Chapter Text
Peter set down his bag, breathing in the musky air of the run-down apartment. He looked around, taking in the sight of the rusty window frame, and the slight stench of mold that seemed to be coming from under the sink. With a sigh, he sat down on the bed as his mind mulled over everything that had happened.
He had lost Mr. Stark.
His identity had been revealed.
He lost Aunt May.
No one remembered him.
So many things had happened in the past year. The grief hit Peter, he curled into himself and cried, no one there to comfort him as thoughts echoed in his mind.
He broke everything he touched.
He had his rotten Parker luck.
Everything was his fault. His fault his fault his fault his fault his fault-
He hadn't been strong enough. Good enough. It was like Beck had said: "Maybe if you were good enough Tony would still be alive" Beck was right.
A cold feeling came over Peter. That was it. That was the answer. He would save Mr. Stark. After all, Mr. Stark had made time travel, so why couldn't he? He had access to EDITH after all- he could fix everything. He could make things right.
And so what if he died in the process?
After all, after everything... had nothing to loose.
No one would miss him.
