Backstory: Short
When Samantha was small, around the age of 10, she ate a weird looking fruit. The Magic-Magic fruit, a devil fruit. It gave her magic like ability’s (as listed above).
Backstory: Long
Age 10-13: Part 1
When she was 10 years old she had eaten a weird looking fruit, which just so happens to be a devil fruit, the Mgaic-Magic fruit.
This fruit gave her magic-like abilities. Later that long and rainy day we see the same young girl around the age of 10 being chased down a muddy mountain. Running through the woods, she effortlessly loses her kidnappers. Slowing down, she did not see the root of a very large tree, and she trips on it, hitting her head on the flat rocks, multiple times on the way down. As she tries to stand up she gets light headed and her vision gets really blurry. The last thing she sees is a trio of red, blue, and yellow.
Age 10-13: Part 2
After a while, her kidnappers from 2 years ago came back to finish the job and she had to leave and fast. Making a promise to reunite with her found family, she set off. A long while later when she was 13, fought off some strong pirates and gained a starting bounty: 1 million berries.
Age 14
After a while of sailing it was a bright and sunny day when our protagonist saw a large ship. Deciding that she has nothing to lose, she sails right up to the ship and asks to come aboard. Now aboard the ship, she saw Shanks, and knew it was The Red haired Pirates that she came across. Knowing that she should leave before they knew it was her, she tried to jump back in her ship, but was too late. As Shanks saw her and grabbed her. After lecturing her about being out on sea, he realized that something must have happened to make her leave home early. Not wanting to make her upset he let it go, and gave her his snail number for check-ins and future use. After that she left and continued on her journey.
Not long after a new bounty came out just for her and it was increased to 30 million berries.
Sometime after that she was badly injured and came across The Heart pirates. They helped her and healed her. And after a while she got their snail number.
Age 15
It was a dark and gloomy day when our protagonist saw a large ship. Not realizing which crew the ship belonged to she sails right up to the ship and asks to come aboard. Not even a second after she boards the ship, she is pulled into a bone crushing hug, by none other than her brother, Ace. Now that she is on board the ship, she realizes that she is on the Whitebeard Pirates ship. After a long conversation about how she was too young to be out on the sea, Whitebeard decided to ask if she wanted to be part of their family and crew, but she declined and said that she was waiting for someone else, but she would be happy to be part of the family.
So, Whitebread said that she was an honorable sister to them. Ace decided to give her their snail number for future use and check-ins. After saying goodbye she left.
Age 16
Not even a few days later, it was a dark and rainy day when our protagonist got shipwreck. She washes ashore a very rocky island. After waking up she sees a very large house, not realizing who the house belongs to she walks right up to it and asks to come in. Not even a second after she just walks in the house, she is pulled into a bone crushing fight, by none other than the chief of staff, Sabo. Now that she is in the house, she realizes that she is on the Revolutionary Army’s island. Trying to defuse the situation, she calls out to the person who looks like her long lost brother, Sabo. Having stunned the Chief of Staff by calling out his name, she was able to get a very nasty hit on his head, making him pass out. And he stayed out for at least 3 days.
After knocking out the Chief of Staff she was sent to the interrogation room. After waiting about 3 days the Chief of Staff woke up, with his memories back, he decided that he needed to let his siblings know he was alive. Knowing that his sister was here, he decided to go and “interrogate” her. But in reality he just wanted to get caught up with her life and his brother's lives.
After the 2nd long conversation about how she, to him at least, should not be out at sea, he let her go. But not after letting The head of the Revolutionary Army, also known as Monkey D. Dragon knows that she and Sabo are the sworn siblings of his son, Monkey D. Luffy. After that lovely conversation, she got their snail number and set off to help Luffy on his journey.
Age 17
After an eventful 6 years out on sea, she decided to head home to help her little brother, Luffy. They meet up on Down Island and set off together, starting a new journey. For Luffy, it would be to be The King of the Pirates, and for her it would be to write the King's journey out on sea.
