“Neeks you ready to go Hazel, Frank, Reyna, and me are ready to go when you are. Sunshine you okay? You look a bit out of it.” Will looks at Nico with concern. Nico looks up at him. “I’m fine Tesoro just argued with Lue Elen nothing major. So lets go.” They walk to the border of camp where the others are waiting for them. “You guys ready to shadow travel and before you ask Will did approve of it first.” Nico said looking at Reyna before she could even ask.
Reyna laughs at his statement. “Just making sure I was with you when you were shadow traveling all the way from Greece to camp remember. Also does everyone have a bag for spending the night at Hades’ palace tonight.” they all just laugh at that and told her ‘yes ma’am’. “Lets go I want McDonalds. So grab hands and we’ll go.” Nico said as he grabbed Will’s hand and Frank grabs Wills hand Hazel grabs Franks and Reyna grabs Hazels. Nico steps into a shadow and they shadow travel to McDonalds. But something pulled them off course.
When they fall out of the shadows there clothes had changed and they weren’t to far from a small village. “Nico where are we at because this doesn’t look like McDonalds to me. And what happened to our clothes?” Hazel asked her brother. At that moment they all looked down at there clothes. “These are Hanfus. Chinese outfits and that looks like Puqi an village in old China.” Frank said with a confused voice looking down at his own hanfu.
Frank’s was red and white with golden designs. Frank’s quiver is still on his back with his bow. Hazel’s was black and green with jade designs. Hazel’s spatha is still on her side hip. Reyna's was purple, black, and white. Reyna’s Imperial Gold Dagger was strapped to her thigh. Will’s was white and grey mix with golden designs on it. And Nico’s was black with silver designs and a white and grey pattern on it. Nico’s sword was still on his hip. And they still have there bags.
“So do we just walk to the village and ask for help?” asked Hazel. They all just looked at each other nodded and started to walk to Puqi. As they walked to the village they seen a small shrine. “Should we try to pray to someone? Maybe they can help.” Will asked with hope. “Tesoro remember these are not our Gods they have a whole new style and set of them. We have to be careful.” Nico says. They walk into the Puqi Shrine and they come across two people. “Hello. Uh we were just stopping to rest.” Will says nervously.
One of the two smiled brightly. “Why hello. My name is Xie Lian and this is San Lang but most call him Hua Cheng. And this is a shrine to The Prince of Xianle. Please stay and rest or pray if you would like. Everyone is welcomed.” Xie Lian said with a bright smile.
“I’m Reyna Ramirez-Arellano,” Reyna told him quite bluntly. “I’m Hazel Leveque and mind Reyna she’s always grumpy and she doesn’t like men much.” Hazel says in her very cheerful voice. “Oh why doesn’t she like men? Is it because of a law of celibacy or something?” Xie Lian asked. “You could say that.” Renya sums up. “Okay well I'm Frank Zhang. Thank you for letting us rest here.” Frank says with a smile. Will laughs. “Well I'm Will Solace.” Will beams as he talks. “I’m Nico di Angelo. And we’re lost.” Nico says coldly while staring at Hua Cheng.
“You’re a ghost. Aren’t you Hua Cheng.” Nico questions. Hua Cheng just smiles at him. “Why yes I am little Xīlà yǔ.”
