Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

“We need to focus on Ganon and Central Hyrule!”

“Monsters are still gathering at the far reaches of Hyrule! If we leave-“ Zelda was tired of the arguing. If she was an true princess and heir to the throne she would have her powers and be controlling this arguing with a wise plan. Yet here she is unsure of what to do, surrounded by jabbing words.

“My apologizes for interrupting, but theres been another monster attack, and reports of a lone Sheikah boy in the middle of the fighting!”

Zelda jumped up in her seat, ”Ill go help!”

“And we will be with you, my princess” Urbosa smiled with Riju standing behind her almost shaking as she tried to compress her 12 year old excitement.

The battlefield was rougher than usual, strong monsters including silver ones seemed to be the only ones fighting. Yet they carved a path and found a lone boy with the Sheikah eye upon his chest. He fought with such intensity Zelda could feel every clang of metal, every slash of his weapons.

The enemies were defeated and the boy seemed to notice them, with strikingly red eyes, contrasting with the darker red staining his clothes. His blood no doubt. They would have to bandage him up so he would be okay on the return trip.

“I am Sheik of the Sheikah Tribe.” He gave a deep bow, before collapsing on the ground.

Shock gave way into concern and then confusion. He wore clothing of which Zelda had never seen on a Sheikah. It was covered in blood, mostly his mixed monsters, and seemed to be from a material she had never seen.

Who was this lone boy who proclaimed himself to be Sheik?
