Work Text:
"Open the door. I won't ask again!" Jiaoqiu felt his eyebrow twitch from irritation when his voice was once again met with frosty silence. Some pedestrian on the street side-eyed him, and then crossed over to continue her trip on the furthest sidewalk. His tail lashed out, hitting some decorative bush, the well-combed fur puffing up.
Moze and Jiaoqiu had their differences; that's why they worked so well as a unit, in fact, perfectly supplementing their general's strengths, covering all bases. They had their pranks and bets to alleviate most of the tension that could come from personalities so uniquely unsuited for acquaintanceship. What mattered was to serve General Feixiao and the Yaoqing, and those they agreed on. Until that day, Jiaoqiu was also of the impression that they had mutual respect towards each others' profession as well. Moze was an assassin, a capable henchman perfect for any sort of dirty work. Jiaoqiu was a healer and an advisor, the brain behind the brawns. Never once had he been so thoroughly disrespected in his life, and he never would be, after he was done with this rascal. The next time Moze asked what's for dinner before even having lunch, Jiaoqiu would make him a dish so spicy he ascended to another dimension altogether and his tears flooded the street.
There could not have been any fault with the cold medicine he had prescribed Moze; it was a simple mix of herbal tea and flowers to alleviate the symptoms of stagnant energy, let the body kickstart its healing on its own while providing some necessary warmth. And yet, Moze dared to skip work again for the third day that week, when his report from his last mission was way overdue, and knowing the quality of his work, Jiaoqiu would need extra time to supplement it- otherwise it would consist of a single five word sentence at most that explained nothing and only made the reader question everything they had known.
Jiaoqiu had seen the man walk into the office with an arrow sticking out of his shoulder in the middle of the day and then promptly sit down to eat instead of treating the wound. A common cold should not have hindered him much, and there was certainly no way Jiaoqiu would let the assassin use him as an excuse to laze around and play on his phone when their general was expecting updates and no one else was half as capable of recon as him.
Moze hadn't picked up the phone since, not even to read their text messages, and since Feixiao was caught up in some diplomatic meeting, Jiaoqiu was free to drag the weirdo outside. Well, he was supposed to rest and take the day off too, but there was no way he was letting this slander stand. He had a reputation to uphold as a doctor. He did not just prescribe medicine that 'did not work'.
He huffed and banged on the door again, repeatedly, until it finally opened, and his palm collided with thickly corded muscle that didn't even flinch at the blow. He had the urge to squeeze it like a stress toy, then bury his claws in it and draw blood.. so he removed his hand instead. Intrusive thoughts were funny like that.
"Jiaoqiu." Moze stood in the door, wearing several more layers than required for the mild climate; a traditional overrobe complete with an even larger hood than his usual work clothes and sleeves that reached far longer than Jiaoqiu would have expected from such a practical man.
Despite how firmly he seemed to have planted himself in the doorway, the shadows under his eyes were deep, face paler than usual. Jiaoqiu sniffed, smelling the hints of sweat and saltwater, none of the fragrant tea. No wonder he was not any better, not having taken the medicine at all. Some of those herbs were rare, hand-picked from his own garden, rolled and dried one by one naturally under the artificial sun. He would recognise the scent anywhere.
Jiaoqiu ducked under his arm and into the foyer without invitation, waving his fan in a self-important manner that always made Moze give him suspicious looks, not even waiting for the man to get his bearings or potentially bar him entry. He marched deeper inside, and sure enough, on the low table, there was the paper bag containing the tea, next to some candied ginger and other assorted sweets. He would have wondered how Moze kept his stature up, but with the amount of protein he could put away in two seconds, it was no wonder.
"Since you can't be trusted to brew a cup of tea on your own, I will have to make sure you don't squander your health and waste the general's precious time." Jiaoqiu exclaimed as the front door finally clicked shut, tinkering with the teapot and a cup loudly and adding twice the amount of tea he had initially recommended, since the cold had clearly gotten worse. He quickly grabbed some of the ginger from the plate; it was better to just sweat the illness out instead of dragging it out for a week. Besides, Moze clearly disliked the bitter herbs, even if he tried not to show it. Adding something sweet would work for his kiddie palate.
Even while sick, Moze's steps were silent as a cat. He stalked inside, casting him a long, conflicted look as he leaned back towards the undecorated wall, not inclined to offer help in his own house. The home could have looked barely-lived in for an outsider; but Jiaoqiu had spied the soft pillows on the ground, an easy elegance, along with plush rugs in inoffensive colors and little wind chimes. There were some decorative bowls without any flowers which he had gifted the man, along with a liqueur Feixiao had given him. No doubt she would be the one to drink it eventually, as this house's occupant never cared for alcohol much.
Moze muttered something under his breath, low enough that not even his foxian ears could catch it.
"What was that?" He turned back sharply.
"That tea is not going to work for me. We need to get a different one." He didn't even sound congested. Maybe the starflower had been overkill.
Moze didn't even need to look to duck under the fan Jiaoqiu threw in his direction. It didn't sting, of course, he always missed- he liked Moze being reliable and not getting injured, it meant less work for him. He hadn't always been that careful, after all.
"How could it not?! It's my personal mix. I just had the general drink it a few weeks ago. She was light as rain the very next day!" He placed the cup on the table, the saucer rattling a little, then pointed to the opposite end. Moze slowly wandered there with his lips turned slightly downwards, as if he was facing down a borisin instead of his rightfully angry healer, but still thought it a minor inconvenience not worth his time.
"I tried it last night already." He slumped on the table face down, and the foxian sighed as he brought the tray over, folding his legs under himself as he sat on his favorite pillow next to Moze, so the man's view of the doorway remained unobstructed. If he had the capability to make such an expression, Moze would have most definitely been pouting at him.
"I doubt the tea did anything, barely any of it was missing. If your temperature spiked, it's because of the ginger you ate, or your body fighting the cold naturally. Which isn't necessarily bad, but it's slow and inefficient. Give me your hand." He did not hesitate to push the sleeve back, trying not to frown at the thin black gloves Moze insisted on wearing inside. They weren't necessarily in the way- even if reaching slightly under the edge with his fingers felt indecent. He was just reading Moze's pulse, nothing else. It was sluggish and slow under his fingertips, but steady nevertheless.
"This might go really badly." Moze murmured to himself, eyes half-lidded and long lashes quivering as he leaned over the steaming cup, sniffing it. His human nose probably only caught the honeysuckle and ginger; the senses of Xianzhou natives were nowhere near refined enough compared to Jiaoqiu's own despite their enhanced biology.
"Your lack of trust in my skill is astounding and not at all insulting." Jiaoqiu retorted with a sharp glance, and Moze swallowed down all of his further complaints, along with the entire cup's contents as if he was drinking alcohol. There wasn't much change in his pulse; Jiaoqiu refilled the empty cup immediately.
Moze looked up at him with another pensive expression, and Jiaoqiu let his lips stretch into an innocent smile, even as he had to control his tail not to flutter from the satisfaction. He had chosen the biggest pot for a reason, it was meant for four people; they weren't going to stop until it was empty.
"Here." He refilled the cup, over and over, amusing himself as Moze continued to drink silently, sullen, eyelids drooping from the pleasant warmth. The long fingers laid out on the table twitched and spasmed involuntarily. As soon Moze's pulse skyrocketed he yanked his arm back under the long sleeves, as if he had been burned by Jiaoqiu. He would have stumbled onto his feet, but the foxian man, used to their general's antics, already had his upper-arm in an iron grip, not letting him get away and pulling him back to his seat.
"It's not an allergic reaction, is it? Still, that was somewhat unexpected.." he peered into Moze's eyes, the confusing mix of galaxies glinting like steel cutting through viscera. There was something weird about his pupils, but Moze closed his eyes, turning his chin down and breathing in shakily as he scooted further away from Jiaoqiu for show, still at arm's length.
"Not allergies. But I think you might want to leave now. Or preferably soon."
Jiaoqiu's tail thumped loudly in his displeasure, and he grabbed Moze's chin in one hand, grip tighter than a professional should ever allow it, digging into the pale skin with sharp nails. This was personal; here he was, doing his best to heal this ungrateful brat, and this was all the thanks he was going to get for worrying? Thank you for helping me, now get out? As if!
"Open your mouth and drink the damn tea or I will dislocate your jaw and make you drink it anyway." He hissed, and Moze visibly shuddered but reached towards the empty cup obediently, his face flushed dark red. It wasn't exactly normal that he was reacting so fast- Jiaoqiu had a few contingencies in his bag if it didn't turn out just fine, but he had to monitor the situation, which meant not leaving the patient's house. Worst case scenario, he could just make Moze throw it all up.
Instead of refilling the teacup, he grabbed the pot, tilting the spout and waiting until Moze's mouth opened- then poured the remaining tea into his mouth, keeping a firm hold on his jaw with his other hand. Moze didn't choke, but a little bit of the tea spilled out, running down the corners or his lips and his neck, landing on the intersecting layers of silk.
"That wasn't so hard now, was it?" He asked smugly, but instead of an answer, Moze just stared at him, pupils blown wide and lashes damp from struggling. He looked uncharacteristically disheveled in the low light, with a sharp canine peeking out that Jiaoqiu had somehow never noticed before, and he suddenly felt the top buttons of his shirt were somewhat too tight as he, too, swallowed, his own throat dry.
"..what? Say something, Moze!" He shook the man, and he crumpled forward like a marionette with its strings cut. Jiaoqiu yelped, not exactly prepared for the body weight of the other as the man crashed on his chest, barely catching himself with his trembling hands at the side.
Something glinted above him, a sheen like gold; his hands moved before any sort of conscious thought, pushing the ridiculous hood back. Protruding backwards from the messy gray locks were two dragon horns, golden sheen at the tip, the purple base like a chunk of precious amethyst.
"..You?!"
"Sorry." Moze murmured, and before he could even start to cope with the enormity of the situation he had accidentally uncovered, he rolled off to the side, curling up on the floor with his face hidden behind his hands like he was a stray kitten and not a completely different person and species than he posed as.
Strangely, Jiaoqiu felt hurt by the discovery; no doubt, Feixiao had to know of this, that her retainer and bodyguard is not some talented assassin, but the vidyadhara high elder of the Yaoqing, Caelorum Venti. There was no missing those horns dipped in gold, the fangs, the glint of a multicolored iris so unlike humans. Suddenly, the dark feathers discarded in strange places gained a new meaning with the wisdom of hindsight, and so did the complete lack of socialization the other had. How many normal humans were capable of scaling buildings in a blink, as if they were walking on air, and then disappearing with another blink of an eye?
What if everyone but him knew? Was he so useless, so insignificant? What was he even doing here? Between the Merlin's Claw and the High Elder, what use would a failure of a doctor like him have?
How much of Moze's personality was a performance? Was every tragedy Feixiao spoke of just an elaborate lie? Even the sanctus medicus?
He scrambled back, in shock, but a heavy weight held his legs down before he had the chance to stand up and leave.
"Jiao..Jiaoqiu, I'm sorry." Moze hugged his leg in a way that was unbefitting of a high elder, and was also unbefitting of the assassin he had gotten to know. The Moze he knew would have never groveled, or even touched people directly; his presence was faint like a breeze, transient and cool, never truly present. He liked to pretend he was above the concerns of ordinary humans, and he could barely utter an apology without throwing some rare herb at his head and leaving. But he had a sweet tooth, a bad habit of sleeping in small increments, staying up late and waking early, stalking them from rooftops to make sure they got home safe, breaking into their homes to clean everything up like a little maid, and playing games on his phone at lunch instead of joining the conversation. It couldn't have all been a lie, surely. Moze could barely utter a few sentences in the presence of strangers before getting embarrassed.
"I'm sorry I bought you that bitter mung bean soda.. and that I let the general eat your food again.. I know you wake up late.. please I.. it's too hot.. mhm.."
"What do you even want?" He stared down and Moze looked back with the flush high on his cheekbones, resting his face on his knee.
"Please, it's too much, I'm sorry, please make it stop.."
"What are you talking about?"
Moze curled up again, still not letting go of him and moaned. Loudly. Arousal flared in his stomach not unlike the second when alcohol met fire and burned.
Oh. Oh? Oh! One of those herbs.. although harmless, the pink honeysuckle had history of being used as an aphrodisiac among the vidyadhara. He had substituted the normal once since this was somewhat more potent and most vidyadhara weren't exactly interested in intercourse, so it had not much use.
Jiaoqiu had just stared Moze down with a smile as he made him drink an entire pot of it until he was flushing and panting, heart hammering in his chest like a little rabbit whose scent the fox caught and chased through the underbrush and cornered at the end of a cliff. How had he missed the signs and interpreted arousal as fever of all things?
He sniffed a little. He could already smell it in the air, overpowering Moze's usual imperceptible scent of wood and greenery.
Moze finally let go of him, eyes marginally clearer. Jiaoqiu flinched when the scent of iron hit him next- the claws, previously hidden under his gloves, were leaving deep scratches on his own forearms. He huffed, trying to forget about the memories of blood and fire trying to push forward and overwhelm his mind with paranoia, and think of flowers and herbs instead.
"I didn't know. And you really, really should have told.. to hide it from your own healer.. How many times have I treated you?! Can you get any less clear with your words?!" He pinched the man's cheeks forcefully, but before he could draw back to treat the injury, Moze grabbed his wrists, keeping them there until Jiaoqiu framed his cheeks. They were still piping hot, almost painfully warm, like the rocks around a campfire. Jiaoqiu's own hands must have felt cold against them. He did always have issues with his poor circulation.
"I was sure you already knew."
"..but you still drank the tea." Obviously, Moze could have fought him off; could have left, or even lifted Jiaoqiu bodily and deposited him outside before locking the doors. He could have thrown the tea out or claimed it was lost. He could have told Jiaoqiu he was allergic to honeysuckle. He had done none of the options a person with common sense would have chosen.
"Well.. it was you giving it to me, after all." Moze averted his eyes, long eyebrows furrowed.
"Do you seriously think I would do that to someone?" Who was he kidding, Jiaoqiu thought. He absolutely would. But he would not stick around.. probably.
"I'm not just someone , though." The man stressed, as if that was the most vital part of their discussion. He was staring at Jiaoqiu's lips.
He was right, of course. Moze wasn't just someone; there were lines Jiaoqiu would not have normally crossed with his closest people. It didn't exactly hurt that Moze thought worse of him; Jiaoqiu wasn't the best at holding back once an idea rooted itself in his mind. Giving an aphrodisiac to someone was probably not his usual brand of harmless fun.
"Do you think I would do it to you? As some sort of.. punishment? I'm not that petty, am I?"
"It's not as if I would really mind."
Instead of wasting his time on another question that would gain him some nonsensical answer, Jiaoqiu closed the distance and kissed him.
He had meant to keep it firm- chaste, even. He wasn't going to take advantage of this situation he created, accident or not, despite the shenanigans he usually got up to. Moze was sweet and a little naive to drink the tea he knew to be an aphrodisiac, but he was also too dashing to resist kissing. But then Moze's lips slipped open under him, soft and wet, and all he could think of was chasing the barely perceptible taste of ginger until the man quivered and clung to him once more, panting into the kiss but unwilling to finish it and breathe. Jiaoqiu let his tongue run over the canine- it was a different shape compared to foxians, thin and more narrow. Even when he drew back, lips damp from the saliva, Moze chased him with a desperate sigh. Jiaoqiu pushed him back, placing his hands firmly on his shoulders.
"I do mind, though."
"Do you want me to beg you, A-Qiu? Will that change your mind? You like it, don't you?"
Jiaoqiu felt like an electric current had just shocked him. He licked his own lip, trying to taste Moze on himself, and greedy violet eyes with a hint of mulberry followed his every move.
He called him A-Qiu, and he liked it.
"You can not properly consent when you are not of sound mind, Moze."
"Kiss me again, do you know how many times I.." Jiaoqiu felt his resolve crumble as the other licked the palm he used to cover his mouth. Who knew someone who barely said a sentence a day would have such a mouth on him! He felt heat flood his nape. It was embarrassing, nothing more. Get yourself together, Jiaoqiu!
"I told you I can't take advantage of you like that."
For a long second, or maybe ten, Moze just stared at him with a stormy expression. Then he sat up with new resolve until he was kneeling between his legs, still holding eye contact, grabbed his wrist and guided it between his own legs, pressing it to his very noticeable erection and using Jiaoqiu's hand as if it was his own to grind down through his clothes and feel him up.
Jiaoqiu had to swallow his own saliva so fast he almost choked. The sheer insolence!
Moze moaned not unlike a foxian in heat would in a limited edition adults-only butterfly immersia, high and breathy, provocatively tilting his head to the side. His erection pressed into Jiaoqiu's palm like the metal handle of a sword, perfectly made just for him.
"If I got off like this.. ngh.. wouldn't I be taking advantage?"
"I.. n..no I mean yes, no, because it's a medical emergency, you're not in control of your own actions and I can't hold you responsible since I made the tea and I also made you drink it when you already.."
Moze leaned over him, his larger frame blocking Jiaoqiu's view of the room, his kiss missing Jiaoqiu's mouth and landing on his chin instead, wet, with a hint of his canines.
"I'm not drunk, Jiaoqiu. Just really.. hah.. horny."
Jiaoqiu could have told him that without being forced to deal with his own straining erection.
He slowly peeled Moze off himself, the confused man letting Jiaoqiu maneuver his limbs like a doll. Finally, Jiaoqiu sat back, draping his tail over his front to hide his growing problem, with his most clinical and calm voice.
"That's not exactly true. Your mood swings are unpredictable, and…"
"Fine." As suddenly as he had started, Moze let his expression drop and stood up, proving his doctor right and swaying on his feet, having to catch himself on the wall. Jiaoqiu had never seen him so undignified and disheveled, so far from his iron-clad control. He had the urge to tuck away the smoky strands that fell over his eyes.
"If you don't want me like that it's also fine. I won't force you." Moze said stiffly, and promptly tripped over the discarded fan on the ground, catching himself a second time, chest heaving.
"I'm not.. you.. just hold on before you trip again.."
"I will be in my bedroom. Lock the door when you leave. See you."
He faded out of existence, but left a few feathers behind as a breeze swept through the home, making the windchimes spin and produce a sad melody. Moze insisted he never did this, but it was only because Jiaoqiu was always the one to collect those feathers in the office.
He was on his feet before he knew what he was doing. He didn't like people assuming what he was going to do; Moze expected him to just up and leave and let him handle the effects of medicine alone, which could last up to several hours, when all he wanted was to let him calm down a bit so he didn't sound like someone that just finished a marathon. With the voices he made, he was willing to wager Moze would have passed out from shortness of breath before actually getting off.
He stared at the discarded fan thoughtfully.
Well, Jiaoqiu was the doctor here. The least he could do was help Moze, if he asked, even if it sounded more like a demand. Jiaoqiu was selfish and unprofessional like that.
He stepped into the narrow corridor and turned right, away from the front door. By the time he reached the bedroom, the door left ajar, like an invitation, his pants felt too tight to be called comfortable, so he unbuckled his belt with a click.
Despite his tendency towards militaristic discipline and minimalism, Moze's bed was large, framed by a canopy of soft, dark purple curtains. They weren't drawn fully; Moze was sprawled over the mattress, face down, his clothes in a pile near the cabinets, the back of his long, muscular thighs on full display behind swaying silk.
Jiaoqiu swallowed down his nervousness at entering a room he had never seen before and walked inside with confidence, throwing his coat on a chair where Moze probably piled his used clothes after a long day. Before he could even sit down properly, Moze yanked him onto the sheets, licking into his mouth as if to stave off his hunger, his hands clinging to Jiaoqiu's body as if he was afraid he would really think better and leave after coming this far. He couldn't help smirking into the kiss as he let his own hands wander up his sides, then down Moze's back until they bumped into something new.
"Hm??" He squinted and ran his thumb over the delicate bone and down feathers, scratching a little. Moze groaned into his mouth, his large wings hitting the bedpost closest to them as they fluttered.
Cute. With his normally stoic face flushed red, his hair messy, lips bitten and pouting at him, the usual fair skin splotchy, Moze was unbearably cute. He wondered what the man would look like crying. His attempts at begging could really use some help, but it was never too late to learn, and Jiaoqiu was an excellent teacher well-known for his patience.
Jiaoqiu smiled wider and pressed down at the stiff muscles at the base of the wings. Moze's lips went slack, eyes cloudy as he continued massaging with a firm hand. He didn't stop Moze from grinding on his thigh. The man didn't even look like he knew he was doing it. Jiaoqiu dug his thumb into the base of a wing and Moze whimpered, so softly he had to lean closer just to catch more of those delicious sounds.
Moze exhaled above him, and the warmth of his breath was the only warning before he bit down on Jiaoqiu's ear none too gently.
He yelped more from surprise than pain, jerking bodily. The other man immediately let go, just as surprised from the reaction. Before he had the chance to move away again, like a skittish kitten, Jiaoqiu threw a leg over his narrow waist, pushing him down with his full body weight.
Those hips haunted his dreams several times a week with increasing frequency. He gripped them tighter with his own thighs.
"You're not a dog, Moze. Don't bite, unless you want me to treat you like one and put a collar on you." He placed a palm over the delicate neck as a warning, feeling as Moze swallowed under the pressure barely there, pulse fluttering under the pad of his finger. With his other hand, he let himself succumb to the temptation, grabbing the muscled abdomen he was leaning on and squeezing, feeling the flesh stiffen as he kneaded it. It was softer than expected, the texture only changing based on the harder scar tissue crisscrossing all over.
To his defense, Moze didn't look too bewildered- he was somewhat resigned, if anything, red in the face but more lucid. Jiaoqiu massaged a nipple more, thinking about all the people that bumped into Moze with a pretense only to just feel him up.
That was absolutely not happening again, ever. No one will find the body of the next one.
"Are you sure you want to go there?" Moze raised an eyebrow sharply, and Jiaoqiu squeezed in annoyance in lieu of a proper reply. Moze jerked under his hand… crap, he had really only aimed to squeeze his chest, but forgot about the hand still wrapped around his neck.
He was meant to apologize, truly, but then he felt wetness spread under him, dampening his silk pants from the outside.
"Did you just…" Moze looked both murderous and embarrassed, a combination more likely than one would expect from the esteemed and brutal shadow guardian of Feixiao. Even with his thick skin, Moze had his limits, and the extroverts he was surrounded with certainly had no issues breaking some barriers.
Jiaoqiu sneaked a hand down between their bodies- sure enough, Moze's stomach was slick with his release, although his cock was hardening again. He stroked it for good measure, biting down on his smile as the man groaned, throwing his head back on the bed, eyes closed.
He must have already been worked up in the kitchen then.
He licked some of the come from his finger, not having lain with a vidyadhara before; but there was no taste, as usual. He reached up to smear it on the corner of Moze's lips, and when dark eyes snapped open in disgusted annoyance, he leaned down to lick it off and push his tongue into the other's mouth, deepening the kiss and making the man taste himself.
Moze didn't fight much, too distracted by their kiss. Jiaoqiu's other hand was busy though, hands cramping from the awkward position when he started massaging his perineum, pushing into the soft skin, then letting his fingers wander lower, sticky with come, and breach the ring of muscles there.
Moze was tight, clenching on his fingers, but Jiaoqiu was a healer, after all- with his touch gentle, on just the right side of firmness, he pushed on, relaxing the muscle methodically while also applying pressure to the perineum with his thumb.
"Do you have anything to ease the way, dear?" He whispered, withdrawing his hands.
Moze pointed to the bedside table, and Jiaoqiu crawled over to reach inside.
He found the glass bottle without much work; he poured some of it in his hand, warming it up. It was clear, with no discernible scent, most likely without a taste. Very much matching Moze's personality.
Perhaps he would buy him something fun though; Moze liked sweet things, no matter how he had denied it. Feixiao would certainly get a kick out of it, and Moze would go so red he would probably forget about going invisible and jump through the window while visible, scaring the passersby, like that one time.
"Take those off already. They're dirty. Outside clothes don't belong in the bed." Instead of waiting for him, Moze draped himself over his back, reaching forward to start unclasping the buttons of his shirt and leaving kisses on his neck and shoulders. While he seemed surprisingly lucid- enough to slur several sentences about cleanliness- his hands were uncoordinated, and Jiaoqiu had to reach up to help get rid of the stained shirt. He threw it off the bed, rejoicing in the mess it was going to add to the pristine space. Moze was already peeling off his pants, stopping just shy of his underwear.
Jiaoqiu turned his head back to whisper to him sweetly as he guided Moze's hand further to grasp his own member, hard and stiff, on the edge of pain that made him feel like a real, living person.
"Don't get shy now, that cock is going to be in you quite soon."
"Then hurry the hell up already."
Jiaoqiu only smiled, although the way Moze was watching his tail and ears flick he must have known a scheme was afoot as he guided the man on his stomach, nudging his thighs open with his own knees and keeping them in place.
He was going to absolutely milk this opportunity; it wouldn't do for Moze to get embarrassed early on. He wanted him so far gone he begged Jiaoqiu for anything he was willing to give.
He poured some more lube on his fingers, not hesitating to use two right away. He pushed them in, coating the walls, then scissoring his fingers, opening him up methodically until he could pour more lube directly in, working the liquid in further. Moze shuddered, burying his face into a pillow and making soft sounds, legs trying to close but unable to.
Jiaoqiu added another finger, stroking with direction this time; and found what he was looking for as Moze keened under him, like a beautiful instrument, obeying his fingers as Jiaoqiu played, pulling at his strings to make a melody only known to him. Moze's back arched, thin waist twisting, limbs trembling. He kept prodding and pushing at his prostate until his wrist ached, leaning forward to hear every sound Moze couldn't cut off, his smooth voice getting more and more scratchy as the seconds passed. He tried gentle, soft strokes, and then sped up, brutal and unforgiving.
"Oh Moze.." he said, emphasizing with a particularly vicious twist of his hand that had the man mewling, wings fluttering so much he had to hold them down at the base with his free hand. "Don't you want more? Are my fingers really enough?"
"...No."
"You know… you only need to ask, Moze." He bit down on the ear sharper than normal humans', pulling at the pierced lobe with teeth and running his tongue over the metal until it warmed.
"Please.." Moze whispered into the pillow, barely audible.
"You can do better than that." He massaged the taut skin between his wings while he moved his fingers, and Moze's eyes opened a sliver.
"Please" he said, louder, demanding. Jiaoqiu clicked his tongue in dissatisfaction, removing his fingers altogether.
"Please what?"
"Please fuck me." He said, quickly. Jiaoqiu dragged a finger down the length of his spine, still wet from the lube, leaving a shimmery streak and goosebumps.
"Hm.. no."
Moze's head whipped up so fast his horns almost hit him in the face, disbelief clear in his eyes, desperation poorly concealed. Jiaoqiu laughed, and Moze scowled when he registered the mirth softening his grin.
"Jiaoqiu, please make love to me." Jiaoqiu felt a little heat creep over his face; his Moze was so old fashioned! He cupped the angled face and placed a kiss under his eyes, then the space between his eyebrows, where he was frowning so much.
"Hmm not convincing enough."
"Please.. please Jiaoqiu.. please" Moze kissed under his jaw, murmuring.
"Better.." he traced a finger over the length of a horn, finding it warm instead of icy, albeit smooth like glass. Moze's wings trembled- the man whining into his shoulder softly.
"A-Qiu, A-Qiu, please I'll do anything .."
Jiaoqiu felt his canines press into his own lips- no doubt, his smile was too wild, eyes too manic, satisfaction filling his bones with molten lava until his skin tingled whenever their bodies touched. He felt his vision tunnel until he only saw Moze, well-defined muscles stretching as he laid him back down, shoulders flexing under his palms, his wings spread out the entire bed.
He needed no other words to hear; Moze seemed too out of it to make it even sweeter, eyes half-closed, lips pursed. Jiaoqiu hissed as he lubed and then lined his cock up, slipping inside Moze with ease and a single push. Despite the loose muscles- Jiaoqiu had made sure of them, after all- Moze writhed under him, clenching down hard.
Jiaoqiu hissed, using his body weight to hold him still, repressing the urge to immediately snap his hips up and take .
"What a good boy you are." He leaned forward, grinding his hips instead of thrusting. He licked into Moze's slack lips until he responded fervently, moving in small motions yet feeling the breath being punched out of Moze, swallowing the puff of air and delighting in his spoils of war.
He squeezed Moze's waist, pulling back a little to commit the picture to memory. The plan was to go slow of course; Moze was a delicacy meant to be enjoyed and savored, to be consumed by Jiaoqiu piece by piece until there was nothing left, no skin unmarked, no place inside that Jiaoqiu hadn't touched and covered with his own seed.
His own instincts got the better of him, his thrust slamming up and making Moze's breath hitch. It was like an insatiable hunger taking hold of him. He came again on the next thrust, and Jiaoqiu had to bite down on his shoulder to muffle his own voices as he listened to the vidyadhara whimper and shake from overstimulation, his gloved hands digging into Jiaoqiu's back like vice. No doubt, even clothed, his nails were leaving marks on his back.
"Why aren't you moving yet?" Moze asked tonelessly, only one eye open. Jiaoqiu let the bite mark go to stare at him, unable to tell if he was more flabbergasted or aroused from the casual attitude. As he shifted a bit, Moze's face twitched, his mask of indifference masking his arousal poorly.
"..You just came. You're clearly still sensitive."
Moze opened his legs wider, one hand grabbing Jiaoqiu's wrist and guiding it to grip the back of his thigh and push it to his chest, keeping his eye contact as if challenging Jiaoqiu.
"I can go again."
His other hand wandered down on his spine innocently, reaching the base of his tail.
"Moze." He said, grip tightening as a clear warning. Jiaoqiu's hair hung over them, his hairstick lost somewhere in the sheets or piles of clothes.
The corner of his lip twitched, and then Moze pulled on his tail roughly. Jiaoqiu couldn't help the loud wail, biting his own lips so hard he drew blood, gasping for air from the mix of pain and pleasure.
Moze was still staring at him narrow-eyed, then he jerked his tail again, a bit gentler but still provocative. He leaned up and licked the blood off his lips.
He waited a second, then two. Moze glared at him impatiently, and Jiaoqiu took another second to stare him down with his eyebrows raised until the first flicker of uncertainty showed in his eyes.
Only then did he move, immediately setting an uncompromising pace, feeling half-starved from the desire that choked his body like steam. He drove his hips up, shoving his cock as deep as he could go, and then pulling back and going faster, as fast as his body let him. Jiaoqiu growled, grabbing both of his thighs and folding his body in half, his mouth watering. Moze's eyes rolled back as he bore down on him, fingers scrambling to find purchase on the covers. He leaned down to murmur in his ear, pushing the knees further apart to expose where their bodies joined and letting his claws leave scratches on the delicate, unmarred skin he found.
"I'm going to fuck you so hard you won't even be able to stand up tomorrow."
Moze opened his mouth to answer him cheekily, but Jiaoqiu aimed his next thrusts well, effectively shutting the man up. He grazed over his lips, enjoying the thrill of power as Moze groaned and opened his mouth for a kiss, only for Jiaoqiu to drag his tongue up the side of his neck instead, licking off the beads of sweat, not tasting the salt he knew must have been there.
"F..fuck I'm close again." Moze's voice was wrecked already, but Jiaoqiu fucked him harder, marking his neck up high enough that nothing could cover the imprints of his teeth that would linger for days.
He was close; he knew it, because instead of his thoughts being filled with the beautiful contours of the body below him, all he could concentrate on was to go harder, faster, grip the skin under his hands until all his fingers left purple marks. He had to breed Moze, until the fire scorching his veins burned with the power of a supernova, he had to fill him up and then go again.
He came suddenly, moaning and gasping, aiming up as he rode his orgasm out, their skin sticking and slapping together obscenely loud as he came inside. Moze was also panting under him heavily, pupils wide like a black hole swallowing the universe, so Jiaoqiu ignored the temporary discomfort as he felt his ass tighten around his softening member and kissed him again, biting his lips when he felt the beginning of a whine and swallowing it down, not letting the man calm down when his cock was still straining, leaving glistening precum against his skin.
"Fuck.." he groaned, his knees protesting as he grinded into the mess inside Moze, the overstimulation hitting him full force. The noises the movement made were unmistakable. The slight edge of pain was tempered by the mess he filled the other with, and as soon as he closed a hand Moze's cock, the pressure increased again, slick heat surrounding him as he started to harden again.
"Come, Moze." He leaned down to taste the reddening bite marks he had left- the high elder of the yaoqing was more than ravished, he looked like he was mauled by someone who lost all sense.
"I'm not sure I can." Moze shook his head, and Jiaoqiu leaned up because of the glint, guided by curiosity. His hand stilled at the base of Moze's cock, tightening his grip, and he slowly licked the horn Moze had hidden so meticulously over the years.
He had a feeling it would be sensitive- the vidyadhara were even more private about their extra limbs than foxians. But he hadn't expected Moze to trash and come immediately, his third release nearly dry. Had it not been for Jiaoqiu's other hand holding one of the horns at the base, both of them would have ended up with a concussion. He licked the horn again, taking one of the off-branches into his mouth to suck on and Moze went completely limp, mumbling unintelligible words and prayers to himself.
"Can you take one more?" Jiaoqiu couldn't mask the purr in his voice, already thinking of wringing out more than just one. All that good tea shouldn't be wasted. He had to make a mess while Moze could take it.
Moze threw a trembling leg over his back as an answer, yanking Jiaoqiu closer and digging a hand into his hair to pull him away from his horns. Jiaoqiu moaned unashamedly as he slipped deeper once again, feeling some of the cum drip onto the bedding.
"Want me to go slow?"
"No need." Moze mumbled, and having his permission, Jiaoqiu rammed his cock up immediately, uncaring of the fingers tangled in his hair and pulling the strands painfully. Although his tongue couldn't quite reach like this due to Moze's stature, he tightened his grip over the horn, forcing Moze's head back onto the pillow with the extra leverage to bare his throat and sharp chin.
Soon enough, Moze was making a noise with every slam of his hips and Jiaoqiu mouthed over some scars on his chest, sucking on it, feeling the texture on his tongue and lips. He made sure to hit the spot to make Moze contort in ecstasy before he came again, watching hungrily as the man failed to come from the heat flooding his insides, his cock still standing, aroused.
He pulled out this time, not letting the mess escape the gaping hole and plugging it with his fingers immediately. Moze startled, looking up at him in shock. Jiaoqiu smiled only then, watching him gulp.
"One more?"
Jiaoqiu pressed his fingers up harshly, listening to the raspy moan and taking it as permission to dig deeper and curl them, applying pressure until Moze teared up from pleasure and withdrawing them right on the edge. Then he repeated it again just to watch his lashes stick together as he quivered soundlessly, eyes wet and skin sweaty.
When he withdrew his fingers a second time, Moze's mouth was still open, panting. He couldn't help sticking the same fingers inside until they hit the back of his throat, making the other choke and whine. It was a testament to how out of it Moze must have been already when he sucked them clean, not once complaining about how unclean it was.
He poured some more lube on his hand to grasp Moze's cock, setting a steady pace until the vidyadhara finally came again.
They weren't nearly done, of course, but there was really no way for him to lift and carry Moze to the bathroom safely with his wings and all, so he could only return with a wet cloth, and some patience as he cleaned the man down.
Jiaoqiu did his best to get that mess out without ulterior motives, but then he still found himself pushing Moze over to his stomach again, holding his hole with his thumbs and using his tongue to eat him out as he gripped the bedding so hard that at one point, Jiaoqiu heard the fabric tear under his nails and couldn't help grinning.
He couldn't even remember passing out after that- he knew he played with Moze until he was physically incapable of making another sound, and more or less clean. Even when he tried to make him drink a cup of water, half of it spilled down on them, so he had left another one on the bed stand and just went to sleep.
He had been woken early though, by the sun sneaking in through a half-drawn curtain, the exact moment to witness Moze take a step and tumble onto the mess of their clothes.
"Huh." The man mumbled, hand coming up to his stomach. Jiaoqiu purred, spying the dark marks all over his chest and neck. Those were his; he put them on Moze and the man let him.
"Come back to bed." The demand slipped out before his brain could catch up, and Jiaoqiu cringed at his own eagerness. He should have just pretended to be asleep to stay and then never talk about it.
But to his surprise, Moze only smiled shyly before doing exactly that, worming his way back under the covers to pull him closer and hugging him close enough to tangle his legs into Jiaoqiu's tail. He kissed his face, and then immediately went asleep without any explanation.
Jiaoqiu huffed to himself, wishing someone had drawn the curtains closed properly the night before, and then pulled the blanket over his own head.
