“Hey Deku!” Uraraka waves at me,
”Oh hey!” I smile as I stop walking,
”I have something to ask you,” She starts, catching up to me
”Go ahead” I respond, looking at her expectantly,
What could it be?
”Are you going to confess to your crush tomorrow?” She asks, trying to look innocent,
Wait.. WHAT??
”i- uh..?” My face flushes red, “W-what do you mean crush..” I stutter, looking anywhere but at her,
How does she know??
”Oh come on! It’s so obvious.” She states while grinning,
“It really is, Ribbit~” I hear Tsu say as well, I jump back startled and look at them both
”When did you get here??” I ask trying to put my thoughts together
”You should atleast give them chocolates or something, even anonymously.” Uraraka suggests.
”We can help if you want? Kero~” says tsu,
i think about it, genuinely think about it... Kacchan doesn’t like sweets though... hm, Maybe I can make him something...
“Fine.. I’ll give them chocolates,” I decide, giving up.
it’ll be nice to finally get my feelings out there... I’m nervous though, maybe I’ll just leave them anonymously,
”Is there anyway we can help?” Uraraka asks, looking at tsu who nods,
”No I’m okay, I want to do it all myself! It’ll be more special that way.” I say confidently, face still a bit red from this all,
Also so I don’t bother you all... I don’t say that thought though, they have their own stuff to get ready and whatever,
I decide to go to the store,
Hmm.. what could I need? Chocolate, ah- mould’s to shape them..
I look at something, hmm, he doesn’t like to sweet of stuff so he’ll like this.
i grab some pepper stuff to add to the chocolates and little explosion and heart chocolate moulds.
I pay for the stuff at the register and head to the dorms again, Getting ready to make the chocolates so they are ready for tomorrow. I melt some milk chocolate in a bowl as well as some dark chocolate and stir it for a bit. I then add some hot powder in a continuously stir it.
it actually smells pretty good!
i taste a bit, My mouth starts to burn (It wasn’t deathly spicy, He just has a low spice tolerance ❤️)
im sure Kacchan will like this! It’s a nice balance of spice, and sweetness that’s toned down with the dark chocolate. A bit spicy for my taste but I’m sure he’ll love it.
i pour the chocolate into the moulds, will it cool in time for tomorrow? I start to get anxious.
*Boop Boop*
[Deku]: Hey Todoroki? Can you come to my dorm for a minute.. I need a favour 😓
[Todoroki]: Sure, I’ll be there soon
~Sigh~
he can help it cool in time.
I then hear a quiet *Knock Knock*
”Midoriya?” I hear Todoroki timidly ask
”Coming!” I go and let him in,
“What did you need?” He asks,
“Can you help me cool these chocolates please? I need them for tomorrow..” I nervously ask, Looking at him, wearily scratching the back of my neck,
why am I so nervous?
”Sure, are these for Bakugou?” He asks so calmly and matter Of factly that it’s startling
my face flushes red for the second time today
”H-how did you know?” I ask, brain short circuiting, Was it really that obvious?
”The mould shape? Explosions? And hearts, the only explosion murder lord Dynamight or whatever we have is him.” He stated, using his ice to cool the chocolates
”Thanks Todoroki your a life saver..” I sigh, giving up because of how easily people seem to be figuring out that I have a crush.
”we are in the hero coarse? Are we not already life-savers?” He asks innocently.
”Thats not what I mean,..” I say with a frown, laughing to myself,
“I should finish preparing these anyway,” I say, looking at him.
”Okay Goodbye Midoriya” he waves while leaving.
”Bye Todoroki!”
I put the chocolates in a little container and bringing it to the classroom putting it on his desk
there we go :), and he’ll never know who made them.
(Bakugous POV)
”Come on Bakubro!” Exclaimes kirishima,
”Why do you hate valentines so much!” Kaminari pitches in.
”Its just a stupid holiday!” I snap, “Plus a lot of people just buy chocolates and feel the need to give it to someone to confess. It doesn’t need to be a certain day just to confess, if you like someone it doesn’t matter. Hmph.” I glare them all
”I’m sure someone will change your mind~” Mina teases.
”You could get chocolates to give someone?” Sero suggests
”Why would I do that??” I asks, glaring at him
”Come on dude-“ says Kaminari
i get up and storm off, mindlessly wandering at this point
what’s their deal? It’s just a holiday, I end up going for a walk off campus. Hmm
i then walk past a store, Maybe just Looking won’t hurt? I walk inside.
“Hello! Is there anything in particular you’re looking for?” A store worker asks with a smile
”No.” I simply respond, walking to the chocolates. I can find my way myself.
i look at everything, my eyes catch on a small emerald green box with caramel chocolates inside.
it reminds me of the nerd...
i end up getting them and putting them in my pocket,
what was I thinking? This is stupid.
(The next morning)
“Do you think you got anything?” Kaminari nudges me,
“Doubt it.” I retort
“Come on Bakubro! I’m sure someone would give you chocolates.” Kirishima reasons
“I don’t like sweets though,” I say while giving the usual glare.
we walk into the classroom and my eyes instantly fall on my desk,
Chocolates? On my desk?
my brows furrowed, Who would give me chocolates.. I look around the room and see everyone just talking,
I stomp to the chocolates
“OI! WHAT ARE THESE?” I yell, Looking at everyone then the box,
i see Deku turn a bit pink, unless I’m imagining things.. hm,
”Oooo~ you got a Secret Admirer!” Teases mina with a smile,
“Shut it raccoon eyes!” I snap, looking back at the box.
I open the box and look at them,
”Those look pretty good dude,” States Kaminari
I see that there’s some in a heart shape and some in little explosions, I then pick one up and try it.
Oh, hm.. it has..? Spice? I can’t help but smile a bit before covering it up with a glare.
(Dekus POV)
He tried it oh my god-
i think I just saw a smile? Or is my brain tricking me? Ugh!
”Everyone sit down!” Iida Orders “ It’s Class time!”
I sit at my desk. Staring at Bakugou,
”Hey nerd. I need to talk to you after class.” He states.
”O-okay Kacchan..” i respond, unsure of what to say. I didn’t put my name on them, does he know??
-After class-
i follow Bakugou outside
“What do you want Kacchan?” I try to not look like my hearts going a thousand miles a minute
“I know it was you.” He states, looking at the ground.
”E-eh?” My face turns bright red, like a tomato.
”Your the only one that would put that much thought into them.. you made them not to sweet, and a bit spicy even-“
i swear I see a bit of a blush on his face to- what? Is this real?
”I did...” I nervously say, “If you don’t feel the same that’s f-“ I feel something getting shoved in my hands
”Shut up stupid nerd.” He try’s to be mean but now I can clearly see he’s failing,
“What..?” I’m confused till I see the emerald green box of chocolates,
”For… Me?” I ask, pointing to myself,
“Who else? Stupid nerd..” He mumbles,
“Why…” I ask, Unsure what this means,
Does he like me back?
“Maybe this will help you understand.” He says, taking a step closer while maintaining eye contact,
”Wh-“
Before I finish my sentence he puts a hand on my cheek and leans in, giving me a couple seconds to pull away while his face is inches from mine,
I feel my breath hitch as his lips reach mine, After a few seconds I kiss him back.
It doesn’t last long, it was short and simple- When we pull away I undoubtedly see a blush cross his face though he try’s to hide it,
”You like me back..?” I ask, Voice filling with hope,
”Obviously.” He responds trying to act nonchalantly,
I feel a grin spread across my face, “Does that mean you wanna date me..? Will you be my boyfriend?”
He gives me an unimpressed look but I see the smile he’s trying to hide, “Would I of kissed you if I didn’t? Let’s just go back to the dorms before we are out past curfew,” He says.
In response to this I grab his hand and we head back to the dorms,
