Work Text:
Izuku isn’t sure why he’s so nervous. They already did the ceremony. He already said his vows, and he already did the emotional crying, the cheering, the stuffy suit, and the kiss.
But for some reason, it’s gotten hard to breathe. His chest hurts, and the room keeps going topsy turvy, and all he wants to do is lie down in a dark room and not think for a little while. That’s okay, right? The wedding is pretty much over, so no one is going go care if he leaves or not.
And Katsuki doesn’t like parties anyway. He’s just doing this for Izuku’s sake, but Izuku knows deep down he doesn’t want to be here. He probably would’ve been happier if they just signed the papers in private, had their parents witness, and then went home and had a regular, small, homemade meal.
Izuku puts his hand over his chest and presses down, but it doesn’t help. It’s still too tight, too stiff, too heavy, too much.
“Oh god,” he whispers.
“What are you doing over here?”
“Kacchan!” Izuku says, spinning around in surprise like he’s been caught doing something sneaky, and Katsuki raises an eyebrow at him.
He looks so good it’s unreal. His suit is all black with these cool little explosion cufflinks that Eijirou got him because he’s the greatest best man in the world (next to Shouto). Somehow they both got their hair under control for the day, but where Izuku looks like he’s about to give his thesis on worm poop, Katsuki is a super model.
It’s the end of the evening so the little fairy lights are on, casting this amazing amber glow on him from the autumn trees around them. They wanted to get married when the weather was cool but not too cold, and they didn’t want their anniversary to be too close to their birthdays. An autumnal ceremony just made sense.
Izuku is going to think of him every time he has apple cider or cinnamon, and where that thought should be comforting, he finds his breath catching in a bad way.
Oh no.
“You’re missing out on the cake,” he says, and Izuku feels a fresh crack split him down the middle. His eyes fill with tears, and he shakes his head, and Katsuki rushes towards him because he knows. He knows. “What’s wrong?”
He shakes his head again. “Kacchan, I can’t–. I don’t know, I don’t know.”
Katsuki grabs him by his shoulders and frowns. “Tell me.”
“It’s a lot, I don’t know,” he says, his voice breaking. “I’m sorry, I don’t know.”
His frown deepens, but he doesn’t look angry with him at all. “What, you don’t wanna be married?”
“No!” Izuku says. “No, I do, oh god, I’ve been wanting to get married since we were four, I just–. This is a lot. There’s all these people, and they keep smiling at us and taking pictures, and I don’t know, we have to sit at a special table, and everyone’s watching us, and it’s just–. It’s so much.”
“It’s just a party,” he says. “It’s just one night, and when it’s over everyone can fuck off, and me and you can go do what we always do. Alright?”
Izuku nods. He knows he’s right. He knows Katsuki is making a lot of sense and that if he was in his right mind, he would totally agree with him, but Izuku isn’t in his right mind now, and all of this screams you have to go back and start over again, and everyone will know you’re a fraud who can’t be a good groom for your new husband, who is the most amazing guy in the whole world.
Katsuki exhales, scowling harder, and grabs his wrist. “Come on.”
Izuku stumbles along, confused as Katsuki pulls him away from the wedding venue all the way towards the parking lot. “What? Where are we going?”
“Just follow me, alright?”
Izuku nods, even though he can’t see him, because more than anyone in the world, he trusts him, and he knows that Katsuki will always do the right thing.
He unlocks their car with a chirp of his fob, and to Izuku’s surprise, he opens the backseat.
“Get in.”
“Eh?”
“Just do it, nerd,” he says, and Izuku makes a face, but he listens anyway.
He climbs into the back of the car, and Katsuki follows, scooting him to the other side of the seat before he closes them both in, locking the door behind him. He exhales and sits back, letting his head fall back onto the seat.
“Fuck,” he breathes. “These piece of shit shoes are killing me.”
“Why don’t you take them off?” Izuku says.
Katsuki crosses his leg, putting one foot towards him before he gives it a casual wiggle. Izuku rolls his eyes and unties it for him, but when he pulls it off, he tosses it into the floorboard of the front seat. “Hey!”
“Give me the other one,” he says.
“Not if you’re gonna be a little shit about it,” he says, but he gives his other foot to him anyway. Izuku takes his second shoe off for him and leaves it close to be put back on. For balance.
Izuku smiles slightly to himself at the sight of bright, blinding yellow covering his foot. “You’re wearing the All Might socks I got you.”
“Fuck yeah, I am,” he says with another wiggle. “Don’t look in my pockets.”
Izuku’s smile widens. “What’s in your pockets?”
“None of your damn business, that’s what,” he says, and Izuku laughs, happy. “Nosy ass.”
“You wanted me to ask,” he says.
“No, I told you not to,” Katsuki says. Izuku turns his head towards him and rests it on the back of the seat. “We don’t have to do this. We can fuck off right now, and no one could say shit to us.”
“It’s our wedding “ Izuku says.
“Yeah, it is,” he says, and Izuku flushes so hard he almost feels fevered.
He grimaces and slings one of his arms across his eyes. “Oh god, it is. We got married today.”
“Uh huh,” he says. “The whole fucking shebang.”
“Is that too much? I mean, you don’t like sappy stuff, and now we’re married, I’m gonna be your husband, and maybe you didn’t think about that, but I don’t want it to catch you by surprise.”
“It was my idea, you little freak, I know exactly what you are,” he says.
Izuku groans, making a pained expression. “Yeah, but–.”
“But? But what,” he taunts as he moves towards him, closing in the gap between them until Izuku can feel his warmth against his skin. “But what?”
“I don’t know,” he says quietly.
“I don’t know about you, but I’m having a great time. Eijirou and Shouto just snuck off with a bottle of that good champagne and a ziplock bag full of whipped cream.”
Izuku laughs. “Now where did they find that?”
“Beats-fucking-me,” he says. “Freaks.”
Izuku laughs even harder, smiling so hard that his face hurts. Katsuki kisses his jaw.
“Why’re you freaking out on me? I had big plans tonight. I was gonna smack you in the face with that big ass wedding cake and let you chase me into the pool.”
“Oh no, I can’t believe I missed that,” Izuku says dryly, and Katsuki’s mouth widens into his most charming smile, one Izuku can’t take his eyes off of. “I just got overwhelmed, I’m sorry.”
“You wanna fuck off?” Katsuki asks, and Izuku shakes his head. “How about for a little bit?”
He raises an eyebrow at that. “What did you have in mind?”
“You wanna take a guess,” he says quietly, but he kisses him anyway, not making him wait.
It’s an immediate balm on his nerves. Katsuki’s kisses always either soothe him or make his heart pound harder, but tonight it makes all the noise and static in the world disappear.
He kisses him slowly and carefully, making sure not to overwhelm him or miss a cue that Izuku doesn’t want this right now, but when his hand cups his cheek, Izuku completely melts.
“I really wanted to marry you,” Izuku says quietly.
“Me too, nerd,” he says. “Guess what we fuckin’ did today.”
Izuku smiles against his lips. “Yeah, we did, huh.”
“Sure did,” he says, kissing him again, deeper this time so that Izuku takes a deep breath through his nose. It comes out with a sigh.
Katsuki drags his lips over his with a playful, taunting flick of his tongue, and Izuku surges into him, falling for it the way he always does.
“I love you,” he rasps as a hand moves to Izuku’s thigh. “You’re the only good thing in this world, and you’re mine, and I’m keeping you, and I’d marry the shit outta you every day of the week even if a bunch of losers have to take pictures of us.”
Izuku smiles against his lips, flushing like a fool.
“I gotta behave myself,” he says. “If I keep going, I’m gonna get carried away.”
“You can keep going,” Izuku says. “I don’t mind.”
Katsuki tuts a laugh. “Oh, sure. Real noble of you.”
He giggles, despite himself.
“Alright,” he says. “You know you look so good in that suit, I’ve been making getting you out of it my reward for not flipping anyone off today.”
Izuku laughs, throwing his head back in delight, and Katsuki moves to mouth at his throat.
“You think I’m joking? If our moms weren’t here, this would be a totally different party.”
“Oh yeah?”
“Uh huh,” he says before nipping at the flesh. “You know that third floor banister? The one that looks out over the fountain and shit?”
“Yeah,” Izuku breathes.
“Thought you’d look real good pressed against it with that your pants around your ankles.”
Izuku makes a small noise and angles for his mouth for another kiss, and Katsuki rewards him both with a searching tongue and a squeeze of his thigh that reminds him exactly what they did today, without the panic.
“Sucks for anyone stupid enough to look up, but they’d all see those god-fucking-thighs of yours and see why I couldn’t keep my hands off of you.”
If Izuku moans, that’s nobody’s business.
Katsuki moves to mouth along his jaw as his hand slides between his legs. “Should have just made you sit in my lap all night so I could keep my hands on you since you like that so much.”
“Stop,” Izuku says with a smile that Katsuki immediately returns.
“No? You don’t like it?” Katsuki says as he moves his hand up more. Izuku’s legs spread on their own. “Liar. You love it when I touch you. You love coming on my fingers all the fucking time, I know you.”
“I love your hands,” Izuku admits with a flush. “They’re so smooth, and they’re so big, and they feel good when you…”
Katsuki grins against his lips. “When I what?”
“You know,” Izuku says.
“Nuh uh,” he says. “You gotta tell me.”
His blush deepens. “When you touch me. When you jerk me off. When you put them in me. When you– mnnn.”
Izuku moans as Katsuki seals his lips with his, sliding his hand all the way up and rubbing it against him. His brows knit, and his thighs spread more, and Katsuki palms him, knowing exactly how Izuku likes to be touched.
Because he’s the only person who ever has.
“Like that?”
“Yeah,” he gasps.
“Oh, like that then, huh,” he says. “So you don’t want more.”
“Kacchan.”
“Oh no, I get it. You don’t want me to jerk you off right now and mess up your pretty, expensive suit.”
“Your suit cost more than mine did.”
“Did not.”
“Did so,” Izuku says.
“Nah,” he says with a grin.
“Oh,” he says as he reaches for him. “So you won’t mind if I mess yours up then?”
“You wouldn’t dare,” he says.
“Maybe I would,” Izuku says. “Maybe I want to.”
“Do it, coward,” he says, rubbing him more, making Izuku rock against his hand. “You won’t. You’re a good boy, aren’t you? Not gonna mess me up.”
“I will,” Izuku says against his mouth, his breaths heavy. “I’ll make you come in your pants, and there’s nothing you can do about it.”
“Liar,” he says. “Filthy. Rotten. Liar.”
Izuku moans and reaches for him until he finds Katsuki’s cock, hard as if they’ve been teasing each other for hours, and he rubs him through the fabric, teasing him along the length as Katsuki licks into his mouth.
“Fucker,” he breathes before he works away Izuku’s belt, and with a few expert flicks of his wrist, he has it undone and goes for the button of his pants. “Need to touch you.”
“Touch me,” Izuku echoes. “Please, Kacchan, I need it.”
“Fuck yeah, you do,” he says. “You wanna come so bad, you’re shaking.”
“Am not.”
“Are too,” he says. “Look at you, shaking so bad you can’t even get your hand around my cock.”
“Oh, that’s subtle,” Izuku says.
Katsuki grins as he slides a hand down the front of Izuku’s pants, letting Izuku’s dick settle between two of his fingers. “Yeah, it was.”
“Uh huh,” he says, his fight gone with the first stroke. Katsuki works those two fingers over his dick, slowly working him as Izuku grows hard and wet at the same time. “Oh fuck, that feels good.”
“Told you you love it when I jerk you off,” he says. “Pervert.”
“Shut up,” Izuku groans as Katsuki strokes him, his hips tilting to give him better access.
“Return the favor, and I will.”
“Oh, shoot, sorry, he says, scrambling to get Katsuki’s cock out from the confines of his pants. He spreads the pre he finds along him to help with the slide, and he works his fist over Katsuki’s cock, touching him in the way he’s watched Katsuki do to himself a thousand times. “You’re so hard, Kacchan.”
“Fuck yeah, I am,” he says. “Been waiting all day for this.”
“You should’ve told me,” Izuku says. “We could’ve done this sooner.”
“Nah,” he says. “Big fucking day, and I knew what we were heading towards. I’ve got big plans for you, I-zu-ku. Even ordered us some new shit to play with ‘cause fuck if I’m gonna let a toaster be the best present you get tonight.”
Izuku hums against his mouth, encouraged. The two of them fall into a rhythm, touching and stroking each other, and it’s so hard to keep to a murmur. It’s so hard not to cry his name out like he would at home.
“Kacchan, what if someone sees us?”
“They’ll learn not to peek in people’s windows anymore,” he says. “Fuck ‘em, I’m making you come, and I don’t give a fuck who knows it. It’s our wedding, and you’re my husband, and the only reason I’m not sucking you off right now is that it’s too fucking cramped back here, and I ain’t ripping my pants just to get in the fucking floor.”
Izuku laughs, happy. “That’s fair.”
“It’s coming, though,” he says. “I’m gonna spend a few hours tonight with my head between your legs, so don’t make any plans.”
Izuku laughs even harder. “What plans? It’s our wedding night.”
“Yeah,” Katsuki says, sliding his hand down to dip a finger inside him. “It sure is.”
“Oh,” he says quietly, his chest rising both from Katsuki’s palm pressed against his dick and the realization that this is their wedding night. He smiles and moves to Katsuki’s lips, kissing him with so much love and appreciation that he almost explodes. “All night?”
“Uh huh,” he says. “I’m staying up late for you.”
Izuku grins. “Oh lucky me.”
“Damn right, lucky you,” he says with a sudden shift against him that makes Izuku gasp from how good it feels.
“Kacchan, fuck me,” he says. “I’m yours, right? Make me come.”
“Fuck,” he swears. “Fuck, Izuku, I’m dying. I’m gonna take you on the fucking floor. I’m gonna make you scream, and then I’m gonna lick you up and do it again.”
“Yes,” Izuku breathes. “Please, Kacchan, I need it. Please fuck me, I need you.”
“You got me,” he says. “I’m yours for life, and don’t you forget it.”
Izuku moans as his hand works his faster, spurred on by Izuku’s need. Katsuki pants against his lips, getting closer with every stroke, and Izuku’s breaths quickly match, clouding the car windows up with steam.
“I love you,” Izuku gasps. “Oh, fuck, Kacchan, I love you so much. Fuck, I love you, I love you, I– fuck.”
Izuku gasps, and a string of nothing follows as the rush comes for him too quickly. Katsuki groans as he jerks him off, his hand moving swiftly between Izuku’s legs as Izuku pumps him, barely able to keep his rhythm like this but too eager to make Katsuki come to stop.
“God, I wanna feel you come,” he says. “Fuck, come on, ‘zuku, let me– fuck.”
Izuku’s hand jerks wildly until wet heat covers his wrist and fingers. Their mouths go slack with muffled cries as the two of them groan against each other, panting and gasping for air as they both come from the other’s hands.
They collapse against each other, and Izuku kisses Katsuki’s neck as he catches his breath.
“Oh man,” Izuku says.
“Yeah.”
“I needed that,” he says.
“Fuck, me too,” Katsuki says before kissing the side of his head.
Izuku hums pleasantly, and then he pulls away and licks himself clean with a playful glint in his eye, and Katsuki swears beneath his breath with a catlike grin.
“I didn’t ruin your suit,” Izuku says.
“There’s still time,” he says. “So you wanna go back in and get some of that cake, or do you wanna get out of here?”
“What do you wanna do?”
“Whatever you want is good with me,” he says. “Don’t worry about it.”
Izuku smiles warmly, so sated it comes off as lazy and content. “I want some cake.”
“Alright,” he says. “Go get my shoe.”
“Oh, sorry,” he says and hurries to button his pants.
“Yeah, you little shit,” he says. “Tossing my fucking shoes around.”
“It made me feel better.”
“Yeah, alright,” he says. “Whatever.”
Izuku grins and kisses him on his cheek.
Katsuki going to make an amazing husband. He’s already the best at everything else.
Izuku is so happy he could float away.
