tick tock tick tock..
“I should probably say bye to joel, he doesn’t have much time.”
grian told pearl, worry on his face. a nod coming from the other.
tick tock tick tock..
“it’s probably best to go find him now, before it’s too late.”
tick tok tick tock..
silence. it’s quiet, to quiet, sounds of pearl and bigb talking behind him, he couldn’t find joel, which was freaking him out, his communicator went off. checking the message.
Smallishbeans ran out of time.
he stared at the message. he froze. he just lost one of his friends, grian closed his eyes and breathed in and out. turning around to pearl and bigb. concern all over their faces.
“hey guys! I’m a nosy neighbour now!”
grian’s voice cracked, trying his best not to cry, smiling at the other two.
“grian. are you alright man?”
bigb asked, he sounded worried.
“I’m fine! what are you talking about??”
grian sounded as he was about to cry.
bigb and pearl just started at him.
eventually grian had broke, he had walked over to bigb and hugged him, and started crying.
“hi grian. I’ve got you.”
bigb held grian close. rocking side to side, calming grian down.
it worked, kinda, grian was still very upset, he had lost both of the closest people to him, but hey, hopefully it’ll get better. right?
he can only hope. but for now, his time was running out.
