrix and Lucas are Elena and Damon's adopted kids.
They were in a car crash with their bio parents and younger brother, but sadly only Beatrix and Lucas survived.
Elena treated the two kids at the hospital and later adopted them
