Summary:

Unfortunately it has been since discovered that the majority of first hand accounts of the Aeragan-Epharshel tragedy have not been preserved. Re-recording eyewitness testimony has proven harder than initially anticipated. At least the IPC have ensured the longevity of their own secondary sources.

If you refer back to my initial reply, wherein I outlined best practice for peaceful planetary integration, you will surely find the paragraph wherein the scope of my department is outlined. In case you’re experiencing technical difficulties, I will insert the relevant passage here:

Market Research is absolved of further responsibilities should the fault of implementation failure be proven to lay elsewhere.

As you’re aware, flagrant abandonment of my research department’s proposals means that the fault falls squarely on the shoulders of your acquisitions department. For the benefit of any person or persons auditing these emails, I would direct your attention to the entirety of this email chain wherein it is plainly obvious that, at every turn, Mr. Schneider has ignored my department’s research analysis.

Any negotiation deterioration resulting from your departments deviation does not fall under the scope of my department. Perhaps addressing your queries to our direct marketing division would prove more fruitful.
