They got Leo out of the prison dimension, and hugged each other. After a few moments they turned their attention to first aid. Sadly all of Leo's medical supplies got wrecked during the fight, except a single roll of bandages. They used the roll to slow the bleeding on their worst injuries, but they couldn't really do anything but wait for Casey, April, and dad to get there and help them. Leo's eyes started drooping, and the three put all their attention on keeping their brother awake.
"Think you can tell me about the last time we played Uno, Leo?" Raph would normally dread giving Leo the chance to brag, but right now it gave him relief to hear his brother speak, and recall memories.
"Oh I totally destroyed ya." Leo was almost acting like he was drunk. "I started off with…" Leo went on describing a game of Uno in the worst way possible.
While Leo went on Donnie, Mikey, and Raph had a silent conversation in sign. "Help here soon."
"Thank You Donnie."
"I hear them!" Mikey waited for his brothers to hear the sounds of a car engine. He knew they heard it when they relaxed. They listened to Leo’s rambling, and the approaching sound of engines. Wait engines? Plural?
“We’ve got eyes on the turtles.” A voice caught their attention. “They appear to be heavily injured. One of them is speaking vocally, H3 will initiate first contact.”
“Hey buddies,” An officer in full police gear walked towards them, “you mind coming with us?”
Raph moved Leo into his brother's arms, and tucked them behind him protectively. Mikey’s eyes started to water in his panic, and Donnie used his body to try,and further protect his twin, and younger brother.
“We don’t wanna hurt you guys.” Their voice sounded like one you'd expect to be used on a child, or pet.
“Of course you don’t want to hurt us,” Donnie was tapping away on his wrist band, “you just want to vivisect us ‘for the good of humanity’.”
Raph growled at the human as they approached, and drew his sais. This must’ve made the officers mad, because Raph got struck by a tranquilizer dart. Raph ripped the dart out of his upper arm, and roared, but when he tried to get up to fight his head swam, and he collapsed onto the ground. Raph remained conscious enough to growl threateningly at the officer who kept approaching. Mikey got up next since he didn't have his arms full of brother, but he got darted too, and collapsed almost instantly unconscious.
“Mikey!” Raph called out, and he managed to move just enough to see his brother asleep. “Donnie get out of here!”
Donnie activated his battle shell and used it to protect him from him, and Leo from darts.
“What’s goin on? Why is Raph, n Mikey on the ground?” Leo slurred slightly when he was moved.
“Nothings happening Leo, just keep talking so we know you're awake bud.” It took so much effort for Raph to say anything, but it was worth it when Leo continued rambling about Uno.
Donnie took one last look at his tranqued brothers before making a run for it in hopes of Leo surviving. He almost made it to cover when a dart caught his leg. Donnie knew he didn't have long before he would collapse. He tested to see if he could get farther, but when he got the first signs of the anaesthetic working its way through his system he decided Leo couldn't handle being dropped right now. He as gently as possible placed Leo on the ground, and curled protectively over his twin in a last ditch effort to protect him before the world slipped away from him.
Raph couldn’t do anything when other humans came in, and started approaching his defenceless brothers. “Don’t touch them! They're just kids,” Raph cried when they ignored him, and started moving him, and his brothers onto stretchers. “Please. They're kids, dont hurt them.”
“Sorry big guy, but we need you guys for humanity's future. Thank You for saving us today.” They stuck another tranquilliser dart into Raph, “You can just think of this as saving us again.”
Just before Raph went fully under the effects of the drugs he heard a commotion. Some officers pulled out a human in civilian clothing, and the human was holding a phone. “Found this guy streaming everything to youtube. The stream has over a million viewers right now.”
“Then turn it off you idiot! This is supposed to be on the down low!” One of the officers ripped the phone from the civilians hands, and destroyed it on the ground. “How could we justify this if everybody knew!”
Raph fell into the inky black of sleep.

Raph woke up often. He would float up through the inky black water, and surface into consciousness only to feel pain. He would sometimes open his eyes to bright lights, and instantly regret the action when he felt like a knife had pierced his skull. He would always hear voices that were muffled, as if they were trapped behind the walls of Donnie’s lab. Any attempt to move was met by a scorching white that made him welcome the warm wave of inky black water rushing through his veins, into his head. It always came soon after he woke up. The warmth made the pain fade away, and Raph let it drown him.
Mikey waking up was uncommon, each time he woke up in a panic. He would try to get up, and find his brothers when hands would push him back into firm bed. His eyes refused to focus properly, but he could see the people around him were humans which only made his panic worse. When the cold feeling of anaesthetics entered his system he would fight it with all his might, but he could never win. His last thoughts often sounded like Donnie bragging about the power of science being more powerful than emotions. He relaxed in the presence of one of his brothers.
Donnie was hardly ever drugged. His battle shell, and his other pieces of tech he always carried that also acted as comfort items were taken away and revealed the terrible shape of his leather like shell. He was deemed too injured to vivisect, and placed in a cell where he was to recover until he was strong enough to join Mikey, and Raph in being drugged all the time, and be used in various experiments. He would be drugged with a tranquilizer dart when they wanted to do a medical check of him, and switch bandages, but he was mostly left alone, with a view of Leo in the cell across from him. Leo was in a similar situation to Donnie where he was deemed unsafe to experiment on.
Leo never woke up once he fell asleep in the week they had been captured. Even without ever having drugs sluggishly running through his veins. He never even stirred
