Chapter 1: It All Starts Here

Chapter Text

“I’m pregnant.” Izuku practically shouted as he burst out of their bathroom like there was a bomb inside the toilet. Katsuki had been munching on leftovers, as Thursdays were agreed upon leftover lazy days they could sit in front of the tv and eat rather than eating together at the dinner table. The noodles he’d been about to shovel into his mouth fell from his chopsticks as he stared at Izuku. The Omega looked a combination of slightly deranged, disbelieving, astonished, and amazed.

“What?” Katsuki said after a second, the words registering in his brain. He’d just come back from a mission a few days ago, and he was still in recovery mode. Which meant his brain was sluggish and slow.

Izuku presented four pregnancy tests like he was an old wizard presenting a scroll. “I’m fucking pregnant Katsuki.”

Katsuki stared at the positive pregnancy tests, as Izuku stared at him in shock. There was a heavy moment of stunned silence, the tv going on in the background. Then it hit Katsuki all at once like a powerful tsunami, throwing his bowl to the coffee table and letting the chopsticks clatter carelessly to the floor.

“Holy fuck!” Katsuki yelled out, arms flying up so he could grip his hair. Heart pounding in his chest like nothing before.

“I’m pregnant!” Izuku repeated, looking at the tests as if to reconfirm that he wasn’t going crazy. He wasn’t. “I’m pregnant!”

“You’re pregnant!” Katsuki shouted, in shock.

   “I’m pregnant!”

   “We’re having a baby!”

   “We’re having a baby!”

Katsuki leapt up from the couch, almost falling to his face as the blankets tried to keep him captive, running to Izuku right as the Omega leapt into his arms. They were shouting and babbling pure happy gibberish as they jumped up and down. Katsuki took the tests from Izuku’s hands, not caring that his eyes were too blurred with tears to truly see.

“Holy fuck.” Katsuki choked out. His mind is like a hyper beehive of activity. He reached up to grip his head, not caring that he still had the tests in hand and Izuku had peed on them. “Holy fuck Izuku!”

Izuku smiled at him like the sun, like an angel. Katsuki took a shuddering breath, slammed all at once with the weight of this. His whole face quivered as he let out an ugly sob, bowing in on himself.

“Oh Kacchan.” Izuku’s voice is thick with emotion and tears. He got to his knees to hold Katsuki who was letting out gut wrenched sobs of relief and joy so intense it burned.

They’re both thinking about it. Thinking about a much younger version of themselves. A newly presented Alpha Katsuki, wildly territorial and aggressive. How it got worse and worse as his body produced way too much testosterone and pheromones. Getting so volatile he wouldn’t let even Izuku’s mother touch her son, especially after Katsuki claimed him.

Seizing and losing his mind because of the unstoppable amount of Alpha venom the glands in his mouth produced. Suffocating him with vicious, scared aggression.

The trip to the ER he didn’t remember, a diagnosis of Severe Prime Aggression Syndrome. Katsuki had a condition where his Alpha Prime pheromones and instincts tried to mature too early. An Alpha that would later develop into a Prime didn’t typically start getting those pheromone increase levels until they were a young adult when their body could handle it.

However in cases like his, the Prime side of him showed up way too early for his little body. His own pheromones and instincts were suffocating him, making him lose his mind to a state of feral. Katsuki’s body was quite literally destroying itself. It was a condition that was fatal if not treated, and Katsuki’s onslaught had been quick and devastating.

His mother was a Prime, and suffered the same condition, but her signs were slow and obvious enough it was quickly treated. Katsuki’s signs blindsided them.

Half his glands were removed, and he got an emergency vasectomy. When he woke up from the long intensive surgery, everything finally felt quiet and calm. His mother was sobbing, and apologizing over and over.

“I’m so sorry young man.” The doctor said with exhausted, sympathetic eyes. “But the possibility of you ever sireing your own pups in the future, will be infinitesimally low.”

Despite his age, Katsuki had been inconsolable. Blank and numb as he recovered in the hospital. When his parents drove him home he stared at the floor. As he went to his room and laid numbly on his bed. As he could hear his mother crying downstairs blaming herself for not noticing fast enough, even though no one could’ve predicted how quickly Katsuki declined.

Yet she couldn’t get over that she’d been able to have a pup because Prime Aggression Syndrome wasn’t as catastrophically violent in female Alphas as it was in males. While no less severe and terrifying, her chances of having a pup were still hopeful. She felt that she herself had robbed Katsuki of the chance to have pups of his own one day.

He didn’t eat, didn’t drink, didn’t sleep. Just stared at the wall as he dealt with a loss he could barely comprehend. Katsuki knew though, that he’d never have his own kids. It was an idea that he shouldn’t have even thought of for years, at least over a decade. Yet the option was now gone. That door to a future was closed.

Izuku came over, climbing into Katsuki’s bed and holding him. Snuggling close and letting his wonderful smell of mint, green apples, and chamomile soothe him. The little Omega refused to leave his side until Katsuki agreed to eat and take care of himself.

“You know what this means don’t you Zuku?” Katsuki asked after they’d bathed and gotten into pajamas. Snuggling under his All Might blanket.

Izuku hesitated, playing with Katsuki’s fingers. “Mama said…Kacchan might not have kids, because Kacchan got sick.”

“What kind of Alpha can’t have kids Zuku?” His throat tightened. “If…if you think I’m gross, it’s okay if you want to dissolve our bond—”

Izuku slapped him on the cheek.

   “OW!” Katsuki cried out.

“Don’t say that Kacchan!” Izuku growled, cheeks puffed. “I said I love Kacchan, and Kacchan is my Alpha!  Don’t want any other Alpha and I mean it! I don’t need babies to be happy, I need Kacchan!”

Katsuki let himself be comforted by Izuku’s loyalty, and warmed by his love. It was far from the last time they had similar conversations. Over the years, Katsuki learned more about the condition he had, what the surgery he underwent was, the process of recovery, and what it meant for his virility.

Izuku was there when Katsuki started his hormonal and pheromone balance injections that would help tame his feral instincts. Was there when the first few months of taking those shots at the start of every month made him drowsy, then made him irritable towards the end of the month when they started to wear off.

Izuku remained an unshakable stronghold at Katsuki’s side. In turn, he protected his Omega against Quirkests who tried to convince Izuku he had no point in living as a Quirkless person. Encouraged Izuku with each passing interest or hobby he had.

One of which ended up sticking with him into adulthood. Blogging about heroes in more detail than anyone had before. Becoming extremely well known for his amazing analytical mind, Izuku became a rather famous social media star. Especially when he did personal vlogs about his boyfriend and mate Katsuki.

To Katsuki, Izuku was the sun. The absolute undeniable, unmistakable, irreplaceable love of his fucking life. He knew with the same assuredness that the sun would rise in the east everyday, that Izuku would be there at his side no matter what.

Izuku’s beautiful and wonderful nature on the inside of his soul and heart reflected back on the outside as well. Izuku was always an adorably pretty kid, but as they grew up, he matured into a heartbreakingly gorgeous Omega.

When they went to UA, Katsuki made it abundantly clear that Izuku was off limits. He was taken, spoken for. The pretty little Omega in the General Education Course was off the market. In fact, he’d never even been on the market because they were fated mates. Bonded for all eternity and every lifetime in between. Katsuki and Izuku were a packaged, sealed, and done deal.

Because of this, friends who had pushed their way relentlessly into his life and solidified their positions as pack through sheer bullheaded stubbornness, teased Katsuki goodnaturedly about his status as ‘King of the Simps’ for his little precious Omega. It was when they started to tease him about having to juggle hero work and a pregnant Omega once they graduated, that his insecurities started to build up once again. Because that’s what everyone who knew them expected.

They expected the attractive couple Katsuki and Izuku to have plentiful, beautiful pups. Because a young fertile Omega like Izuku, would surely deliver on gorgeous babies. He was naturally motherly to his friends, and little kids the hero course rescued throughout the years as hero interns. It was a no-brainer that Izuku would be the god tier of Mothers. A title Katsuki would never be able to give him.

After a long discussion with Izuku about those insecurities coming back to light, they both agreed to sit down and talk to their friends. So they did, called a little meeting in the common room and had a serious discussion about the genetic condition passed down via his mother, and the progression of how bad it had gotten until it came to the point he needed to have several procedures to keep him from losing his mind to feral madness. Leading to the extremely slim if not impossible chance of him ever being able to sire pups, and that was in addition to the H&P shots he was taking.

They’d been wonderfully understanding, and comforting. Letting Katsuki know they didn’t see him any different or any lesser than before. Telling Katsuki that no matter what, they knew he was the most Alpha of all the Alphas they’d ever met.

For the first time in his life, Katsuki had truly understood what chosen family felt like. Katsuki was losing his mind now, thinking of how overjoyed they would be.

Medical research and treatments had vastly and greatly improved over the years as they grew older. He even got put on a different medication at eighteen that didn’t lower his virility as badly as the previous one did. The specialists informed Katsuki that he could even heal from the vasectomy as his superior secondary gender had room to settle into his matured body. As soon as it was safe for him to take virility treatments and boosters, Katsuki jumped at the chance.

Now at twenty-eight, Katsuki had finally done it.

“Fuck what do we do now?” Katsuki said frantically, mind still going a million miles an hour. “Doctor! We need to schedule an appointment with a doctor!”

“Right!” Izuku agrees, looking just as frazzled. He takes a few deep breaths. “We need to…this is a really amazing moment but let’s…let’s not get our hopes up too much right?”

“Right, right.” Katsuki said, knowing Izuku wasn’t saying this to be cruel but simply to be realistic. After years and years of trying in secret together, this was their first positive pregnancy test. While they could remain reasonably happy, they had to keep in mind all possibilities.

It was hard to not be excited as they scheduled the appointment with their personal physician. The appointment was very soon, and they both agreed to keep this news to themselves until they spoke with the doctor and knew they were in the clear.

Though over the next week Katsuki couldn’t stop himself from spending his free time looking at baby things. Clothes, toys, decorations, baby room layouts. Parenting tips, what to expect with a pregnant Omega. Changes his own Alpha would go through.

When the time for the appointment finally came, they were introduced to an OBGYN named Madii who would be taking care of them throughout the pregnancy. They ran through numerous tests to check on Izuku’s health, and any early signs of complications they could find.

“Everything is looking pretty good so far. We’ll set up frequent check ups.” Madii said after what felt like hours of testing. “If the pup continues in good health till the fourteen week mark, the second trimester, I’d say that we have a lot less to worry about. That’s typically when chances of things going wrong will greatly diminish.”

Madii gave both their personal number and urged them to call at any time if they ever had any questions, worries, or anything came up. More appointments were set up, and Izuku went home with a handful of vitamins and meds to keep him healthy.

Katsuki sat down with Izuku to talk about what his hero career would look like during the pregnancy. Izuku would be perfectly alright to continue his freelance analyst work from home like usual, but Katsuki wanted to be there for his mate given the delicacy of the pregnancy.

They also spoke of the possibility of their pup being Quirkless like Izuku, and Katsuki reassured his Omega over and over that something like that would never bother him. In fact, he’d be happy if their pup chose a less life threatening career. Even if they did choose to be a hero, he would be at their pup’s side every step of the way encouraging them to be whatever they dreamed of.

They also spoke of the possibility of the pup getting Katsuki’s condition, and what steps they would take to take care of it as early as possible. Though both of them agreed that they hoped their pup was an Omega or Beta to just avoid that possibility.

Katsuki talked with his PR team and let them know about the tentative pregnancy, but officially to the public DynaMight was taking a step back to plan and go on a much needed vacation with his mate.

If anything did happen to the pup, they would take the time to recoup from the loss. If everything went right, then Katsuki would be on desk duty until he took his paternity leave so Katsuki could be there for his mate. He made it clear that until their OBGYN gave them the thumbs up that the pregnancy was going well—and they were relatively in the clear to stop worrying about losing the pup—they were keeping it a secret. Something his wonderful PR team was fully on board with.

Izuku in turn, didn’t mention anything to his extremely large fan base. Being such a well loved and famous Quirkless hero blogger outside of his successful analyst work, he didn’t want something so personal blowing up until they were sure everything was going to be okay. He didn’t want to get everyone’s hopes up, and didn’t want the fall out should anything happen.

The next few weeks were filled with incredible anticipation and new experiences. Izuku started getting sick in the mornings, and Katsuki did his best to comfort his husband as he hunched over the toilet puking his guts out. Trying not to let his excitement upset Izuku, because the morning sickness was further proof of the pup growing inside of his mate. But he knew he’d get some well deserved slaps if he celebrated Izuku being sick.

Izuku also began to crave all sorts of crazy things. Katsuki seemed to gain a sixth sense for when his mate was needing something, waking up from dead sleep to see his mate fiddling with his fingers nervously. The Omega tried to get Katsuki to go back to bed, but Katsuki would hear none of it.

Rolling over and slipping on his clothes, demanding to know what Izuku wanted. His own Alpha instincts unable to be soothed until he provided what his pregnant mate wanted.

While Izuku enjoyed spicy food every now and then, it was like his tolerance and need skyrocketed. Their cabinets were now filled to the brim with spicy chips, spicy ramen, spicy pickles, spicy candy, and spicy tteokbokki.

Not to mention cheese. Izuku loved everything spicy with cheese. Jalapeños too. Katsuki would watch as his mate popped open a can of pickled super spicy jalapeños and just dip those suckers into a butt load of cheese and munch away.

Katsuki wasn’t the only one on baby forums, and Izuku went to his mate often about cute and also slightly disturbing baby facts. When Katsuki learned their pup could come out basically covered in hair, he was freaked out for a few days. And when he finally got over it, Izuku told him some baby’s brains were visibly beating under their flimsy little skull, and that freaked him out again.

Both of their carts were filled to the brim with things they liked, and they would compare themes. Katsuki would stand and stare at their guest bedroom, thinking over where all the baby furniture would go and what color paint would look best.

Katsuki was caught on an underwater ocean theme while Izuku was debating on a space theme.

Both of them sat down together after every appointment to remind each other how much they loved each other, and what their plan of action was if they did lose the baby. Reassuring each other that they could either try again, or accept it wasn’t meant to be. As well as talking about the option of adoption. Either way, they made sure to have constant communication.

They were all so incredibly busy with their lives with Katsuki being the Number One hero and Izuku making his content and working on analyst commissions, that it was very easy to keep it from their friends and family. Though as the weeks grew closer to the very important fourteen week mark, with no complications so far, their hearts soared with hope.

Then the day came, and after hours of testing, Madii came back to them with a smile. They told Izuku and Katsuki that they were fairly certain that the parents were in a good enough place to start celebrating, and Katsuki couldn’t remember crying so hard in his life.

Another appointment was scheduled for four weeks to have a sonogram so they could see their pup, and they left burning brighter than the sun itself. When they got home, for the first time in weeks full of excitement and anxiety, they made soft love. Talking about their future as parents.

Both of them called their family to have over for dinner, and to finally tell the great news. Katsuki cooked up an extravagant meal with all his buzzing energy, and got expensive wine for the occasion. Izuku was helping set the table when the doorbell rang to their penthouse.

Katsuki’s and Izuku’s parents arrived together, given that they lived in the same neighborhood. Hugs and greetings were going around when a few minutes later Shiggy and his husband Touya came with their own gift basket for the hosts. Izuku greeted his adopted brother enthusiastically as Touya and Katsuki shared a brotherly fist bump.

The evening was filled with laughter and catching up from their busy lives. Mitsuki and Masaru were working on another fashion line specifically for Betas. While Toshinori told hilarious tales of his students at UA getting into silly shenanigans. Inko spoke of ridiculous ER visits that happened recently, one of which was an Omegan couple getting a little bullet vibrator stuck in the other.

Shiggy spoke of unreasonable parents he encountered at his daycare, and Touya spoke of his most recent firefighter escapades. His cat rescue tally was now up to fifty.

Izuku and Katsuki listened, both vibrating with pure joy. Ready to burst from their skin to share this wonderful news. It was so hard to contain themselves as they went through the pleasantries of discussing what they’d been up to.

After dinner was eaten, they moved over to the living room to continue the night, and Katsuki discreetly set up his phone to record this moment. Izuku came back from their bedroom with six gift bags, handing them out.

“Oh! What’s this for my boy?” Toshinori asked as he smiled and took the gift.

Izuku smiled brightly, looking at Katsuki before looking back at their family. “Just a little something from us to show you how much we love you guys.”

“My sweet baby.” Inko cooed. “We love you two so much.”

Izuku sat down next to Katsuki as the six of them took out the gifts. Mitsuki took out the little teddy bear, cooing over how cute it was. Though Inko was the one that read what the heart the teddy bear was holding said.

“SHUT UP!” She screamed suddenly, standing to her feet. Startling the others. Immediately there were tears pouring down her cheeks. She double checked what the teddy bear said. Then she was jumping up and down screaming.

Mitsuki soon caught on, looking the most shocked Katsuki had ever seen his mother before. “SHUT UP! NO SHUT UP! SHUT UP SHUT UP!”

Izuku nodded, and Katsuki wrapped an arm around his shoulders. Mitsuki and Inko grabbed at each other, screaming their heads off like banshees as they jumped up and down together. Crying and babbling as they squeezed the life out of the teddy bears.

Masaru had a hand over his face as he shoulders shook, crying as he held onto the mug that said: Call Me Grandpa!

Toshinori held his own mug with reverence and tears that said: Super Grandpa!

“We’re gonna be grandparents!” Mitsuki and Inko sobbed happily.

Shiggy stared at the little teddy bear with trembling hands that said: I’m an Uncle!

Touya too was gobsmacked as he held the little onesie designed like a firefighter uniform saying: My uncle is a hero!

Inko then ran over to Izuku, hugging him fiercely as she cried into his hair. Telling him how impossibly happy she was, before moving over to Katsuki and giving him the same treatment. Many hugs and tears were had, as their parents celebrated loudly over the addition to their family.

Mitsuki held Katsuki, sobbing into his shoulder and telling him that she’d lived in fear that passing her condition down to him would keep him from ever having pups. Katsuki held her back just as roughly, saying that it was all alright. That everything was going to be fine.

Shiggy and Izuku held onto each other for a long time as Touya punched Katsuki lightly in the shoulder. His blue eyes misty as he chuckled wetly. “Knew you had it in you, little fucker!”

Given Shiggy and Touya’s decision to not have pups of their own, something they all understood given both of their upbringings before they got adopted to more stable families, the thought of grandbabies had been wishful thinking for so long.

Life was so wonderful. Their family insisted on their baby shopping list being shared with them, and they were already discussing possible baby names. Before they knew it, their family were sending them a hoard of stuffed animals for their pup. Shiggy sent an application for his daycare, and Touya sent a little firefighter truck.

When the time came for the sonogram, Katsuki and Izuku were squeezing each other’s hands so hard as Madii moved the wand over Izuku’s stomach. It was silent as they did their job, and after a moment they chuckled.

“Well I’ll be damned.” They laughed.

“What?!” Katsuki demanded. “What is it?!”

“Those boosters sure as fuck did their job alright.” Madii showed them the screen. “Might as well triple your baby supplies Mama and Papa.”

Izuku gasped as they saw the three blobs on the screen, looking utterly delighted and amazed. “Triplets! Kacchan! Kacchan we’re having triplets!”

   Katsuki stared. “Tr-trip…three…pups.”

Everything went black, and when he woke up later with an ice pack on his head Madii snickered at him as they told him he fainted. After getting over the embarrassment of fainting, he huddled close with Izuku to stare at the print out of their little pups. They both agreed that they wanted the genders to be a surprise for the baby shower, and went home with the pictures to add to their brand new photo album just for their pups. Their brand new future.

“We’re gonna have to move Zuku.” Katsuki said after inspecting their fabulous apartment. His Alpha Prime instincts to provide and protect for his new little pack were working overtime. “There’s no way this’ll be enough for our pups! We need space to grow! We need to look at schools!”

Izuku just giggled at his papa bear mode coming out, and agreed to start looking at homes together. Something that their parents demanded they participate in. Katsuki wouldn’t admit that he was happy they were helping, because Katsuki would’ve been overwhelmed thinking of everything.

After many long discussions, they decided to look at a gorgeous house that was right down the street from Katsuki’s parents house, just a few blocks away from Izuku’s parents, and a neighborhood over from Shiggy and Touya. That way both of their families would always be close by to help with anything and everything.

Katsuki blatantly refused to have their pups go to Aldera, and instead started looking into the prestigious private schools in that area. It would be a little bit of a commute for Katsuki to his agency, but he didn’t mind that at all when it meant his family would be in such a good area to grow.

The house was everything Katsuki and Izuku could’ve ever wanted. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms with a guest restroom, a kitchen with marble counters that Katsuki drooled over, a gigantic living room space, a dining room space, a breakfast nook, two office rooms, a very generous backyard with room for a playground and an impressive patio space, a car port, and a nice front yard.

Within the blink of an eye, they were signing for the house and moving in. While Izuku tried to help with packing, he was confined to the couch as everyone else did the work. Aizawa, and Hizashi were invited over to help, as they were not only trusted to not spill about this secret, but they were also like another pair of parents for Katsuki and Izuku.

Katsuki cried again as Aizawa hugged him, telling him softly how proud he was of him and that he would make a wonderful father. Aizawa had been such a rock for Katsuki in his high school years given that he was an infertile Omega and helped with Katsuki’s dark thoughts given he had many of his own. Katsuki always craved Aizawa’s approval.

Between the eight adults and Izuku being kept company by Eri, they packed up the penthouse in no time, and drove over to their new house.

“So, you excited about parenthood?” Eri asked as they watched the others bringing in boxes and furniture. Izuku was eating an abomination of chamoy watermelon sour belts, pickles, hot Cheetos and cheese.

Izuku beamed. “So excited! Though kind of scared, I’ve seen birthing videos and…ew.”

Eri laughed, eating a watermelon sour belt. “Yeah we had to watch one during health class recently and it’s a hard pass for me. Not to mention some piece of crap Alphas apparently ask the nurses to add an ‘extra’ few stitches on their Omegas after birth.”

   Izuku gasped, affronted. “No way!”

   She nodded. “The audacity right?!”

“Kacchan!” Izuku yelled, getting his Alpha’s attention. “Don’t you even think of asking for extra stitches or I will shove my foot so far up your ass you can kiss your hero days goodbye!”

Katsuki, of course, was beyond confused. “Extra stitches? The fuck does that mean?”

Eri explained what she just told Izuku, and the Alpha turned green. “The fuck?! Some assholes ask for that? That’s disgusting! You should cherish everything your Omega went through!”

Izuku then was a tearful hormonal mess. “You’ll still love me if I’m all loose after triplets?”

“Izuku I’d love you even if you were somehow turned into a worm after birth.”

“Actually triplets are typically a c-section birth.” Inko said, then froze. “WAIT TRIPLETS?!”

Another round of crying and screaming was to be had, and Touya clapped Katsuki’s back with awe and sympathy. “You’re gonna be one busy man.”

“Why do you think we needed a bigger place to live?” Katsuki laughed joyously.

“They were gonna need a bigger boat.” Toshinori laughed at his own Jaws reference.

After most of everything was put away, they all sat down on the couches that Katsuki would soon have replaced to actually fit the space and drank wine. Katsuki withheld, even though Izuku said he didn’t mind if his Alpha drank. Though he was more than happy to have juice with his mate.

The sonogram photos were shared and they promised more so their family could have some as well. Mitsuki swirled her wine. “When are you gonna tell your friends?”

“We’re actually thinking of disguising it as a housewarming party.” Izuku giggled at their mischievousness. “Once we’re settled with new furniture, probably some time next week.”

“You’re all invited of course.” Katsuki added on.

Aizawa looked at the photos and shook his head. “Three more problem children. Japan won’t know what hit it.”

“Pray you retire before we unleash them on you.” Katsuki snickered, and laughed harder at the horrified look on the man’s face.

Hizashi laughed at his husband’s expense. “It’d be so dope to teach the new generation of mini Bakugous yo!”

“More like our tickets to a mental hospital.” Aizawa grumbled, but he was smiling softly so he wasn’t fooling anyone.

“Have you thought of names?” Eri asked, sipping on her small glass of wine Aizawa let her have, given that she was almost nineteen.

Izuku and Katsuki looked at each other. “Well we were thinking about Katsuya or Itsuki when it was just one pup. We’ll probably go with both, but we need to think of one more.”

“Plus we don’t know the genders yet.” Katsuki added. “Itsuki can be either, but I think we’ll hold off until we know after the baby shower.”

Masaru smiled. “Those are wonderful names.”

“Just don’t name one All Might.” Toshinori teased Izuku, knowing his son’s fanboy tendencies.

Izuku blushed as they chuckled at him, then smiled playfully. “Dammit, I guess that one’s out then Kacchan.”

The furniture for their new home came later in the week, and Touya came by to help Katsuki set everything up. Their new king sized nesting bed was set up first so Izuku could be busy rebuilding their nest as the Alphas set up the new living room furniture. Then the patio furniture, and the new tables.

For now they chose one room as a nursery until their pups were old enough to be in their own rooms, and that was something Katsuki and Izuku set up together. Hitting the twenty-three week mark has Izuku starting to really show. His bump got bigger the longer the pregnancy went on.

They finally settled on a space theme, painting the walls a gray blue with yellow stars that would glow in the dark. The two rocking chairs were set up so Izuku could sit and watch Katsuki set up the cradles. A solar system carpet was laid down, and star curtains were set up.

Other little knickknacks of astronauts and planets were set up, and finally the nursery came together. They would often stand at the doorway to admire their work and think about their future.

Their appointments were looking better and better with no abnormal issues showing for the pups. They spoke about Izuku’s c-section and when it would be scheduled in the future.

When everything was finally ready, they sent out the invitations for the ‘housewarming’ party, excited to finally share this new chapter of their life with their friends.

They knew it’d be hard to get everyone together all at once given their hero schedules, but they were overjoyed when a large majority of their friends said they would be able to come.

Their family came over to help with all the food preparation and decorations for the party hours beforehand, and Katsuki was buzzing with happiness. The Alphas were hard at work in the kitchen as the Omegas helped Izuku put up ribbons in the living room. Even though his mother was an Alpha female, Masaru shared some of his experiences after she gave birth to Katsuki and what could be expected while giving parenting tips.

Izuku was wearing a big fluffy sweater to hide his bump to enhance the surprise, and when everything was ready they started making bets on who would be the first to arrive.

Izuku won, when Aoyama and Tenya showed first, and Katsuki knew he should’ve counted for his former class president’s rule of punctuality. Aoyama handed over a cheese board and they greeted each other happily as Tenya and Katsuki caught up on hero talk. Their five year old  little pup Haru fist bumped Katsuki and hugged Izuku’s leg.

It made Katsuki’s heart leap with joy, watching their friend’s well behaved little pup. Watching Aoyama take off his son’s jacket and hang it up. Soon that would be them, and Katsuki couldn’t wait to dress their pups up in adorable outfits.

As they moved further into the house to greet the rest of the family, more cars pulled up. Shouto and Momo came next with their three girls. Ochako and Himiko next with Mina and Eijirou not far behind. Slowly everyone that said they would come started to filter in, and music was played softly as everyone mingled.

Their spacious house was a party as everyone gushed over the new place. Izuku was sitting with Ochako, Aoyama, and Momo in the living room chatting away as everyone was busy catching up. It had been a long while since a lot of them had gotten together in such a big group.

Eri volunteered herself to help wrangle the young kids and Shiggy found himself falling into his care taking daycare role as well, helping her entertain them. Touya was listening to his younger brother as he filled him in on how the family was doing, since the oldest Todoroki was extremely low contact with them.

Katsuki was talking with Camie, reminiscing on their remedial days and study session shenanigans. Inasa said he’d show in a little bit since he did have a shift, but it would be over soon.

Shinsou popped in a little after as his shift just ended and was greeted enthusiastically before he went to go talk to Aizawa.

Eijirou was talking to Mitsuki and Inko, and Himiko was talking to Masaru. It was overall a very lively time as food was dished out and the house was full of chatter. Katsuki was having a wonderful time making sure everyone was eating, drinking and comfortable. Fulfilling his need to provide as everyone had a great time.

Inasa, Ojiro, and Jirou showed around the same time and quickly found themselves sucked into the activities. All the housewarming gifts were piled high on the side of the dining room table that wasn’t occupied by food.

Cards Against Humanity was brought out, and everyone gathered around to enjoy the show. Eri and Shiggy brought the kids out to the backyard to run around and leave the adults to their fun.

They all cheered as they got Aizawa and Toshinori to play as well. Mina read out the card that was laid down. “The best part of being a hero is blank, but the blank is a plus as well.”

The winning card had them all laughing their asses off. “The best part of being a hero is the bitches, but the drugs is a plus as well.”

Hilariously, that had been Toshinori’s card.

It was a while after everyone was full with good food and slightly tipsy that everyone started to calm down and sit together in the living room. Tenya was complimenting their wonderful home, when Hagakure asked them what inspired them to move.

Izuku and Katsuki looked at each other with matching grins, and held each other’s hands. “Actually, Kacchan and I have some really amazing news!”

They all gushed in excitement, leaning in for whatever they had to say. The two of them glanced at their family members who were vibrating with excitement for the announcement.

“Well go on with it!” Himiko squealed, clapping. “What is it?!”

Katsuki puffed out his chest in pride. “Izuku is pregnant with triplets.”

Tenya stood up immediately, clapping enthusiastically fast with tears brimming in his eyes. “Oh joyful day! Congratulations!”

Momo soon joined him, setting her wine glass down so she could clap along and laugh with joy. Shouto raised his hand frantically, like he was about to burst. “We call dibs on godparents!”

Touya laughed. “Shig and I already beat you to it kiddo.”

Shouto was undeterred. “We call second dibs!”

   “I’m cool uncle.” Shinsou said.

“Yo man way to go dudes!” Sero cheered. “Baku-pups on the way!”

Katsuki beamed as he looked to his happy parents, and was about to tell them that they were going to keep the genders a surprise for now, when the sound of a loud slap sounded throughout the room.

They all stared in shock as Mina stood over Izuku, her hand still raised from where she’d slapped Izuku. Then she backhanded him, making his head whip to the side. Katsuki leapt to his feet, shoving Mina back. He was surging with adrenaline, furious and snarling. “WHAT THE FUCK?!”

“Fucking whore! How could you?!” Mina yelled even as she stumbled back.

“Mina what the fuck?!” Eijirou shouted, standing to grab his wife. “What the fuck is the matter with you?”

“Are you kidding me?!” Mina yelled back, outraged. She looked at everyone. “Am I the only one that remembers that Katsuki had a fucking vasectomy?!”

“You must have a fucking death wish.” Katsuki hissed at her, bucking into her space so she’d step back. Shinsou was quick to stand and put a hand on his chest so he wouldn’t attack her.  “Who the fuck do you think you are?”

Mina looked at him like she was pleading with him to see the truth. “Katsuki, you told us yourself that sireing pups was impossible!”

Katsuki was trembling with rage. “I said it was almost impossible!”

“You must’ve lost your goddamn mind little girl.” Mitsuki snarled, looking furious. She too stood to her feet looking ready to leap at Mina. “You come into my son’s home and fucking hit his mate? His pregnant mate?”

“Auntie Mitsuki.” Denki said uncertainty. “You have to admit this is…this is weird.”

“What?!” Sero barked, flabbergasted. “What’s fucking weird about this?! It’s a miracle!”

“A vasectomy is ninety-nine percent effective. One pup would be a miracle maybe.” Mina snapped, then turned to glare at Izuku. “Fucking three? Katsuki that’s just not fucking possible! You know that’s impossible!

Momo looked affronted on Izuku’s behalf. “Are you accusing Izuku of cheating?!”

“This cannot be happening right now.” Inko said angrily. “How dare you? My son would never cheat!”

Ochako shifted uncomfortably. “Three pups? Three healthy pups after all this time? Almost in their thirties? That’s…it’s a little…we’re not wrong to…to wonder.”

“Ocha’s right. I mean…an Alpha’s virility decreases with age and Katsuki having pups wasn’t even that good of a possibility in the first place.” Hagakure agreed.

“It’s not impossible!” Tenya recovered from his own shock, looking horrified at his ex-classmate’s behavior. “This is a moment of celebration! Modern medicine is a wonder of innovation and continuous change! How dare you act this way when you don’t even know what you’re speaking of!”

Momo nodded. “People can heal from vasectomies, it’s not common but it is a real possibility. Katsuki had an emergency vasectomy when he was a child! His body has matured and his Prime as well!”

“Katsuki has a condition that counts on the suppression of his Prime Aggression symptoms! That means he can’t reverse the vasectomy or he risks falling back into a feral state!” Ochako said.

Momo looked like she wanted to strangle her. “He doesn’t have to reverse the vasectomy, it’s completely possible for him to still sire pups with healing, time and modern medicine! I assume he took boosters that are completely safe to increase their chances!”

“Triplets though?” Camie said cautiously, looking Izuku up and down. “When has that ever happened?”

Katsuki looked at them in betrayal, that this moment meant to be wonderful and full of joy was so horrifically crushed. That his friends he’d known almost all his life would turn on his mate like this.

“I think everyone needs to calm down.” Aoyama said softly. “You’ve had too much to drink, I don’t think y’all are thinking about what you’re saying.”

Denki rolled his eyes. “Oh come off it Aoyama! He’s not even defending himself! That’s very telling!”

“Pink bitch just slapped Izuku-kun in his own home!” Himiko screeched angrily. “Of course he’s not saying anything he’s probably in fucking shock!”

“Himiko!” Ochako said in surprise. “Who’s side are you on?!”

“Not yours!” Himiko hissed. “I’m a fucking nurse, so is Mama Inko!”

“Nurses, not specialists.” Ochako bit back, and Himiko stared at her as if questioning her audacity.

“He could be taking advantage of Katsuki’s desire for pups to blindside him!” Hagakure added. “Aren’t you even the least bit concerned about that?”

Hatsume scoffed. “Thank god I wasn’t part of this class cause what the hell? It just seems to me you were all waiting for something to just tear Izuku’s character apart because you were all way too fucking ready for this?! I’ve been friends with Izuku just as long as you all and knew about Katsuki’s condition, and it didn’t even cross my mind that the pups aren’t Katsuki’s.”

“Hatsume is right! That’s really fucking suspicious how you jumped on this! They could be using a sperm donor, did you even think about that before you decided to fucking assault him?!” Jirou yelled at Mina. “What all that acid melted your damn brain so you can’t think first before hitting people?!”

“Ears and Tinker Tits are right, we could’ve been using a fucking sperm donor but you just immediately assumed Izuku is some sort of cheater.” Katsuki snarled. “But news flash! They’re my pups! I got Izuku pregnant, and they’re our fucking pups!”

“How could you be sure? You’re on patrol all the time or at the agency and Izuku works from home!” Camie stressed. Then she looked at Izuku. “Midoriya, you have to understand why we’re concerned. If these aren’t Katsuki’s pups, we’re gonna find out soon enough.”

Her using Izuku’s premarital name only rubbed salt into the wound. Like she was fully expecting the ‘fallout’ of this imaginary betrayal would be their divorce.

Katsuki opened his mouth to snarl at her, but Izuku sobbed. His mate held his cheek, shaking as he cried. “I-I…I thought you were my friends…”

Then he was scrambling to his feet, running up the stairs to their bedroom. Mitsuki followed after him quickly, with Inko hot on her tail. Only for the woman to pause in front of Mina, winding her arm back before punching the pink hero in the face with all her might.

As Mina fell, Inko descended on her with a few messy slaps and punches. All fueled with anger and no real aim, but once Inko was satisfied she slapped Mina across the face. “Shame on you! Shame on you! Shame!”

Then she was rushing up the stairs after her son.

Mina tried to recover, looking frazzled. She stared at her husband in shock. “Are you really gonna let her hit me like that?!”

Eijirou glared at her. “You don’t want to get hit then don’t start throwing hands Mina, you deserved that.”

“How can you not be concerned for Katsuki?!” Mina yelled.

“Because I’m actually Izuku’s friend and I fucking trust him!” Eijirou yelled back. “Katsuki says those are his fucking pups and guess what, I believe him too! Where the hell is all this distrust even coming from!?”

“Open your eyes Eiji! Triplets on a vasectomy isn’t possible! Those aren’t Katsuki’s pups!”

Ojiro looked at Katsuki pityingly. “Are you going to do a paternity test?”

Katsuki felt like he was seeing red. “Why the fuck would I do that when they’re my fucking pups?!”

“Midoriya has guests over at your place all the time for his hero blog doesn’t he? Even when you’re not there, and when you’re on missions.” Ochako said as if that was proof of his possible infidelity.

“It’s Izuku Bakugou, it hasn’t been Midoriya for a long fucking while.” Aizawa growled out. “I cannot believe this is happening right now. This is not the generation of heroes I thought I taught.”

“Mr. Aizawa you understand right?!” Hagakure called out. “You’re infertile! Mic you’d be confused if Aizawa just randomly became pregnant right?!”

Aizawa tensed up, face pinching in anger and Hizashi glared at her. It was one of the rare instances they saw their carefree loud hero look livid. “That just shows me right there you have no damn idea what y’all are preaching about.”

“Infertile doesn’t mean he can’t get pregnant, you stupid bitch!” Shinsou barked. “It means the chances are extremely low!”

“If Izuku is extremely fertile it’s definitely and totally in the area of probability! Especially if Momo is correct in her assumptions that Katsuki was taking measures to increase his virility!” Tenya argued, face growing red with the frustration that those not believing Izuku could be this stupid. Then he looked at Katsuki apologetically. “Please forgive me for speaking so freely on a private and intimate matter.”

Katsuki shook his head. “By all fucking means Ten, fucking preach it since these idiots are too fucking stupid to wrap their heads around the fact that that’s exactly what I fucking did. Yes, I’ve been taking treatments and boosters for years.”

“What the fuck is going on in here?!” Shiggy snapped, opening the back door and coming inside. “What’s with all this yelling? Why can I hear Izuku crying from his room?”

“My wife and her idiot friends seem to be convinced that Izuku-kun was spreading his legs in order to get pregnant.” Himiko hissed, glaring at her wife.

Shiggy’s face darkened. “What?! You come into my littler brother’s home and accuse him of fucking cheating on his mate?”

“When did you even learn Izuku was pregnant?” Ojiro asked.

“When I came back from my mission in Budapest, what the fuck does that even matter?” Katsuki hissed.

“Oh that’s convenient.” Denki scoffed. “He just so happens to get pregnant when you’re on a month-long mission in another country? Yeah right.”

Shouto finally snapped as he glared at Denki. “I know the person who was at the lowest percentile of our class average is not speaking right now. Let alone someone who does not even have children of his own.”

“Are you calling me stupid?” Denki gasped.

   “Fucking obviously, stupid!” Shouto snapped.

“Didn’t Izuku have Shindo, Mirio, and a bunch of other Alphas over when Katsuki was gone on mission?” Denki retorted. “Hell, even you were with him the most when Katsuki was gone!”

“Because I’m Izuku’s friend!” Shouto shouted. “And really? Mirio?”

“Now you’re accusing my husband of sleeping with Izuku?!” Momo sneered at Denki. “Izuku can have whatever guests he wants in his own home!”

“This is Katsuki’s home.” Camie snapped. “Could Izuku even afford this place at all? Actually, what does Izuku contribute to your finances? Besides being a Quirkless blogger.”

“What the fuck are you even saying?!” Aoyama snapped, the Quirkless Omega looking furious. “What does that have to do with anything? Are you saying Quirkless people can’t provide for themselves?!”

“I’m just saying that if Izuku got it into his head that he was able to pull Katsuki then he could’ve been thinking that he could pull anyone! That’s typically how people like that think and why they cheat!”

Sero looked disgusted. “Wait are you making this about Izuku being fucking Quirkless now? What the actual fuck is wrong with you? I got tape coming out of my damn elbows, I’m no more special just because I got a lousy quirk!”

“I mean, is Izuku expecting Katsuki to pay for all this?” Camie continued. “Just expecting Katsuki to set aside his position as Number One to raise three pups that might not even be his own? He’s not even willing to do a paternity test!”

“Because Izuku doesn’t need to do a paternity test just because you fucking asked to!”

Everyone started yelling over each other. Some called for Aizawa to weigh in, and others asked for Toshinori’s opinion. Those who believed Izuku were screaming over those accusing him of being a cheater.

“That’s none of your fucking business Mina!” Eijirou yelled at his wife.

“It is when that cheater is pawning off some bastard’s pups on our friend!” She yelled back.

“Shouto you should be on Katsuki’s side, after everything that happened in your family!” Ochako told Shouto.

He looked thunderous. “Don’t you bring my family into this to defend your horrible accusations! How dare you compare Izuku to what my father did!”

“Way too fucking far floaty bitch.” Touya hissed. “Aren’t you one of Izuku’s best fucking friends?!”

“A vasectomy doesn’t just go away!” Camie argued with Aoyama.

“Oh and you’re a medical professional now?” Aoyama snapped.

“This could be solved with a paternity test.” Inasa said. “If he has nothing to hide it shouldn’t be an issue!”

“Just get a paternity test to cover your back!” Denki urged Katsuki. “He should understand why we’re all so skeptical!”

“Don’t lump me in with you!” Jirou yelled.

“THAT IS ENOUGH!” Toshinori boomed, silencing everyone. Finally getting over his shock, he looked angrier than they’d seen him in a long time. “I cannot believe this…this…this audacity you all have. To think I left the hero society of Japan in your hands is horrifying!”

Aizawa too, looked revolted. “I cannot even to begin to describe how utterly disappointed I am in the lot of you. I thought I taught you better than this.”

   “Mr. Aizawa!” Ochako argued.

“No!” He snarled. “You ignorant bafoons have worn out your welcome. You’ll be lucky if Katsuki doesn’t press charges against you, Ashido and I will personally be a give a witness statement against you.”

   “Same goes here.” Hizashi growled.

“Get the fuck out of my son’s house before I call the cops.” Masaru hissed in a rare display of fury.

Those trying to convince Katsuki to see ‘reason’ turned to him like he was going to defend them, and that disgusted him even more. “You heard my dad, you have ten seconds.”

Mina scoffed. “Fine, but don’t come crying to us when you learn the truth! We’re just trying to protect you!”

“Mina that’s e-fucking-nough!” Eijirou snarled. “Fucking go.”

She looked at him like she betrayed her, but then snarled. “Come on Denki, let’s fucking leave.”

Denki stood with her, casting a pitying look at Katsuki. The others started to trickle out, those who believed Izuku staying behind. When Ochako reached out for Himiko, the blonde shook her head with an angry expression. “I don’t even think I can stand to be alone with you right now.”

Soon only Shouto, Momo, Iida, Aoyama, Jirou, Shinsou, Himiko and Hatsume were left. While Mina, Ochako, Denki, Camie, Ojiro, Inasa and Hagakure were gone.

“I can’t believe them.” Momo said breathlessly.

“What the fuck just happened?” Eijirou asked, looking at a loss for what to do now.

“I thought you all were close.” Hatsume said, looking just as lost. Katsuki couldn’t blame her, she was more Izuku’s friend than his. She hadn’t been very close to Katsuki’s class. “What the fuck was that?”

Masaru put a hand on Katsuki’s shoulder, and he flinched. He hadn’t realized he was still frozen in shock. He looked at his father. “Izuku needs you. We’ll clean up down here.”

Katsuki nodded wordlessly, sluggishly making his way to the stairs and going to his mate. He could hear Izuku sobbing in their nest. Mitsuki and Inko were doing their best to comfort him. When he opened the door, he was hit with the heavy scent of betrayal, humiliation, and grief.

The two women made way for him as he cuddled against the bundle of blankets covering Izuku. Holding him close.

“I d-didn’t!” Izuku gasped for breath in between sobs. “I didn’t Kacchan! I wo-would never!”

Katsuki felt the tears of his own finally start to fall. “I know Zuku, I know. I never doubted you even for a single fucking moment, I promise. It never even ever crossed my fucking mind.”

Izuku wailed, trembling hard. “Why? Why would t-they…why would they say that?!”

Katsuki held him tighter. “Fuck them baby, fuck them to fucking hell. I promise sweetheart, we’ll never fucking talk to them again. We don’t need those fucking bastards in our lives.”

He was angry, numb, and stunned. Something that was supposed to be a fabulous night was in utter shambles. He didn’t even recognize the people he’d called friends. Even Ochako, who he thought was one of Izuku’s best friends, had accused him of cheating.

Mina, who Katsuki thought was one of the most accepting and kind people besides Izuku. Had struck Izuku, and started the accusation fest. Denki who Izuku helped study and learn to control his quirk better. Hell even Camie who he thought didn’t have an evil bone in her body.

How could they do this to them? To Izuku? Who would never hurt a single soul. Even the most heinous of villains.

“We’ll help them clean up downstairs sweethearts.” Mitsuki said, running her hand through Katsuki’s hair. “Just stay here and calm, okay pup?”

Katsuki nodded, it’d been nearly a lifetime since Mitsuki called him her pup but he needed it at that moment. Inko leaned down and whispered something to Izuku, kissing his forehead.

They both left, closing the door behind them. Izuku took a while to stop crying, but when he did, his body still shook with his hiccups.

   “Who…” he whispered hoarsely.

Katsuki knew what he was asking. “Shouto, Tenya, Momo, Eijirou, Shinsou, Himiko, Aoyama, Jirou and Hatsume.”

   Izuku hummed. “They believe me?”

“Hell I’m sure if you say the word they’ll beat the other’s asses.”

“I can’t believe Mina did that.” Izuku whispered again.

Katsuki snarled. “I see her again and I’m gonna fucking rip her apart with my teeth.”

Izuku shook his head. “I just…I don’t want to see them again.”

“Whatever you want, baby. They’re gone.” Katsuki promised. “Now and forever.”

It felt like a long while of silence until Izuku sighed. “Maybe I should just take the paternity test.”

“What fucking for? You don’t owe those fucking assholes anything at all Zuku.” Katsuki hissed. “Hatsume was right, they were way too fucking ready to jump you like this. I don’t know what the fuck they’re on, but I’ll never forgive them for this and neither should you.”

“I just don’t understand.” Izuku whimpered.

“I don’t either.” Katsuki whispered. “I’m sorry baby.”

“What if everyone else thinks the same? What if they spin the story that I cheated on you when we come out about the pregnancy?” Izuku said frantically. “Kacchan, I don’t want to have people looking at our pups like…like…like they’re sinful. Like I’m an adulterer!”

Katsuki felt a rumbling growl building in his chest. Just an hour or so ago they were nothing but sunshine and flowers thinking about their future with their pups they’d wanted forever. Now that happiness was tainted, filled with anxiety and dread. Yes he could understand if his friends had been a little confused about the pregnancy, but to immediately jump Izuku like that? To automatically assume Izuku had spread his legs for someone outside of their marriage and was actively trying to lie to Katsuki?

What had Izuku ever done to make them so adamant on their assumptions? On their horrifically wrong thought process?

They should’ve asked at the very least, in private if they were confused. Jirou was completely right, the immediate thought process should’ve been that they could’ve used a donor. But it wasn’t, some-fucking-how that wasn’t their thought process.

There was a knock on the door, and Katsuki lifted his head as Eijirou came in hesitantly. “Hey, sorry dudes. We cleaned up downstairs. All the gifts from those assholes are out in the garage, we didn’t know if you wanted us to toss them out, but they’re there for whatever you decide.”

“Thank you Ei.” Katsuki said, too emotionally and mentally exhausted to put up a front with his best friend. He cleared his throat. “What…what about you? What are you gonna do?”

Eijirou looked down, rubbing the back of his head. “I don’t know man. I love Mina, but that was so out of fucking line I just don’t know. I know we’ve been trying for our own pup, and maybe that’s why she skeeved out like that but…that was unforgivable. I’m so fucking sorry Izu, she shouldn’t have hit you that’s awful.”

Izuku sniffled, sitting up to look at their friend. He looked miserable and beat down. It made Katsuki want to throttle Mina until her puffy pink hair fell out. “You didn’t know she’d do that Ei. I just…do you…”

Eijirou took a moment to realize what Izuku was asking, and his expression turned serious. “No! No, not at all Izuku! I didn’t even think about it, and even if I was a little surprised cause of Kat’s condition I would’ve assumed it was a sperm donor like Jirou said. Even then, it wouldn’t have been my damn business, but I believe you one hundred percent little bro.”

Izuku gave a wobbly smile, eyes gleaming with tears again. “Thank you.”

“I’m sorry tonight ended up so…bad. But for what it’s worth I’m so happy for you two. I know how much you’ve wanted pups, and I know you two will be the best damn parents ever!” Eijirou said with a fist pump. “Uncle Eiji will be here to protect them too, you can count on that!”

Katsuki blinked back the stinging in his eyes. “They’d be some stupid fuckers to mess with Red Riot.”

   He nodded happily. “For sure!”

“You can stay in one of the guest rooms, if you don’t want to go home yet.” Izuku offered. “But if you do wanna go, that’s fine too.”

Eiji nodded, deflating a little. “Yeah, I think I’ll take you up on that. I’ll have to talk to her eventually, but I don’t think I can do that tonight.”

Momo then popped up behind him. “Hey you two, are you…are you doing alright?”

Izuku chuckled. “Not really, but…we’ll be fine.”

She sighed, crossing her arms under her breast and cocking her hip against the door. “What a fiasco, I cannot believe them. Just know that me and Shouto are always here for whatever you two need and we’re behind you one hundred percent.”

Izuku smiled more sincerely. “Where is Sho?”

“He had to calm down, his quirk was going off with how upset he was.” Momo sighed, shaking her head. “He’s so upset that Uraraka compared you to Endeavor, he’s fuming. He’s mumbling about suing for defamation and assault, he’s pretty adamant on getting a restraining order on your behalf.”

“Fucking halfie.” Katsuki grumbled, though there was no bite. He appreciated Shouto’s instinct to prevent Mina from ever getting to Izuku again. He was the true best friend to Izuku, not Uraraka.

“We’re all happy to give witness reports.” Momo said seriously. “Ashido struck a pregnant Omega, and that’s worth at least getting her license suspended for a while. Maybe even endangerment to a pregnant Omega.”

She looked at Eijiro to see if he would protest, but the Alpha held up his hands. “Hey, she can deal with the consequences. If Izuku dropped she’d be facing something more serious like manslaughter. I’m not a man that would stand behind someone who acts like that.”

Mitsuki then appeared behind them. “How are they doing?”

“Alright we might as well move this downstairs before the party continues up here in our damn den.” Katsuki said as he got up. Looking back at Izuku. “You can stay here if you want, I think we’re just gonna talk about what happened.”

Izuku shook his head. “I’ll come, I’ll just end up spiraling up here by myself.”

They went back downstairs, and the party was completely cleaned up. Food packed away in the fridge and decorations taken down. Izuku looked at everyone as they sat on the couches talking quietly.

Tenya had his arm around Inko as he spoke to her softly, and Aoyama was on her other side. Toshinori, Aizawa, and Hizashi were near the kitchen talking to each other with serious expressions. Himiko and Jirou were cuddling on the far end of the couch, Himiko looking far into the distance and closed off.

“Izuku sweetheart.” Inko said when she saw that he was there. Her lips wobbled. “Honey, what do you need right now?”

Izuku stared for a moment. “Honestly I don’t know, I just…I’m in shock.”

Shouto came back inside and when he saw Izuku he beelined for him. “I called my lawyers and they said that they’d be ready to press charges as soon as you say the word. A restraining order is already drafted up and waiting for your approval.”

Momo laid a hand on Shouto’s shoulder. “Dear, give Izuku some time to think okay? I know how you feel about assault in a pack, but Izuku needs to process this.”

Shouto nodded shakily, hands trembling. “Sorry Izuku, I just…I was getting ahead of myself. When she struck you…and you’re pregnant. I just…I thought of my mom…”

Izuku reached out to hold his hands. “I know, Sho. I know you have my back, and I’ll…I’ll think about it. Thank you, that saves me from having to rehash it myself if I do go through with pressing charges.”

“Well I wanna speak with them.” Katsuki said with a growl. “Izuku may not go through with that stuff but I fucking will. I don’t want any of those fuckers who just stood by after Mina hit him anywhere near my mate or pups, ever.”

Shouto nodded and moved so he could exchange the numbers with Katsuki. Meanwhile Izuku went to Himiko. “You can stay here too if you don’t want to go home. Eiji is staying behind.”

Himiko gave a weak smile. “Thank you Izuku-kun. I…I can’t believe Ochako would act like that. I mean, she admitted once to being jealous of you but…I thought it was harmless.”

Izuku was stunned, that was the first he’d ever heard of that before. “Jealous of me?”

Himiko nodded. “How things seemed to just work out for you, and how well received you were by the media. She said it felt like she had to work twice as hard. I just thought…it’s normal sometimes to be a little envious of your friend’s successes but she never seemed so bitter about it, and she never brought it up again. But now I think there’s more to it that she never told me.”

Izuku didn’t know what to say to that. He had no idea that Ochako even thought like that. That it bothered her enough to speak of it. Had she been simply waiting for something to tarnish his ‘perfect’ life?

“I’m sorry, that’s a lot to dump on you on top of everything that happened.” Himiko whispered. “But I’m on your side Izuku, no matter what happens after all this.”

Izuku was left wondering what would happen after everything. What would happen with half of Katsuki’s colleagues convinced Izuku was a liar. How his husband would navigate losing half of their friends and having to work with them in the future. What the media would think when the obvious drift was noticed between the hero class that had once been so close.

“Hey.” Katsuki said, pulling him out of his spiraling thoughts. He looked soft, sincere, and comforting. “This is a big ‘for tomorrow’ problem okay? Let’s just calm down, and get some rest for now. We’ll figure out how to tackle this shit in the morning.”

Izuku nodded, letting his wonderful husband take charge after the chaotic night. “Right, okay.”

With the finality of the night, Eijirou and Himiko were set up in the guest rooms. Their parents along with Shiggy and Touya left with promises to come back in the morning so they could all talk the situation over together.

As they were laying down in their room, Katsuki put on one of their favorite movies after their shower. They started talking about baby names again, and what they thought the genders of their children were. While Izuku worried in the back of his mind whether or not he’d be able to sleep after everything, he soon found himself drifting off in the warm comfort of Katsuki’s arms.

~ ~ ~ ~

Izuku woke to the smell of delicious food being cooked, trying to cling onto the heaviness of sleep escaping him slowly. Snuffling deeper into Katsuki’s arms and seeking out his Alpha’s delightful sweet and spicy scent. Though after getting comfortable again, his mind wondered who was cooking in the kitchen if Katsuki was in bed with him.

Then, like an icy cold tidal wave, the memories of the night prior came washing over him with a pang of dread and sadness. That had really happened, and they were going to talk about it today.

Katsuki ran a hand through his hair gently. “It’s gonna be okay nerd, we’re gonna figure it out. We’re the Wonder Duo after all.”

Izuku gave a soft giggle at the use of the nickname they used to call themselves when playing heroes as children and everyone adapted to refer to them. “I guess I have no choice but to believe you Kacchan.”

“Damn straight. Now let’s go down and eat.”

Mitsuki and Inko were in the kitchen cooking while everyone else was in the living room watching the news. Shiggy glanced up first to see them, giving a small smile. “Mornin’.”

“Bout time y’all got up.” Touya teased. “I was so close to going in there and dosing you two with ice water.”

“You’d be so close to dead then.” Katsuki retorted back, then his expression turned serious. “Anything on the news?”

Toshinori shook his head. “Nope, nothing. Just normal weather reports, and typical hero stuff.”

“Nothing on social media yet either.” Masaru added in, showing his phone screen on the trending page of twitter.

So they hadn’t immediately spoken up about their suspicions of Izuku’s infidelity, that was good. He knew many of them had work that day too. Eijirou sighed. “Mina hasn’t texted or called so I’m guessing I’m getting the silent treatment right now.”

Himiko hummed. “Ochako tried to call a few times, and sent a few texts saying she wanted to talk but nothing about speaking out to reporters or anything.”

“I’m sorry you two got dragged into the middle of this.” Izuku said regretfully.

Both of them shook their heads.

“It was supposed to be a moment of joy, and Mina chose to ruin that. It was her decision, and no one else’s.” Eijiro said seriously. “Her opinions about this would’ve come out eventually and honestly I prefer that it happened immediately and not boiling over to a public outburst. What if she made a snide comment to a reporter somewhere down the road? It wouldn’t have given you any time to prepare for any sort of backlash.”

Himiko nodded in agreement. “I don’t know if Ochako would’ve said something, but I don’t like the idea of her harboring these doubts while pretending to be your friend. It would’ve been terribly unfair to you. Not to mention, if everyone else spoke out about their stupid suspicions, she might’ve felt emboldened to join in their statements like she was last night.”

Katsuki hummed in thought. “You both make good points, it would’ve been harder to come back from. I need to talk to my PR agent, but I think we should make a statement about the pregnancy before any of them decide it’s their public duty or what the fuck ever to say something.”

He looked at Izuku, to gauge what the Omega thought. While they had already been planning about announcing the pregnancy to the world given that Izuku made it to the second trimester, the thought they were now forced to do so for the sake of not having a media outbreak about the parentage of Izuku’s children was heartbreaking.

“Kacchan’s right, it’d be best if the news came from us first.” Izuku said with a heavy sigh. “If they spoke about it before we did, it would seem like we were purposefully hiding it for marital trouble reasons other than waiting to see if the baby would make it.”

“I think it might be wise to also speak on your condition, Katsuki.” Masaru said softly. “If you’re comfortable doing so. Angle it in a way that shows the meaningfulness of this pregnancy, the delicacy of it, and also acknowledging that this was also a very tentative possibility for the two of you.”

Eijiro nodded. “Everyone will love the idea of miracle babies, and getting ahead of the naysayers will put them in your favor. They could become protective of the idea that this is something special for the two of you.”

“Everyone come eat!” Inko called out, and they all shuffled to the table as the two moms laid out the food. Mitsuki ruffled Katsuki’s hair affectionately, and gave Izuki a kiss on the temple.

“I’m thinking of knitting a few baby blankets for the pups.” Inko said as they all dug into the delicious food. “I remember how attached Izuku was to his blanky when he was a little baby.”

They had light hearted conversation about the pups on the way, joking about them possibly getting Katsuki’s pension for curse words.

“Their first words are gonna be die, fuck, and shit all in that order.” Touya snorted.

Izuku turned to glare at Katsuki. “Kacchan if our pups first words are curse words you’ll be sleeping on the couch until they graduate college.”

Eijirou laughed, smacking Katsuki on the back as the blond grumbled. “I’ll fu-freaking cut back on the language. Want their first word to be Mama.”

“Awwww.” They all cooed as his face turned red at the tender hearted words.

As they were cleaning up, Katsuki pulled Izuku aside so they could talk to his PR agent. Sitting on the patio furniture outside, the phone only rang three times before it was picked up.

“What did you do?” Saki asked immediately in loo of a greeting.

“Jeez I didn’t do shi-shiz, what do you take me for?” Katsuki hissed.

“You never call me first,” she said back, she’d never been afraid of Katsuki and was very boldly honest. It was what made her the best PR agent Katsuki ever had. She was kind hearted in her own ways, and genuinely liked Katsuki as a person. She was also extremely fond of Izuku. The perfect combination. “So I can only assume you punched somebody, someone is gonna get punched, or you got punched.”

Izuku giggled as Katsuki rolled his eyes. “Well someone is gonna get fu-freaking punched after everything that happened yesterday, but that’s why we need to talk.”

   “Hello Saki.” Izuku chirped.

“Good morning Izu-kun, it’s good to hear your voice.” Her tone softened when addressing him. “Seeing that both of you are looking to speak with me on this glorious uneventful Saturday morning I can only assume it’s serious. Tell me what happened.”

“We had the pregnancy announcement last night with our pack.” Katsuki said.

She hummed. “Congratulations, I’m sure they were overjoyed.”

“You’d fucking think so wouldn’t you?” Katsuki growled.

She was silent for a moment. “Don’t tell me...”

They explained all the events that went down. Mina assaulting Izuku, the screaming argument that took place, their friends choosing sides, Inko attacking Mina, and the split couples. Katsuki was growling while recounting everything that happened, his scent giving off to how fresh the anger was at the betrayal.

Saki hissed. “What a bunch of ignorant morons. Izuku, Katsuki I’m so sorry the night didn’t go as planned, you two didn’t deserve that. It was supposed to be a celebratory moment for you two. Are you doing okay Izuku? How are the pups?”

Izuku hummed. “Fine, I cried but I don’t think I was in danger of a drop. Just extremely hurt feelings. I’ll call Madii later to see if they can do a house visit just to make sure the stress didn’t do anything damaging.”

“Good, if there are complications because of this then we can tack that on to a list of charges against them.” Saki said viciously. “Really, even if Izuku had been unfaithful, striking a pregnant Omega is nowhere near appropriate to do.”

Katsuki huffed. “Icy Hot was so mad he called his lawyers. I’m already talking with them to work out the restraining order, I don’t want her anywhere near Izuku after that. Even if she gets the balls to apologize I’m not fu-freaking forgiving her ever.”

“As is your right, if you could give me their contact information I’ll speak with them as well. I always knew that Pinky let her emotions rule her actions, but I never thought she’d stoop so low.” Saki sighed. “What a fiasco. To so boldly and stupidly overlook your medical treatments is asinine. It seems to me that they were waiting for an opportunity to strike. This doesn’t bode well for their internal thoughts of Izuku even before this. It was too sudden, too assured.”

“That’s what Mei was saying.” Izuku replied. “Himiko told me that Uraraka had spoken of being jealous of me once, and I had no idea. She thought it was harmless jealousy, but I don’t know now. Maybe she always secretly didn’t like me that much.”

“Maybe.” Saki agreed sympathetically. “Well I’m assuming you want to get ahead of any statements they may think of giving. I know we were already planning on announcing the pregnancy once your physician gave the okay. It’s best if we do it sooner rather than later.”

Katsuki nodded, even though she couldn’t see him. “I’m going to talk about my condition too, as well as the treatments. I think being honest about it upfront will take away any real substantial ‘evidence’ they think they have against Izuku.”

“That’s a good idea, as long as you’re comfortable.” Saki said. “I think outside of the pregnancy aspect it’ll gain favor in those who also suffer from disabilities or similar conditions. It could boost your public favor.”

“Eiji said the idea of miracle babies could make our fans protective of us.” Izuku added.

“I think it definitely would, both of you are rather adored in your own media spheres. I also think it might be more personal for you two to announce this as a home video rather than a conference meeting. It’ll make you two more…human I would say. Approachable and relatable.”

“Sounds perfect, we’ll make one today and I’ll send it over to you.” Katsuki said.

“No need, the more raw and authentic the better. Just don’t say anything ridiculous, and keep the events of last night to yourself for now. That way if they do decide to speak of it, it’ll be more of an unforeseen attack rather than direct retaliation. In that case, we’ll have more to build against them in terms of defamation in the long run. Keeping the argument private will be more mature on your end. People eat up ‘keeping the peace’ mentality. Just let me know when you post.”

Izuku thought about it. “Should we do it on my blog? Then Kacchan just reposts it on his social media?”

“If you would like. I don’t see anything wrong with that.” Saki said. “I’ll reach out to some of our partners to let them know of the announcement so they can show support and boost the viewings. How are Red Riot and Himiko planning on addressing the situation?”

“Honestly we don’t know yet.” Katsuki admitted. “They stayed with us overnight, and if they want we’ll offer for them to stay longer. Mina hasn’t reached out to Eijirou at all, and Uraraka seemed adamant on speaking with Himiko.”

Saki sighed. “Well that can cause problems on its own, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it. For now I would encourage them to keep the fight private as well, if they’re willing.”

“We’ll talk to them about it.”

“Should we get a paternity test done?” Izuku asked. “They were demanding it last night, and it’ll prove that my pups are really Kacchan’s. I have nothing to hide, I promise.”

“I know you don’t Izu-kun, anyone with a functioning brain should know that too.” Saki said softly. “I think we keep that trump card to the side for now. If the situation does get out of hand, it’ll speak badly for them when it seems you were forced to reveal private medical information. The truth will come back on them tenfold after, and if it does get to that I’m sure they’ll have dug sufficient graves for their careers at that point in time. If this ends up a back and forth situation, it’s best if you maintain your ground rather than having the public be indecisive in who they believe.”

They spoke a little more, before Saki wished them luck with the video and ended the call. Katsuki and Izuku went back inside to share what they discussed with the others and to speak to Himiko and Eijirou about what Saki said.

“I really don’t know what I’m going to do,” Eijirou said honestly. He looked lost and hurt. “I never imagined getting a divorce, and I hate the thought of it. But I don’t think I’ll be able to look at Mina the same way ever again. It completely flipped my view of her.”

Himiko sighed. “I’m in the same boat. I feel like I don’t truly know Ochako right now, and that scares me. I love her so much, but I can’t be with someone who would turn on her friend like that when they didn’t do anything wrong. She knows how I feel about that stuff, given my past. It’s like she completely forgot about that just to finally have a reason to be against Izuku-kun.”

“I’m going to keep this in house for now.” Eijirou said. “I don’t really feel like putting my marriage on blast until I’ve figured out what I’m going to do.”

“Same.” Himiko agreed. “I won’t say anything unless Ochako forces my hand and I have to be honest to defend you two. I really hope it doesn’t come to that, but I’ve got your backs regardless.”

   “Ditto.”

“I’m still sorry for everything. You two are welcome to stay as long as you need.” Izuku whined. “Kacchan and I have a video to make.”

They went upstairs to Izuku’s new studio room, closing the door behind them. Izuku made quick work of turning on his camera equipment, and pulling up his guest chair so Katsuki could sit next to him. Then they were both on screen, ready to hit record.

   “Ready?” Izuku asked, nervous.

“Whenever you are.” Katsuki answered back. “Everything’s going to be alright. Remember this is special for us, and no one can take that away.”

“Right.” He breathed, then clicked the record button. He smiled brightly, giving his typical enthusiastic double wave. “Hello my sweet heroes! I hope you’re doing well! I know this isn’t typically my recording schedule, but me and Kacchan have some very exciting news to share!”

Katsuki smirked, and both of them looked at each other before locking hands affectionately. “Izuku is pregnant.”

“With triplets!” Izuku squealed happily. “That’s right! I got three little buns in the oven!”

“Finally knocked his pretty ass up.” Katsuki beamed with pride. “We’re about to have a very full house of brats.”

Izuku rolled his eyes playfully. “Me and Kacchan have been wanting this for a very long time, so we’re both overjoyed that it finally happened.”

Katsuki expression turned more serious. “It’s…it means a lot to us. I almost couldn’t believe it was real, that it finally happened. But now we’re here, and Izuku is in his second trimester.”

Izuku hummed. “I’m betting you’re wondering why we waited so long to announce, and it’s because we were being cautious.”

Katsuki sighed. “Y’all know I’m not one to be too sharing about my personal life, cause I like my damn privacy and to keep work separate from my home life. But I feel I need to be honest about why this is so important to us.”

Izuku watched as Katsuki gathered himself to tell the world about something so sensitive.

“Me and Izuku, we were starting to come to terms with the fact that we might never have biological children.” Katsuki’s voice wavered a little. “Because what many of you don’t know, is I have a condition called Severe Prime Aggression Syndrome.”

   He paused for a moment.

“I didn’t keep this from the media or my fans because I was ashamed or anything, just that it was a really sensitive subject for me. My mother has the same condition, as I genetically got it from her. However, signs for this symptom are harder to catch early for male Alphas than it is for females. She got treated as quick as possible, and lives a healthy stable life. Whereas I on the other hand, almost died.”

   Izuku squeezed his hand reassuringly.

“It came up out of nowhere when I was five. If you don’t know, SPAS is when a Prime’s instincts develop way too early. Typically people that evolve into Primes start the process slowly in their early adulthood, when their maturing body can handle it. But because I was so young, and the symptoms happened so fast, I needed to get emergency surgery to save my life. I was aggressive, paranoid, territorial, and manic. My pheromones were literally causing me to lose my mind, and I would’ve gone into a life threatening feral drop.”

Izuku nodded. “It was hard seeing Kacchan like that, we were so little. I didn’t understand what was happening, only that Kacchan was in severe agony. I thought I was going to lose my best friend. I’d never even thought about death until those moments.”

“Because it was so long ago, the research for SPAS wasn’t as amazing as it is now. I remember waking up, and the doctor telling me that I would likely never have children. I’d had a good portion of my glands removed, and a vasectomy.” Katsuki’s voice shook, and his hand was trembling. “It was like my world ended. Five years old, without a single thought to my future as an adult beyond wanting to be a hero, and I was told I might never get to have a family of my own.”

“Kacchan fell into a deep depression for a few days.” Izuku said sadly. “He wouldn’t eat, sleep, or leave his room. I wasn’t allowed over for a while because our parents were so scared he would relapse, but Kacchan needed me. So I was finally allowed to be with him, and it was so heartbreaking to see what the condition had done to him. He was convinced I would hate him, and would want to remove our bond.”

Katsuki shook his head. “I didn’t have a clue what to think. All I remember was feeling like I was broken. That I was a sham of an Alpha. But Izuku beat some sense into me, and stuck with me through all my future treatments. It sucked major dick, I’m not going to lie. The medication we have now for SPAS is so much better than it was before. I was sluggish, and dazed for the first few shots. When they wore off, I would get aggressive again and get horrific migraines.

It wasn’t until I was eighteen that newer, better medication came out and I was immediately switched over. Things started to feel so much better, and I felt more like myself.

I started to get hopeful that my pheremones would finally start to even out. My doctors told me there was a good possibility I could heal, and even recommended new virility boosters and treatments that came out. So I jumped at the chance.” Katsuki smiled softly. “I wanted a family with Izuku so bad, that any chance I got to make it possible, I was gonna take it. I know I’m pretty brash and rough but I freaking love kids. I loved the idea of having a little somebody that was both of us.”

“After eight years of trying, we finally did it.” Izuku smiled. “Because of all the possibilities of complications, we kept quiet about it until we were sure there was a really good chance of everything turning out alright. So we decided that we can finally share the amazing news with you loves now that I’m in my second trimester.”

“Of course there are always going to be chances of something going wrong, but me and Izuku are choosing to remain hopeful that things are going to turn out okay. We have an amazing doctor working closely with us, and everything has been fantastic so far.” Katsuki beamed. “So, I will be pulling back a little from work to be at Izuku’s side through the rest of the pregnancy, then taking paternity leave once the pups get here. Once we’re at a good place and the rhythm with the pups is all settled out, I’ll return to hero work. Until then I’ll be leaving the agency in the hands of those I trust to get the job done.”

“We will start to share our journey with y’all, and we hope you look forward to all the cute baby pictures in the future!” Izuku giggled.

“The Bakugou invasion is pending.” Katsuki joked.

Izuku snorted. “But thank you loves so much for listening, and we’ll keep you posted. For now, you all have a wonderful day and stay heroic!”

He reached out and ended the recording. Izuku opted to not trim the video, and instead navigated to his blog page. Writing up a title that they had a huge announcement, and then posting it. Once he did, Katsuki took out his phone. Sharing the video from Izuku’s page to his social media. Then he texted Saki that the video had been posted.

It only took five seconds until both their phones started blowing up. Izuku looked at the comments in his video, curious to what people were thinking.

   DynaZuku267: OMG IZUKU’S PREGNANT AAAAH!!!

Izuku smiled at all the positive comments that came flooding in, and from Katsuki’s smile, he could tell the Alpha was getting a flood of them on his own page. It boosted both their spirits. This was the positive and heartwarming reaction they’d wanted for such a monumental time for them.

AllMightOfficial: Three little heroes on the way!! My boys deserve this more than anything.

HeroCommission: A huge congratulations to the WonderDuo, we wish you the absolute best. We’re proud to have DynaMight as a hero for Japan.

Izuku took a deep breath, finally feeling like everything really would be alright despite the disaster of last night. Katsuki leaned over to show Izuku that Saki had texted.

Saki: Perfect you two, now all we do is wait.

~ ~ ~ ~

“Kacchan I’m a beach ball.” Izuku whined, rubbing his largely swollen stomach. He was starting to not be able to get back up once he sat down without Katsuki’s help.

“An adorable beach ball.” Katsuki snickered.

Izuku laughed and picked up a pillow, throwing it at him. “No Kacchan! You’re supposed to tell me I’m not a beach ball!”

They were in the middle of planning their baby shower that would happen next week. Mitsuki and Inko had given them the wise advice to have it sooner, given that Izuku would only continue to get bigger carrying triplets and would have a lot less energy. Not to mention, Omegas typically got more territorial when they got closer to their due date. So it wouldn’t be long before Izuku’s patience for others in their home started to wear thin.

As the weeks went by, Katsuki was glad that Izuku’s temperament hadn’t changed as drastically as it could’ve. Many sires on the forums Katsuki liked to read would report that their pregnant partners would have constantly changing moods. Many of them had good support networks for when sires would guiltily admit they were getting agitated with their pregnant spouse’s behavior. It warmed a special spot in his heart, knowing that there were people out there helping sires take a moment to cool down and tell them their frustrations were valid.

He was sure there were sires out there that did retaliate against their poor pregnant significant others, but he was happy there was a community to better each other to prevent that from happening. Katsuki couldn’t ever imagine causing a fight with Izuku just because he was frustrated at his pregnant hormones.

While Izuku was still a massive crybaby, now over even the littlest cute thing, he hadn’t turned into some sort of rage monster like he’d read some partners did.

It’d been a week since the announcement party incident, and things were looking tentatively better for the two. They still got an influx of congratulatory comments on both their social medias, and the news still wasn’t over the fact that the couple was expecting. Katsuki had actually been stopped by fans on his way into his agency.

All of them were kind and told him they were extremely excited for him. Many said they were praying extra hard for their three pups to continue to grow without any complications that the couple was fearing. Others had thanked Katsuki tearfully for being honest about his struggles with his condition. While SPAS wasn’t extremely common, there were more people affected by it then he ever realized and Katsuki voicing that he struggled with it helped their confidence that things could and would get better.

Some of his fellow heroes had even gotten little gifts for their pups as well wishes. Even guest heroes and sidekicks on Izuku’s blogs had given him presents. They now had a mountain of diapers in an array of age sizes. Which Mitsuki and Inko said they should be extremely thankful for, because they would never understand the scope of how many damn diapers they were going to go through until they were actively going through them.

While there was a large scale of positive feedback, there was of course always going to be the negative. Some people had the same line of thinking as their ex-friends did when it came to the parentage of Izuku’s pups. Starting through their lackluster knowledge that vasectomies meant that someone cannot sire pups, it was impossible. Others stated that SPAS itself made it impossible to have pups.

Some were even brazen enough to attach articles about the effects of SPAS, and the purpose of vasectomies. Though when Katsuki glanced through them, he noticed that it was old and outdated research. There were newer articles that had come out over the years concerning SPAS and the steps forward to make it less detrimental for male Alphas. Though those were still few and far between compared to the older material.

It worried Katsuki enough that he spoke with Saki about it. Though she said that if it started to cause serious problems, then she and the team would contact specialists on the matter to speak up on his behalf. Even the doctors that Katsuki had been seeing all his life called to tell him they were more than willing to make statements should he ever need it. Completely willing to educate the population to not base their opinions on old material when the medical industry had made significant improvements since then regarding the condition. Some even said they were currently working on getting new articles published, it just took time and a lot of data to back up.

Put at ease, Katsuki decided to put it on the back burner for the time being. Reasoning with himself that it only seemed like a lot of people questioning Izuku’s faithfulness because there were both such huge figures. There were thousands more that believed the two of them without hesitation.

A few of their ex-friends had tried to reach out to them the next few days after the incident. Trying in vain to explain their worries, and why they were so concerned. Apologizing for making a scene at the party, but never once taking back their skepticism on Izuku’s faithfulness. On Izuku’s end, they were trying to make themselves seem open and understanding to lure the Omega to be ‘honest’ on whether or not they were actually Katsuki’s pups. All of them were promptly blocked on both their ends on all forms of contact.

The friends that stayed supportive never waved in their trust. Katsuki had spoken in length with Shouto’s lawyers and had the charges and restraining order for Mina completed. Just waiting on his say so, should it need to be submitted. They were the same lawyers that dealt with all the Todoroki family drama, and Katsuki was wildly impressed with their efficiency and thoroughness.

Unwilling to let the negatives that had come to light bring down their happiness, both of them moved on with their preparations for their soon to be family. They were sitting on the couch with the tv on as they were organizing for the baby shower next week. Izuku was ordering decorations while Katsuki was looking at recipes for what he would be cooking and baking.

“You still like tiramisu or nah?” Katsuki asked.

Izuku looked at him with slight horror, face turning a little green despite that it had been one of his favorite desserts before pregnancy.

“That’s a no.” Katsuki said quickly, taking it off his list. “What would you want instead, love?”

Izuku thought about it. “Oh! What about confetti cake? Can you dye the frosting blue and pink?”

   “For sure, that’d be cute.”

“I’m still debating on the way we’re going to do the gender reveal.” Izuku said. “I’ve seen those really cute black balloons with the confetti inside, but I also kinda wanna know all at once? Instead of both of us popping two balloons and then having to pop the last one.”

“We can always do those smoke candle things.” Katsuki told him. “We both hold one and then hold the last one together.”

He brightened up. “Oh that’s a cute idea! I’m so excited Kacchan!”

They heard the front door of the house open and close. “We’re back! Got the goods.”

Izuku clapped excitedly as Eijirou and Himiko came into the living room with the food. The two of them had taken up on their offer of staying at their house while trying to figure out what they were going to do about their marriages. Eijirou had already started to sadly talk to a divorce lawyer, while Himiko told Uraraka that they needed time apart for her to decide what she wanted to do regarding their relationship.

They all started settling down with their takeout plates, Himiko looking over the stuff Izuku was ordering for the party next week. Eijirou started talking with Katsuki about the food that he’d be cooking and offered to help. His heart ached for his best friend, and Katsuki couldn’t help but feel horrible in light of everything.

Mina had been one of his best friends, and Katsuki knew how much Eijirou loved her. While he was angry as hell at what she did, he couldn’t help but mourn the loss of their friendship. He also couldn’t help the guilt he felt for Eijirou’s marriage. Though the redhead was adamant in telling Katsuki that it was nothing he or Izuku did to end their marriage. She’d done it herself, and he had a feeling because of how she acted, that something similar would have happened in the future that would’ve ended in their marriage anyways. If she’d been confident enough to act like that at the party, she would’ve done so with something else in the long run.

“I’m still betting on it being girls.” Himiko giggled.

“I don’t know, Mitsuki and Inko both had boys.” Eijirou said back.

“If we have all girls I’m going to go gray before they even—”

“Pinky! Pinky!” They heard reporters yelling on screen. All of them turned their attention to the tv, seeing that paparazzi and reporters were hounding Mina and Denki as they were patrolling. “Pinky! Do you have anything to say about not being seen on patrol with your husband Red Riot?!”

“No comment.” She grumbled, continuing to walk.

“Pinky what do you have to say about the WonderDuo’s pregnancy announcement? Did you know beforehand?”

She said nothing, though her face twitched in agitation.

“What do you have to say about the rumors of Izuku Bakugou’s pups not being DynaMight’s?”

“Were you aware your husband was seen on a date with hero Uravity’s wife just now?”

It was like the entire room went cold as they all turned to look at each other. Eijirou and Himiko stared at one another, faces pale. They hadn’t been on a date, they were just picking up food. Both of them felt the need to get out of the house. They’d even worn disguises, but it seemed someone had still recognized them.

Mina turned to the reporter that said that. “Excuse me?”

“Red Riot was just seen at Sakura Ramen with Himiko Uraraka! They looked very close and secretive!”

Denki snorted. “Doesn’t surprise me, since it’s been hoes before bros with that bastard.”

“Shut the fuck up Denki!” Himiko groaned, gripping her hair.

The cameras were flashing furiously. All of them shouting over one another to ask ChargeBolt to elaborate on what he meant by that. Mina just growled. “Why don’t you ask my husband? Since he seems all too happy to endorse infidelity between friends. As for Izuku’s pregnancy? I hope he’s fucking happy.”

   Katsuki snarled. “That fucking bitch!”

“What the fuck does she think she’s doing?” Eijirou hissed. “Goddammit Mina!”

“Does that mean the rumors of Izuku Bakugou’s pup not being DynaMight’s is true?”

“Is Izuku Bakugou pregnant with another’s pups?”

“Who do you think the father is?”

“Is that why your friend group hasn’t been seen out with each other?”

“What do you have to say about DynaMight’s condition?”

“Do you think DynaMight is fit to be a hero?”

The tv shut off, and Izuku threw the remote to the couch. He sank down, looking up at the ceiling before running his hands over his face. “Christ what did I even fucking do to her?”

“You didn’t do anything Izuku.” Eijirou said with a growl, then he pulled out his phone. Putting it to his ear after pressing on someone’s contact. “Yeah it’s Kirishima. Serve her the fucking papers, I’m done.”

Katsuki followed his lead, and called up Shouto’s lawyers. “Yeah, go ahead with the charges and the restraining order. She just fucking pushed my last goddamn nerve.”

As soon as he ended the call, the screen lit up with Saki calling him.

“Did you see the news?” Saki asked right away.

“Yeah, just fucking now. I called the lawyers and told them to go through with everything.” Katsuki huffed.

“Good, she should’ve kept her mouth fucking shut. I’ll call them right now too.” Saki snapped. “I’ll get back to you on how everything goes down, for now, stay off social media and keep to yourselves. Don’t talk with Pinky or ChargeBolt at all, do not engage them. If the press start coming to us for questions at the agency we’ll release a blanket statement.”

   Then she hung up.

Immediately his screen lit up again with a call from his mother.

Izuku, Himiko, and Eijirou’s phone all started going off as well.

“If I see that bitch in public I’m fucking decking her in her stupid pink face.” Mitsuki yelled when he answered. “I’m assuming you have already seen or your PR lady called?”

“Yes Ma I saw it.” Izuku answered his own mother. “Yes Kacchan and Saki just talked, and he called the lawyers to send everything through.”

“I don’t know what the fuck is up with her!” Eijirou said to whoever he was talking to. It might’ve been Sero, the only other one of the ‘BakuSquad’ who hadn’t betrayed Izuku.

“Yes Momo-chan I’m alright.” Himiko said sadly.

Katsuki’s phone was pinging like crazy as he talked to his mother, so he excused himself from the room so he could put her on speaker and look through the messages.

AllMightyDad: Are you and Izuku alright? Should Inko and I come over?

PresidentGlasses: I would advise you go through with Shouto’s lawyers.

   IcyHot: Sue the bitch

Frogster: What happened?! I go on a stealth mission across the country and all hell broke loose?! What is Mina talking about?

TinkerTits: Is Izuku alright? He isn’t answering my texts.

Katsuki took a deep breath to calm himself down before replying to everyone and talking to his mom at the same time. “Saki told us to keep quiet, they’re gonna see how this all plays out before we say anything.”

Katsuki to AllMightyDad: Yeah that’s probs best, Izuku might need y’all rn.

Katsuki to PresidentGlasses: Already fucking on it

Katsuki to IcyHot: Just called them

Katsuki to Frogster: Half our delightful fucking friends are convinced Izuku cheated on me and Mina attacked Izuku

Katsuki to TinkerTits: He’s on the phone with his Ma rn.

Frogster: You’ve got to be fucking kidding me…who?!

Katsuki to Frogster: Mina and Denki obviously. Uraraka, Camie, Inasa, Hagakure, and Ojiro.

Frogster: OMFG!! Consider them dead to me. Is Izuku okay?!

   Katsuki to Frogster: For now.

“The nerve of those two idiots.” Mitsuki growled. “Are they trying to make Izuku drop from stress? God what I would do to get my hands on them right now, I should’ve followed Inko’s move and slapped the fuck out that bitch when I had the chance.”

“Well don’t do it now I’m sure she’ll be a coward and try to press charges against you.” Katsuki sighed. “Look Toshi and Auntie are gonna come over, you and dad can too if you’re not busy.”

“We’ll be there in a few minutes.” Mitsuki said, and hung up.

When he went back out to the living room Izuku was texting away on his phone. “Tsu just texted me. It’s good to know she’s on my side too.”

Katsuki ran a hand through his hair. “Yeah I just told her like a super brief rundown of what happened. What a fucking mess. Where did Ei go?”

“Guestroom.” Himiko answered. “He needed a moment.”

Katsuki hummed. “How you holding up Fangs?”

Himiko chewed on her lip. “Ochako tried to call me, but I didn’t answer. The only reason I think she’d even reach out is to…ask me if it’s true. Or why I was out with Kiri-kun. Which, I really don’t want to hear it right now if that’s what she’s going to ask. I don’t think my heart can handle it right now.”

“Well fuck her all the way to hell if she even thinks you’d ever do that.” Katsuki barked. “You ain’t like that Fangs.”

She gave him a weak smile.

Katsuki looked at his phone as it pinged again a few more times.

Birdbrain: Iida caught me up to speed. I’m sorry such darkness was hiding amongst our friends but I don’t believe them for a second. I know Izuku would never do something so heinous. Dark Shadow said she’d haunt Mina’s nightmares if she could.

AnimalCrossings: Aoyama told me what happened! I’m so sorry, I can’t believe they would treat Izuku like this. I hope you two are doing okay.

DocOc: Hey, hope everything’s okay. Kouda filled me in from what Aoyama told him. I’m on Izuku’s side, this is ridiculously stupid.

“Tokoyami, Kouda, and Shoji just texted.” Izuku said. “They believe me.”

“Yeah cause they’re not fucking stupid.” Katsuki replied back.

UnoReverse: Kacchan! I texted Izuku I hope he’s okay! I’m sure you two are getting bombarded with messages right now. I wish I could rewind what Pinky said! She had no right saying stuff like that!

The door of their home opened, and Katsuki could smell the enraged scents of their parents. Just as he turned to greet them, his phone pinged again. Eijirou came back out, looking solemn.

Saki: Just got word back. Pinky has been served.

“You got to be fucking kidding me.” Himiko said, looking at her phone. She turned to show them articles that started to drop.

Invisible speaks out on Izuku Bakugou’s Infidelity!

   Hero Miboromicamie stands with Pinky!

Pinky and ChargeBolt confirm Izuku Bakugou’s pups are not DynaMight’s!

Red Riot and Pinky Divorce!? Pinky just served divorce papers on duty!

   WonderDuo suing Pinky!

Katsuki took a deep breath. “And so it fucking begins huh?”
