Chapter Text
"Your neck, Hotshot, give me your neck." her voice was barely above a growl, whispered into their mouth as she pulled them in for another breathless kiss.
They gave pause initially, letting her tongue in to dominate their mouth, before they pulled away. Claire followed suit, leaning further into them as their head hit the pillow.
"After last time," they managed to irk out between the gaps in her assault on their mouth. "I'm not letting you anywhere near my neck"
Claire drew back, a fire in her eyes. "Is that so?" Her gaze was harsh, but familiar to Ranger. She had the eyes of a predator stalking their prey, waiting for an inkling of weakness to pounce on.
"No it's just, you know..." they trailed off, refusing to look her in the eye.
"Come on Ranger. Spit it out," Her tone was knowing. Teasing. "What's. The. Problem?"
"Don't act like-" they were cut off as she nipped at their jaw. "Ah!- Don't act like you don't know why,"
Claire smirked. The thing was, she knew. Of course, she knew. She was there when they'd complained about it the first time, watching them struggle with navigating having to deal with it, the questions, everything.
After all, she was the root cause of the problem.
"What's the matter, Hotshot? Not a fan of the other rangers seeing the marks I left?" She smirked, her eyes drawn to the point on their neck that she'd claimed last time. The mark had long since healed, an unfortunate result of the two of them having been busy lately, but she was dying to mark it all over again.
"I had to wear that scarf for over a week, Claire!"
"You looked good in it!" she retorted.
"It was the middle of July!" they whined back.
Claire stared at them. Her hand tangled in their hair, their face flushed. To a human like them, the tells may not have been that apparent, but to her, they were obvious. Not only were they lying, a fact that Claire already knew based on how much they'd begged her to leave them covered in marks, but they absolutely stank of desperation. Through the miasma of their combined lust, she could smell their arousal, thick and heavy in the air. And the second she'd mentioned their neck, that scent had only increased.
"Oh, really? You sure about that?" There was no aggression in her voice anymore, just pure, unadulterated teasing. Ranger squirmed under her gaze, knowing the truth but refusing to admit it.
"Ye-yeah... I'm, I'm s-sure..." they stuttered.
Claire tutted, lightly pulling their hair (and getting a pleased grunt from them) to force their face to match hers.
"Then look e in the eyes. Look me dead in the eyes, right here, and tell me you don't want me to bite you"
Ranger groaned. Their eyes darted this way and that, never settling anywhere in particular, but especially not on her.
"Or if you can't do that..." she leaned in until she was whispering in their ear. "Tell me you do want this. Tell me you want your alpha girlfriend to bite you and make you feel good"
"I-"
"I can smell it on you, Hotshot. So tell me. Teeth?" she grazed their skin, just barely, with the her canines. "Or nothing?"
They moaned at the prospect, having finally felt the points of her teeth touch their skin. And suddenly, all prospect of their (faux) resistence melted away.
"Teeth! Teeth! Oh god please teeth..." they would have sounded more defeated, had Claire not immediately sunk into their neck and cut any future pleading off with a large moan.
"That's what I like to hear," Claire grumbled into the skin of their neck. "I promise I'll heal it later. But for now, you're mine"
