Lovesick

Summary:

His mind traced back to the night he spent with her. Because, even if he had to move on and create a new chapter of his life, he could never quite fully take her out of his mind.

And who's to say she wasn't part of that new chapter?

*smut starts in chapter 2 horndogs*

Notes:

I usually don't write, and when I tried to I got so fed up I deleted that story.

That said, I have good faith that I'm going to be able to finish this one, i have a full outline of what I want and how I want it, it may be longer than what I expect because my mind keeps pumping out ideas that could be good, and so I will write all of them and find out which do I feel fits the story more.

I am new to writing smut but I feel like I have enough experience in writing erotica that it shouldn't end up as hot garbage, any plot holes or points in the story that straight up don't make sense, feel free to point them out and ill try to make the story feel better for both the reader and me.

Chapter 1: About That Night..

Chapter Text

He never forgot about her.

They didn't even spend that much time together, but the time they did was recorded in his mind and played on repeat as if to never forget her.

He knew it was wrong. After all, he assumed something was going on with the girl on his right, Even while walking down the halls of U.A. towards the Heights Alliance, he could sense her looking at him with a similar look when he thought of her.

He supposed it was worth giving it a try. Ultimately, he knew the chances of seeing her again were slim to non-existent, with a flight to the place he met her would be over thirteen hours and she probably wouldn't even remember him.

So then, why was he stuck in place staring at a face he thought he'd never see again exiting their rival class 1B? Why was she staring at him? And more than that, why was the room so hot all of a sudden?

-------------------------------------------------------------

Izuku Midoriya was looking at the sky filled with stars in Texas while sitting around on the swings at a park, enjoying the late-night comfort the silence brought him. It wasn't really that cold, but it was enough that he regretted not wearing a jacket, with just a white t-shirt with the kanji shirt on it, paired with some dark blue jeans and his usual red sneakers. He had been on a trip with Toshinori, who took him out to spend some time together since he had officially finished high school and the U.A. entrance exams were right around the corner, although the latter was occupied visiting someone who he described as very dear to him.

Just then, he heard a soft thump, and he looked just as a girl who looked his age sat down on the swing next to him and waved her hands. "HI there, what brings you here?" She had long blond hair, that looked reached about halfway down her back, with short bangs that rested on her forehead, and on top of her hair rested two lyre-shaped horns. Her big and round blue eyes which he was sure he could stare at the ocean from them. Her ears had a very big pair of gold hoop earrings.

A little lower he saw that she was wearing a black off-shoulder top with the words 'I Love NYC' with a big red heart next to it. Some dark jeans similar to his and black sneakers,

It took him a moment to understand what she said to him, he wasn't fluent per se in English but he knew enough to strike up a conversation with most people "Hello, no at all, I'm just here to burn some time before going back to the apartment, it's not every day I get to appreciate the sky." He was never one to talk to people a lot, but funny enough, her facial features made her look nice, she could be described as an animated princess from a Disney movie, the only missing part was the obnoxiously long dress, "What about you?."

She heard his accent a smiled a little at it, not quite making fun but more in a teasing way "I take you're not from here right?" she said, then continued when he hummed in response. "But yeah I get that, sometimes it's nice to just sit back and relax while looking at the sky, after all, the moon looks beautiful today doesn't it?" He almost choked a little at her comment but managed to keep a smile and let her continue. "Right now I'm just waiting for my friend to take us both to the party the seniors are throwing since today was the last day of high school for us"

He hummed, she seemed like the type of person to be friends with a lot of people, "My name is Izuku Midoriya by the way" It seemed like they were going to stay there for some time, might as well get the formalities over.

"Pony Tsunotori, nice to meet you Izuku" and this time his heart did skip a little, it wasn't every day he heard a cute girl say his name, hell, a cute girl never said his name before, but he understood that it was normal for people to call each other for their first names so he just rolled with it.

"Nice to meet you too, Pony." He smiled at her and she returned it, then went back to looking at her phone while he continued swinging and looking at the stars.

The time that passed in silence afterward could have been either five minutes to an hour, he really couldn't tell. He snapped out of his trance after he heard her make a displeased grunt, and then stand up from the swings. "Is everything good?"

She looked apprehensive for a moment before responding, "It's nothing, my friend is just not going to be able to go to the party, which is a bummer since we were supposed to go and have fun together" She said sourly, before smiling and lifting her head to look at him like she had thought of a way to end hunger, "Just out of curiosity, how old are you?"

"I am 17 currently, my birthday is in about four months."

"Alright then, how would you like to accompany me to this party? You are my age and you said you had nothing to do this night. How does that sound?"

He looked skeptical at first, he'd never been to a party before, barely interacted with his classmates, and graduated with just acquaintances that he never texted after after high school. So the experience couldn't be THAT bad, he was more troubled because apart from a name, age, and description he barely knew the girl, but he trusted her easily and she seemed nice enough. Were something to happen, he was ready to use OFA, he hadn't been training for nothing and he felt like 45% was more than enough to deal with whatever may happen, so "Sure, why not, like you said I have nothing else to do tonight just let me text my guardian to let him know" he pulled out his phone and texted Toshinori, and after leaving the text he quickly added, "Just a heads up, I've never been to a party before."

Pony looked at him and he could tell her smile brightened a little bit after that comment, "Guess we have something in common, never been to one, always avoided them like the plague. But hey, you are not young forever and have been wanting to try and enjoy one for the first time, or should I say OUR first time" He blushed a bit at the tease while she chuckled at his reaction. "very well then, my car is parked close, follow me."

He followed her and they walked for about 4 minutes. The streets were mostly quiet since it was about eleven pm on a Tuesday, the dim lights from the streets lit up their path, and the occasional car passing by gave it a comfortable ambiance which they spent in silence. When she took out her keys he heard two beeps of a car unlocking, he moved his head to follow the sound and found what looked to be a Toyota Camry, he went to the passenger seat and put on his seat belt when Pony spoke Up.

"Hoped you don't feel weirded out if you want you don't need to come" She spoke realizing that she just invited what was a stranger into her car to sneak him into a party for a school he did not go to.

"Everything is fine, really" He responded, trying not to show his nerves which he was pretty sure was doing an awful job at, "I want to try and get a little out of my shell, plus I get to accompany you, so not everything is bad"

She blushed a little at his comment and composed herself to continue talking, "Mind if I put some music on? It's going to be about a 20-minute ride" She said while pointing at her car screen, which she opened her music app after he just hummed in agreement, "Alright then, want to do one song each at a time? That way we could get to know each other a little bit."

"Fine by me, you go first, it is your car after all," He said, trying not to mess up his sentences while talking, and looking straight ahead while she put on some pop songs and started the car, leaving the parking lot and moving to the streets. When it was his turn he continued the trend and went for some older pop songs. They never tried to strike up a conversation, the music giving them the comfort they needed, and just focused on the road.

About 17 minutes later they arrived at what looked like a mansion, someone was waiting at the gate and when she came up rolled down her window and showed him her student card luckily for both of them, he just assumed that they both attended the school and let them in. After parking the car in the lot and walking a little they were in front of the big door, and music could already be heard loudly playing inside.

"Stay close to me okay? Don't want to get separated and get us in trouble" He nodded quickly, he didn't know anyone and definitely didn't want trouble, he was just here to have a good time and experience something pretty much everyone his age had already done.

She opened the door and the party lights came out and hit him right in the face, he squinted a little and saw Pony doing the same, the music was at least 3 times louder than it was before, and while it wasn't unbearable, it wasn't the most comforting sound. Either way, they stuck close to each other entering the house and closing the door behind them, after his eyes adjusted he found himself staring at what could only be described as chaos. He saw more beer cans than what he thought was humanly possible to own, accompanied by the worst dance moves he'd ever seen right in the middle of the living room, although the people looked like they were having fun. The kitchen had a banquet with half-filled snacks and even more beer inside the two open coolers he saw.

He looked to his left to find Pony exploring with her eyes as he had done and then she went back and looked him in the eye, almost like asking if he wanted to be here, and for what it was worth, he considered leaving right then and there, but she went through the trouble of driving them here and inviting him, it would seem like a waste and he didn't want to annoy her, even if she was the one asking he couldn't say that he wanted to leave. So, he mustered up all once of courage he could and went into the kitchen to grab a beer can, looked into his shoulder, and with his eyes asked if she wanted one, standing up with two beer cans in hopes that it would help calm them down enough to enjoy the party.

After taking a sip, he couldn't find what people enjoyed in it. It didn't taste good per se but it was drinkable, not to the point of actually having more than 2 consecutive he wasn't there to judge people's choices, he was joining them after all. After he and Pony drank their whole can, they went into a forming crowd where some games were starting, deciding that it wouldn't be a bad idea to play some beer pong with some of the people there. And, destiny may it be, he and Pony faced each other after the guy in the middle called them both in and they went into the opposite corner of each other, he looked at her to find that she was looking at him with a slightly smug smile, almost as if she was going to be the one winning it.

They stared at each other for the first throw, in which neither went in. The crowd booed them and they went to try again, this time though, Pony made the shot, and like the good loser that he was, he grabbed the cup and as quickly as he could, drank the entire cup in one go. Pony was not the only one surprised as most of the crowd cheered at him for his display. He then went and grabbed a ball from the stack, and with a confidence he didn't even know he had, threw the ball while maintaining the best eye contact he could, something which somehow proved effective as the ball bounced and landed in the second row of the cups.

He could tell that it was like he had just made a deal with a devil by the way she looked into his eyes while drinking both cups in one go just like the way he did it. The crowd was enjoying their little exchange and it only helped to encourage them both to continue. They went on like this, with them eventually bringing the cups down to just one. When Izuku, who was already a little more than tipsy at this point in the game, Threw the last ball and made it in, annoying her but she quickly grabbed one more ball for her last shot. He could tell that she was doing a little better with the alcohol than he was, but just barely as she almost couldn't hold eye contact when she threw the ball and missed, and thus, he won.

She drank her last cup and they both left the table, almost leaning into each other in case one of them tripped, even though they would both probably end up on the floor it gave them a little bit of reassurance, they went on the second floor to cool off a little bit. When they found an open bedroom they went inside and closed the door, just for a little more privacy, they were just planning to cool off a little bit before continuing their night, after all, it was only about twelve and the party was still going on and would probably not end until the very next day.

The bedroom looked quite comfortable, with a king-sized bed set in the corner of the room facing one of the walls that had a pretty big TV mounted on the wall, the right of the was a wooden nightstand with a lamp and an unopened box of condoms and many playing cards. Just after entering, to the left of the room was a decent-sized bathroom, and the only light present was coming from the big, closed window to the right of the TV.

"D-didn't expect you to *hip* be so competitive" he managed to talk after they both sat down and leaned next to each other in the bed, maintaining just enough distance to not make it uncomfortable for the both of them. "A-and even then, I won" He tried to force a giggle out but it was mostly hiccups that came out from his mouth.

"You were just lucky I wasn't feeling it today, and let me get you some water Lightweight, seems like can barely get your words out" she teased him a little and went to get some water from the minifridge in the room, when she came back and handed the water bottle to him, he chugged the whole thing down in one go and smiled a little at her. "Since we are going to stay here for a bit, how about we do something?"

"W-what" he cleared his throat, "What do you have in mind?"

"I saw some cards next to the fridge, just some truth or dare questions to have a little bit of fun in here" "I don't see why not"

She pulled the cards out of her pocket, sat across the floor in front of him, and shuffled the cards placing them facing down when she was done. She then made some gestures for him to go first, and he didn't see any problems with it so he just went ahead and did that.

"Truth or dare?" "Truth" he then went and grabbed a card from the pile of truths.

"If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability, what would it be?" Not a bad start, he thought, he could work with it.

"That's easy, I always wanted to learn parkour, It just seems so fun and carefree"

He nodded. He understands where she comes from, although Float gives him that carefree feeling that she was talking about.

"Alright then, my turn, truth or dare?"

"Since you started it feels right to follow the trend as well, truth" He then saw her take the next card from the pile and read it over to him.

"What's a useless piece of knowledge that you know?"

"Did you know that All Might released a series of cover albums for charity when he was young? People expected to buy it for the novelty and enjoy it ironically, but he had a surprisingly good singing voice and was pretty good at piano and guitar"

"So the biggest hero can also retire and join a band for a living? Talk about gifted" She chuckled a bit at her comment, "I'll probably try and find it to fact-check you, but anyways, it's your turn now"

He smiled at the possibility of putting people onto Toshi's music but went ahead and continued with the game.

"Truth or dare Pony?" He tried to sway her a bit to pick a dare with the use of her name, something which she caught with the way she smiled at him.

"Might as well switch it up a bit, dare" he then went ahead and grabbed the card on top of the dares pile, laughing in mischief as he read it to her.

"Spin around 10 times and try to walk straight." His laugh only got louder at the sound of her protest.

"WHAT!? I can barely walk straight as of right now and you want me to spin?" she looked mortified, and he would too if that was him, unfortunately for her, he was busy laughing his ass off, it was as if the alcohol made everything ten times funnier than it would normally be.

"I don't make the rules and you chose the dare." he reminded her, "Going to back down this early?" he challenged her, hoping she would just take the bait and go with it, which she eventually did.

At that moment, it was clear to him that the alcohol did make everything funny because, with every spin she did, he laughed more and more for apparently no reason other than that she was struggling to even stand up. When she finally ended the spins, she was facing him. He stared at her to finally start moving which she did.

And fell almost as soon as she put her foot down to walk towards him.

He quickly stood up and went to grab her, only to end up falling as well because his balance was still not restored, the only reason he didn't get injured was probably because his head fell on the carpet, but at least Pony was safe on top of him.

He stopped laughing real quick after that, but even after hitting his head his first thought was to make sure that the girl that fell on top of him was actually alright, opening his eyes, they stared at each other and for some reason were unable to blur out anything, like time had stopped and only they existed, he was so close to her, they were inches apart, and his eyes naturally dropped to her lips.

only to find her looking like she was going to vomit.

"WAIT WAIT" he desperately yelled which finally took her out of her trance, "Hold it in there for a bit, let me take you to the toilet.

He got up and grabbed her arm to put it around his neck, they got up and slowly got to the bathroom, kneeling a bit to put her face level to the toilet and quickly leaving her there. His mind was running and his heart was beating really fast for some reason. The reason was the thought that he almost kissed her, which would have been his first one and he clearly wasn't thinking straight and neither was she. He took a few calming breaths and waited for her to be done.

When she finally got out of the bathroom, she glared at him a bit and then sat down on the floor next to the cards where he was waiting. There was the smell of mint, most likely had brushed her teeth before leaving the bathroom.

"You BETTER pick dare after making me go through that" she threatened him, and he found it amusing enough to go through with it.

"Alright, then Ms. Pony, give me your worst, dare" It couldn't be worse than what he got, so he was feeling pretty confident.

She just glared at him and went and grabbed the card, she seemed to think it over before giving him a weird smile and reading the dare to him. "let us see if you can go through with this" and then turned the card around to show what it read 'Take off one article of clothing.'

He blushed, like a lot, like a lot more than what a normal human being should, face almost looking almost like a tomato now.

But to Pony's shock, he went and took off his shirt, showing his well-toned body, and blushed herself as well.

"I think we need more beers if we want to survive a game with dares like these," she said shyly and went to get them from the minifridge when he nodded, quickly forgetting the reason they even came to the room in the first place.

After opening the beers, she made a suggestion just to spice things up a bit. "Hey, uh Izuku listen, you saw how the card with your dare was red instead of the normal yellow right? well, what if we remove the yellows from both piles altogether." He was hot, sue her.

He knew that he shouldn't be doing this with someone he barely knew, but the idea was tempting him hard, and, he was enjoying her company so he nodded and waited for her to finish taking the yellow cards out. "T-truth or dare?" "Truth" She went ahead and took the yellows out to immediately back away with a truth, he just hoped it was a really embarrassing one. "W-what part of your b-body do you enjoy the most on a women or men?"

She immediately looked away and he was satisfied with this result, although not having a shirt was still embarrassing, he for some reason wanted to really hear her answer. "I. i-really never noticed a lot, but I-if I had to say one," she whispered the last part so low he didn't even hear her. "Could you repeat that? Didn't catch it" she breathed deeply before staring into his eyes, "Your abs are hot." and immediately blushed harder and looked away, not noticing how still he went. With his green hair, you could put a tomato next to him and you wouldn't be able to guess which is which. "A-ANYWAYS!, I-its your turn now, Truth or dare?"

"I-U, T-truth" he could barely muster the words because of the shitshow they had going on.

She quickly took out one of the truth cards and then got even more embarrassed, if that was even possible. She took a long sip from her beer and only read him his truth when she felt she was ready not only for the question but his answer as well, for some reason she didn't even understand herself. " A-are you, umm, are you a virgin?"

This was the day he died before becoming a hero, and it was going to be from blushing too hard while playing truth or dare. "I-uh, Yes, I am." he said looking at the floor, when she said nothing in return for some reason that he didn't know he said, "Are you?"

Silence filled the room as he registered what he had said, trying to find an answer as to why he asked her that. 'That was stupid, she asked because of the card but I went ahead of myself there. Oh no, she is not saying anything, is she ma-

"Yes I am," she said shyly, cutting up his train of thought, although she wasn't done, after taking a big gulp from her beer, she continued, "Im surprised you are, I-i mean, with how you look I thought you were--, you know what nevermind"

He chose to take that as a compliment and didn't mention that he was about to say basically what she had said about him to her, but it would have been really uncomfortable for both of them so he just went ahead and asked, "Truth or date, I-I MEAN DARE, DARE"

She chuckled a bit at his mistake but answered nevertheless, feeling a bit better after finishing her can. "Give it your worst, Dare"

"Alright then" he then went to grab a card on the dare pile. After reading it over, he thought of it as a getback for the dare he had to do before, even if he died in the process. "Take off your shirt using only one hand."

Somehow she didn't explode right then and there, and slowly, as best as she could, took out her shirt, leaving her in only her bra, as she watched his face shyly."Your turn now" she said in a quiet voice, and continued when he nodded dumbly, "truth or dare?"

"It feels wrong to not go dare after you did, so dare."

"Fine then" she went and grabbed the card, eyes widening, and then went into thinking something, before she finally uttered, "Do you trust me Izuku?"

He was taken aback by the question but even then, she was nice enough to invite him and is currently giving him one of the best nights of his life, "I think I do"

"Then" she paused for a moment, not knowing if this was something she should be doing, so she opened her beer can and drank more than half of it in one gulp, "please trust me here and close your eyes" and he did, he didn't have a reason for not trusting her.

He heard some movement, she was getting close to him, and he was getting curious until he felt her hands take his face and pull him to her suddenly.

Then he felt it, the moment her lips crashed into his, and all the emotions it sent down his spine. He didn't think his first would be like this but he wasn't going to complain. He grabbed her face to continue kissing her after she moved her hands to his back and hugged him, feeling some of his muscles. The heat radiating from her hands was driving him crazy and he felt more drunk in pleasure than all of the drinks he had.

The kiss was getting heated, tongues were beginning to show each other before they opened their eyes to look at each other, and after staring a bit they slowly separated from each other to go back to their seating positions.

"It was, um, it was the dare, you got, but I-i um, wanted to give you the kiss, hope you don't mind." she was feeling rather shy after that, but you wouldn't find an ounce of regret of either of them.

"I enjoyed it as well, so no hard feelings."

They soon fell into a silence, in which they couldn't look each other in the eye, so Izuku made something up to avoid the topic.

"We should go down, try and enjoy the party a little bit more, we cannot stay the whole night up here." he said, even if deep down he wanted it that way.

She nodded and told him to wait outside the room while she cleaned up the cards while he took the beers to the trash near the door. She made sure to hide his true dare right at the bottom of the cards, her plan was successful and she got to kiss the cute boy who was accompanying her for the night. And after finishing with the clean-up, they went downstairs to find something else to do together that hopefully doesn't lead to more of those moments, and if it does, you won't hear either of them complain.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Her mind was racing.

She not only had taken a boy she didn't know to a party that only seniors in her school were supposed to be at, went alone into a room, stripped of her shirt, and kissed him.

She couldn't even blame the alcohol because while it played a part in it, she didn't have enough of it for her mind to stop working.

So yeah, this was her life currently.

After they went downstairs, they quickly found their way outdoors by the pool, sitting down while everybody else was either on the pool, dancing and or drinking, or just making out right in the open with no care in the world,

The last one was actually next to them, and she was getting uncomfortable by the minute, and hot, but mostly uncomfortable, "I don't think we are going to find something to do in here, we should explore the party and see what else we can find." She said, eyeing the couple that were STILL KISSING next to them, seriously, don't they have to breathe air to survive like everybody else?

"Let me take you up on that." He said, she found out by his tone that he was feeling almost the same as her, but there was still something behind his eyes every time they shared a look, and she knew what it was about.

Like seriously, she could have just said the dare that was actually on the card and they wouldn't be having these problems, but she had to go ahead and kiss him,

But can you blame her? He was hot, like REALLY hot, and she thought she could hold it until he took his shirt off for the damn dare, and after that, it was only a ticking time bomb waiting to go off with her.

So no, she didn't regret it, but she would feel a lot better if the tension between them stopped being this suffocating.

She stood up from her chair and he followed her movements from behind. She took her hand in his just so they wouldn't lose each other among the crowd of dancers, yeah only for that(Liar). When they thought they were about to get to the exit of the pool area someone bumped into her and she felt herself falling towards the pool, but could only think that he was also going to fall with her, so as fast as she could, tried to leave his hand only for him to grab it again, and with the strength she already knew he had, stop her fall.

She stared at him, close to the edge for a moment, before he started to slowly pull her back, not once leaving eye contact for some reason, which would prove their demise as someone else bumped into him now and lost his footing, which ended up with both of them falling in the pool.

Pony yelped as her fall continued but this time she actually hit the water, with Izuku following right on top of her.

When they swan to the surface she found a lot of eyes watching them. Some were giggling and others were just full-on laughing before returning to do whatever it was that they were doing before.

She groaned as she got out of the water, annoyed that everything was soaked until she remembered that she had her phone on her.

It seemed that Izuku thought of the same since she saw him swiftly pulling out his phone in her peripheral, but couldn't dwell on it too much since her phone was in a similar condition.

Great.

Just Great.

She looked at him in the eye, tension all but gone as they sighed and left the house. In their soaked clothes and foul moods, they got into the car and just stared up ahead.

"You know" He began, and she took her eyes off the parking lot to look at him in the eye, "This isn't how I imagined parties were like"

She half sighed and laughed at that, "Looks to me like people just hanging around with loud music and an obnoxiously large amount of alcohol." And her joke wasn't even that, but still managed to get a laugh out of him for some reason.

"I don't think I'll ever do this again, but either way, thank you for giving me the chance to come with you"

She snorted, "Please, if it wasn't me, another chick was bound to invite you, after all, you were the only good part of this party." The way she said it sounded so naturally she decided to just roll on with it, it's not like they would ever see each other again after this, right?

He blushed at her comment, but there was something in his eyes that she couldn't quite put her finger on, "This may sound rude, but I'm happy your friend couldn't come, after all, you were also the only thing that made this shitshow interesting"

And he looked at her,

And she looked at him,

There was that thing in the air again, seriously what was that thing?

'Wait, what am I doing?' She realized they had been closing the distance between each other, and now, eye to eye, she just shut off her brain and let herself enjoy.

He made the first move, grabbing her wet check and running his fingers on her face, making her blush slightly as they closed their eyes and met right in the middle.

It was even better than the first time, she thought, with her mind free of any intoxication, she could feel every single particle of the moment and savor it completely, From the way he moved his other hand and cupped the other side of her face, to the way she felt his back muscles when she moved her hands on his back, even through the drenched clothes she could feel herself heating up, and decided it was a comfortable feeling.

She felt something at her lips, and her mind filled the gaps on what it was but decided to fuck it and go along with it, opening her mouth while his tongue danced around her mouth, exploring every inch of the way. She would have found it funny how he looked like a thirsty man desperate for some water, but she was too busy trying to drown in the pleasure.

She felt like a needy child who lost her favorite toy after they pulled away, a saliva strand joining their mouths together even though they were separated, and they quickly resumed what they were doing, there was something to kissing one another that was thrilling, where it be the fact that had it been for that night they would have been strangers, or the way of what could come if they continued what they were doing.

They kept it up for a while, not getting a single thought in while separating for air when it was needed, only to join back in again, which would have probably continued longer had it not been for her sneezing.

It seemed that the noise had caught them off-guard. They shared a giddy laugh while their foreheads were touching before she asked him for directions, after all, the car's clock showed that it was already three in the morning and she was sure that Izuku's guardian or whoever it was that he texted would be frantic trying to reach him while his phone was dead ( quite literally ), they spent the whole car ride on silence, staring into one another when they were stopped by the occasional red light, only to resume driving.

But alas, they had reached his place, and after parking and walking with him to the entrance, they finally found it awkward. Words decided that they were not needed as he looked at her in the eye and went in for a last kiss.

"..." After they broke apart, the silence crept back up to haunt them.

"Pony"

"Yes?"

"My mentor and I share different rooms in the hotel, so.."

Her eyes widened a lot at the suggestion that hung in the air. She knew that should just decline politely and go back to her home, having her heart broken in less than however long it was that he was supposed to stay couldn't be worth it, and yet...

"You know, it is never good to leave a lady hanging outside in the cold, shouldn't you be showing me the way?" She tried to tease him a little, if only to ignore her heart's complaints at her choice, before he smiled and took her hand in his, leading them into the hotel he was staying at.

She had made up her mind, even if her heart was against the idea, she had to live life at some point, whats a broken heart going to do with her dream of being a hero?
